A talk on why natural fibers matter for your skin. Cotton, linen, silk, and hemp let your body breathe in ways synthetics can't. The speaker argues treating your body well starts with what you wear against it.
There's this half naked Jack dude who promotes sunning your balls on Twitter named Solbra, who, although controversial, has a lot of things right. For one, he promotes people to only wear cotton, linen, and silk or hemp clothing material. And the reason why is because if you wear polyester, synthetic fiber, or spandex, you're basically poisoning yourself every single day because those plastic chemicals in those materials seep into your skin. And that's why for me and my family and my friends, I always tell them whenever you're shopping. And that's why I shop at Polo, Ralph Lauren, Zara. I look at the actual label of the clothing material and I read it. Does it say cotton? Does it say linen? Does it say silk? Does it say hemp? If it doesn't, I don't buy it because I know that my body is worth the best quality material on planet Earth. And that's cotton, that's linen, that's hemp, and that's silk. So sole bra got a few things right.
