Nancy Rebecca describes a manifesting method that skips the struggle of raising your current frequency and instead pulls energy directly from your future self. She calls it reverse engineering: visualize that higher-frequency version of you, absorb its light, and bring it back to now. In meditation, meeting her future self felt like receiving guidance from something external and wiser.

I was told that our way of manifesting was changing, and the perspective that it was changing from was, you know, like if I'm sitting here and I just want a better life, you know, and it's like, but it's things aren't going well. My health isn't going well. This isn't going well. That's not going well. So this is that frequency, and I'm trying to envision and live into and be and dream into. Uh, whatever that better life is going to be, you know, full of, you know, good health and good friends and things like that. And so what they were telling me is I'm trying to manifest at a frequency from a lower frequency to a higher frequency. So what they told me was, we need to go into our future self where we already are that, and then they call it reverse engineering.
Hmm.
So we imagine ourselves, you know, in that place. And then we bring the light from that higher frequency and saturate it into the frequency where we are now. Also in that minute, there was another meditation I did about meeting your future self, and a lot of people were talking about this, and and I hadn't really heard of it. I believed it, but then when it came through, it was like yeah, the future frequencies are reaching out to connect with us to help guide us. In that direction.
It feels like it's pulling us in a certain direction. Once we can make the connection, it has a form of gravity that's pulling us, right?
Yeah, I would agree with you, Brian. That's what it feels like to me too. And it's like, stay in your lane. I keep hearing that, stay in your lane. That's not your lane. Oh, bring your head over here. Stay in your lane. And I feel like I'm hearing that from the future.
