The speaker explains when to start running ads for your business. You need a proof of concept first and enough monthly revenue to sustain the campaign before scaling with paid advertising.
The right time to start running ads is right around 30amonth because around 30k a month you have proof of concept, you have sales being made and you have enough budget to probably spend anywhere from four to five a month without you know totally wiping out your profit margins to test ads and obviously get some campaigns running before that. It's not really worth it. So obviously you know you could try it but you're not going to have enough budget because if you do get something that works right let's say it's profitable but you run out of money because you don't have enough budget right? So about 4 to 5k a month is reasonable when you're at at least 30k a month that's typically when I recommend people to start running ads. When you have proof of concept, solid foundation and you want to scale past 100k a month that's when you need an optimal selling strategy. The best way to do that is with ads.
