2026 Has Already Happened - The Physics of Achieving Your Goals This Year

Brian Scott argues that 2026 already exists as a fixed point in spacetime, and your job is to navigate to the version where your goals are done. He uses Einstein's physics and Neville Goddard's teaching to explain why the only creative act is choosing which finished reality to inhabit, then walks through three practices: crystalline clarity about what you want, feeling the quiet satisfaction of already having it, and acting from that state instead of from lack.

Emotional resonance means your baseline emotional state shifts to match the achieved outcome. Not during visualization all the time, or at least as much of the time as you can manage. Every time you notice yourself in wanting and hoping and anticipation, you gently redirect to the feeling of already having. Welcome to the Reality Revolution. I'm your host, Brian Scott, and this activation is dedicated to the new year, the year that has already happened. This is an activation for 2026. I want to talk to you about something that might fundamentally change how you approach this year. Not goals, not resolutions, not manifestation techniques. I want to talk to you about time itself. And why everything you're hoping to create in 2026 has already happened. Stay with me right now as you're listening to this. December 31st of 2026 already exists. It's not something that will exist. It's not potential. It's not possibility. It's a location, a coordinate in the fabric of space-time that is as real and solid as the ground beneath your feet. And somewhere in that coordinate, somewhere in that location we call the end of 2026, there is a version of you who has already lived this entire year, every day of it, every hour, every breakthrough, every transformation. If you're listening to this in 2027, it's the same thing. No matter what year you're listening to this, this episode is evergreen. It's a key teaching I want you to understand because it changes everything for me. About how I set goals and lock into things I want to achieve. That version of you who already knows what it felt like to achieve the goals you're setting right now exists right now. They've already experienced the moment of completion. They've already felt the satisfaction, the expansion, the growth that came from seeing it through. They're not hoping or wishing, they're remembering. What I want you to understand is that version of you is not a fantasy. This is not a visualization exercise. They're not something you need to attract or manifest or create into being. They already exist right now in this very moment. The only question is, are you going to let yourself become them? Let's go deeper into this because I want you to feel it in your bones. This is when it works, not just understand it in your mind. Einstein showed us something profound. He demonstrated that time is not what we think it is. We experience time as this linear sequence— past, present, future— one moment leading to the next, like dominoes falling in a row. But that's just our experience of time. That's not what time actually is. What time actually is, according to The physics is a dimension, just like length, width, height. You can move forward through space, you can move backwards through space, you can move up, you can move down. And in the same way, all points in time exist simultaneously. Think about it like this: Los Angeles exists right now, Tokyo exists right now. You might be in neither of those places, but your location doesn't determine their existence. They're real whether you're there or not. December 31st, 2026 is like that. It exists. Your current position in the timeline doesn't determine its reality. You're simply not at that coordinate yet in your experience. And where it gets extraordinary is you're not just moving through time. You're not passively being carried along some predetermined track toward a fixed destination. You're navigating. You're selecting with every thought, every assumption, every state you occupy. You are choosing which version of that December 31st that you're moving toward, because 2026 doesn't just exist once. It exists in infinite variations, infinite coordinates. There's a 2026 where you achieve everything you're hoping for and more. There's a 2026 where you achieve nothing. There's a 2026 where you achieved things you haven't even imagined yet. All of them are real. All of them exist right now. And consciousness, your consciousness, is the navigation system. Neville Goddard said creation is finished. He meant it literally. Every possible outcome, every possible version of every possible year already exists in the infinite tapestry of reality. Nothing needs to be created. Nothing needs to be built from scratch. Nothing needs to be manifested into being. It's already there. The only creative act, the only real power you have, is the power of selection, the power of assumption, the power of deciding which finished creation you're going to occupy. So when I talk about seeing your goals through this year, I'm not talking about struggle. I'm Not talking about willpower. I'm not talking about grinding through obstacles until you finally reach some distant destination. I'm talking about identification. I'm talking about occupying right now the state of the person who has already done it, because that person exists, and the fastest way to become them is to realize you already are them, just experiencing a different point in the timeline. This is where everything changes. Most people approach goals from a position of lack. They look at where they are, they look at where they want to be, and they see a gap, a distance, an obstacle course between here and there. Then they try to bridge that gap through effort, through action, through force. But that approach reinforces the gap. Every time you think, I need to achieve this, you're Affirming you haven't achieved it yet. Every time you feel the wanting, you're generating the energy of lack. Every time you strain toward the goal, you're pushing it further away. Because the universe doesn't respond to what you want, it responds to what you are. And if you are someone who wants something, that's exactly what you'll continue to be. This is the great reversal. Instead