This is a YouTube video titled "The biggest red flag in potential clients #shorts" containing a monologue by Dara Akbar Ladjevardian recorded in March 2023. The content discusses client negotiation behavior and pricing strategies from the perspective of an agency owner, warning against lowering prices to avoid difficult clients.
I don't know, man. 15K? It's kind of pricey. How about we do 10K? 10K is fair enough. This is just a huge red flag now. Trust me. I've worked with a ton of clients in my life as an agency owner, and every single time a client tries to negotiate with me on the price and tries to ask for a discount, they end up becoming a nightmare. I appreciate the ask, I respect them for asking, but the answer is always no. And most often, if I say yes, they end up becoming a nightmare client. And we don't like working together. So never budge on your pricing, especially if you're delivering a fuck ton of value.
