And now your future self asks you to look down at your hands. Look at the palm in your hands. Notice all the lines in your hands. And your future self is telling you that, did you know that nobody in the whole universe have the same lines as you? They are unique to you. Take in how unique you are, and your future self is reminding you that spiritual traditions knew that all these lines in your hands in fact shows a map, a map for your life, your North Star. Is in your hands. Can you notice how that makes you feel? That you can trust that you have a destiny and a beautiful path, that you can trust and lean on life.
