This is a YouTube video titled "USING YOUTUBE ADS FOR ECOM // BRIAN MONCADA" containing a conversation involving Brian Moncada discussing the challenges and parameters of using YouTube ads for e-commerce businesses, specifically addressing issues related to average ticket price and campaign fit. The discussion appears to be focused on marketing strategy and decision-making for e-commerce advertising.
But just because we are so far from where we need to be, those marginal gains or even big gains, it's not going to get us to where we need to be. And I'm wondering if you ever decide yourself that YouTube bars isn't a good fit. And instead of waiting the 15k and going three months, do you ever just cut it off and say, look, this actually isn't a good fit, or can you always in 90 days turn things around some degree?
It is a case by case basis. I can give you guys the parameters to go off of. From my experience with E Comm and we've tried E Comm five different times. Back when I was, you know, very beginning when I was saying that the number one problem we had was we had too many different avatars coming into our service and the sales process and creative strategy was so different. Right? So we had a few E Comm people and what I found was that if their average ticket price for their E Comm product was less than $75, YouTube ads was going to be very hard to make work.