of reaching toward the goal, you pull the goal towards you by becoming the person Who already has it. Instead of asking, how do I get here? You ask, what does it feel like to already be there? Instead of planning the journey, you assume the destination. I want you to think about the biggest goal you have for 2026, or whatever year you're listening to this. Whatever it is— financial freedom, physical transformation, creative breakthrough, relationships, career— whatever calls To you most strongly. Now, instead of imagining it as something in the future, I want you to feel what it would feel like if it were already done. Not going to be done, done, finished, behind you. What's the first thing you notice? What's different about how you carry yourself? What thoughts are natural to think from that place? What concerns have dissolved? What new concerns have taken their place. Because here's the thing about achieved goals— they stop feeling like goals. They just feel like life, the way things are, obvious and normal. That's the frequency you're reaching for. Not the excitement of anticipation, not the thrill of possibility. Something quieter than that, something more solid. It is subtle. There is a talent to this, the simple, subtle knowing of what Is. When you're in that state, when you are genuinely occupying the consciousness of the person who has already achieved it, action becomes effortless. You don't have to force yourself to do the things that move you toward the goal. You naturally do them because that's what that version of you does. That's just who they are. The discipline is not discipline anymore. It's just behavior that matches identity. The focus isn't effort anymore. It's just attention that matches assumption. You're not pushing towards something, you're being someone, and that someone naturally, inevitably experiences the outcomes that match that state. Now, there's a reason most people don't sustain this. There's a reason people have glimpses of the achieved state, feel the possibility, taste the reality, and then fall back into doubt. And I want to address this directly because this is where most teachings fall short. The mind has a mechanism— call it the identity lock, call it the self-concept thermostat, call it the ego's maintenance program, whatever you call it— its function is the same: to maintain consistency with who you believe yourself to be. And this mechanism doesn't care about your conscious desires. It doesn't care about your vision boards or your affirmations or your intentions. It operates beneath all of that. At the level of core assumption. If your deep foundational assumption is, I am someone who struggles with money, then no matter how many wealth visualizations you do, you'll find yourself struggling with money because that's what matches the identity. If your deep assumption is, I am someone who can't sustain relationships, then no matter how good things get, you'll find yourself sabotaging them back to the familiar baseline. The identity lock will always win. It's more patient than your willpower. It's more persistent than your affirmations. It operates 24 hours a day, shaping your perceptions, filtering your experiences, generating thoughts and impulses that confirm what it already believes to be true. So here's the insight: you cannot simply add new goals on top of old identity. You cannot paste achievements onto a self-concept That doesn't support them. The foundation must shift first. And the way the foundation shifts is not through repetition alone, though repetition helps. It's not through force of will, though clarity of intention helps. The foundation shifts through experience. You have to actually experience the new identity, not just think about it, for the identity lock to update its settings. This is what activated imagination does. This is what living in the end provides. When you genuinely occupy the state, when your nervous system feels it, when your body experiences it, when your emotions align with it, your identity lock can't tell the difference between that and real experience. It updates, it calibrates, it recalibrates. It begins to maintain the new setting With the same persistence it once maintained the old. This is why I create these activations the way I do. Information alone does not transform. Concepts alone don't shift identity. But experience— felt, embodied, neurologically real experience— rewires at the level that matters. So as we move through this, I want you to give yourself permission to actually feel what we're exploring, not just understand it. Not just agree with it, but let it land in your body. Let it become experience. Let me give you a framework now, something concrete you can work with. 3 pillars that, when aligned, make achievement not possible but inevitable. The first is crystalline clarity. Most goals fail not because of insufficient action, but because of insufficient clarity. People know vaguely what they want. But not specifically. They know the category but not the particular. I want more money is not a goal, it's a direction. I want financial freedom is not a goal, it's a concept. A crystalline goal has sensory specificity. What does it look like when it's done? What sounds are you hearing? What are you saying to yourself? What are others saying to you? What does your body feel like in that reality? What's your daily routine? What time do you wake up? What's the first thing you notice? The reason this matters is that your subconscious, the part of you that actually generates your experience, doesn't respond to abstractions. It responds to imagery, to sensation, to emotional tone. When you give it fuzzy targets, it produces fuzzy results. When you give it photographic clarity, it knows exactly what to move So right now, I want you to select one goal, the primary thing you want to see through this year, and I want you to crystallize it. Get specific. Not just successful business, not just happiness, but the exact scene that tells you it's done. Not just a healthy body, but the specific moment— what you're wearing, what you're doing, what you're feeling— that confirms The transformation is complete. Now hold that scene, lock it in. This is your destination coordinate. The second pillar is emotional