In this motivational monologue, the speaker recounts a personal crisis of extreme financial debt—approximately $150,000—and the accompanying loss of relationships and support. He describes the overwhelming emotional and physiological stress of feeling trapped with only a credit‑card line of $5,000 for basic needs. Confronted with isolation, he chose not to surrender but to rely on his own consciousness. Drawing on self‑help literature, he adopted meditation as a free, daily practice, positioning it as the foundational step toward changing his identity from "in debt" to "not in debt." He frames debt as a mental trick and urges listeners to first become aware of this reframing, suggesting that a shift in self‑identity and consistent meditation can catalyze financial and emotional recovery.

You're saying you can change your life right now, but how can someone who is in debt, etc., do that? I feel so lost. Thank you for asking that. This is really important to me. This is why I have— this is why my soul is called to do this. This is why these events are so important to me. This is why the, the videos I put out are so important to me, because I have been the one in debt. I've been the one in despair. I've been the one that had $150,000 in debt, that the only money I had was money I had let— that I had left on a credit card. Like, I have $5,000 I can use on this credit card, so I can go get groceries. I can use my credit card because that's the only form of source that I have, the only kind. And so it felt like I— it was hopeless, and I became overwhelmed where my nervous system was in that worst state. And I realized nobody was coming to help me. I had no friends that would help me. I had no family that would help me. My parents were gone. I had lost the love of my life at the time, and I had lost everything. And I could have chosen to give up. I feel so lost. I had lost the love of my life at the time, and I had lost everything. And I could have chosen to give up, but I decided the only thing that I have is my own consciousness, my own mind. And if I've been reading this from all these books that I can do this, then I'm going to follow what those say. And so I gave myself the gift of meditating, giving myself the gift of time. It is free and it costs nothing. If you can meditate for 30 minutes, that's where it all begins. So if you're in debt, the first thing is it's coming to an awareness that it's— you're not in debt. It's, it's, it's a trick at first. It's becoming into a new identity that says I'm not in debt.
