WOULD YOU RUN ADS IN THIS SCENARIO? // BRIAN MONCADA

Brian Moncada breaks down whether YouTube ads make sense for a car dealership in Germany. He looks at the actual market size and suggests personalized marketing might work better for niche audiences.
In terms of the best offers and niche, I'll give you a perfect example, right? We have a client in our mastermind, actually who is an agency owner and they run ads in the German market. They came to me and said, hey, like, you know, what is the best offer for YouTube ads? We have this client right now that he wants to help car dealerships. And we were wondering if YouTube ads would be a good platform to target car dealership owners in Germany. I asked them, how many car dealerships are there? Just off a little bit of research we found that there was maybe like 250 to 300. Let me ask you guys, right? If your Target market is 250 to 300 people, would you run YouTube ads? They'll run and they will spend, but you will not get car dealership owners in your funnel. If you do, you'll, you'll spend a ton of money to get them and it'll cost you a fuck ton of money as well. You're better off doing what Charlie told yourself earlier. Right? Hyper personalization for omnipresence. Yes. You know, direct mail, personalized loom videos across their social media channels, but not YouTube ads. So the point being, your total available market needs to be, in my opinion, at least 100,000 plus. At least 100,000 plus. And that's very, very minimum too.
