Neil Gaur describes years of anxiety and panic attacks that persist despite inner work and life coaching, racing heart and dissociation triggered by social situations. He questions why his body won't catch up to his mind, caught between self-doubt and a vision of transformation where pain finally gives way to joy and peace.
