MKUltra And The Consciousness Experiments They Buried

Brian Scott traces the CIA's MKUltra program beyond LSD to decades of consciousness research, including ESP experiments and electromagnetic brain-wave manipulation. Program director Sidney Gottlieb ran brutal mind-control studies while practicing spirituality. The CIA destroyed 20,000 documents in 1973, and the work continued through classified projects like Stargate remote-viewing and the Army's Gateway Process.

What's going on? Is the government playing a role in manipulating people around the world? Is it changing our consciousness? Is it looking into the future? Is it looking into the past? Is it remotely influencing people? Is it spying on us from different angles through consciousness? Welcome to the Reality Revolution. Today we're talking about MKUltra and the consciousness experiments His name is Sidney Gottlieb, and for 22 years he ran the most ambitious, most secret, and most destructive investigation of human consciousness in the history of the United States government. He was awarded the Distinguished Intelligence Medal when he retired, the CIA's highest honor. What is the CIA doing? The citation remains classified. He was called the Black Sorcerer, Washington's official poisoner, and the Dirty Trickster. He developed assassination tools for Fidel Castro, a poisoned cigar, a poisoned diving suit, poisoned ballpoint pen. He created truth serums, knockout drugs, and aerosol sprays that could incapacitate a room full of people. And alongside all this, simultaneously in the same years, under the same classified program, He investigated whether the human mind could perceive events at a distance, whether electromagnetic fields could alter consciousness remotely, and whether extrasensory perception could be used as a tool for gathering intelligence. The program was called MKUltra. Most people know it as the CIA's LSD program, the one where they dosed unwitting Americans with psychedelic drugs, hired prostitutes to lure men into CIA-run bordellos, and destroyed the minds of prisoners and psychiatric patients in black sites across 3 continents. That story has been told. That story is horrifying. But there is another story buried inside MKUltra that almost nobody knows. A story about the sub-projects that had nothing to do with drugs. A story about the CIA's classified investigation into ESP, electromagnetic manipulation of the brain, remote activation of human behavior, and the fundamental question that has been at the center of every episode of this channel: What is consciousness, and can it be directed? Because MKUltra was never just about LSD, it was about consciousness itself. And the experiments they buried, the ones they destroyed 20,000 documents to hide, led directly through a chain of classified programs, institutional connections, and shared personnel to the remote viewing research at the Stanford Research Institute. The same facility, the same question, the same government. MKUltra never ended. It evolved. And the thing it evolved into is the subject of my most popular episode on the channel, The Stargate Tapes. Sidney Gottlieb was born in the Bronx in 1918 to Hungarian-Jewish immigrant parents. He earned a PhD in chemistry from the California Institute of Technology. He stuttered. He had a clubfoot. He was by every account brilliant, gentle, and deeply introverted. He and his wife Margaret lived in the cabin without running water because they preferred it. He practiced Zen meditation. He studied yoga. He raised goats. He grew his own vegetables. He folk danced at community gatherings. He was, in the private sphere of his life, the kind of person you would describe as genuinely spiritual. In 1951, he joined the CIA. By 1953, he was appointed head of the chemical division of the technical services staff, and in April of that year, CIA Director Allen Dulles approved a program called MKUltra with Gottlieb as its chief. The program stated objective: to investigate chemical, biological, and radiological materials capable of employment in clandestine operations to control human behavior. The context was Cold War paranoia at its peak. American prisoners of war in Korea had appeared on camera making statements that seemed coerced— confessing to war crimes, denouncing American foreign policy, praising their captors. The CIA was convinced that the Soviet Union and China had developed techniques for brainwashing, the systematic reprogramming of human consciousness through unknown methods. If the Soviets had cracked the code of mind control, America needed to crack it faster. That urgency produced MKUltra, and the man tasked with running it was a stuttering, goat-milking, folk-dancing chemist who meditated every morning. The contradictions in Gottlieb's character are almost impossible to reconcile. They are, in many ways, the contradictions of the entire American consciousness investigation, a program that was simultaneously seeking to understand the deepest dimensions of human awareness and seeking to weaponize them. The seeker and the