In this 10‑12 minute guided meditation, the facilitator frames abundance as a high‑frequency energy that the listener can generate and broadcast. The session begins with a physical posture cue, then moves through three rapid breath cycles to clear existing “heavy” energy around money and negativity. The practitioner is then instructed to feel a growing electric charge building from the core outward, visualizing the body as a live wire. At the peak of this charge, the listener visualizes perfect abundance, then releases the energy in an “explosion” that clears blocks and opens doors. The meditation continues with loud, present‑tense affirmations about wealth, opportunity, and gratitude, reinforcing the newly created high‑frequency field. Finally, the practitioner locks the charge in with a grounding breath, imagines sustained abundance throughout the day, and ends with a call to step out into reality at “full power.” The core claims are that abundance is a frequency, that breath‑based energy work can raise that frequency, and that vivid visualization combined with affirmations can manifest money, opportunities, and confidence.

Welcome to the Reality Revolution. This is the Abundance Explosion designed in just 10 to 12 minutes. In the next few minutes, you're going to generate the most powerful surge of abundance energy you've ever run through your body, and when it releases, it's going to blow the doors wide open. This is an abundance explosion beyond a wish or hope, a detonation of pure wealth frequency built deliberately, charged to the maximum, and released in one enormous blast that reorders the world around you. The kind of charge that pulls money, opportunity, and overflow towards you like gravity. The principle is that abundance is frequency. And you are the power source. The wealth you have been reaching for is drawn to one thing above all else: energy at full voltage. Just a few minutes from now, you will be running at full voltage, and you will feel it roaring through every cell in your body. So sit or rise to your feet if that's what you want to do. Plant both feet on the floor, shoulders back, chest open, chin up. You're about to come online at full power. Let us light this up. Understand what you are. You are far more than a small thing hoping for scraps. You are a generator, a power source. Every cell in your body runs on energy, and that energy radiates out of you and into the world, shaping what comes back. Run at a low charge and the world answers small. Run at full voltage and the world answers big. Doors open, money moves, people and opportunities are pulled toward the force coming off of you. Today we take you to full power. We charge you up past anything you have allowed yourself to feel in a long time. And we let it blow the doors open. Put your hand on the switch with me. We are turning everything on. First, we clear the line so the full charge can move through. That heaviness you walked in with, the tightness around money, the bracing for bad news— we discharge it now in 3 breaths. Take an enormous breath in through your nose. Fill all the way to the top. Huge inhale. Force it out through your mouth. Strong, blowing out everything heavy and old. Gone. Again, bigger. Pull in clean, charged energy and drive it out. Push out the doubt. Push out the old story. The line is clearing. One more. Breathe in everything you desire. The biggest yet. And on the way out, shake your hands hard, roll your shoulders, and throw off the last of the resistance. Shake it all out. The line is open, the current can move, the power is coming. Now we build the charge. Feel a deep electric heat ignite low in your core like a generator roaring to life. With your next breath, feel it grow. You can begin to speed up your breath. The power climbs through your stomach, building, intensifying, pouring into your chest, and your heart pounds with it, charged alive like the seconds before something explosive happens. Feel the voltage surge down your arms and into your hands until your palms burn with energy, up your spine, into your face, to the crown of your head. Your entire body Is a live wire now, humming, crackling, overflowing with power. And still it builds higher, brighter, almost more than you can hold. Let it keep rising. Let the pressure build until every cell in you is straining with charge, ready to release. Hold it, hold it. Let it build. One more breath to the very top. Keep holding it. While you're holding it, just see that perfect abundance in your life. See yourself living that abundant life. And now release it. Let it explode out of you in every direction at once, a blast of pure abundance energy bursting from your core. Blowing past your skin, filling the room, flooding out into the world. Let it go. Let it erupt. Feel the shockwave roll out from you in every direction, clearing every block, knocking open every door, lighting up everything it touches. This is your abundance exploding. Exploding outward, announcing you to the universe. Feel what it leaves behind inside you— a wide open space charged with bright, limitless light. The explosion clears the way. Abundance now rushes into the opening because the universe always fills a space This powerful. Now, riding this charge with this energy flowing, knowing your vision, we declare it into being. Say these with me out loud if you can, full force. Mean every word. Feel each one blast brighter than the last. I am a force of abundance and the universe answers me.
