Brian Moncada explains why ad agencies shouldn't promise specific returns on ad spend. He covers how sales teams affect results, why lead generation alone isn't enough, and what actually moves the needle on client revenue.
Most of Our clients average a 3-4x return on ad spend on the front end. Now I can't guarantee that obviously because they have a self liquid trading off. How do they. No cash collected. So like after the high ticket sale, they spend 50 grand on ads on YouTube and they make at least 200, 350 grand back. Right. Let's just say so. But again, it's all dependent upon the sales team. The biggest bottleneck we always have, which is why we get a lot of clients from Cole and Cole loves working with us because everyone needs leads, which is what we do from YouTube. And then we always send people to Cole because they need help with the sales training, management and leaders. Right. That's always the biggest bottleneck for the roas on our end is the sales team. You give them a bunch of clients but they can't fulfill, they can't close. Yeah, they can't close. Right. Because again, that's always the hardest part. We can get them all the leads, but if they can't close, then we get fired. Right. And that's obviously why we have a good partnership together.