resonance. Here's where most people go wrong. They visit the feeling of achievement, but they don't live there. They touch it in meditation, they glimpse it in visualization, and then they return to their habitual emotional state as soon as the session ends. But the version of you who has achieved this goal, they don't feel excitement about it. They don't feel hope about it. They feel something much quieter— satisfaction. Gratitude, peace, the calm that comes from completion. And that's not a state you visit, it's a state you inhabit. Emotional resonance means your baseline emotional state shifts to match the achieved outcome. Not during visualization all the time, or at least as much of the time as you can manage. Every time you notice yourself in wanting and hoping and anticipation, You gently redirect to the feeling of already having. Every time you catch yourself in the energy of I need this to happen, you shift to the energy of this has already happened. It takes practice. The old patterns are strong, but every moment you spend in the achieved state is a moment of rewiring, a moment of updating the identity lock, a moment of tuning your frequency to the reality you're selecting. And here's something powerful: you don't have to hold it perfectly. You don't have to maintain it constantly. Even spending 10% more of your day in the achieved state than you did yesterday begins to create momentum. The compound effect is extraordinary. Now, the 3rd pillar is aligned action without attachment. Now, some teachings will tell you that you don't need to take action That you simply assume the wish fulfilled and reality rearranges itself around you. And there is truth in that. At the highest level, form follows consciousness, and physical action is secondary to internal states. But I find it counterproductive to teach this. For most of us, in most circumstances, action is part of the dance. The key is the quality of that action. Action from lack feels like struggle. It's effort. It's pushing against resistance. It's trying to make something happen. Action from abundance feels like flow. It's inspired. It's the natural expression of who you already are. It's not trying to get somewhere. It's being somewhere and letting that being expressed through doing. The same physical action, the same behavior lands completely differently. Depending on which state it emerges from. Here's the paradox: when you're truly in the achieved state, action becomes almost irrelevant and simultaneously effortless. You do what that version of you would do, not to get a result, but because that's simply what you do, and the results follow naturally because they match the state. So the question isn't, what should I do to achieve this goal? The question is, What would I naturally do if I had already achieved it? The answer to that second question is your aligned action. Do that. Do it without attachment to outcome, because in the state of already having, there's nothing to be attached to. It's already done. You're just expressing. Let me bring this together. 2026, or whatever year you're listening to, is not something waiting to unfold. It's not potential shifting in some future possibility space. It's a location. A coordinate in the infinite field of existence that is as real as any physical space you've ever visited. In that location right now, there exists a version of you who has already lived this entire year, who's already navigated every challenge, who has already experienced every breakthrough, who has already seen through every goal you're setting right now. That version of you is not imaginary. They're not a visualization exercise. They're not a future self you need to create. They already exist. And your job, your only job, is to let yourself become them. Not by doing more or trying harder or forcing yourself through willpower and discipline. By assuming. By occupying their state. By thinking their thoughts. By feeling their feelings. By walking through your days as they walk through theirs. When you do this, truly do this, something remarkable happens. The gap between where you are and where you want to be begins to dissolve, not because you've traveled the distance, but because you've collapsed it. You've recognized that the distance was only ever perceptual, that you were always already the person you were trying to become. The goals don't feel like goals anymore. They feel like inevitable expressions of who you are. The year doesn't feel like something to survive or to conquer or to manifest. It feels like something to experience, to enjoy and allow, because it's already happened. You're just walking through the memory of it, selecting the version you prefer, identifying with the outcome you choose. So let me ask you this as we close: who do you want to be on December 31st 2026. Not what you want to have, not what do you want to achieve. Who do you want to be? What state do you want to be inhabiting? What feelings do you want to be natural to you? What thoughts do you want to be thinking automatically? What reality do you want to feel settled into as if it's always been that way? Because whoever that person is, they already exist. They're waiting for you. Not in the future, not at the end of a long road of effort and struggle. They're here now, in this moment, accessible through assumption, reachable through identification. You don't have to create them. You don't have to let yourself be them. The year has already happened. The best version of it is yours to claim. Not tomorrow, not when you've earned it, Not when the circumstances align. Right now, because it's already done. And you, the real you, the unlimited you, the you that exists outside of time, have already lived it. All that's left is to remember. Remember this: the power has always been in the assumption, not in the hoping or the wishing, not in the wanting. It's the assuming. The version of you who has achieved everything you're reaching for doesn't spend their time hoping they'll achieve it. They don't have to. It's already done. They just are it. That's the frequency. That's the state. That's what you're stepping into, not someday, but now. 2026 is not a journey, it's a choice. You've already made it. Welcome to the year that has already happened.
