A Young "Old Soul" Reveals What's Coming for Humanity - Gabi Kovalenko

In this extended interview on Brian Scott’s Reality Revolution podcast, modern philosopher, intuitive channeler, and author Gabi Kovalenko discusses her lifelong journey of inner‑knowing, from a middle‑school newspaper column to her book Falling Up. She explains how she accesses a flow‑state that she calls channeling, describing it as a deep, embodied connection to a zero‑point field rather than an external entity. Kovalenko links this practice to chakra work (especially throat and sacral), the alchemy of masculine‑feminine energy, and the importance of honoring non‑conformist, highly‑sensitive souls. She outlines a holistic manifestation process that begins with radical responsibility for one’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual layers, then moves through timeline work, inner‑child integration, and energy‑field balancing. The conversation expands to the broader cultural moment: the accelerating AI singularity, the fragmentation of the “New Earth” vision, and the need for a collective, responsible stewardship that integrates quantum‑healing technologies, energetic hygiene, and conscious education. Throughout, Kovalenko emphasizes discernment, the danger of conformity, and the necessity of cultivating inner balance to co‑create a new paradigm.

How a lot of people feel New Earth is they come together, experience harmony, then they split into their separate realities and await the next wave of revelation or disclosure or whatever else their mind might think is going to be the definitive proof that it's happening. We have to build it. So as soon as you create the effort inside yourself to be part of the creation of a new paradigm on this planet— this change has been talked about for literally millennia. People have been prophesying, you know, when is the shift going to happen? But I think we're finally getting to the point where it's literally inevitable with how fast AI is evolving and coming closer to this so-called singularity point. I think we really have to take bold action to preserve the soul and heart-based consciousness to not feel like this world has become so monotonous and robotic that people forget about these deeper soul values. Everyone has the agency to create it from now, but we have to do it.
Welcome to the Reality Revolution. I'm so excited today. I have Gabby Kovalenko. She's a modern philosopher, intuitive channeler, and author of Falling Up: A Path to Self-Realization. She started publishing a newspaper column on intuition and self-esteem at 13. And today, her work bridges noetic science, positive psychology, and spirituality to reveal one central idea: all is consciousness, and every one of us is a fractal of source. She holds a business degree, is pursuing a PhD in integrative medicine. I'm so excited to talk to her. Welcome to the Reality Revolution, Gabby.
Thank you so much, Brian. I've loved your podcast for so many years, so it's kind of surreal to be speaking with you today.
It's still a trip to me that anybody has listened to my podcast. When I put it out there, it's just hard for me to conceive, just like with your book, I'm sure, right? When somebody comes to you and says, I read your book, it's like, it's kind of like shocking, right?
Yeah, for sure. And it's amazing. I came across your podcast, it was about 6 years ago. I used to go on these long walks and you, I think you just popped up around that time, around 2019, 2020. And that's how I discovered Walter Russell and some other amazing thinkers that I'd never heard of before. And now it's come full circle. Next week, I'm going to be speaking at the University of Science and Philosophy. So it's, it's incredible how you planted the seeds for a lot of what I'm experiencing today. So thank you so much.
That makes me so excited. So, you know, I'm, I'm just somebody that loves to read and write. And clearly this is something that started early for you. You started writing a newspaper column at 13. Tell me about that.
I did. So I had the audacity when I was in middle school to apply for this opportunity that high school seniors were actually writing this op-ed column in a local newspaper. And I saw that and I was so inspired. I thought, aren't there more interesting things that we need, especially young people, to talk about? Which has been part of my focus my entire life, really. I mean, I've always been kind of looking at this world from aside and asking the deeper questions and having this nagging curiosity to understand human nature and these subtle aspects of reality, energy, like you mentioned, intuition, self-esteem, deeper parts of human awareness. And so I didn't feel it was really cutting it, just the perspectives on like the school clubs and extracurriculars and stuff. So I went to the editor and I said, look, I have some really interesting ideas that I want to mention if it could maybe inspire even adults to look at reality a little bit differently. Since I knew that there were things I was really focused on for many years that were not usually talked about. That's how it all began. I had a column called Another Page, A New Perspective. And that's how I started planting the seeds of my own abstract ideas, which a lot of adults, more than young people, more than my peers definitely, were saying they found resonance with. And that's what started me on the spiritual path, slowly but surely expanding on these concepts and just leaning more into this wisdom that's always been inside me, which I never really found a place to explore outside of writing in those initial years of my life.
I love that you talk about wisdom as being something remembered. Talk about that. It's not acquired. It's something remembered. And a lot of what you're learning is remembered, right?
Yeah, for sure. And that's why I say even my personality, what I embody, a lot of people react to in different ways. Because for some people, I'm too young to be doing what I do. Some people more judge the book by the COVID and they're unable to comprehend how I come across these things, where my ideas even come from. That's why lately I've been getting a lot of comments that you must be AI, or you're just, you're performative, or you're reading from a script. Because when I connect to that flow state, that's how it tends to come through in this very channeled, coherent way. But a lot of people's brains just can't come up. Like, how does the wisdom come through a young vessel?
It's so interesting. I'm getting similar comments. Anything that sounds good or cool or touches you, people instantly are questioning now. In the old days, you wouldn't question it, but now you're questioning the authenticity of this thing that has touched you, right? So I have a similar process. People, it seems like anything good is going to be questioned as AI now, right?
That's true. And it's really scary because people need to be more discerning, especially in an age of so much information and intelligence streams that are compounding people into these boxes of what they are now used to seeing. So when something beautiful shows up on social media, a lot of people say, that's AI. Or somebody really talented or somebody speaking from the soul, they might be quick to assume it's fake just because it's almost too good to be true. So I've been trying to shatter some of those perceptions and preconceived notions myself just by doing what I do.
Absolutely. It's, you record your writing on the floor with your eyes closed and you transcribe your own voice. I'm a big believer in my own writing and the process of speaking it out loud. I think some people, it's easier to speak what you're writing out loud. Is that how you, is that one of your writing styles?
Yeah. So initially when I was writing for the newspaper, that was me trying to put the thoughts down based on feelings that I had inside me. That's been my methodology my whole life. I've been feeling the world very deeply. And I always realized that people see the world differently than me, but my feeling state is what led to the onset of all this writing and deeper flow. So for me, I realized that if I'm trying to translate the feeling into the thought form and I'm spending a long time trying to write it, it starts to censor the communication, or I start to filter out things or just overthink the way that it really wants to come through. And that's when it hit me, when I had this, like, a large amount of ideas and feelings as far as the book that I felt I was meant to write. I realized I need to just get out of my head about this and just let me be in a total flow state. That's what I did. I sat in a walk-in closet and I would just close my eyes and get submerged in what I really felt I wanted to bring through chapter by chapter. And I had these data dumps, which I did my best to not take anything out or change a lot in the end result, because typically when it comes through, it's coming through exactly as it wants to. And so that's just been my method. And I've encouraged some people too that have felt it's difficult for them to communicate their thoughts, to just start to get really submerged in the feeling of what it is that you're intending to share. And from there, you can start to coherently express it. Which is often a lot easier than trying to think your way to do it or come up with the message and then try to devise the means of relaying it. That ends up leading to more inauthentic or like performative trying to communicate it, thinking about the end result.
