They're Preparing Us For Something — And She's Been Told What - Lily Nova

What I saw when I tuned into 3i Atlas, it was acting as a tuning fork as it came into our solar system. Because at first I'm like, if it's a ship, why is it going so slow? Why is it just slowly taking a little field trip around our solar system? That sounds silly, but when I looked into it, I realized, oh my God, it's literally tuning everything. So it was changing everything as it went through, and as it came As it got closer to us, it started interacting with our sun, and science saw that, reported on that. And then there were solar flares that in turn was interacting with our consciousness, our DNA, bringing in more light, bringing in more information. So a lot has changed since 3 Atlas came in, and I keep seeing these other meteors and comets that are bringing in information that'll be happening over the next couple of years. And, uh, I think 2030. I just get a really big feeling about 2030.

Welcome to the Reality Revolution. I'm so excited to once and have the one and only Lily Nova. Uh, in 2020, a nutritionist from St. Louis bought a camera to photograph the stars. She wasn't looking for UFOs. She didn't believe in any of this. And then the sky started answering back. Today I'm talking with Lily Noah, astrophotographer, ET contactee, and bestselling author of Contact. Her footage has been featured on Ancient Aliens, the Travel Channel, and Coast to Coast. What began as sightings through a camera lens became telepathic communications with a being named Talia, a full spiritual awakening. I've got a chance to speak with her a couple of times now, and she's one of my favorite guests. And the last interview just didn't do it justice, so I brought her back on. So thank you so much for coming back. Welcome to the Reality Revolution, Lily.

Hey, thanks so much for having me, and it is an honor to be here with you.

Absolutely. So there's so many things that we can talk about, so many cool things. I got a chance to talk with you the day after we watched Disclosure, and it was kind of fresh in our minds. That was kind of cool. Um, with Kyle. And there's so much to your story, but for people that have never heard of you, let's just start back to back in 2020 before any of this sort of happened. Who was Lily Nova, the nutritionist that, that decided to grab that camera?

Yeah, so I had at that point, I had just gotten my dietetics degree and I was really passionate about Personal development, mental health, holistic health, nutrition. And I had started a actually TikTok making health and nutrition tips, mental health tips, that sort of thing. I was very passionate about it, and and also a little bit of manifestation. I had always known that. You create your own reality. So that was like a passion of mine. 2020 hit. I had my first job as teaching nutrition and health, but it wasn't going so great. I wasn't doing very well in the corporate setting.

Yeah.

Corporate. Yeah, corporate is a little tough. So the environment ended up being pretty toxic and I took a step back and that Which was really hard for me. And then in the middle of that, we're in the middle of lockdowns. You know, everything's closed down, the world's going crazy, everybody's losing their mind, they don't know what to do. And I ended up turning to the stars, and I just fell madly in love with space photography. So I was capturing footage of the Milky Way, of the moon, deep space objects. I photographed the Andromeda Galaxy. I was just mesmerized by it. So that's, you know, that's where I was. But I was already interested in consciousness studies, how you can kind of create your reality and different personal development, things like that. So that set the foundation for what would come next.

Amazing. So then walk us through that first experience, the one that sort of changed everything.

Yeah, so my first UFO encounter was a very, very close encounter. It's actually probably my closest, one of my closest. So it was November 17th, 2020, and I stepped out on my front porch. It was around 1 o'clock in the morning. It was pretty late. And I, I'm in the middle of suburbs, of the suburbs in St. Louis, Missouri at the time. Now I live in Sedona, but a lot of these experiences I've been to St.

Louis. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

That's where I grew up. So born and raised in St. Louis, and I was going out by myself in the middle of the night, yeah, filming the night sky and doing all this crazy stuff, you know, by myself. But it was great. Um, you know, I fell in love with it. And so that very first encounter, I just went outside to get some fresh air before bed and I looked up at the night sky like I always do, and I immediately locked eyes with a hovering light. Now, this was a very, very bright light that was just kind of hovering over the neighborhood. So I pulled out my phone because I realized that it was not anything normal. This was something different. So I started recording it, and what happened next was weird because this street lamp at the end of my street Turned on, but it was a bright, like, almost like blood orange-red color. And that's not the normal color of the street lamp. The street lamp's like white, kind of golden colored. And it drew my attention. And when I looked over at it, I suddenly— it felt like time slowed down and I started becoming hyper-aware of my surroundings. I realized how still and quiet it was. It's a cold night in November in the Midwest. And there was just no sound. You could hear a pin drop. But I, I became just hyper-aware. It was a strange feeling. And then I started hearing the wind pick up. And my attention drew back over towards where the craft was, and a second craft had appeared. And this one was much closer, and it was a diamond-shaped craft. It had a row of red lights and a row of blue-green lights. that went across the center of it. So I could see all of the details of it, and it was just a few houses down. And at that point, I was shocked because it was very close to me. And in my head, I'm trying to register what I'm seeing, and I'm asking, am I, am I really seeing this? And the craft seemed to respond to my thoughts, and it went side to side really fast, up and down really fast, and it went back to its original point, and then it came straight Towards me and went above my head, and that's when it essentially vanished. But yeah, that rocked my world.

No, I, that's— I, I'm right there with you. I felt like I experienced it with you all the way. It's sort of like, you know, just burned into your experience. It's a really wonderful thing that they chose to interact. They, um, it feels like They have limitations, but they're working around those limitations as like they can communicate with us in certain ways, right? And it feels like that's a way that they can learn to communicate with you, right? Sometimes it feels like that.

Yeah, definitely. And I feel like, like if you have a sighting or an experience, it's never by accident. They are very specific about who they reveal themselves to and in what way. They know what they're doing, and their technology obviously is far beyond ours, so they can cloak themselves very easily. They can uncloak. And when it went above me, at the time, because I had never experienced anything like this, I was expecting to get beamed up by a light beam. I'm like, oh my God. And then I realized that it had just vanished, but I intuitively knew it had to have popped into another dimension. I didn't even know about dimensions yet, but I knew that.

Right.