destroyer inhabiting the same body, the same budget, the same classified program. The scope was staggering. MKUltra eventually encompassed at least 149 documented subprojects funded through front organizations including the Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology. The projects were conducted at over 80 institutions— universities, hospitals, prisons, pharmaceutical companies, and military installations— across the United States and in allied nations. Many of the researchers involved had no idea their funding was coming from the CIA. Most of the human subjects had no idea they were subjects at all. The program spent an estimated $10 million, roughly $90 million in today's currency, across 2 decades of research. And the research was brutal. Psychiatric patients in Montreal were subjected to psychic driving by Dr. Donald Ewen Cameron. Weeks of continuous playback of recorded messages while under heavy sedation, combined with massive electroshock treatments designed to depatter the mind and build it from scratch. Prisoners at the Addiction Research Center in Lexington, Kentucky were given LSD daily for 27 consecutive days to study the effects of prolonged psychedelic exposure. Operation Midnight Climax set up CIA-run bordellos in San Francisco and New York where prostitutes lured unsuspecting men who were then secretly dosed LSD and observed through one-way mirrors by CIA operatives drinking cocktails. And in 1953, a CIA employee named Frank Olson was given LSD without his knowledge during a retreat at Deep Creek Lodge, Maryland. Olson was a biological weapons researcher at Fort Detrick. Within days of the COVID dosing, his behavior changed dramatically. He became paranoid, agitated, Convinced that he had made a terrible mistake, convinced the CIA was going to destroy him. 9 days later, Olson was dead, fallen or thrown from the 13th floor of the Statler Hotel in Manhattan at 2:30 in the morning. The official verdict was suicide. A CIA officer named Robert Lastbrook was the only other person in the room. The Olson family spent the next 70 years fighting for the truth. A second autopsy in 1994 found a previously undetected cranial injury consistent with a blow to the head before the fall. The Manhattan District Attorney considered reopening the case as a homicide. The family sued the government. The case was settled for $750,000 and a personal apology from President Gerald Ford. And still, the full truth of what happened to Frank Olson has never been established, because the documents that might have explained it were fed into a shredder 20 years after his death. This is the MKUltra that most people know. The drugs, the torture, the destroyed lives, the darkness. But this is only the fraction of the story, because buried inside the 149 subprojects, most of which were destroyed, most of which will never be recovered, were experiments that had nothing to do with LSD and everything to do with the nature of consciousness itself. Subproject 136, filed in 1961. Monitor: Sidney Gottlieb. Funded through the Society for the Investigation of Human Ecology. Subject: Experimental analysis of extrasensory perception to evaluate the possibility of using extrasensory perception in the intelligence field. The Central Intelligence Agency, through its most classified behavioral research program, officially funded the investigation of ESP for intelligence applications. The same agency, the same program, the same director, Gottlieb, who was simultaneously running the LSD experiments and the black sites in the bordellos, was also funding research into whether human beings could perceive information through means that bypass ordinary senses. The contractor's name on the Subproject 136 is redacted. The location is redacted. The scope of the work is redacted. But the stated purpose— to evaluate the possibility of using extrasensory perception in the intelligence field. It's preserved in the surviving documents. The CIA was investigating psychic perception as a classified intelligence tool under the umbrella of MKUltra. Subproject 119, filed in 1960. Monitor Sidney Gottlieb. Contractor Saul B. Sells, Texas Christian University. Subject: Activation of Human Behavior by Remote Means. A review of literature and scientific developments related to the recording, analysis, and interpretation of bioelectric signals from human organism. The research had 5 stated objectives. The 5th objective, the one that should stop you in your tracks, was techniques activating the human organism by remote electronic means. Remote activation of human behavior through electromagnetic technology, funded by the CIA under MKUltra in 1960. The research was conducted by Drs. Mary Brazier and W. Ross Adey at the Brain Research Institute at UCLA. They had already established that the brain radiates extremely low-frequency electromagnetic waves corresponding to specific mental activities, and that these brain waves could potentially be influenced by external electromagnetic fields. The implications were clear. If you can read the brain's electromagnetic