Stop chasing leads. Run Paid Ads In 15-minutes

Learn how to set up YouTube ads that actually convert in 15 minutes. The speaker breaks down the 3S formula: specific person, specific problem, specific way. Skip the lead-chasing hustle and build a predictable client pipeline instead.
If you want to scale your business, get more leads, more qualified calls, and close more clients. Predictably, the only way you can do this is with paid ads. Now if you're watching this, chances are you're struggling with getting predictable clients for your business. And you're probably relying on things such as 1, referrals, 2 word of mouth marketing and hoping people actually tell more people about you, and three affiliates to actually cut a deal with them so they can talk to their list about you and your business. But most of you want one thing and it's consistent quality, qualified lead flow, inbound clients. And for that you need a system to be able to achieve this. You need to be able to put $1 in and make two, three or even $4 back. And that's exactly what you get with paid ads once you're able to master them, especially on YouTube. Take guys like Jeremy Miner, Cole Gordon, Brandon Carter, Charlie Morgan, all guys I've been able to help run YouTube ads and make more money for their businesses. They all have one thing in common. They understand the importance of investing their businesses money back into paid advertising. They don't just sit around waiting for their organic videos to pick up, even though, yeah, that's great, but it's never as predictable or scalable as YouTube ads, for example. So I'm going to show you what all these successful personal brands, businesses such as the names I just mentioned, are doing as well as teach you. So you can actually take some key pieces and apply them within your business. The very first thing you need to do is be very specific with who you're talking to because it doesn't matter how much money you spend on ads, if your offer and, and your messaging isn't specific to your ideal client. This is the very first thing we help our clients do each and every time they work with us. Even if they already think they have their offer tired in dialed in, we make sure we get very specific. And so you need a scalable offer. Okay. And most businesses don't have a scalable offer. Well, what is a scalable offer? Well, I learned this concept from a friend of mine and he actually calls it the 3S formula. So what does that mean? It means you, you need to be talking to a very specific person. You need to be solving a very specific problem. You need to be solving that problem for that very specific person in a very specific way. The 3s formula. Specific, specific, specific, specific person, specific problem, specific way. Now let me show you some real examples of what this looks like. But before I do, let Me explain why this is so important. Okay. If you go to run ads to cold traffic, AKA people that don't know you, do not like you yet, and definitely don't trust you with their hard earned money to invest in whatever it is that you're selling, they cold traffic's not going to work, it's not going to convert because it's not specific. And more importantly, you won't be able to charge enough. Like think about it, the reason why the surgeon makes the most money in just Dr. Terms, for example, is because he's a specialist. He comes in, does his thing, leaves, and that's all he needs to do. And he makes the most money versus the generalist pediatrician who sees anybody and everybody that maybe has a cough or a cold and really isn't a specialist. They make good money, but, but they're not gonna make as much money or as much as they wanna make if they were a specialist. And so you wanna be very specific to a very specific person and solve a very specific problem in a very specific way. For that reason, and more importantly for your business health and just your stress and sanity alone, your fulfillment will suck. And the reason why is because you're gonna be solving a bunch of different problems for a bunch of different types of businesses or people and doing it in a bunch of different ways, which is gonna constrain your actual scalability of your business. Because people will, will be coming through at different stages of their client journey. And as a result, everything's going to be customized. It's not going to be a one size fits all, you know, basically like it's not going to be a Amazon style like order taking machine that just gets delivered in the same way each and every time, which is going to cause frustration and your team to be more stressed out than you need to be. So now that you know that your offer has to be specific, it's very important that you identify who your ideal client is, that you actually want more of the one you're going to be talking to with your ads on YouTube. And so if you in front of me right here, you can see I have what's called a client analysis sheet. This is something that we give to all of our clients that work with us at our agency or our education company to help them get very clear, crystal clear on who their ideal client actually is. Because my guess is as a business owner watching this, you've worked with hundreds of clients before, right? You've helped hundreds of different people that your product or service can actually help and transform their lives. But who is the ideal client? The one that pays you the most, the one that you love working with, the one that you want more of, that that person is different than all the other ones that you've helped that you really didn't like working with the most. And you need to identify them and get very clear on who they are, because, again, you want to be very specific, following the 3s formula that we just talked about earlier. And how you do that is you put together a list, a simple spreadsheet, nothing crazy. You can see what mine looks like right here. You want to organize all the different clients you've worked with over the last few years. And you have a couple