You describe the mind as sort of this intermediary between source, and I love how you talk about that. Your role of writing really, to me, sounds spiritual. You worked on your throat chakra early on because of that. You were expressing yourself in a certain way. It became a really cool part of your teaching. Am I right?
Yeah, absolutely. Well, this whole channeling aspect, I like to clarify because there's a lot of people that, of course, identify as channelers these days. But I'm not channeling an entity, a being, like various intelligence streams, which a lot of people try to connect to because they have that feeling. Only through those higher sources can they connect to higher embodied wisdom. But I've been feeling something slightly different my whole life, that there is an ability to tap into just the innate knowing state, which is what the soul's awareness comes from. And it's more by reducing, you know, eliminating all the programming, all the means of trying to get the awareness that you come back to that source state of being. And so my state requires more stillness, more pure beingness. Trusting the feelings and just allowing for the thoughts and the intentions to flow from there. So yeah, definitely the throat chakra is a big part of that. And also the sacral chakra, which is in sync with the throat chakra. And so the two move together. So that's what I've also felt for a very long time, that the sexual energy needs to be transmuted in order to tap into the highest creative source of the energy. That's why the writing can feel like something that you move through your body. Almost like you're giving birth to it. That's actually the process I felt throughout writing my book. Like I was giving birth to this baby that I was feeling in the etheric field. It was coming through like batch by batch, almost like literal contractions, which stimulated the flow and allowed me to just stay in this process over a period of time. So yeah, definitely throat chakra is a big part of it.
So then your process of taking in, interfacing with this intelligence, it's almost, it's coming from that feminine perspective. Something's coming through you and you're birthing something as you channel it, right?
Absolutely. Well, I would say any process of creation has to involve equalization of these polarities. So it's not going to be just a feminine or a masculine part, of course. And that's why I'd say really the prerequisite is first getting into a state where you allow the feelings to lead. That gives you the truest, most authentic intention. But from there, you have to allow yourself to really hold space for that information. Otherwise, it could feel chaotic, or like there's so many different ideas. And a lot of people find themselves, I think, overthinking the process because there's endless possibilities. So that's also the downside or potentially the consequence of just moving into the pure feminine mode and staying there. You can feel very chaotic. You can feel like the sky's the limit, but then fail to materialize what's most in alignment. And so it kind of feels more like tapping into this field, allowing yourself to feel what is going to also raise my frequency the most, When I'm aligned with that particular idea? What creates the most joy, the most passion, the feeling of the deepest fulfillment? And it's something that really feels like it belongs to you. So when you tap into that right idea and feeling, then you can allow yourself to kind of hone in on it more and then move it through the full cycle of manifestation, which is physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual at the end of the day. And that's what my process has been like. It always starts like in a very feminine mode of deep feeling, introspection, just sensing what it is that humanity needs to understand more deeply. And then that brings me to a state of then kind of reverse engineering what that message is through myself, actually relating to it, feeling it sometimes wake up something deeper in me, sometimes shift me into a mode where I'm actually feeling my own thinking shift, where I'm sensing that I'm being upgraded by this wisdom and awareness that's moving through me. And only then can you coherently express it. So I think actually all downloads for human beings come through in that way. You're meant to accommodate it and then feel how it's allowing you to harmonize more deeply with both sides of what that intelligence holds, the thinking and the feeling aspects.
What does your channeling process look like when you're channeling? What's coming through? How do you channel? Tell me a little more about that.
So like I said, first of all, it's a still place of Just leaning into my own zero point. And that's the place I know you talk a lot about. You've mentioned Carlos Castaneda's work on the assemblage point and the Russell point on really tapping into that stillness, or even Vadim Zeland talking about allowing the pendulum to stop moving so violently so that you can really get into that inner axis of your being. That's how I've been describing it over the years. It's like the axis mundi of your being that everybody's in touch with in a different way. But I'm just really honed in on I know when I'm out of balance because I'll feel my mind is too active or I'm too deep in the feeling state, which makes it difficult sometimes to relate to my physical experience. So I find what's imbalanced and I let myself just go completely into that zero-point feeling state. And from there, there's that deeper intention that arises. So before I, let's say, record a video, I know what it is that I want to share, but it's usually an embodied intention. So I want people to feel a certain thing. I want to inspire a certain shift in consciousness. And that's attached to a whole web of other ideas, which I don't feel I need to pre-plan or, you know, like try to come up with before I get into that flow state. Rather, when I'm flowing with it, I'm energetically a match to all of those concepts. And so they just start to come through me and I'm just spitting the ideas and letting myself feel it as I go through. The process, which I feel people respond to differently based on their ability to also hold the feeling state inside them. That's why for some people they feel like it's a script, it's formulaic, but for other people it's something that resonates very deeply with them because they're also tapping into the informational field in that way. I think really that's part of the shift that humanity is starting to arrive at, the need for it, you know, with AI, with the onset of so much more information and pressures coming from the external field of reality, we're really forced to question, are we also connected with the internal state that lets us know what is true versus what is false? What is deeply applicable and resonant with us versus what isn't? We have to really know what creates that set point of balance and neutrality because that's what's going to be healing for us and also keep us in an organic way of relating to reality. Without that, I feel like a lot of people can be easily manipulated by information, Or they're just so open that they don't discern anymore. Like anything that sounds good or feels exciting and stimulating to their nervous system, they assume is real. But I feel what is truthful is something that resonates deeply and also allows you to feel. It creates balance. And it's also aligned with your best interest on the soul level. And so with that kind of foundation in my field, more and more of these ideas come through about what do I share? What do I build? What do I create? Often with a certain question and something that has been laid for, you know, sometimes years prior, something I've been thinking about and feeling is important, but then it later comes back and that's when I know it's time to really hone in on this piece that wants to be shared at this time. So yeah, it's a, it's a different process, I'd say.
So your awakening came through an awareness of this sort of, you mentioned infinite matrix beyond the veil of the 3D. You had an experience with it. I'm so excited to hear what you experienced. It's hard to describe those kind of experiences, right? Explain to me in the best way that you can what, what you saw beyond the veil.