It had to have just disappeared into another dimension because there's no way it just vanished. But yeah, so they communicate with us in a variety of ways. And I think, um, I— what I would learn is that that was basically their first handshake. That was a hello and that was a wake-up call because what would follow— they gave me about 2 months to integrate that. Then they started popping up left and right, and I literally spent the night surrounded by UFOs. My second experience, and I got a lot of footage of it because people didn't believe me in my first experience. But so I'm like, oh my God, I can— there's these lights around me. And there was this light in front of me. I caught a beam of light coming from it. And I just started filming them and they just started popping up everywhere, left and right. So I did not have any fear. At that point, because I felt like they were trying to tell me something, and my curiosity— I felt more curious than anything. So I just started following the signs and just started recording them. And then that's when a telepathic communication started to develop, and they basically took me down a journey of spiritual awakening.

Absolutely fascinating. The thing that you may have noticed now that you've experienced it Most people aren't looking around. People say, oh yeah, that we would totally see the UFOs, but people are completely in their own world and are rarely actually looking up into the sky. A lot of people, um, I know that don't even like know where the stars are or like which one is Venus or like what the constellations— they don't even look up there. Uh, and so we think, uh, a lot of people are missing, and, and their technology's at such a level, they can instantly teleport to any location, and they can, they can hide themselves from any technology. There's, there's— they can hide from whoever they want at any time in any way. So they can appear to only you. And it's so— it is very interesting the way that they appear to you. What is the most interesting way they've sort of appeared to you?

Hmm.

Well, I mean, my first Those first 6 months were insane.

Yeah.

And I caught a lot of really incredible footage. Like my second encounter, there was craft kind of all around me. And I know they did it in such a big way because they really wanted to show me that they're beyond any doubt. And there were these orbs that came over into the field next to me. So I'm sitting in my car. Recording these lights that are kind of moving around, and then suddenly there's orbs on ground level with me in the field next to me. So I start recording them, and one of these orbs, I caught it on camera splitting into 2. It was absolutely insane.

Yeah.

I'm actually about to get a regression to help me dive into, like, revisit some of these early experiences because it was so So I was so close to their craft in these early experiences. And after some time, well, I started going out every day with the intention to make contact with them. I was always looking up, always. So if you were to spend like 10 minutes a day looking up at the sky, you're bound to see something. But I was literally doing that all of the time.

Yeah.

I wasn't working at the time because I just quit my job as a nutritionist. So I literally just devoted myself to investigating this. And yeah, we kind of set up a thing where I would go out with the intention to make contact. I'd bring my camera and they would start showing up. Sometimes they'd be orbs, sometimes I'd capture craft, sometimes I would just get a feeling. And this feeling, what came with it was It's kind of hard to explain, but it was a feeling of expansion. Just, I started to understand things, and now I understand these as downloads. I started getting all of these downloads and kind of working with them on learning. They started teaching me about, well, like frequency, vibration, how to communicate with them, how to get them to appear, and that's by raising your frequency. Getting into a heart-centered state, heart and brain coherence through meditation, things like that. So after, after the physical evidence, I captured a lot of physical evidence. Then it started moving more towards extrasensory perception training where I began meditating and, and they started working with me on my DNA. And that's when I started to unlock a lot of abilities that I didn't have previously. Like seeing visions, sometimes premonitions and things like that.

And so it's been an ongoing sequence of evolutions and ascensions from the time that you saw them over many years, taking you on a certain journey, right?

Yeah.

Are you using like a, a zoom? What kind of camera? Because there's some of those super zoom I, I've been tempted to buy sometimes. They, they can go way out. You can go in And are you finding yourself like attracted to areas where there's fewer, fewer people? You know that they're gonna show up more if you go like camping or something all the time, right?

Yeah, I would go out to rural places, but some of my best photos are actually taken at a, at a park, a public park, but nobody's paying attention. Nobody else is looking up. So I'm like, literally, I'm making contact with aliens middle of this public park and I've caught this amazing footage and nobody knows what's going on. So that was pretty crazy. But, um, I would use a DSLR camera, a Nikon. Um, you know, I have big lenses for it, small lenses. I would kind of experiment with different methods. And I actually just ordered a pair of military-grade night vision that I'm very excited to try out.

Night vision? Yes. Yeah, that'll be amazing. Yeah. And so I'm sure that having moved to Sedona, you've had some incredible experience there. You've seen even more. Compare it to your experience in St. Louis and then coming to Sedona. Suddenly, did it flourish or there was even more places that you were seeing them?

Well, in Sedona, they're definitely— I mean, I can see them from my front porch, so I don't really have to go anywhere. There's definitely a lot of activity here. I've got some pretty incredible footage, but I'd say my My first experiences in Missouri were actually so special because they were a lot closer. Um, I don't know if you've noticed, but maybe in the beginning of, of your awakening, you had some very, very intense experiences because that's the universe trying to wake you up. So my first ones were still, even compared to Sedona, they were mind-blowing.

Right. So the, you've inevitably been able to channel multiple different beings or get questions out? Tell me your process of accessing these unseen beings, how they interact with you.

Yeah, so one of my main gifts is clairvoyance, and I practiced this over, you know, years. But, um, so I would get into basically a meditative state. Sometimes I might listen to like binaural beats or like a frequency or singing bowls. I love utilizing singing bowls because that helps you to get into a very harmonious state. And I would, you know, set intention, set sacred space, begin meditating, and then I would just start seeing things with my third eye. I would just start seeing visions. So these visions would come in, they would send me telepathic downloads and things like that. And there's a few different types of beings. that I communicate with, Talia being one of them. So she's a light blue being with no hair, and she comes from the Andromeda constellation. That was one of my first star families. Uh, the Pleiadians, I see them sometimes, the Arcturians, sometimes I'll see Sirians, even the feline beings. And I've got a really good connection with, uh, the inner earth beings as well. Have you heard of the inner earth city Telos?

I have. So when you were, you were recently in Mount Shasta, right? Did you get a closer connection when you went?

Yeah, oh my goodness.

Last week you told me you were going to Mount Shasta.

We were talking about it. So how did— how was that?