different columns here. I'm going to blur out the names of these, obviously, so you can see exactly what who we've worked with previously and what they're ranked. On our client analysis sheet, we can see we have client and company name, what they were selling, exactly the target market they were serving, the pros of working with them, the cons of working with them. How much did we enjoy working with them from a scale of 1 to 10, and then how good the results that we got them were from a scale of 1 to 10 as well. And you want to fill this out in completion. This is just an example, obviously. But then you want to obviously group the people that are very good in green, and the ones that maybe were like, okay, they were good, but not the best clients in yellow. And then the ones that you just did not like working with that did not pay you the most money, and more importantly, were just a nightmare or headache or stressful that you should have never taken on in the first place. But you needed the money. Like, that's where you want to put those people in red. And so once you have this, you can very clearly identify who your ideal client is, who your target market is, and you want to tailor all your marketing to that specific person. So, for example, so I have a spreadsheet here of hundreds of different businesses that we've closed over the last few years with this specific offer that have all gotten really good results. We're working with us, and I know exactly what their pain points are, exactly what the desired outcomes are, exactly what objections they had before working with us, and exactly what they said on the transcripts of their sales call. So all my marketing can be very specific to that ideal client. And now here's what you do with it. Because once you have this, you go from a bad example, for example, right. Right here, which is we Help older men lose weight and get in shape. Great, dude. Everybody can do that. It's not specific enough. Whereas a good example would be from one of our clients, Funk Roberts, who we loved working with and was an ideal client of ours, which is we help men over 40 lose 7 to 20 pounds of stubborn belly fat in 30 days using the Alpha workout and nutrition system for just $1. You can tell very easily the difference of specificity here. Okay? One is generic and not gonna be able to charge enough. The other one is very specific to a very specific type of person with a very specific transformation and done in a very specific way for just $1 using the alpha workout and nutrition system. And that's just one example. So another example would be we help you choose the right CRM for your business. That's not appealing. It's not specific. There is no quantifiable outcome. Nobody wants to choose the right CRM for their business. They want what the CRM gets them. The CRM is a means to an end. The CRM is what's used to actually organize all their lead flow and and be able to monetize it with sales. And so a good example of this is what we actually helped one of our clients change it to repackage it and position it to, which is we help coaches and agencies unlock 30 to $100,000 worth of revenue in their CRMs within 30 days. And if we can't, you don't pay because why is this better? Put in the comments right now. Why is this better? If you put specificity or it's specific, then you are correct. Coaches and agencies, specific person unlock 30 to $100,000 worth of revenue in their CRMs specific problem. AKA making more money. Right. Or unlocking dead revenue, lost leads, closed lost leads or unrevived leads in their CRM that are just sitting there cold within 30 days specific time frame. And if we can, you don't pay. Okay. Risk reversal. Right? Another example would be we do SEO for manufacturing companies. Okay. It's a little bit specific. You can argue, you can say, okay, well SEO specific manufacturing companies are specific. But let me give you a better example of even this one. We help E commerce companies add an extra 20 to $50,000 a month in new sales within 90 days using SEO. So manufacturing companies, e commerce companies, again a little bit more specific. There's more e commerce companies than there are manufacturing companies. And then add an extra 20 to $50,000 specific problem, aka more sales within 90 days timeframe using SEO specific way. So you want to make sure you have this 3s formula dialed in. And the way to do that is to just organize all your clients over the last few years in a client analysis sheet like I just showed you. Take all the sales transcripts of the calls you've had with them before they became clients of yours, take their pain points, desired outcomes, and then organize it in this specific fashion. Here's an example how to do that. Your turn. I help specific person achieve or solve specific result slash specific problem using specific way without common frustration in time frame or risk reversal. Okay, Very simple. And this is the foundation to making paid ads work. Because again, it does not matter how much money you spend on ads or how good your creative is if your offer isn't specific and your messaging isn't specific. And I've seen tons and tons of new business owners who try to run ads on their own, especially without the right guidance or coaching or consulting from an expert. Or like me and my team waste thousands of dollars in ad spend on YouTube, especially because their offer isn't solid according to our checklist that we use for every single client. So I hope that helps you avoid that mistake for your business. The second most important piece to actually making paid ads profitable, especially on YouTube for your business, is a high converting script. 