So yeah, I've been feeling this kind of a different state of connecting to reality since the very beginning. And I'd say for a long time, my mind was trying to find ways of relating to the world that made sense and that would also be accepted, which was where I hit the deepest difficulty and the friction. It started in school. It continued onward trying to figure out like what's the most meaningful thing that I can do in this world. But I really have been feeling it in a very, what I'd call a metasystemic way since the very beginning. You know, that involves the ability to perceive patterns and to sometimes see things and feel things before they happen and just be more in touch with subtle energy and feeling more of like that plasma state or the state of gnosis, which is what you feel before the mind arrives at the evidence for that. And so that's kind of like living in liminality. It's also, it's what allows me to have a very sensitive nervous system, which 20% of human beings share, of course, that experience, the highly sensitive people. So I've had that feeling of embodiment my whole life. And for a long time, I was trying to make sense of it. And what do I do with this awareness? Also, where can it lead to more of a benefit for myself and others versus lead to this feeling of I'm so different from the world, that's why it's difficult to fit into it. And so eventually that brought me to just understanding there's a lot to share from this state of being. If I let myself be a bridge and be an antenna, then I'm not feeling the pressure of being different. I'm also not feeling like the information compounds to the point where I'm overwhelmed or I'm holding too much that I don't get to communicate. And that's where, to your point, the necessity came through to use the throat chakra to actually find the creative outlets. And it's literally, it's an inevitable thing. I work with a lot of people that have found themselves in jobs that they don't like and in relationships where they feel unseen, but they felt for many years before even choosing that job, being in that relationship, you know, being in any state that their mind chose, that they actually had so much more that energetically wants to be expressed through them. And so it's this catch-22. They're thinking, maybe when I find those people or those right circumstances, then I can finally be myself. But usually, since they haven't accepted, their actual creative essence beneath that, their identity ends up being split and then manifests even more of those splits in their lives. So then they get to that quarter-life or midlife crisis point where they realize they have to come back to square one and unlearn their ways of trying to fit into the world to create safety and to find approval and belonging. And usually that's when there's already been so much pain and trauma, collapse in their fields that's made them feel it's, it's really difficult to live with that awareness, especially if it's something that's not You know, expressed creatively and spiritually. And so, like, back to my process, I basically didn't have time in my life to have to program myself or to then need to unprogram from those experiences. So I just realized that I had to keep this part of me sacred, a little bit separate. That's why I didn't do this or talk about this in my high school years and around then. But I never accumulated that state of deep resistance to that uniqueness. Into that divine spark, which we all have, of course. And then as soon as I started to talk about it and express it through writing, it opened up more and more and more. And from there, I just feel this inner voice that's guiding me to share what I share, to help people in the way I do, and expand from there. The hardest part of this process, I would say, is that I'm constantly needing to upgrade my understanding of myself. So often I outgrow myself. I find myself like not being able to just do the things that I've been doing 1 year ago or 2 years ago. There's a need for constant evolution. Sort of like the name of your podcast, like the Reality Revolution. There's an internal revolution against the state of even conforming to my own worldview. I'm always challenging myself and finding new ways of using these awakening truths to awaken people or to create more awakening things. So that's why it's, it's like not just living with an awakened state of being. I would say we're constantly awakening ourselves and reality's awakening us and the journey to enlightenment never ends. So it's deeply humbling. And also I'd say challenge to have that knowing and understanding, but then also to take responsibility for what you can do with it to better your life and then to make more of an impact on this earth in any way we can.
So you've mentioned also the nonconformist soul, which goes along with what you were mentioning. Explain what that means, what your idea of that
is. Yeah, well, I'd say to be nonconformist is something that you are just born with for many people. which is where you're feeling inscribed into your field are these differences. It's almost like knowing that you're this puzzle piece that can't fit into the general jigsaw board of life, but understanding the nuances. Or another way to look at it, I've talked about monadicity and how we're all connected to the monadic nature of the universe. So in regards to that, it's like we're each a gem of consciousness, and those facets of our individuality, they hold the keys to understanding how can we find belonging, find an experience of love, create a home for ourselves in this world by finding a home within ourselves. And it comes through only understanding that uniqueness from this angle of trying to fit in more with your own self-awareness than trying to find belonging through all of these preconceived notions of what it means to be human or how to find external love and all these other things that we're taught to believe. And so I clashed very deeply and intensely with the conformity of just the school environment. Which I feel that's the primary challenge that all human beings have to deal with, aside from, of course, our upbringing and what we learn from our parents. It's feeling like this formulaic way of understanding subject matters, intelligence, what wisdom is, the nature of time, how to study, how to perform knowledge and intelligence. It can make people feel like they now need to conform to this understanding, which is super systematic. And it doesn't allow you to really integrate and to figure out what's missing from everything that we're usually taught. And so, I always felt like there's something really missing from that approach, which left me to try to do things and even as part of school projects to do things that were very unique and different. Like, I was obsessed with medicine early on. And I realized that was strange for a little kid in 2nd, 3rd grade to be wanting to constantly write about medicine and understand it more deeply. And it got to the point where teachers were calling my parents and asking like, what's wrong with this girl? Are you guys doctors? Are you forcing her to talk about medicine or to study this? And they said, no, she's just always been a super inquisitive thinker and learner. And she's like devoured all these different books. And she's gotten to the point where this is her passion. And this is okay to create space for whatever really moves the soul and lights that inner fire. And yet I felt I kind of needed to conform because I started to get worse grades. The teachers didn't like what I was doing. And so they were penalizing me just for that. And so that created this weird internal witness in me that I was wondering, well, is it even safe to be a nonconformist, which is just to have unique passions and desires and to talk in a way that's unique and to express in a way that's different, to like different music, to eat different foods, you know, to ask deeper questions, all things that are very normal. And people in our communities, of course, they live like this. But compared to the status quo, it's not normal. It's something that feels very oppositional and contradictory. So my process has been basically learning that those things that make me different and make humans different are the things that need to be honored in a unique way. And I think also creates a larger civilizational question of like, why is our world so deeply fragmented that as soon as people who feel repelled from the status quo come to terms with their own uniqueness, they feel like they're part of the problem instead of part of the solution. I think that twist would change a lot of what happens inside of people's healing processes and in their understanding of their purpose and what's really the point of us all being here on this earth. Like, that difference is something that probably we can arrive at in a way of really regarding that as our deeper purpose. What needs to be now included with love and also lead to the search for what do you do best, but in a unique way. They can support this matrix more lovingly.
There's a sort of paradox between that, us moving into a we consciousness, right? And then the, the, the part of us that wants to not conform and find new things and constantly change and experience the world in different ways and become something different at the same time. And part of that, they're all coming together. It's this fractal that, that we're moving towards, right?
Yeah, that's so true. And it makes me think of how a lot of people are arriving now at the idea of oneness. But even oneness means very different things to many different people, right? Right. For some people, oneness is like, oh, we just have to take the same approach or to even fit into a new collective illusion of reality or how we're supposed to think and like dream this dream together. Versus for other people, oneness is an experience that's so polarizing. It's like being able to feel the pain of this world and also feel what can you do to alleviate suffering in the world at the same time. It's a more truthful state of being instead of a more kind of delusional state of being, which is a fantasy that some people in the spiritual community choose. But it's also, I think it's just natural human psychology. To your point about what creates conformity and why is nonconformity so difficult to embrace, I think a great example to understand that are all these social experiments that have been done by psychologists like the Solomon Asch experiment and the Stanley Milgram experiment, where they look at people in these settings of just an ordinary thing that you should be able to act on impulsively if you have ethics and if you have a normal state of conscience, like somebody is potentially going to experience pain because you push a button in an experiment where, you know, they just make a mistake, a simple mistake. And the researcher tells you, push that button because they made the mistake. And so a normal person's conscience would say, well, I'm not going to inflict pain, even if it's part of a setup experiment. They didn't actually do anything so wrong that I should inflict suffering on this person who's a test subject. But then again, as soon as they're pushed and pressed to do the thing that somebody tells them to do, even if it's one single person, most people's psyche just kind of splits in that moment. And they start to do the thing that they normally would never do. Which is, it's very, very revealing. And the reason why that experiment even unfolded was to explore what happened in Nazi camps and why people could turn against other people so severely and inflict pain, which a healthy psyche should never do. But really, it's because of the nature of conformity. You'll start to make mistakes that you normally wouldn't make, start to do things that would turn against your deeper understanding just because other people are doing that. And so, yeah, I was born with just this kind of violent opposition to that, to doing what everybody else does. Yes. And I think that that's maybe the most important skill in the start of the awakening process. When you start to be able to perceive differences and see why people make the choices they make and understand just how many options you really have to choose, not based on the status quo or what you're told, but to also allow there to be a new inner witness that neutrally weighs the possibilities and develops a healthier, cleaner conscience because you're able to size up that every decision has its pros and cons and also consequences that are beyond you. And that's the start of empathy. That's the start of really being able to feel what's the difference between what the ego wants for you and the higher self, which is a whole other conversation, you know, about what people choose from either the state of the mind trying to make the decisions based on everything it's learned and sized up about what's correct in life versus what the soul and deeper intuitive state might be informing, which needs to be trusted and understood sometimes before you have that mental clarity It's even the right thing to do.