emissions, You can determine what someone is thinking, and if you can influence those emissions externally, you can alter what someone thinks. And then there's Subproject 121, subject Yoruba Witchcraft Study, African Witch Doctor Study. The CIA was studying indigenous consciousness practices from West Africa— trance states, spirit possession, remote influences through ritual, Under the same classified umbrella that was investigating LSD, ESP, and electromagnetic brain manipulation. They were gathering intelligence on every known method across every culture by which consciousness could be accessed, directed, or weaponized. The picture that emerges from the surviving subproject documents is far broader than the LSD narrative allows. MKUltra was a comprehensive, systematic investigation of consciousness across every dimension the CIA could identify. Chemical: LSD, mescaline, barbiturates, scopolamine. Biological: sensory deprivation, sleep manipulation, and pain. Electromagnetic brainwave analysis, remote activation. Psychological: hypnosis, psychic driving, depatterning. And paranormal: ESP, remote perception, indigenous consciousness technologies. The program was investigating the same question from every possible angle. Can consciousness be controlled, directed, and deployed as an intelligence weapon? And the subprojects continued from there. Subproject 94 investigated the manipulation of behavior through field operations. Subproject 54 was the Navy's perfect concussion program, investigating whether subaural frequency blasts could erase memory. Subproject 68, conducted by Dr. Donald Ewen Cameron at McGill University's Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal, investigated psychic driving and depatterning— the systematic destruction and reconstruction of personality through massive electroshock, drug-induced comas lasting weeks, and continuous playback of recorded messages. Cameron's patients, many of them Canadian citizens who had entered the hospital for minor psychiatric complaints, were left with permanent Cognitive damage. Some lost years of memory. Some lost the ability to recognize their own families. Some never recovered. The cruelty of these experiments is difficult to overstate. But the cruelty is also the point of the investigation I'm conducting in this episode. Because the cruelty reveals something about what the CIA believed it was working with. No agency spends 2 decades and tens of millions of dollars investigating something it considers trivial. No agency classifies its research at the highest levels of national security. The scope, the funding, the brutality, and the classification of MKUltra constitute an implicit confession. The CIA believed that consciousness is real, that it's powerful, and that understanding it is a matter of national security. In 1973, CIA Director Richard Helms Gottlieb's bureaucratic godfather, the man who had protected and funded MKUltra for 2 decades, was about to be replaced. Watergate was unraveling the Nixon administration. Congressional investigations were closing in. The political climate had shifted from Cold War paranoia to post-Vietnam accountability. The secrets were in danger. Helms ordered the destruction of the MKUltra files. Gottlieb carried out the order personally. He directed his secretary to open the safes in his office and begin shredding. Approximately 20,000 documents, the primary archive of the most extensive consciousness research program in American history, were fed into shredding machines and incinerated. Gottlieb later described his reasoning to investigators: Let this die with us. The destruction was almost total. The only reason we know anything about MKUltra today is the cache of financial records, budgets, invoices, expense reports had been misfiled in a separate archive that Gottlieb either forgot about or was unable to locate. These financial records were discovered in 1977 during a Freedom of Information Act request by journalist John Marks. They formed the basis of virtually everything the public actually knows about MKUltra. The actual research data, experimental results, the session transcripts, the subject files— all of it was destroyed. Or was it? Think about what this means. The 149 subprojects we know about are a partial list derived from financial records. The actual number of subprojects may have been higher. The scope of the research, the full extent of what was investigated, what was discovered, what was deployed operationally is unknown and will likely remain unknown forever. The research into ESP The electromagnetic brain experiments, the Aruba witchcraft study, the remote activation technologies— all of it exists in historical record. The destruction raises a question that has haunted investigators for 50 years: what was on the pages they destroyed? If the program had produced only failures, if the ESP experiments found nothing, if the electromagnetic research went nowhere, if the consciousness subprojects were dead ends, there would be far less reason to destroy them. You destroy records