Well, I love Mount Shasta. Mount Shasta and Sedona are 2 of the most powerful places in the United States, especially for paranormal activity, for spiritual activation, for spiritual healing. The veil is very thin. There's a lot of ships seen in both places. So Mount Shasta feels like Mother Mary giving you a hug. It's a very like Mm-hmm. Soft energy, elemental energy. You know, there's waters, you've got the mountain, and, and then Sedona is like that fiery type of energy in the desert. So they're both fantastic and they're each in their unique ways. But in Mount Shasta, you know, I felt drawn to being there and I really learned more about it my second time. So I've been going there every year the past 4 years. My second time I realized that I had past life connections with these Lemurians, who were the Lemurian and Atlantean survivors who migrated under Mount Shasta to Telos, and they live in a 5th dimensional space. They are still very active, and I had way more contact with them the second time I went. That was a few years ago now. Basically, they told me that They knew me, so they don't age like we do, and time works differently where they are. So the head priest, his name is Adama. He's one of the head people in Telos who, who a lot of people have contact with him, and he told me that he knew me like I knew him in that body. I was just in a different body in a previous incarnation, so that's why that That's why we're, uh, we're pretty close.

It was crazy when I went to Mount Shasta, uh, almost immediately as I was going to sleep the first night, they, they would not stop talking. It felt like they were really excited to see me. Like, they're— they, they can make a closer connection when you're closer, when you're right next to the mountain, it feels like, than when I'm here. I felt like they, um, uh, I— it was very vivid. I really felt a connection. Um, I felt like I just Every time I go, I feel like it's just not enough. I need to be there longer so I can experience that. It kind of feels like in that, that pocket dimension, it's like a whole other world. It's not just like the space of the mountain. It's kind of like Doctor Who when he goes into, um, it's like an unfolded space where it's an entire other world that they exist within, right?

Yeah, no, exactly. That's exactly. And So the, actually, so this was the first time that I went to Mount Shasta. I had a crazy experience. The energies were so intense for me the first time that I, like, I was, I was there for a conference, but besides that, I only went on one hike. And then the rest of the time I just like meditated in my bedroom, just like, oh, with all the energies and had some beautiful experiences. But I went to this location called Fairy Falls, went on a hike there, and there's a portal there. There's a lot of activity at Fairy Falls, so if you go, definitely check out Fairy Falls. And I went to this spot where we found the waterfall, and there was this rose sitting on this rock formation. I noticed it and I was like, oh, that's interesting. But I sat down and began meditating, and then I was shown a vision of the rose, and I heard, go sit next to the rose. So I got up and I went and sat next to the rose, and again, it's by this interesting rock formation.

Formation.

And I began meditating, and suddenly I see a portal open up, and these 2 Lemurians come on each side of me, and they touch me. And it, it was quite intense. Like, I just started getting flooded with energy and light. Like, I think it was a really big upgrade, and it was, it was trippy. By the time it was done, like, I stood up and I was like kind of shaking with So much energy. And I'm like, that was crazy. That was the most vivid experience of these Lemurians coming out of a portal and literally touching me, and I could feel it. I shared that experience after I got back, and I was on YouTube Live. My best friend from high school, who I hadn't seen in years, she started texting me. She goes, I was the one who put that rose there.

Uh-huh.

So she was in Mount Shasta, and we were both in Missouri at the time. She went to Mount Shasta. She was there literally an hour beforehand and put that rose there.

Wow.

And yeah, so that's why I was shown to go sit next to it. Something happened.

Yeah.

That was quite intense, but I came back changed. You know, you come back upgraded. I think you retrieve some of your soul memories, you retrieve some of your soul You unlock new gifts and abilities. And yeah, so it's very special. I just, I love that place. I'm different every time I come back. It's like I receive a really big upgrade.

It's continuously, they're taking their time with us. I think that obviously in the growth of consciousness on other planets, they've hurried it up before. They've given people too much and it worked against them. So you can tell there's a sort of— there's, there's a process behind what they're doing. It's— they could, they could flood us with even more light and so much more that would be happening, but we're not ready for it. It's that— it's like a slow dribble every day, a little bit more. It's working. People have no idea how much they've already changed over the last 10 years. Um, people have, you know, I, I see it. And so, uh, when you look at what's, what's about to happen, a lot of different channelers, other people that I'm talking to and interviewing, are all really pointing to a short period of time between now and in the next couple years when something big is going to happen. And so have you been given any insight or visions about things that will happen in our near future? And, and do you have suggestions on how we can prepare for it or how it works?

Yeah, so I feel, well, there's a big purging and release happening right now within the collective. So like people like me and you, we're pretty good about doing our inner work, but now like the rest of the collective has to do that too. So, and you know, reality is a mirror. So I believe, you know, there's a lot of limiting beliefs, there's a lot of things that weren't working before, a lot of things that have been hidden, and that are coming up to the surface that we have to face. And, you know, there's a lot of terrible things that have been going on on the planet for thousands of years, really, but it's just now starting to come out to the surface, these systems that don't work. So right now I'm seeing like a big upgrade and opening of the throat chakra for ourselves and the collective, where we're starting to come out, we're starting to speak our truth because we We've been condemned for it. You know, we've been taught don't don't get out of line. You know, stay within this box, and now people are starting to expand out of that, and that's an important part. We like we have to go through that process first, and the throat chakra is also our connection to the divine. It's also tapping into our psychic abilities. It does a lot more than just communicate our truth. The heart up is our that's our connection to the higher realms. So the chakra system's being upgraded, and we're going through a process just like you said. It's kind of like a you've got like a drip disclosure method happening where they're like, okay, Nordic aliens, you know that's on the news. We're gonna sprinkle them with that. Okay, now they're getting used to seeing these Nordic aliens. They're they're getting used to seeing UFOs, you know, on the news. Not we don't have to. Put our power outside to the government or the news, of course. So, you know, we don't have to wait for them to tell us what it is, but the collective kind of needs, you know, they need a little bit of help. So it's helpful that it's being put all over the place. Um, besides that, I keep seeing like a comet and these meteors that are bringing in new information. I've been seeing that lately, and I feel like another big one's going to be coming in. I don't have an exact time frame, maybe this year, maybe next year. If you think back to Three-Eyed Atlas, I did a lot of work around Three-Eyed Atlas, and I do believe that that was like, that was like the sign in the sky that like the Hopi prophecies spoke about that would symbolize a time of great change, and it would help awaken the Rainbow Warriors and And it, it would help symbolize a shift. Exactly. So it was changing everything as it went through. And as it came closer to us, it started interacting with our sun. And science saw that, reported on that. So a lot has changed since since the Atlas came in, and I keep seeing these other meteors and comets that are bringing in information that'll be happening over the next couple of years. And, uh, I think 2030— I just get a really big feeling about 2030.