So if you've been following my channel for a while, you know that, you know, I want to know everything I can about reality creation. And so this is something that you teach. You teach manifestation and reality creation. Everybody has their own perspective and way of teaching it. And one of the best ways to learn is teach it. That's part of what you teach with your group, right? So tell me, tell me your perspective. You're telling somebody comes to you and they, and they want to shift their reality. What, What process do you take them through from your experience?
Yeah, that's a great question. It's such a deep journey to understand, first of all, what creates your individual experience of reality. I try not to explain it in a way that makes people dissociate from their current worldview to understand how to hack into the desired worldview. Because as soon as you've dissociated from what is, you lose the understanding of your embodied experience and all the other facets of awareness that actually projected this inside your life. So step 1 is to assume complete and radical responsibility for what it is that you experience in your life. That is your physical experience, including your health, your daily well-being, your energy levels, your diet, your daily choices, including things that you may not like about yourself. To really look yourself in the mirror and to understand this has to be accepted, because your physical vessel, it holds your experience of consciousness whether you like it or not. And then after that, to submerge in the mental beliefs, which is usually where people try to hack into their desired reality from there by changing their belief about the success or the abundance they deserve, or the kind of relationships they will tolerate, or to create positive affirmations and all of that, which can be very effective to a certain point, of course, unless you have collision with the emotional field or spiritually, if there's really deep dissonance there. The whole picture has to be more holistically understood by zooming out and just really looking at what was the origin point of this experience of consciousness. So sometimes it can feel like timeline work, like somebody is brought back to a moment without even a hypnotic trance or, or a meditative state, just by doing the inner feeling and really starting to question when did they first feel like they were part of a certain identity construct that makes them feel limited in a certain way, or what drew them to a particular person if we're talking about relationships, or what makes them feel like they're stuck or trapped. in a state of victim consciousness in their life at large. And then usually consciousness is so wise at being able to show you exactly the moment when that all began. So you can just start to explore this yourself and feel, all right, so I started having this internal split when I was maybe a child in first grade. These things were happening. You can start to remember particular conversations, particular states of being and emotional experiences, which were like tidal waves crashed through your field when you started to feel shame, fear, Anger, opposition, when the nervous system deeply contracted. And you may still be literally experiencing yourself frozen on that part of your timeline because the body viscerally remembers what created the threat, where are you now feeling opposition, and where ironically, paradoxically, you feel you need to be opposed to yourself based on the way that your authentic reality created that point of tension. And so for a lot of people, the whole reality starts to feel different when they understand they have been precipitating this experience based on what they've been holding inside of themselves, based on tension inside the fascia, based on what they've been unwilling to forgive or let go of, or just not feel into more deeply. Because you can't bypass those moments, even though a lot of people are able to create tremendous manifestation and success based on what they're able to tell their minds they're capable of achieving. I think it's a dangerous point because people can become very narcissistic in that quest for manifesting their desired state of being. So essentially there's like this split self that then ends up manifesting their experience, a wounded inner child, which is still caved in, still feeling shame and fear and unworthiness. And then this paternal kind of outer self, which is narcissistically leading them in the direction of fulfilling those inner voids. And it's wild to look at it that way. How many people are actually feeling fulfilled and satisfied But actually, are they doing good for themselves at the soul level, or are they just creating a mousetrap for themselves, which leads to, at the end of the day, feeling they're still split, they're still torn, and maybe their soul has to show them in another way that they've been trying to escape the real point of their existence, which is to close that gap holistically? So that's just like the starting point. We could probably talk about this one for hours though.
Part of what you teach is also energy, balancing energy, energy expansion. And so teach me, because I'm always wanting to learn more about energy. So what have you learned? Help me with my energy.
Okay. Well, of course, everyone's energy field has its own configuration. I see it as like a blueprint, which creates the physical experience from the top down. It's that downward causation that leads to the Manifestation of what's real in you right now. So that's the part about taking responsibility for what life you're living currently, how your energy's flowing. And a really powerful way to start to understand it is simply if you feel like you're low energy, so if you're naturally feeling depleted by certain things, or you can't find the motivation to wake up in the morning and do what you're doing, there's already been a certain chain of events that's gone into the reduction of alignment in the energy field, which causes that feeling of depletion. And so if to look at what's unfolding on the level of the energy field in that person, it's like the chakras are spinning more slowly. They're not activated the way that they would be in a healthy field that's living in alignment with the soul state. And so for that person, they would need to figure out where particularly are they feeling like life is weighing down on them and preventing them from channeling this authentic energy and passion. It could be at the level of the heart that's feeling it can't be seen, or there's no place for that love to flow. If, for instance, the person is holding a lot of grief and the energy of feeling unworthy, or if they're feeling suffocated by their own truth, it can literally feel to them like there's something weighing on their heart, making it very difficult to, to express this energy and to find creative outlets for it. Or you can go through that analysis on the level of any other chakra and start to understand the root cause of what's caused it to literally be in that state of depletion. And so once you've identified what's leading to depletion, there's something that likely has already existed for a long time that's been a suppressed desire or something that you've been feeling curious about, wanting to give yourself the freedom to do, but you literally have to now create a new permission slip. That's something I talk about in my book, actually, like writing the permission slip for yourself to activate the possibility that's already dormant inside your field. So I believe for any person that's feeling disempowered, the key is not trying to create a new belief or to, like, try to become somebody who you already aren't by matching somebody else's template. That would be another form of conformity, which makes you feel also split from your most authentic self. It's more to release all of those energetic holds, those contracts formed to unconscious beliefs, to the way that the world has informed your own worldview, let's say. Or what you're trying to prove to other people and start to really tap into what have I sincerely been wanting to create for myself all along. And then the inner child can come out and start to remind you, you were maybe artistic as a kid and your parents thought it was stupid, or you just kind of like in my case, I didn't have the opportunity in school to submerge myself in some of the things that come very naturally to me as an adult. Now you have to liberate yourself by creating that new bridge internally To allow that wave of energy to come through you. And it literally will start to re-architect your reality from within by giving you new hits of intuition, strengthening this communication channel between inner self and outer self. And that's also how you facilitate the deeper gnosis about what's best for your body, mind, and spirit. You could start to feel all of a sudden like, oh, these people, these relationships are also not helping me to be in a loving connection to myself, or I need to not participate in certain bad habits. I need to minimize how much time I'm watching even YouTube or social media to allow for that incubation of what's most essential and what's most real to me. And that's really like finding that liminal space or set point inside yourself to be a creator in your own way. Because I think that's the most important crux of the matter when it comes to reality creation, to find what it is that you want to create, which is something that maybe there isn't even an existing example as to how you want to do that. If you want to be a teacher, be the kind of teacher that is phenomenal in your own way, through your own approach and style and bringing your heart's energy into the mix. Or an artist that's really doing something highly unique because they're channeling their spiritual gifts in addition to allowing, you know, the colors on the palette to flow. So it's whatever it is that you feel inclined to do, that you can do specifically in your own way, that's going to unleash that wave of energy and feel extremely energizing. And that's, that's really the thing to look for. If you have found your thing, you should feel like you can do it for hours and hours, and you're going to feel not depleted even though you're giving energy to it. That's what the Russells talked about beautifully when it comes to the law of love and equal givings and regivings. Because a lot of people, they think, what can I receive from the world? I want to connect to something that's going to nourish me, but they're not actually giving. And so they're not participating in reality. Which is the essence of the reality experience. We have to be participants. And so we have to find ways to nourish our own consciousness so we can support the world outside of us that we really want to inhabit. And I think that's something paradoxically, like people, especially with low energy, need to desire to do first and foremost. How can they start to be this change they want to see in the world and give energy to the causes and The relationships and the things that really start to support them. And then you're going to feel your energy is not tanked anymore. It's ironically going to keep flowing and you're going to have new desires come up from there.
