This is a YouTube video titled "The Key Needle Mover to Maximize Results for the Done-With-You Coaching Program" containing a discussion between two speakers about strategies to improve client results and reduce churn in a coaching program. The conversation focuses on client obsession, product improvement, and the benefits of group coaching formats. The speakers are not identified as Brian Moncada.
Which key needle movers should I focus on like a daily basis to like maximize results for the done with you coaching program? So like to prevent, churn and just get the best possible results.
I think the fact that you asked that question is already telling me that you're already obsessed a lot right now. You're thinking about how you can make sure that they're getting the best results.
Absolutely.
So as far as the needle mover, you just got to obsess on client results right now.
Yeah, that's. Yeah. Pure obsession.
Yeah, that's like literally what we're doing with the hybrid right now. Like, we have 11 people gone through it. Right. Every single client's gone through it. You know, they're teaching us about what we need to make better about the product and the service. We've tried to make it better. Better experience, better results, better customer service, better implementation pathway, better coaching. Really. It's just you being in the weeds of the business right now and making sure the product's the best possible. But the fact that you've switched from the one to one to the group already is going to make the product better.
Yeah.
You're giving them the community, you're giving them the place to hang out and you're still giving them the access to you. Right. But it's in a group format where they get to be with other people going through the same things as them. That's already the better product.
