This is a YouTube video titled "WHY YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS AN INTEGRATOR // BRIAN MONCADA" containing a monologue or talk by Brian Moncada recorded in February 2024. Brian discusses the challenges of delegating day-to-day operations to a trusted integrator, reflecting on his personal experience with leadership, control, and trust in business management.
We've been at the, you know, the same ranges as well, but it's because I haven't had the integrator to take off the day to day operations. So your biggest challenge is to find your number one. I have that. I haven't given him the control he needs. He's been here from the very beginning, my very first hire. But it never was very apparent that he needed to be that person. And it has now come to that point. I've. My ego always got in the way of like, well, maybe I'm not as valued if I don't need to do all that. Exactly, exactly. Yeah. Yeah. So now it's just about the patience game of like, okay, 30, 60, 90 days. I need to just be okay with releasing control and trusting the process, because he knows the business just as well as I do.