when the records contain something you are afraid the world will see. You destroy 20,000 documents when those documents describe something that could change the public's understanding of what the government knows and what it has done with that knowledge. Just because they did the research doesn't mean they don't still know this. They didn't need to hold on to those records. They may have been actively using this research to change consciousness, to manipulate people. They still may be doing this. The destruction itself is evidence, evidence that MKUltra discovered things about consciousness that the CIA considered too sensitive, too powerful, or too compromising to allow into the historical record. Whatever the CIA discovered about consciousness, whatever they learned about ESP or influence, was fed into a shredder. And then less than 2 years later, the research resumed at the same institution under a different name. Here's the connection that transforms MKUltra from a horror story into something far more significant. In 1972, one year before MKUltra files were destroyed, physicists Harold Puthoff and Russell Targ began conducting parapsychology research at Stanford Research Institute in Menlo Park, California. Their initial funding came from private sources, including Parapsychology Foundation and the Institute of Noetic Sciences, but almost immediately the CIA took interest. Within months, the agency was funding the research through a program called SCANATE— Scan by Coordinate. Stanford Research Institute, the same SRI where MKUltra's consciousness projects had been routed through front organizations, the same environment, the same research community, the same question: can human consciousness access information beyond the reach of ordinary senses? The SKINATE program evolved into the Stargate Project, the program I covered in the Stargate Tapes episode, which became one of the most popular episodes on this channel. For 23 years, from 1972 to 1995, the United States government funded research into remote viewing, the ability to perceive distant locations, events, and objects through directed consciousness alone. The program employed psychics like Ingo Swann, Pat Price, and Joe McMoneagle, who produced intelligence on Soviet military installations, submarine deployments, and nuclear facilities with accuracy rates that exceeded what the intelligence community could attribute to chance. Ingo Swann described the rings of Jupiter in 1973 before NASA confirmed their existence. Pat Price sketched the interior layout of the Semipolansk nuclear facility in the Soviet Union so accurately that the CIA initially suspected him of being a spy. McMoneagle sketched the Soviet Typhoon-class submarine months before U.S. intelligence confirmed its existence and was awarded the Legion of Merit for providing information on over 150 targets that were subsequently verified. These are documented, verified, peer-reviewed results produced by a program that grew directly from the consciousness subprojects of MKUltra. The timeline tells the story. MKUltra's Subproject 136 investigated ESP for intelligence applications in 1961. The documents were destroyed in 1973. The Stargate remote viewing program began in SRI in 1972. The handoff was seamless. The research continued under a different name. The new funding structures, the new institution pursuing the same question that Subproject 136 had been pursuing a decade earlier. MKUltra's Subproject 119 investigated electromagnetic activation of human behavior. In 1960, Drs. Brazier and Eddey at UCLA were studying how external electromagnetic fields could influence brainwave patterns and potentially alter consciousness remotely. A decade later, the Gateway Process, another CIA-funded program, was investigating how audio frequencies could entrain brain waves and produce altered states of consciousness, including out-of-body experiences. The 1983 Gateway Process report, written by Lieutenant Colonel Wayne McDonnell for the commander of U.S. Army Intelligence, explicitly describes consciousness as a holographic phenomenon that transcends space-time. The through line is unbroken. From MKUltra's consciousness subprojects in the early '60s through the documented destruction in 1973, through the Stargate remote viewing program at SRI from 1972 to 1995, through the Gateway Process analysis in 1983, the United States government conducted a continuous, evolving, multi-decade investigation into the nature of consciousness and its potential as an intelligence tool. The names changed. The funding structure changed. The question never changed: what is consciousness and what can it do? And here's the detail I find most haunting, because it's a detail about consciousness itself. Sidney Gottlieb, the man who ran the most destructive consciousness experiment in American history, who destroyed thousands of minds through involuntary drugging and systematic psychological torture, and ordered the destruction of 20,000 documents to hide what he had done, spent his retirement seeking spiritual enlightenment. When