Brian Moncada breaks down YouTube ads strategy, arguing that speed to follow-up is what separates winners from losers. The faster you contact leads across multiple channels, the shorter your sales cycle becomes.
Someone comes in from a YouTube ad, immediately, they're getting. They're getting hit up by Jerry. He's dialing him, he's texting him. Speed Delete is the name of the game right now. He calls him immediately, right? So he's already condensing that time window now because they're talking to someone who's a real person, they're already watching the VSL because they opted in from ads. And then they're on the email list getting an email back to the vsl. And then when they're on your email list, they're also being reminded about your YouTube channel too. So now they're consuming your content, they're getting hit by someone personally, they're watching the VSL and then email. Either way, in this space, the average sales cycle length we've calculated is like at least a minimum of like 14 days. Pretty much like 7 to 14 days at the very minimum. So if you think about it like that, now you're not putting a lot of pressure on yourself to close them every single call on the first touch because it's going to take a little bit more warming up.