I love that you mentioned the Russells because they were a pair and that people don't talk about Lau and Walter and how they together had this energy dynamic. You can tell from her writings and his, and also just looking out, you can see how couples can exchange energy and become something greater. And so talk about your, your ask, what would, what was your interpretation of that aspect with energy and how that affects us as we enter, as we, as you know, with me and my wife or other couples and relationships, how do those exchanges affect our energy?
Yeah. So the energy field is multiple polarities unfolding at the same time. And a lot of people that enter the spiritual field, they recognize that they need to work on their energy to improve the nature of their relationships. But even in those cases, there's usually this expectation that the opposite polarity— so the person that's dominant in the polarity that they're not dominant in— is going to be able to create the balance that they desire. I think it's a massive soul trap unless we start to weigh what it is that our own balance is compromised by internally and really create for ourselves now this wholeness, which is what every field of consciousness is meant to be. We are already whole. But our psyche is usually so unbalanced that we can't appreciate the opportunities to create this wholeness. So it's masculine-feminine energy. It's also, if people are interested in Vedic philosophy, you can look into the ida and the pingala nadis and what allows for the sushumna, which is really this merging and inhabiting your body in a way where your parasympathetic and your sympathetic nervous system aspects are in equilibrium. And so that's also feeling. Do you have the equal ability to feel ignited by life, to give energy, to be leaning towards life and the external experience that you want to be part of. At the same time, be able to move into stillness, have time for aloneness, feel that introspection is healthy and positive for you to strengthen the internal relationship, which allows you to calm and decompress and not be holding energy all the time through external giving. We need to be able to do both at the same time. Otherwise, it's going to wreak havoc in our relationships, and even what we create is also going to be imbalanced. Because I think that's a part that a lot of healers miss, and anyone that's trying to figure out how do they set the right example for other people. So they're trying to kind of figure out what to share that's going to be more balanced. But in the process of that, they're forgetting what they share is only ever going to be as balanced as they actually are. So the healer, for example, in the Healy dynamic is a powerful tangled hierarchy.
Mm-hmm.
The healer sets a certain intention into the field. And if that healer is able to also be in a state of coherence, what they can impart on the person that is seeking healing is going to be way more powerful than if they would be in a compromised position or trying to perform the way to healing and still create that separation between them and that person. In the optimal state, you would be introducing somebody to a certain example of, this is what coherence looks and feels like. Here's how you can remember how to create that same experience in yourself. Without a codependent relationship, without a feeling of superiority, where one person's on a pedestal, one is still trying to catch up. There's an ability we all have to break down those pedestals and hierarchies by assuming that every energy field can tap into balance as its innate condition. And that's looking at our ability to have this tantric relationship within ourselves. So it's literally that sacred marriage or alchemical union that can be conjured up when you move your awareness to seek to create that balance in every moment. You can wake up in the morning and set this intention. And you can also spot where you're losing balance or finding yourself craving something that you think will eliminate the position of imbalance by finding new ways of fostering, whether it's calm, it's that deeper balance through introspection, or it's giving energy accordingly. But if there is an imbalance on one or the other side, something's going to feel off. And we see that most specifically with health issues and when people are unable to sustain what they're trying to do because even though their mind wants it, The body's going to fail under the weight of those unbalanced expectations. And I think that's the biggest message of life itself, that we can't escape the natural law that's built into physicality. This is already a balanced manifestation of consciousness. So we have to find ways of inhabiting it with alignment. And if that alignment breaks, there's a personal aspect that comes into play. So it's not to blame ourselves or to create any kind of feeling of injustice. But just to really seek to understand where is that imbalance coming from and how can we eliminate it by creating new principles and new rules for existence that really bring in the energy of love. Because that's how I like to also translate love into the kind of principles of manifestation. It's more about integrating all the opportunities you have to create more of that alignment, seeing more of the things and populating your awareness with even the blind spots that before were the things that triggered you and challenged you. That made you feel you're separate from the world. As soon as you actually desire to include those things, you can, with more neutrality, welcome the awareness that comes through. And that's like really creating this internal witness that's able to assume meta-awareness of your experience of reality. It's a feeling that even people are teaching you lessons when they're feeling oppositional to you, or when you sense your, like I said, the differences that you hold inside you. Now you can shine the light of your own consciousness onto those inner facets, And find ways of submerging yourself in the experience you really desire without feeling limited. And even your life doesn't have to change radically for you to feel a complete shift occur, just because your perception is now integrated and more aligned with love itself.
I love that. So it, you sparked me as you were saying that. You made me realize that we have a tantric relationship inside us between our subconscious and our conscious mind. It's like the conscious and the subconscious are in this tantric exchange. Um, that, that, that's what came to me as you were explaining that. I love that. Um, and so it's an ongoing process that, that we're going through, which is kind of a little bit what you, you talk about in your book, Falling Up: A Path to Self-Realization. Um, that only came out a couple of years ago. Everybody needs to get it. It's like, uh, it's like the red pill. It's, um, I, I, it, everybody has a different experience when reading it from, from what I've seen. Because there's something else, you gave a little bit of something for everybody, the way that they tune into their harmonic self and things like that. So what, do you have another book coming on the way?
Well, definitely I'll say this is the first one. I know there's going to be more because I feel, yeah, like the push never stops. There's going to be more etheric babies to birth. You know, that's kind of how it feels.
Yeah. Well, you're working on quantum health and quantum healing. You've had the opportunity to be in healing situations where somebody comes to you for healing. Talk about what you're seeing out there because there's some amazing things that are happening in quantum healing, right?