he retired from the CIA in 1973, on the same day the files were being shredded, he was awarded the Distinguished Intelligence Medal, the agency's highest honor. The citation remains classified. The medal, per protocol, was returned, and then Gottlieb and his wife Margaret sold everything they owned, boarded a freighter in San Francisco, and sailed away. They wandered for 2 years— Australia, India, Southeast Asia, They ended up at a leprosy hospital in India where they volunteered to care for patients, people abandoned by their societies, the most marginalized human beings on Earth. The man who had spent 22 years running experiments on expendable human subjects was now washing the wounds of lepers. When he returned to the United States, he moved back to his cabin in the Virginia woods. He milked his goats, he meditated, he practiced folk dancing, he wrote poetry. He studied Zen Buddhism with increasing seriousness. He lived without running water by choice. He practiced radical simplicity, a deliberate stripping away of everything unnecessary, as if the physical austerity could mirror and facilitate an internal emptying. A rabbi who attempted to counsel him in his final years said he was on a path of expiation, whether consciously or unconsciously. The rabbi also noted that Gottlieb's defenses were so thick, his emotional walls so fortified, that genuine therapeutic progress was almost impossible. The man who had spent decades penetrating other people's psychological defenses had built his own so high that even a skilled counselor could barely make contact. When congressional investigators finally caught up with him, when the surviving financial records revealed the scope of what MKUltra had been, Gottlieb testified under a pseudonym and repeatedly claimed that his memory had failed. Across 40 hours of testimony protected by immunity from prosecution, he admitted to possible crimes while insisting he could remember almost nothing about them. A man who had spent decades assigning techniques for extracting information from unwilling subjects used the elementary technique of all when the questions were turned on him: he forgot. Gottlieb died on March 7th, 1999, at the age of 80. He spent the last 26 years of his life attempting to atone. Through meditation, through service, through the deliberate cultivation of the same inner peace that his program had spent 2 decades trying to destroy in others. The irony is devastating. The man who ran America's most ambitious program to control human consciousness from the outside spent his retirement discovering that consciousness can only be transformed from within. The man who tried to break minds with chemicals and torture and electricity Ended his life sitting in silence, watching his breath, seeking the same liberation that every contemplative tradition has described. Gottlieb's retirement is the consciousness payoff of MKUltra. After 22 years and tens of millions of dollars and the destruction of countless lives, the program's own director concluded through personal experience rather than research data that the most powerful technology of consciousness is meditation. The most effective path to mental transformation is the one that every teacher has been teaching for millennia. I want to step back and state clearly that the combined evidence of MKUltra, Stargate, and the Gateway Process represents— because when you lay them side by side, the picture emerges is really amazing. MKUltra investigated consciousness through chemistry. And also investigated consciousness through electromagnetic means. It investigated consciousness through paranormal means. The Stargate program investigated consciousness through remote viewing. The Gateway Process investigated consciousness through audio entrainment, the use of binaural beat technology. Taken together, these programs constitute the largest classified investigation of consciousness in human history. Spanning 4 decades, costing hundreds of millions of dollars, involving dozens of institutions and hundreds of researchers, conducted at the highest levels of classification. The investigation asked one question in 100 different ways: is consciousness more than the brain? And this was only the American side. In 1970, United States intelligence sources estimated that the Soviet Union was spending 60 million rubles Annually on psychotronic research. Check out my episode on Soviet psychotronics. The DIA assessed the Soviets were decades ahead in certain categories of psychic weapons research. Dr. Leonid Vasilev at the Leningrad Institute for Brain Research had been conducting experiments in long-distance telepathic hypnosis since the 1930s. Nita Kulagina was filmed by Soviet scientists moving objects with directed psychokinesis, experiments verified by independent observers including skeptical Western scientists. The Czech researcher Robert Pavlita built psychotronic generators, devices that allegedly stored and transmitted biological energy to influence living systems at a distance. Both superpowers independently arrived