Starting with nothing but the potential to everything.

A speaker shares practical steps for launching a business from scratch. Start by selling to family and friends to build testimonials, then use social media networks to generate initial sales and grow from there.
So if I was starting from zero, the very first thing that I would do is I would immediately tap into my family and friends. And I know that sounds cliche because we've all been, you know, offered somebody who's in multi level marketing to pitch our family and friends. But the reality is our family and friends are probably going to be the people that actually buy something from us. Which means if we're starting from zero, they can be the people that can actually help us get some quick cash, and we can actually help them get case studies, get testimonials. So I would go to my friends and family and my immediate network, anybody that's on my Facebook profile, anybody that's friends with me on Instagram, anybody that's following me on Twitter, and I would start real conversations with them, ask them questions, and just let them know what I'm doing. Hey, I just started this business, I'm gonna be doing this, helping people with this. Would, you know, anybody that might be interested in that? And chances are a fraction of those people that you actually start a conversation with might raise their hand and say, hey, I actually might need help with that. What does that look like? Exactly. Book a call, talk to them, tell them what you're thinking about doing, and then make them on offer.
