This is a YouTube video titled "The best client's don't want guarantee's..." containing a conversation between two speakers discussing the role of guarantees in marketing and sales, emphasizing that guarantees serve primarily as a marketing tool and that the best clients typically do not require them. The content was created in January 2025.
I have craziest guarantees but there's a lot of contractual stipulations that they have to fulfill. So the customer success goes up because they spent so much money investing in. They want the guarantee but they won't get it unless they do the work. So that's the observer.
The whole point of the guarantee is for marketing. That's the whole point. Like we, we have one and out of all the sales calls, I mean really the best clients don't ask for it anyway like they're going to do the work. But the whole reason you add a guarantee is to make the marketing work more efficiently and most people won't qualify for it or if they do, there's the conditions, right? And that's how you obviously make sure they do the work anyways to qualify for the guarantee. So it's something you can add for the marketing but on the sales side you don't really even need to mention it.
