Whether it's waking up immediately, drinking my water with lemon and salt, minerals combined with bone broth, that's going to help me always keep my body hydrated and my gut healthy, combined with going outside, looking at the sun, getting sun in my eyes, resetting my circadian rhythm, helps me with my sleep and also working out the way I do three times a week, focusing on long term health versus short term gains. These are quick habits, quick disciplines and things that will add up over time to be able to be my best version of myself long term. Not just short term, but long term. And.
