This is a YouTube video titled "You don’t need to have your entire scaling plan figured out on day 1." It features a single speaker sharing personal experience and advice on how to grow a business without initial funds for ads or content creation, emphasizing in-person networking and word-of-mouth as effective strategies for client acquisition and business growth.
Yeah. So how do you get your business off the ground when you don't have enough money to spend on ads and you don't have time to make content? But what I did when I was first starting my agency and I didn't have any clients, I didn't have any money to spend on ads, and I couldn't even really afford my domain at the time, but I still spent 5k on it. I went to masterminds, I went to events, workshops, and in person places where my ideal audience was hanging out. This was the easiest, fastest way for me to get clients because I was in person with them, telling them exactly how I could help them and not trying to pitch them or sell them. They would see the value I could bring to them and they would eventually hire me because of the value I was giving to them at these events. Shaking hands, going in person and meeting people, talking to people. One of the oldest ways and easiest ways to get clients if you're willing to put in the work. But most people are looking for the scalable activities, right? Oh, I sent out 50 DMS or loom videos and I didn't get a client yet. It's like, boohoo, dude. Actually, go travel, go in person, shake hands, grow by word of mouth and referrals. This is the fastest way I was able to go to seven figures. And most people grow seven figures in their business before they even have money to spend on ads.
