This is a YouTube video titled "You have to have proof of concept before running ads." It contains a monologue or talk from September 15, 2024, discussing the importance of having a scalable offer and proof of concept before investing in advertising campaigns, emphasizing the need for a proper mindset and sufficient testing time for ads to be effective.
From my experience, the biggest reason why most people fail with ads is because they go into running ads with a mindset of I'm going to test it for 30 days and if it doesn't work out, I'm going to try something else. The problem with that is ads take at least 90 days to truly get a good case study to see if it's going to work or not. Now, of course, something working a lot faster, but actually a true campaign to be scaled 90 days. So they don't test enough, they don't have enough budget, they go in with the wrong mindset, and more importantly, they don't even have the right foundation. You have no business running ads if you can't even sell the offer, product or service. You're trying to run ads to organically or to your friends or to your family. So you got to have a scalable offer, which means you got to have a specific problem, you're solving for a specific person, a specific way, and you got to have a proof of concept before you start running ads.
