With PBD and them, they're very big on, like in house. And like, you want to bring it in. It's like you can, but obviously your. Your access to talent is diminished and it's harder. And then when you have them in house, then they want to run to four different other things. And then you have like a fractional media buyer at that point. It just comes to a point where it's like every. I saw it happen time and time again. Like, it was started with Ryan, who taught me. He got really good, started his own thing, then it was me, and then everybody else after just started, you know, basically dropping off. Yeah, it's like you have a two to three year run rate where you can train someone, you. You can maximize it, you can benefit from it. Then you just need to stack the roster to keep it going. Beyond that, especially if there's no real incentive plan to keep them around and to build them and to scale it, you got to give them a big enough ocean to swim in themselves in your ocean, right?