Yeah, so do I. I really do. I feel there's a momentum that's picking up. We're self-creating it too. So many people are talking about it. It happened in 2012 when everybody was talking about 2012, um, it was like this thing was going to happen. And then, you know, it was so much buildup, so many people, so many videos being talked about. But it really feels like over the next couple of years, we're being prepared to reveal a larger universe that will slowly come to us. And I'm this huge science fiction fan. A lot of those books back there, they're not like non-fiction books. I'm studying anything. They're like science fiction books. I love science fiction worlds. I'm always exploring them. That's what I'm thinking about. And there's many times they've told the story of sudden disclosure, of suddenly being disclosed and what the world is like, an entire universe that has its own politics and worlds and different things going on. And the way that it— what it's like for a planet to come to a realization of that. We've always lived with this fear. It's sometimes talked about all the way back in E.T., one of my favorite. The first movie I ever cried watching was E.T., right?

That's a sign that you're an E.T.

If you ever go watch that movie, you'll know when when when I cried. It was like the first movie I ever cried at, right? But it it really feels like it's gonna be okay. It's gonna be okay if they reveal it. Why are they so afraid? There's some— somebody's got a model, or somebody— it's a, it's a religious thing. But even then, I think it's going to be okay. It's not going to contradict any religion. I don't think that it's dangerous. People have always said that it's dangerous. It's not. So why doesn't somebody finally stand up and say it's ridiculous? We're just being overly obsessively worried about the, the results of it. So a lot of really interesting technologies and Parts of our history have been held back because of this fear that is, is absolutely incorrect in my eyes, right?

Yeah, 100%. I mean, it changes everything when that gets disclosed. Um, you know, we'll be able to handle it okay. Some people might not be able to handle it as okay. Um, but, but yeah, it literally changes everything, our history. But then you also have to get into the conspiracy, but not so much conspiracy world. A lot of our history has been withheld, I think a lot of it on purpose. And even like the burning of like the Library of Alexandria, that's fishy too. Like erased everything, you know, what is the Vatican hiding in their archives?

Right.

You know, so it literally changes everything. Well, then if free energy comes out, what about all the oil moguls?

So, so we've got to definitely push Yeah, it changes everything. What if we can suddenly cure cancer? All those companies that spend so much in health, you know, on chemotherapy, right?

Yeah, exactly. Big Pharma, that's another one we have to—

All of them, right? And you know what? We're just gonna have to deal with it. And I want the corporate world to understand that's just what has happened. There was a time when people were obsessed with horses on the street, and that was their technology. You know, there was a time when we didn't have light. The world's gonna change. We're gonna be able to replicate any form of matter at whatever size that we want, and we can travel to any place instantaneously with this technology. It changes everything. But I believe my favorite vision of it is actually Iain Banks. He has, um, his vision of it is that in the universe there's these super advanced civilizations that are made up of these super minds. They're like an AI, but they're like just a super mind that runs a ship, and everybody sort of lives on the ship, and the super mind They can live in multiple different bodies. They can choose to live as long as they want. They like have a— that's connected to their nervous system and they can just, you know, just shift their consciousness to a new body whenever they want. They can go anywhere, they can live any— and so even if there's death is no problem, they can download anything, they can go anywhere in the universe. And it's called the civilization. And they still find resistance from other— you know what I mean?

Mm-hmm.

I kind of feel like that, that Because there's always going to be different levels of development, but it would just add so much more. We've always been afraid. I think that there is a paradise vision, a utopian Star Trek type vision where it could be a wonderful thing that we could learn how to interact. It could change everything for us, right?

Yeah, 100%. And it really is like Star Trek out there, right?

It is.

I'm confident.

I really feel like Star Trek. It came from some innate knowledge, even subconscious, that this is how it is. People can beam to different places. People have replicators. They can get food right from a machine, right? That's— but, but it's so much more. It's different levels of consciousness, and it goes far beyond. So let's, you know, put on your seatbelt. Let's get ready because it's gonna be so much fun.

Yeah.

Now, what I'm excited is when we talked to Darrell Anka, Um, Kiyek said that the— they all have a recording of everything that's happened. So one of the first gifts when they fully disclose is like, here's what really happened. And it, like, from multiple angles, they'll be able to show times in history what really happened. So we're going to suddenly have total disclosure of what really happened in history, right?

Yeah, yeah, the, the past is really important. Some of my contacts have said basically you can't really know who you are without knowing your past and, and where we came from. And there's so much hidden already on the planet, you know, with Egypt, the pyramids, the pyramids all over the place, inner earth entrances all over the place.

Yeah.

And all of the contact that has happened throughout history. So yeah, I, I agree with that, that, that has to be one of the things that That comes out.

One of the coolest things about Lily is that Lily has met her future self, something that we try to teach. And so tell me about your experience of, of first meeting this being and then finding out it was a future self and what that meant and what it was like.

Well, that was, um, very, uh, very heartwarming and mind-boggling experience. So this future self version of me, and at the time I didn't know Who it was. They started showing up in their ship, and I've documented footage of this. And the first time I, I got to see who they were, I was seeing all these UFOs. I took a friend out with me and with the intention to make contact, and within 5 minutes, this golden orb craft appears. It was like a golden plasma, and I got a photograph of it, and I was trying to communicate with it. And I closed my eyes, and it sent me a telepathic vision, like a download of, of the craft and who was on it. And that's when I saw this woman with light blue skin and no hair, and she was wearing like a skin-tight silver uniform, looked like Star Trek-like. And she was laying on a table with her eyes closed, and then there was like about 5 crew members behind her, same color skin, same uniform. And I thought, I was like, why is she, why are her eyes closed? But I felt such a strong connection to her. Like, who is that? I think she was doing some sort of a transfer of consciousness or connecting with me in some way. And she was kind of like meditating and that's why her eyes were closed. But after that experience, I started hearing her in my mind and she started guiding me to work on my energy centers, to begin meditating. teaching me about, like, the laws of vibration and frequency and even manifestation and started teaching me all these things. It was about 6 months down the road that she told me, she finally told me that she was me. And that just blew my mind because I had been seeing her spaceship has literally been right in front of me. So she's a time traveler.

Wow.