There's lots of things that are always shifting in the field, new technologies, scalar plasma energy devices, PEMF, you know, all kinds of beautiful tools to help people harmonize their field. But that's also touching on the somatic aspect. So there's only to a certain degree you can support the person's field by helping them to attune to those harmonics you mentioned, stabilize the biofield, reduce the negative effects of EMFs that we're all bombarded with these days. And those are very powerful supplementary tools. They can complement the journey of aligning your consciousness from within. But the real quantum healing work is, is about connecting yourself with That higher self template, because that's the state of true vitality. That's where wellbeing is found through aligning yourself with the right activities and behaviors and relationships, which allow you to feel like no parts of your reality are now posing a challenge where you need to feel like this internal fight. So, so many people, I see this constantly in my work, have internal inflammation. They have autoimmune conditions and chronic disorders, fatigue, and just a feeling of preliminary shutdown because they're waking up in the morning and they're feeling like this Earth is a battle ground. And there's even a lot of spiritual beliefs to kind of accompany that view, like the prison planet view and a lot of other views that just make people feel like we need to fight on this planet in order to create balance, or maybe that balance is even impossible. And so they stay kind of subjugated in this worldview to feel like their choices are always limited. And some people's bodies really have a violent reaction to that. It also could happen with people who've been religiously indoctrinated or have certain very strong views that were loaded in their subconscious about what they can and can't do. And so they may come to the point where they naturally realize, I need to transcend this. Like, there is a deep hurdle about what I believe about reality, which is not actually what I feel about reality. And that's one of the most difficult splits that I see in people and in general to transcend. Because like you mentioned, this should be a tantric relationship. But for most people, the subconscious is not able to unite with conscious expectations or desires. And so coming to terms with that can start a whole new cycle of revelations and, and deep questioning about what even is real. What should we trust? Is it safe to create an internal authority that's now guided by something like this transcendental wisdom of love when many of the systems of the world are still antithetical to that? Like many people who have been religiously indoctrinated, for example, even though I think the highest point of all religions is to align with, of course, God and ethics and how do we really create more love on this planet by having these pure principles that allow us to invest in life with morality and with understanding of other people. The way that this has been passed down through the millennia is leading for a lot of people to feel like they can't actually choose themselves in a safe way in this world. Because those programs are like these egregores that make them feel now attached more to the fear and to what they can't do than to really connect with what does the soul want them to do, and maybe even create new frameworks along the way involving relationships and the ideal diet, the ideal lifestyle, you know, even women tapping into their creativity and being able to leave certain toxic situations and relationships. Often creates a crisis if someone's subconscious is loaded with this program that it's unsafe to really choose love for the self. And so I think that's an important point to discern, you know, figuring out if there's any kind of subconscious programs that are that against the self. What does that really mean for the individual? Because it's not selfish to understand liberation in that authentic way. It can just create this real dichotomy between what have you been taught about what, you know, the human experience is for, as opposed to what this anima essence, which is the soul and kind of the feminine-leaning part of human nature, informing based on what is actually most resonant for the body, mind, and spirit. If those things are different, it can lead to all of these pathologies and especially a lot of mental health problems where you're trying to find a way to regroup and cope in reality. But you're not actually getting to the point of deep integration. I think that's the nature of most health conditions, is you're torn between these bodies of your consciousness. And instead of finding a way through that by healing the deeper root cause, you're instead running away and escaping and finding ways to just manifest freedom without understanding what's still tormenting you on the deepest level. But that is deep work that has to be approached with patience, of course, and I think it's, it should be the real goal in spirituality to create balance in this way, as opposed to any quick fix or release from the immediate pain.
As you do this work and you start to experience the shift when, you know, looking out and what other people are experiencing, what do you see happening in the near and far future as we go through this sort of transition?
Yeah, a lot of people seem to be talking about the splits and transitions, and I have found myself talking about this a lot, but lately, I would say it's a more and more difficult question. It's one that I wish wasn't even talked about as much because everyone perceives it in a different way. People are sometimes feeling united by the New Earth concept or talking about the splits in a way that allows them to immediately enter a separate lane of reality. But in general, the whole of reality has been fragmented for such a long time that this is an ancient dilemma we've been dealing with. And also, instead of trying to vacate, you know, old Earth, maybe we should be focused on healing the fragmentation on Earth as it stands, which requires a certain degree of acceptance and understanding, and really also feeling the pain of ourselves that's connected to Earth as it is, Mother Earth, you know, our, our body on a more macrocosmic level. We can all feel this. And on some level, I think we're designed for nervous systems to be one with the collective experience. It's our connection to the Human resonance. It's why these solar flares and, you know, the eruption of plasma emissions impacts people so deeply, because we're literally one with these cosmic rhythms and pulsations. So for some people that are sensitive, they are bombarded by this information. They are feeling awakening is happening. There's now a desire for shifts to happen and to not feel the fear and the pain and all of that. But it also can lead to like the quick escape route of, okay, let's just feel better in this condition and It's all fun and games because we're still dealing with this macrocosmic dilemma. And so I think like the next level from this and what can continue to expand into the future, which I'm seeing some people are starting to think more intelligently about what can we really do to take responsibility of this collective condition. And that's where I think there's going to be a new phase of stewardship, responsible conscious stewardship of the new paradigm. And that involves new systems, new frameworks, positive shifts in education, health, and the awareness of how do we actually approach healing in this way of more quantum entanglement and really seeing the need of all humans to be part of this collective equation by including themselves, but in a way of uniqueness. We need to not just celebrate the possibility and leave those opportunities for, you know, like that's how a lot of people feel New Earth is they come together and they experience harmony for some time, but then they split into their separate realities. And await the next wave of revelation or disclosure or whatever else their mind might think is going to be the definitive proof that it's happening. We have to build it. So as soon as you create the effort inside yourself to be part of the creation of a new paradigm on this planet, you start to feel like, well, I'm doing my absolute best. You get guided through this process, whether you're writing, you're speaking, you're teaching, you're just a conscious parent, you're bringing this kind of love in your relationship. You are creating a ripple effect. And there's a tangible shift in terms of frequency and intelligence, teachings and modalities that end up developing this kind of responsible evolution. But it's consciousness evolution. So it takes time and it takes a lot of patience and willpower to really allow yourself to not get derailed in this process. Because if you're looking around and you're expecting immediate change or focused on something a little bit surreal, like immediate manifestation, or, you know, you get everything that you desire, you might feel a little bit disappointed because this change has been talked about for literally millennia. So yeah, everyone has the ability and agency to create it from now, but we have to do it. And there's actual work involved in that.
As somebody that's talked about and asked questions and thought about the New Earth, that's like one of my favorite answers to that question. I love it. We do. It becomes a distraction on some level. And we say, oh, there's this other world and we can sort of fantasize We're in it, but it's, it's a process we're going through. We're taking each step to take us there, right? So I want to know if I was, you know, if I was to ask you, could you show us your channeling process? Can you channel for us? Or is that, does that, for me, I've been trying to channel for 8 years. I can really only do it properly in automatic writing now. It's kind of a gateway drug, maybe, maybe at some point. I sometimes can, it can come through. But I still question it a lot. Like, I see myself becoming too involved in overthinking things. And, uh, sometimes I also will see things that I've been reading about slipping into what I'm channeling. So I'm trying to figure out where I stop and where the channeling begins. Does that make sense? So I'd love to know your perspective on it, or if you could show us the channeling process, um, would be great.