at the same conclusion: consciousness is a force that can be studied, trained, and potentially weaponized. Both spent decades and enormous resources investigating it. It couldn't have just gone away. It's my belief that they continued this research, or they had mastered it by this time. And if you look at the world, if you look at psyops, if you look at the things happening in the world, it's clear that some force behind these governments around the world has figured out the ability to manipulate consciousness. My belief is that if you learn the techniques I'm teaching you, you can overcome even the things the government is doing to manipulate your consciousness. But the hypocrisy is breathtaking. And the answer across every program, every subproject that they studied— consciousness can be altered by chemicals, it can be read electromagnetically, it can be perceived beyond the range of the senses, it can be entrained in states. United States government has known this for 66 years or more. It classified the findings, it destroyed the documents. It told the public that psychic phenomenon are pseudoscience while continuing to fund research into those phenomena. What's going on behind the scenes? What do they really know? What are they doing to us? How are they utilizing this technology now that it's been weaponized and utilized and advanced for many, many decades? From the time that I'm reading you this information, this is all old declassified information that they act like, oh, there's nothing there. And the world acts like it shouldn't act, when people act like they shouldn't act, what's going on? Is the government playing a role in manipulating people around the world? Is it changing our consciousness? Is it looking into the future? Is it looking into the past? Is it remotely influencing people? Is it spying on us from different angles through consciousness? The question you should be asking, if consciousness is merely an epiphenomenon of brain chemistry, if it has zero power, then why did the most powerful intelligence agency on Earth spend 40 years and hundreds of millions of dollars investigating it? Why did they classify the results? When people act like it's all woo-woo, the stuff I'm talking about, when people try to say it's not important, people try to diminish the credibility of the stuff that we talk about. Why, why did they do that? Who has the power? The classification is the confession. The destruction is the confirmation. I want to connect this directly to the work you're doing every day with me, because the implications of the government and what they discovered and hid are profound for anyone who practices manifestation Meditation, visualization, or any form of consciousness creation. When you practice the state akin to sleep and plant an imaginal scene in your subconscious, you are doing a version of what the Stargate remote viewers were trained to do— accessing information and experience beyond ordinary sensory perception. The technique is the same, the application is different. They were gathering intelligence on Soviet installations. You're gathering intelligence on the reality you're building. When you practice a meditation that shifts your brainwave state from beta to alpha to theta, you're doing a version of what the Gateway Process documented— using frequency to alter consciousness and access expanded states of awareness. The Monroe Institute's Hemi-Sync technology was validated by the U.S. Army. The meditation you practice every morning is operating the same mechanism that the Army confirmed produces out-of-body experiences and Access to non-local information. Of course, scientists and others are going to say, oh, that's poppycock, that's not real, that's not true. They undermine it at every turn. But why? When you practice an activation that shifts your identity, your assumptions, your energetic baseline, you're engaging the same territory that MKUltra spent 2 decades and tens of millions of dollars investigating. The difference is the method. MKUltra was using The service-to-self paradigm. When I'm teaching that, it's the service-to-others paradigm. These are technologies, and technologies can be good, technologies can be bad. Both exist. You're seeing both sides of it. And Gottlieb's retirement proved the most important thing of all, that consciousness, when left to its own intelligence, given silence and stillness and the space to operate according to its own nature, heals, it transforms, and it liberates. The man who spent All those years trying to break consciousness from the outside, discovered that consciousness, when approached from the inside with sincerity, love, and patience, does exactly what Neville said it does. It creates reality according to the state of the being who inhabits it. Gottlieb's retirement was an MKUltra experiment conducted on himself. The lesson is simple, and it's the lesson at the heart of everything on this channel. Consciousness is sovereign. Cannot be controlled from the outside. They can be influenced, disrupted, chemically