And that was, you know, she helped me activate Different gifts and abilities, like my psychic gifts and abilities, remote viewing, extrasensory perception, telepathy, all of that healing gifts and abilities. And she taught me around the ropes, basically. So learning that she was actually me, it, it was shocking, but then it made sense. That's why I felt so close to her, and that's why she cared about me so much. She was teaching me all these amazing things. So yeah, it was really beautiful, but it was What also is interesting is a little while after that, after she disclosed that she was actually me, she kind of like things kind of slowed down. I had been on such an intense like training routine with them. Like I was training with them every day and meditating every single day. And then finally, like it kind of just went quiet and I stopped hearing her in my head and I was like, what? You know what happened? Where'd she go? And I was sitting in the bath one day, and I looked up, and I looked in my reflection. I could see in the on the bathtub the nozzle or whatever, and I saw her reflection was my reflection.

So when I looked in, she was in you.

Yeah. So she had like merged within me.

Yeah.

And then I saw her in the mirror. It was amazing.

I'm so excited then. What we've already announced it, but. What's going to be so amazing is that you're going to join us in Sedona. You're going to be at the Sedona event, and that's what we do is a future self merge. We do a future self, the future self. It's like a walk-in experience. We're going to do it right there, and I'm just so excited for you to add your energies to that experience. We can do it in the vortex. We're going to meet our future self and merge in the vortex. That's going to be incredible. So. Um, I feel like I, I was talking to Nancy Rebecca yesterday. She said something she had heard from blue light beings, that the future self is the new form of manifestation. The old one was a more limited, I see a picture and I'm gonna imagine that picture. Now what you're imagining into this timeline, a version of you, and it's like they, they're an embodied presence in the quantum field. You can actually go and see what they're experiencing, be in their consciousness and merge with it. And then you start looking out the mirror and you see that version of you thinking from inside of you, making the choices, like they become you. It's their desires, their— and so the really interesting part, you, you can probably share, is this feeling like everything's going to be okay. Like you instantly knew, like they've already been through it. So it's like this feeling of everything's going to be okay.

Yeah.

They know exactly what to do.

Right.

They already know what to do. And that, that's fantastic. That reminds me of a technique that I like to use. And so I've also dabbled with working with the Akashic Records. So I used to do Akashic Records readings for people, and I had some fun in the Akashic Records. The Akashic Records is the quantum library of everything, and it has all timelines in it— your past, present, future, parallel lifetimes. Parallel versions of you, different choices. And so what I, what I was taught is pulling specific traits you want to embody, or even a future version of you, say your highest timeline version of you, most benevolent outcome, however you wanna word it, and call that forth from the Akashic Records to be embodied in the here and now. Seems like a very similar sort of technique because it already exists. It's already there.

Right. So exciting for us to start to learn to utilize the conscious— the technology of our consciousness. Uh, people out there are trying to make contact. A number of people watching this right now, for someone who's never tried, um, that you use— oh, you teach CE-5, uh, you to make contact. So what, what's if somebody says, I want to make contact? They want to make contact with you. This is the exciting thing. They're so excited make contact with you. So what is the steps? Your mantra is connecting with your star family of the highest love and light. Why is that intention important to start?

Well, you're giving the, you're giving instructions to the universe. You know, you set an intention. That's basically step 1. You set an intention. You say, this is what you give the, the bullseye, right, of what you want. So, uh, yeah. And, and also You don't want to just invite in whatever. You want to say, I'm setting my intention to make contact with my star family of the highest love and light. So that's, that's specific. And your star family, you feel that, that's love, you know, that's your family.

Mm-hmm.

So, uh, some techniques that I use could be getting into a flow state. That's what I used a lot in the beginning while I was doing like space photography. I was, I was out in nature. I got into a flow state. I set the intention, started playing around with my camera, looking at the beautiful sunset.

Were you dancing?

I'm a little more expressive.

Yeah, yeah.

But that kind of gets you in a relaxed state. It's fun. And the flow state, as you know, is one of the highest frequency states. You're channeling, basically. It raises your vibration. So that could be even writing. It could be playing music. You could be singing. I have a friend who, that's how he would make contact, is he just started from his heart making music. He was a guitarist and he would start playing songs and then these UFOs started showing up and he's had, yeah, beautiful interactions. So doing something that you love, basically invoking the feeling of love, opening your heart center, being in your heart, because then you are a match. for that experience because we want to connect with benevolent beings who are, they feel like love, basically. It's a very strong love to where it made me bawl my eyes out when I started doing this because that sort of pure unconditional love, we don't feel very much on Earth. I've never felt anything like it before. Uh, it's so powerful that it just, it heals you. So set the intention, relax, even have fun and laugh, honestly. Because if you try too hard, it's just like with manifestation. If you try too hard, you might even push it away because then you're in a frequency of lack and that lowers your vibration. So you set the intention. You can ask for a sign and spend 10 minutes or so looking up.

10 minutes.

Yeah, at least 10 minutes. You know, try that out, and they might show up as like a sparkle at first. So a lot of people report seeing like a sparkle or seeing something out of their peripheral vision because the peripheral captures more. You might see a flash in the sky or even something that looks like a shooting star. Sometimes those are actually ships.

Hmm.

So just keep an eye out for the different sorts of signs and notice how you feel.

So it's a very busy universe. Have you been, have you ever been around a non-benevolent being?

I have had some interactions. Yes. That kind of came a little bit later. Well, some of them, when I was opening up my psychic gifts, it was happening so rapidly. I went from like 0 to 100 very quickly. And, but I was also being taught about energetic protection, having energetic boundaries, um, you know. And also I had to learn about the dark because that was just part of my training. But I would see, um, more of like inner negative interdimensional beings at first, and then that mostly went away. Every now and then I'll, I'll feel something, it just doesn't feel right, and I know there's something not right going on. Um, as for the extraterrestrials, During like remote viewing, sometimes when I remote view, especially sensitive topics or places, I've run into some of that. I have seen some negative Grays and some negative reptilians. It doesn't happen too often, but I have, I have had a few run-ins with them. But if you stand in your power and you tell them to leave, and sometimes even calling on Jesus works, then Then they go. But you have to be in your power. You can't be if you're afraid. They'll they'll use that.

The fear is the secret. That's the way they get in. It's through the fear, right?