Well, I think you have a certain opinion about what channeling is supposed to look and feel like. So it's interesting. You may be doing it, but you're judging prematurely your expression of it. Because the soul's flow state, it's not always fast. It's not always something, something that you might think, something that stimulates you or that excites you. It could be something very subtle, or it could be something that you arrive at, you know, that maybe you've already been feeling inside yourself. So it's not going to create this Eureka of awareness, but it's more something that feels deeply resonant and deeply true. So it will feel like it actually harmonizes your being as you're having that experience. A simple way to get into it, and this is a very light example, but it's actually very difficult for a lot of people to connect to music and to let themselves dissolve their identity into that music listening process. And then to add to that, to let themselves flow with it, Like, they're not the avatar trying to dance to the music, trying to look good or sexy or whatever it is that they're conditioned to think dancing or movement needs to be about. But instead, they let themselves literally become the flow. And that's something I've been talking about since the very beginning. Like, some of my earliest writings were about flow and really letting ourselves feel. What do we become when we connect to something like a medium of exchange that allows us to enter a different state of consciousness? That's how you actually become a channel for a different experience. It's not even channeling information or wisdom. It's really letting yourself feel the fluidity of how the ego can transfigure into more of the substrate of consciousness. And that's like becoming the carrier wave that allows you to then sense different possibilities, to let information through you, to also receive information. That can sometimes look and feel like telepathy, feeling something somebody else is feeling. And I often have that experience. I'm just used to it at this point. Like, I'll be working with somebody, I'm connecting to their field because I'm feeling their frequency through their voice, through their tonality, through what they're sharing, and just how their energy feels. And so I might say something which is exactly what they're thinking in that moment. And I don't really make anything of it because I'm just used to that entrainment and entanglement of fields. And so that's a phenomenon that we can become very used to if we focus on flow and just dissolving that boundary between us and others. And remembering that reality fundamentally, it is this entangled quantum phenomenon. I mean, we're all in the sea of awareness. I'm a big believer in the holographic principle and how the whole truth of the experience can be found in any single point, which is also part of your own zero-point field. So the more time you spend connecting to that, you can enter this flow state at will. And even throughout this conversation, like, I'm not thinking about the words I'm saying. I'm just feeling it. And I'm speaking with that feeling informing the process. So I say, this is the channeling. Even if it doesn't look like a lot of people that say close their eyes and they go deep into that mode, you know, and it sounds in a particular way. This is a different way of doing it. And potentially it's a more natural, easy way to cultivate because you don't have to be in a certain place at a certain time, connect to a certain other field. It's just learning to optimize your field to create that. So yeah, like dance movement, but letting yourself really flow in that loving way. Can allow you to train yourself to be more in the flow state, because being in the flow state is how you basically start to channel throughout your experience. And then when intentions pop up or desires, they feel more trustworthy because you've allowed yourself to eliminate the distractions and even that kind of gamma brainwave state where often you might feel inundated by information but not be able to trust what's most resonant, what's most aligned, and what's hitting home most deeply. You have to be in that low and slow brainwave state and really just feel like what is, what's yours, what feels most alive in you right now. And that's where you can trust what comes through. So that's why I recommend for people that want to get into this to really just go as deep into themselves as they possibly can, whether it's through music, through art, through connecting with their inner child and creating that experience. Most people tell me that the fastest way to get there, the gateway drug of spirituality and the flow state is getting into nature. Because when you're rooted in nature, you're literally feeling like this is your body expanded and expressed all around you. It's what allows you to feel harmonic frequencies, to, and also through your senses, to feel more inspired by life and remember the real feeling of love and unity consciousness. Once you remember that, you come into that state of deeper entrainment. And then what comes through your own antenna of consciousness, if you will, feels much more innate and trustworthy. So we have to really create time and space to cultivate that experience. And if we're just running around all the time, creating the next intention and just following through without stopping to pause and feel, I think it's very difficult to channel the deeper truths that our soul is trying to speak our way. We have to actually listen to receive them.
So what's your view on time? Is, is, can we go back and change our past? Can we pick out specific future selves and integrate them? What have you— what is your experience?
Yeah, time is such an interesting topic. It's my favorite. Actually, one of my favorite songs of all time is Hans Zimmer's song Time. Well, it's not a song, it's an instrumental.
Incredible. Oh my gosh. Have you seen the video of the guy in Ukraine playing it on the piano while the bombs are going off in the background? Is that makes me cry when I watch that.
Yeah, that's, it's making me emotion feeling, like giving me goosebumps. You just bring that up because yeah, I'm Ukrainian, so it really hits home for me. And yeah, and it's one of those, it's like soul-wrenching, basically any opportunity, especially in a, in a war-torn world to create the time and space for that kind of beauty and deep resonance. And it feels like cosmogenesis, that song, right?
That song. Yeah. That song is spiritual to me. It's a, it's a meditation track. You know, if only I could just put it on one of my guided meditations. Hans, if you're out there, just let me just, just one time use Time for a meditation track.
I think you can. I think there is a, there's a royalty-free version where they change, they change the frequency ever so slightly. It's either tuned to 432 Hz or there's some other adjustment made or like a cover of it. You can try it because I have done the same thing. I've meditated to that song. I used it as an alarm clock tune. Actually, I used to wake up to high school every morning. To start the day on a positive note, I'd wake up to time because that put me in that flow state. Yeah. So I totally dodged your question about time, but time kind of feels like that to me. Right, right.
Yeah, yeah. I get what you're saying.
It feels like that substrate. It's kind of timeless when you connect to that higher dimensional state where time slows down and where you stop feeling the separation and the structure of reality. Yeah, everything's existent there. You can spontaneously shift states. You can quantum jump in that state of being because you're connected to possibilities of energetic exchange and future focus, and also start to really see what life could feel like if you're letting yourself be more transcendent. So that really feels like the energy of the anima. I love to talk about the anima. It's a Jungian term, but it's really also, it's the soul of this earthly experience and the cosmic experience. It's like Sophianic energy, like Sophia as the creator and also the womb of the experience. So when people connect to that, that feeling, they're, they're in time, but they're beyond time at the same time. And they're also able to tap into what wants to be birthed through their connection to limitlessness. That could be different than what your mind typically allows you to associate with because you're stuck in linearity. There's a linear self bound to linear time. And so time in this dimension is only a part of the equation. I think it's really fascinating to think about time in a more quantum way. When you're more focused on, on a moment-by-moment basis, what can be cultivated energetically, what wants to move through you and can allow you to shift very quickly if you let yourself really change states of being. So that could look like, for instance, somebody that's been associating with their woundedness for most of their life. They connect to a version of themselves that feels so free, so powerful, so in tune with deeper awareness and wisdom that they know that is accessible to them. And not just in some quantum field way or not by taking psychedelics and dissociating. The twist would be, can you actually associate so deeply with yourself that that becomes your primary identity? And then your relationship to time is completely different because not only could you heal potentially that quickly by shifting states of being and allowing that template to become your new home base, but you can now start to explore when you're deeply passionate. I like to say when you've found that thing that raises your frequency and connects you to your purpose, It's always the right time for whatever it is that you feel called to do, because you're already in total alignment with that opportunity. And so then usually people feel time dilation, or the opposite effect, like things really speed up, and they've done like an hour of some kind of meditative work, art, channeling, what have you, and they feel like it was just like a glimpse of time, because they're so deeply connected to their soul that they're having a multidimensional experience here. That's why I think time is very trippy and it's hard to really think about it anymore in the same linear way like most of us were taught to think about time because it changes based on the experience of consciousness you're having. It's really just a reference point from there.
