This is a YouTube video titled "Why I transitioned to running an agency #shorts" containing a monologue or personal reflection from March 10, 2023, where the speaker discusses their decision to move from working solo as a high-paid marketing consultant to building and managing a team in an agency setting to scale their business.
Do I want to keep doing this by myself and be like, a high paid marketing consultant making 30 grand a month forever? Like, no. I kind of want to go bigger. And so that's why I was like, okay, to go bigger, you gotta have to have a team. To hire a team, you have to make less profit, but you get more off your plate so you can focus on other things. Then I started building it into an actual legitimate agency.