Yeah, yeah, exactly, exactly. So if you ever feel fearful about something like don't do it, I always say go back to your root chakra and really work on your energy because your root chakra is your center. If it's blocked or have an imbalance in it, that creates fear, anxiety. It makes you very ungrounded. which can leave you susceptible. So it's really important to be very grounded in who you are. And you can even just like, you know, visualize your root chakra filling with light and healing and balancing. And that should get rid of, of, of those sorts of emotions.

I really feel like— sorry, it's very protective when we run our energy. When they're getting blocked, that extra energy that goes off, that they love that energy, they're attracted So when, when we're not blocking those energy centers, less of those beings are around when you're fully running your energy.

Yeah, yeah, exactly. The bottom 3 chakras are often where the not so pleasant things will try to mess with you, is the bottom 3 chakras. Those are kind of like the survival chakras, the earth chakras. If you're not in your power, if you feel If you don't feel confident about yourself, which is your solar plexus, then that can leave room because you're, because if you, if you don't feel in your power, then you're giving them power. And then that's literally what gives them power. So you, you gotta take that back and be in your power. So definitely, you know, a strong, um, uh, chakra system helps prevent and block any of those sorts of experiences.

Yeah, yeah, absolutely. So what is, uh, what is your perspective of DNA, like dormant starseed DNA? And, and what do the beings say it activates when we talk about, do we have a part of our DNA that needs to be activated? And what do those activations mean in your experience?

Yeah, so DNA activation is actually one of the first things that my star family started working with me on. And these beings started teaching me that we have incredibly powerful and special DNA. We have a divine blueprint, essentially like the God code within us. The DNA has been, well, it's been suppressed in humanity. And, you know, scientists say that around 95% is dormant. So that dormant DNA, which they call junk DNA, it's not actually junk DNA, it's actually our multidimensional DNA. So we're functioning off a very small percentage of our DNA and of our brain power, very small percentage. Essentially, we can become like superheroes, like, like Jedi, really, where we can move things with our minds and have telepathy, just like in Star Wars. We can heal with our hands, with our mind. So that's the sort of DNA that we are beginning to activate. And I believe that process is automatically happening through the awakening. But if you focus your intention on it, it just accelerates it and it's so amplified. So your DNA is your blueprint. That's your expression. You can also manifest through your DNA because you can talk to your cells, talk to your body, talk to your DNA, communicate with it, and tell it to turn certain things off and turn other things on. It's already within you, your blueprint. It's already within you. So that's epigenetics, how you can change your genetic expression. So that's one of the things that they were teaching me. So that could look like using mantras. I am healing my DNA. I am, and I'm calling forth my divine highest expression blueprint. I am activating psychic gifts and abilities. I am activating my ability to heal. I'm activating my ability to sing. Whatever it is, you talk to your DNA and your cells and And literally, I can do things that I wouldn't even dream of being able to do 6 years ago. Remote viewing, ESP, telepathy, healing. I did a healing session on my mom a few years back.

Yeah.

She, she's, she's like open to some of this, but she's not really into it. But I was actually getting some messages that her Her throat chakra was severely blocked to where it would have manifested into a serious illness because of her past relationships and just being so cut off from being able to speak and be herself. So I'm like, I started getting worried about her and I invited her over. I did a sound healing session on her and I heard in my head, use your hands. Opened up my hand chakras. I started using my hands on her and I took her through the energy centers. She was crying when she sat up. She was like, if I told anybody what I just experienced, nobody would even believe me.

Yeah.

And she had like— it sounded like a full psychedelic trip. Like she saw all of these different phases in her life that were being healed, that needed to become aware. And then she was shocked. She thought I had hot coals over her. And, and I was like, no, those were my And she was like, "What the?" So wow.

Yeah.

So I wowed. I wowed my mom, and then that wowed me too. I was like, "Wow, that's amazing!" Because she's not a she doesn't meditate. So how is she having all of these premonitions, all of these visions, experiencing this deep healing? But that's what we have access to within us, and it's literally within our DNA. And we have a combination of at least 22 extraterrestrial genetics. So these Cedar races, the Arcturians, Sirians, Lyrans, Andromedans, Pleiadians, beings from Orion even. We've got a really big combination of— we're called genetic royalty, basically, because we have this very unique combination that is very sought after because of how special this combination is. We're so creative. We can— we have the ability to imagine and create amazing things. We also have the ability to destroy. We've got, we've got a wide range of things that we can do. We're street smart. Not all of the ETs are street smart because we've grown up on Earth and this is a big Earth school, but we have this really unique combination. And so I believe that's another reason why some of these different star families are coming in to help activate those aspects of us and then these dormant gifts and abilities and even wisdom. You'll start to understand things that you would have never understood before.

Right. And it's, it's exciting to be a part of it and to witness it. I'm really excited I chose to live inside of this time because there's no place that I'd rather be. So have you done a QHHT session? Uh, have you ever done one?

So I did. I've done one of like 5 years ago. Yeah, I did get some good information from that one. Uh, the main life that came up was actually being a feline being in ancient Egypt. So, and you know, they, they depict the feline beings. You've got Bastet, Sekhmet. They loved the cats. This is why, because they were literally Feline aliens.

And they noticed the similarity with the cats, so they started to honor the cats because they look like these aliens, right?

Exactly. And I was a 13-foot-tall feline being, and I was there actually teaching humanity a very long time ago. So that's what came through on that session. Also, my role with the Telosians, why I was so close with the inner earth beings, it's because The fall of Atlantis. I actually helped lead people to safety before the cataclysm hit, or as it was hitting. I helped rescue people, and and I had one other one—a group hypnosis session. It was just like a thirty-minute meditation, but I got some really interesting information from that. I went through basically like a portal into whatever life. Needed to come up. And then I— when I walked through, I was on a spaceship and my human body was on this table. And I'm like, that's weird. And then I looked down at my hands and I was light blue, and I realized I was Talia. I was my future self, but my human body was on the table on the spaceship. And I think the— there was actually a procedure, uh, taking place, like a big upgrade. So it wasn't like a past lifetime, it was kind of a parallel future life. And I'm, uh, gonna be regressed by Sarah Bresman Cosme next week, so I'm excited to see what comes through that. Do you know who that is?

I, I do, I do. Um, yeah, mine was so weird, I didn't want to— I thought I was— hey, I could go talk about this, you know, and it was so weird, I was like, nah, that, that's too weird.