Yeah, I've been finding that a lot of times there are some injuries people have that are just imprints from time. If they can remove the imprint, like I had somebody that had a hook go into their eye when they were young. They pulled the hook out, but they always had worse vision. They, they, everything was fixed. And when we, we went back and remembered that differently so that the hook never landed, they, their eye starts to heal. If they can start to, it's the memory of the injury that causes it from time. With, when we go into this divine now moment, it's like that, that pattern's gone and suddenly it doesn't have to remember the pain that it had before. Right? So it's like a big unlock for me is a lot of what we're experiencing in our bodies is just a remnant from a pattern in, you know, in the past. And if we can release the pattern, then everything can change, right?
Absolutely. Yeah, that's called chronesthesia, the mental time traveling phenomena. It's real psychology. Yeah. For no one, for someone who's a skeptic, doesn't believe it, you can look into it and it's It's real. It'll shift your neural pathways and cause you to now not need to go back to those moments anymore. If you've gone back in time, back to those frozen moments, what created the deepest trauma or those ruptures in your field of awareness, go back into those states and you can relive it, or you can recapture what needs to be integrated, really like brought into this future moment to now not feel split anymore. You've retrieved the information and now you're not stuck in time. Where now new possibilities open up as like new timelines of potential, if you will, which can only be accessed if you've integrated that past karmic material. So it's fascinating. You really can relieve yourself of the pain and burdens that might still live in the past and also let yourself tap into a totally new future by seeing that time has to be worked with consciously and intelligently because we're not just in this now moment. Like all those possibilities in the field still exist and We're entangled with them, and that goes for reality creation in the future too. You can feel these are all things that can be real, but also certain things can be prevented as far as, you know, less advantageous scenarios if you let yourself create now the shift that allows you to merge with the higher variants. And that's what the soul knows because it's outside of time and space. It's able to indicate these are the higher variants. This is what needs to be done right now to really progress in a way that's multidimensional. And that's why I say the higher self is the future self, but maybe the future doesn't even exist from this standpoint. It's more of the inevitability of conscious evolution.
You've mentioned inner child several times, and I love this. And a lot of the work we could do is just a relationship we have with this inner child that we're letting down or that supports us. Sometimes I'll find myself, I'll see my inner child and we're just like giving each other fives. You know, that's always a good feeling. Like, talk about how the inner child affects us and how we can work with it.
Big times. The inner child is so, so important to bring into that tantric relationship, because I strongly feel you can never have a beautiful, loving relationship with life as the ultimate partner of your conscious experience if you have a sad and wounded relationship with your inner child. For most people, this inner child is estranged from them, and they don't even realize it because they don't remember how different they were as a child. They could have cemented this new perception of themselves and built up a facade to secure their ego and what they think are the highest intentions for them, but they try to do that by blockading really what is it that their inner child has felt and what are those aspects that have been different and what now feels like it's, it's an encumbrance. To their current life. But really, if you think about the inner child's truths as the soul's truths, it's your closest touchpoint to your higher self in this experience. We need to savor that information. We have to try to understand it and empathize it first and foremost, because it's the deepest path to healing. For anyone that says that they've, you know, they've healed but they can't feel their inner child, or they can't feel what's happening inside their bodies, That's a sign that their subconscious is literally like divorced from their conscious mind's experience. That's why they can't even feel sensitivity to what it is that their inner child is going through. And usually that leads to a fear of vulnerability, deep feeling of unworthiness. Sometimes it's a narcissistic tendency or just moving through life so quickly to not feel what it is that comes up from that inner child state. Because it really comes through like these waves of gnosis. The inner child is trying to speak, It's like you said, like it lives on that part of the timeline. And so it'll come in to remind you, here are these memories that you've left behind. Here are these abilities or traits that you really are. And sometimes people remember when they look into their astrology or their human design or gene keys, you know, these various tools that exist to remind people that here's your blueprint. And then sometimes people will look at that and, and say, gee, that sounds a lot like how I was as a kid, because that is your innate disposition. Before you became your loaded egoic self. So up until 7 years old, the identity is still totally malleable and programmable. And when you connect to that version of you, it could feel like there's a different personality or various abilities that you had, which now may feel like they're totally different from who you are. But that might just be key to stretching your ability to hold what it is that you're truly capable of, remembering that it lives inside you. So what do you have to do to remember that? Usually slow down, be more patient, start to foster like a loving parent this healing relationship with your own inner child. Listen to him, ask your inner child, what do you need? What feels good for you? What would you like to do? What would change in a day, in a week, potentially in years of this experience if you start to run the show? And it's actually, it's not an infantile, like regressed awareness. A lot of people are afraid that it's dumb, That it's going to lead them astray, or that there's something about it that feels like a distraction. But really, that just shows how biased people are against their soul-level knowing, because that awareness is super pure. It's innocent. It's charged with deep awareness about what it is that makes you special and unique in your own way. And if you integrate your inner child, you're never going to be a narcissistic, selfish, fragmented being, because it's literally guiding the way for you to harmonize with your full experience and to be able to set the appropriate boundaries around yourself in the first place. So you're not needing to be boundaried against people and situations and afraid of life. If you honor and kind of revere the wisdom of the inner child, then it's going to be like your beacon of light internally that allows you to have more clarity going forward. So just getting sensitive to that and learning the difference between you and it can already open a deep door to finding harmonization instead of this, you know, internal feud that a lot of people have.
I've had so much fun. This has been so cool. And there's, we, I probably could talk to you for hours and hours on, you can find out more about Gabby Kovalenko at gabbykovalenko.com. And I will keep, be keeping an eye out for your next book. Please let us know when, when, when, when it's out. We'd love to bring you back. Is if you were to have any other messages or teachings for those that are listening, someone out there that there's something that you could say? Is there anything else that you want to share with the group in this moment?
Yeah, thank you so much, Brian. It's also been a pleasure to do this with you. The message that's coming through in this moment is like, guys, it is time. It is really time for people to go through their initial awakening, but also to get on the other side of what they feel has been keeping them trapped and limited. It's time for something new. It's time to bring more spice into the world and to create really in a new way. If you're feeling like you have been a conformist, if anything in this conversation has triggered you or been resonant in a deeper way where you've felt like I've mentioned something that's familiar to you or an internal struggle that's been real, that's a sign that you have now awareness about this aspect of you. And you don't have to stay in this looping recurring cycle of being aware of your awareness and not changing anything about it. Because once there's a recurring cycle, it means you're already bypassing the opportunity for transcendental movement, for progression in your consciousness, for reinvention of your character and identity, and really becoming now more powerful as a contributor to this awakening and movement of consciousness on the planet by actually doing things, by embodying the awareness. That's a split right now I'm feeling very deeply, and it's something tough for me to feel because I know that certain things can only be transcended and healed by now giving through your state of awareness. In order to receive the next level also of upgrading your well-being and feeling truly devoted to this work, you need to now focus on what can I do to make this world a better place in any way? It can even be incremental. It can be through more kindness, through more truth, by not compressing yourself as much as you have in the past, or by now asking these deeper questions and allowing the answer to now guide action. That's a very important pathway to strengthen because a lot of people are receiving tons of insights and awareness and cool tidbits, but it becomes just another escape or an endless pursuit of meaning if you're not using the meaning to live a more meaningful life and make meaningful contributions. So I think it's time for that translation of knowing into embodied action. And as soon as you do that, it's going to feel like life is becoming more interesting and more powerful. as a day-to-day experience of more learning and giving back. So I hope everybody takes that into themselves and finds what they can do to play their own part and hopefully enjoy their own existence more as a part of it.
