This is a YouTube video titled "THIS is why people will work with your agency #shorts" containing a motivational talk by a speaker named Steve, discussing the importance of agency owners selling themselves personally to clients to build trust and secure business. The content was created in February 2023 and focuses on client relationships in agency business.
A lot of agency owners don't realize this, but the reason their clients work with them isn't because of the agency, it's because of them. So if you're running an agency right now and you're not selling yourself, you're literally missing out on tons of thousands of dollars. The reason why is because people don't work with agencies. People work with people. Clients work with your agency because of you and who you are as a person. People trust people. And so you have to go out there and convince the client why you're the best option to help them scale their business. That's it. If you can sell yourself to the client, the clients will trust you like you, and they'll do business with you.