80% of your success when it comes down to YouTube ads depends on your creative. And 80% of your creative success depends on your hook. Or without those two things, your ads are never going to be clicked upon by your ideal clients and you're going to waste thousands of dollars and spend tons of time learning through trial and error. So what if I could just solve that problem for you? What if I could just literally give you the words you could say immediately for your offer, your product, and your service that would actually get your ads in front of your ideal clients? Would that be cool? Are you okay if I just shared that with you right now? Okay, great. Because you don't really have much of a choice. I'm going to do it anyways. Okay, there's actually a video I put together right here which you can click on, which goes through our entire YouTube ads script framework. And I learned this framework from my former mentor who sold hundreds of millions of dollars online and even through infomercials before Facebook ads and YouTube ads was a thing. And he passed down this exact script framework to me when I worked for him full time for over three years where I spent millions of dollars online for his business using YouTube ads. So I'm going to give it to you right now for Free and click this link right here. Watch the video, and in the description of that video, you'll be able to get your hands on this YouTube ad script once you join our free school community. But again, you want to watch that video after this one because the script is one of the most important pieces and that's a whole video in itself that I don't want to go into this video right here. But once you have this script, and once you use this script, you'll be able to effortlessly write new ads for your business that are high converting and get you the most qualified leads you've ever had in your business through cold traffic. I can promise you that, because this is the exact same process we use for all of our clients that work with our agency, and we obviously help them write their scripts for them. So now that you have your ideal client analyzed and you know exactly who you're talking to, because you follow the steps in this video and you also have your script written and ready to go, the next thing you want to do is obviously launch your ads. And I have videos on targeting, so I'm not going to get into that in this one. But what happens after you launch your ad? How do you actually optimize your ads and you your campaigns to be profitable for your business? Well, I can tell you there's three stages of scaling and why if you even skip one of these stages, you'll kill your ads performance. Okay, the first stage is the testing phase. So you want to make sure when you launch your ads, you actually give your Google Ad campaigns enough time to actually optimize the first 14 days. This is a very key part of the process. The first seven days especially, you don't want to touch anything in the first seven days. I don't care how much money you're spending, more than anything, you want to give it at least seven days to actually optimize. Because here's what I've seen after spending $100 million on YouTube ads in the last few years. What happens from day three to four is purely amazing. Day zero to three, it's a bloodbath. Your cost per lead, your cost per call looks very horrendous. It's just crazy. You're like, dude, I'm going to, I'm losing money. I'm going to turn everything off. And then a lot of people do that. They waste a lot of money. What happens is day four to seven and everything basically drops in half. Your cost per lead, your cost per book call basically drops almost in half. For the most Part given you have everything else dialed in. Now, what happens from day seven to 14, especially if you sell high ticket over the phone call, for example, is you start getting calls, you start getting calls booked, you start getting calls actually showing up. And so if you make optimizations on your ads and campaigns within the first 14 days of you launching in the testing phase, you're probably hurting your results more than helping. And the reason why is because you, you don't have enough data to actually understand what's working and what's not. You don't have calls taken on your calendar to know who's a good lead, who's a bad lead, and where these leads are actually coming from. So you want to make sure from day seven to 14 you're not changing much. You're letting the Google Ads campaign do its thing. Now, once you go to the optimizing phase, this is where after 14 days you begin making changes to your ads, your landing page, your campaigns, your targeting, maybe even your sales process. What you want to do is you want to have an order of optimization here. What, what we do with all of our clients is we go through the top priority first, offer improvements, most important thing, major funnel changes, second most important thing, new and better creative, third, most important thing. And then last but not least, media buying tactics and strategies, which is new ad strategies, audience testing, bidding strategies, conversion events and optimization. Because those are the things that make 20% of the actual results. The 80% is all of these things right here, which is why we focus on those. And you should too when, when you're optimizing your campaigns. So for example, if you're not getting enough qualified leads to show up to the calls you need to optimize your show up rate. You do that after someone actually clicks on your ad, not before it. So you don't want to change anything in the targeting just yet. You want to fix the constraint in your current campaign. Once you do that, then you can move to the scaling phase. There's two ways of the scale, vertical scaling and horizontal scaling. And I made an entire video going over our process to scale. And in this video I show you exactly how to scale from zero to $10,000 a day profitably using ads on YouTube. I break the entire process down step by step from optimization to scaling and making sure you have a consistent influx and pipeline of new converting ads for your business to always be playing offense and not defense. So you can scale your business past multiple seven and even eight figures like all of our clients do as well. Click this video right here and I'll see you there. Cheers.