You never know what's gonna come up.

Yeah, I was like, whoa, that, that's a little— but I had really amazing— a couple times, and you maybe can share when you have your memories from these past sort of starseed lifetimes. I have seen some of the most amazingly beautiful things I could never draw myself. I could— I've seen space battles, I've seen planets like at a certain angle, I've seen light, you know, in certain ways, just that, that I'm— my mind, like, there's no movie that's been able to capture some of the things that I've seen, right?

Yeah.

It feels like that, this sort of vivid memory that we can have. And it's exciting because more and more I think people are starting to remember and awaken to who they are. Um, maybe it's partially because of my channel and I'm, you know, um, I'm around a lot of people that are, but I'm seeing it more and more. I think that more and more people are awakening to who they really are, and that is a really exciting thing. So, uh, do they ever allow you to come through and do activations or anything like that? How does that work?

Yeah, yeah, um, that's one of my main gifts, I feel, is being able to channel activations. So I've been told and shown that I have an additional third eye in my throat chakra Oh, wow. That acts as a portal. Yeah. And it's like, it's, it's, it's a conduit. It's a portal. It, it's, it's also channeling tones that the human ear can't pick up, I've been told. But it has a quantum healing ability to it. So I do guided meditations and I utilize my singing bowls as well. And I get tons of people who say, I've never been able to do meditations, but I can do yours. Like, you actually take me in deep. And through this portal, this third eye in my throat, I'm able to really help people get into a quantum state while they're, they are experiencing it, like whatever the activation is. So yeah, that's definitely one of my gifts.

Is there any sort of level of activation you could bring to us today?

Yeah, definitely I could. All right. Okay.

And breathing in light going down your throat, your shoulders, arms, and the tips of your fingers. Breathe light into your heart space. With this, we're going to be breathing in diamond light. Also mixed with violet light. Violet light is one of the highest frequency rays used for alchemy, transmutation, and transformation. So as you're breathing in, breathe in violet light and diamond light. See the light continuing down your torso, your thighs, calves, and to the tips of your toes.

Send any excess energy out through the bottoms of your feet. Okay.

Feeling nice and grounded, we now ask our cosmic families of the highest love and light to be here with us now. Well, ask a galactic higher self to be here with you now, one who may have a gift or a message. Now I want you to go into the temple of your heart. See yourself going into your heart space. Once you are there, look around. What does your heart space look like? You may see beautiful colors, some of your guides there with you. Now this galactic higher self is going to step forward. And introduce themselves. What do they look like? Where are they from? Feel the resonance with this galactic higher aspect of you who comes to teach you more about yourself, help you to remember more of who you are. Your gifts, your abilities. Did you see anything?

Well, I saw all kinds of things. I saw my galactic higher self, man. That's some, that's some crazy, crazy ass right there. Like, I saw some geometries coming through. It was, uh, very, very pronounced. And I could feel the jewelification of my, of my third eye. Yes, it's pretty amazing. What people don't understand is that in the third eye there is a crystal in the, in, in the pineal gland. There's an actual crystal. It's like palace. And, and so I think that empowers that sort of energy there. So, um, everybody needs to run, don't walk, because, uh, go check out Lily's YouTube channel and her, um, pages. She is a great guided meditator. You've, you've created some really incredible guided meditations, right?

Yeah.

Yeah, I— it was actually probably one of— still to this day, one of the most intense experiences I've ever had. But I met my higher self through a sound bath. So I, I, I've got, um— A love for the singing bowls.

Yeah, it's just definitely an art form. It takes a little practice. You've played around with it. You, you sit and, and do that like just for free time when you're just hanging out, sitting in those vibrations?

Well, I was guided to begin doing, uh, sound bowl activations on my YouTube channel every single Sunday, so that's what I did for like 3 years. I don't do them as much, but I was doing them every week. And then of course I'll do them at home as well. But yeah, you get into a flow state and it becomes a dance. It really is an art form.

You know, it's really amazing the, the power of music and sound, the way that it can change our consciousness. Um, I continue to meet really amazing musicians and others that are starting to use the technology of music to create changes and awakening in people. And I think we're getting just— we're at the very tip of that. I'm excited to see what music will be like in the New Earth because I think there's a feedback where our consciousness grows, it starts to get more powerful, we start to gain these new abilities, and with those abilities, the music gets better and better and more collaborative, right?

Yeah, 100%. And 2 years ago, when I actually— while I was in Mount Shasta, I had an incredible Experience where I went down to Telos. I had all of these memories. I feel like my body might have just disappeared, and then I was put back in time. But it felt like I was there for a lifetime. And one of the things that the Lemurians taught me was how to use my voice for healing, and probably for all sorts of things. And back then, I thought that I was like, oh, that's kind of strange. Like they're literally singing. That's how they do things. That's probably even how they move. Things through, like, telekinesis is through sound frequency, their voice. That's how they open up portals. It's a sound. So our voice is so, so powerful. And since that experience, I started humming uncontrollably, and I realized I was toning. I am channeling energy through my body, through my voice. It's like light language.

Yeah. No, I, I'm not the greatest remote viewer. Sometimes I get some good hits. It's still hit and miss. But when I remote viewed the pyramids being created, that was something I wanted to see. It was— I saw them singing them into place.

Wow.

That's the thing I saw is that when they— the actual creation process, um, it, um, you know, how did they create it? Was it slaves? Was it— did they use— did it appear out of nowhere? When they created it, they sang it into place. That's how they moved the rock. I don't know.

No, I agree with you. I agree with you. I agree. Um, I think we'll be able to do incredible things with our voice. That's why this throat chakra clearing up, opening, and upgrade that's happening right now is insanely important. I don't even think we can completely fathom how powerful it is.

What's so fascinating about what you're saying, that is that I interviewed Nancy Rebecca yesterday, and she really doesn't know about the chakras. She just met these blue beings, and they've been pouring this blue light. And right now, were going through this blue light transformation where they're, they're, they're through it. Blue. It's blue. Exactly. I was like, oh, we're going through a throat chakra. Then I talked to you the next day and you're like, go there. Everybody's going through this throat chakra. And so the interesting thing that she said, because the throat chakra is when everything changed for me. It was a very clear period. I could clearly see when it was closed and when it opened. That to me was a bigger transformation than when my heart opened. But when my throat chakra opened, it was like, The whole universe was laid bare for me. It was a huge transformation for me. And she said, um, it also, it's about truth. It's not just the truth that you, it's you hear and see the truth and there's justice to it. There's a justice. That's another thing about, it's also an energy of justice. I found that to be right.