altered, electromagnetically stimulated, psychologically tortured. And the CIA proved all of this across 2 decades of classified research. But genuine transformation, the kind that changes a person permanently, that changes realities, the kind that Pim van Lommel documented NDE survivors, the kind that Neville described when he talked about the promise. That transformation occurs only from the inside, only through voluntary engagement of the individual with their own awareness. The government spent tens of millions of dollars to prove that consciousness is the most powerful force in the universe, and then they classified the proof and told the public it was pseudoscience. You are here because you already know the truth before the declassified documents confirm it. In 1953, the Central Intelligence Agency authorized a program to investigate whether human consciousness could be controlled. Over the next 20 years, they spent tens of millions of dollars, destroyed thousands of lives, conducted experiments at over 80 institutions across 3 continents, and produced at least 149 sub-projects covering every conceivable approach to consciousness manipulation, from psychedelic chemistry to electromagnetic brain stimulation to extrasensory perception. To indigenous trance practices. In 1973, they destroyed the records. In 1972, one year before the destruction, the research resumed at SRI under a new name, the Stargate Project. 23 more years of classified consciousness research that produced verified intelligence hits, earned military citations, and concluded that human consciousness can perceive information across spacetime through directed mental focus alone. 1983, the Gateway Process report explicitly described consciousness as a holographic phenomenon that transcends the physical brain, that can be trained through audio entrainment to access dimensions of reality that ordinary waking awareness is unable to reach. 4 decades, hundreds of millions of dollars, the most powerful intelligence agency on Earth And the conclusion reached through chemistry, electromagnetism, remote viewing, and through personal spiritual journey of the program's own director was the same conclusion that every mystic, every sage, every teacher of consciousness has reached across the entire span of human consciousness. Consciousness is more than the brain. Awareness extends beyond the body. The mind can access information that the senses are unable to reach. And the most powerful transformation of consciousness occurs through stillness, intention, and deliberate cultivation of inner states— the exact practices that you engage with every time you listen to this channel. Government classified this. They destroyed the documents, told the public it was pseudoscience. The weapons failed, the meditation worked, and the classified files that survived the shredder confirmed what this channel has been trying to say. All this time, consciousness creates reality. The government knows it. They've always known it. They've wanted to manipulate you so that they could control the reality. If they could figure out a way to control consciousness through these means, then they can control reality itself. Don't let them do it. Learn the science and power and technique of reality creation. Just as a simple rebellion to the government knowing it already. The next time someone tells you that manifestation is pseudoscience, remember the most powerful intelligence agency in the world spent 4 decades and hundreds of millions of dollars investigating those exact claims. They found that consciousness can be altered. They classified the findings. They destroyed the documents and told the public that the phenomena had been investigated and was imaginary. The cabin in Virginia is empty now. Gottlieb is gone. The goats are gone. The meditation cushions gather dust. But the question he spent his entire life investigating is the same. You investigate every time you close your eyes and imagine a reality that is yet to manifest. The question is answered by the act of asking it. Consciousness is real. It creates. It transforms. And it does its deepest work in silence and meditation, in the space between thoughts, where the government spent decades looking for a weapon and found instead the same infinite awareness that the mystics have been pointing toward for thousands of years. The files were destroyed. The truth survived, and it always does. Don't assume for a second that they stopped investigating this. Don't assume that. That in itself is the ultimate psyop. The CIA most assuredly never stopped investigating it because it would be an amazing weapon to have to control people, to read their minds, to see into places that you don't have any sort of spy apparatus. Of course the government continued to research it. In fact, they probably didn't have to research it anymore because they figured out how to do it. And that's why you need to figure out how to protect yourself, how to do it yourself, and to create your own reality. Don't let them create the reality. You do it yourself.