Let's go. Let's go.

So we're starting to see that justice will come. And that's, um, and it's also a dissolver. I think that when it's truly open, the only thing that I would caution people, if, if a bunch of throat— now I, I've, I'm always reminded of the story that Sadhguru, when he would sit and he would, uh, they would, he would open up a bunch of people's throat chakras that had reached the point where they were ready for it. And they would have a ceremony out in the jungle and then a bunch of snakes would always show up. From the outside. They'd come around. They were attracted by this energy as they were doing the mantras and awakening the throat chakra. Um, and so, uh, I always found that to be, um, really interesting. And also the, the warning for people is be very careful what you think and say once you're, you're open and in that energy, because you're speaking with the voice of God. Every word that you say, every thought, it becomes even more pronounced. That's when you truly come, truly come into your power.

Right? Yeah, no, that's, that's 100% spot on. And I've been working on my throat chakra a lot, especially over the last couple of months. And I heard in my head, like, my star family, they were like, the throat chakra is an absolute must. And I've done so much work on my throat chakra already, but it's— I feel it so much more. And what I've noticed is any Even any dark thought that I have or stressful thought, it is creating it so much faster as I'm upgrading this. So I'm being very, very mindful about what I am thinking, what I'm imagining, what I'm rehearsing. Like, you do have to be careful because you're— I think you're exactly right. You have like the voice of God then.

You know, the most powerful thing I've found, you'd never guess it, that For helping people open their throat chakra. Karaoke. When I, when I was able to finally see people's chakras and energies, the first thing I noticed a lot, most people's root chakras are closed. That's a big thing that people don't understand. When you can see people's energy fields, that's the number one. They're focused on a lot of these other chakras. It's roots, not even, but, but—

You got to go back to the root first. Like you really do.

You got to go to the root. It's so important. It's really big. It's a big time for me. But when, when I could see somebody getting up and singing and suddenly their, their throat expanding and they, they're able to communicate themselves and express themselves in that way, it seems like an almost— so you got to join us for karaoke in Sedona because we have karaoke on, we have karaoke on Saturday night, right? So that'll be great.

I might, I might do that. I'm working my courage up.

We still haven't got Kyle to do the karaoke yet. He'll, he'll, he'll come and hang out in the back. But we haven't— I always open up with at least one song, right? I'm going to do All Night Long by Lionel Richie. That's usually what I do. But we still need to get Kyle up on the stage. That's what I'm saying. But I do— people for a long time have been unable to exclaim their truth.

Yeah.

They've been held back. They've been in relationships and situations and family situations and religious institutions where they have not been able to properly express themselves. And so I want everybody to express themselves. Another really amazing way, that thing that we do that works, is the primal scream. Just giving yourself a moment where you scream as loud as you can for as long as you can. You don't realize how much energy you have just held back because you're just— it's held back, you know. You know, do it in your car, maybe not in your house if you're like in an apartment and you're next door, be careful.

But, um, they might think something happened.

Yeah, yeah.

They might call the cops.

What's the biggest teaching that you've got from your— the different beings that you've interacted with that you want to carry with you, um, that, that you can bring to us, that, that, that you feel like that's the most important thing that they've taught?

Mhm. The first thing that comes to mind, well, the DNA is, is huge. The The root chakra and working your way up, super important. But the first thing that came to mind when you said that is you are the portal.

I have an episode called You Are the Portal. How about that?

Really?

I agree with you. I agree.

Yeah. Yeah. So whatever you want to create, it's, it happens through you. And your heart chakra, of course, is, that's, that's so important. That's what Jesus was talking about. The kingdom of heaven is within you. That's, that's your interdimensional portal, your interdimensional highway to the other realms. But yeah, just remember that you are the portal. You don't have to look for anything outside of yourself. You can literally create it and manifest it right here and now through you. Even having experiences with star beings, it happens through you.

It happens through you. So what do you think if a planet of ascended awakened beings in their full power? What does this world look like to you when we do the shift and we have that ability? I want to bring hope. I want because I feel like that the golden age is coming. Something incredible. Heaven on Earth is real. I believe that people don't understand. It does not matter what's happened to the Earth or the planet. That the kind of change we could create. create, the kind of prosperity everybody can experience, the kind of love that we can exist within. It's a real thing that we can experience.

Yeah, well, abundance for everybody. Exactly. No lack, no scarcity. There's no reason for that. So abundance would be big. Prosperity, um, peace, world peace. And I, I often think of like the Lemurian culture. You're more on your— well, we're working towards a masculine and feminine balance. We've been way too far into the masculine, the analytical, the logical, trying to force things. And, and then the feminine is your creativity, that is your intuition. So a balance of the masculine and feminine, uh, being able to spend time in nature, have a lot more— well, the architecture will be more symbiotic with nature instead of working against it. It would work with nature. I've had glimpses of some of the ships and things through memories and regressions, and the architecture mimics nature, and it's beautiful with nature. So, I mean, we'll be getting a whole reboot. It's going to take a little bit of time as we're implementing these, but learning the school system will be completely changed where We'll be teaching these sorts of practices to children at a young age, how to express and manage their emotions, their creativity, animal therapy. It's just all around, it's going to be a much more beautiful place. And then of course, free energy. So I think abundance, peace, and you'll have time to have freedom. You'll have time to do more of the things that you enjoy and create from. place of creativity and love. And that's really, that's what we need to grow and flourish.

A planet that's, that service is our joy, that starts to become the place where we find real growth and happiness. When everything is provided for and we can do anything, suddenly helping others experience that and improving the overall condition of the planet, I feel, becomes a supernatural thing that I'm excited for. I feel like that These lessons that they put you through is to help us get to that point, is to be one of those activators, one of those teachers that's out there that's setting the grid. So thank you for what you're doing. I appreciate it. I know that it's probably been difficult at times to explain to some people who don't understand, right?

It has been. But after you've been on like Ancient Aliens and things like that, then they kind of just—they're like, okay, she's—I guess she's on. It gives me some street cred there.

Yeah.

So even the nonbelievers are like, okay, there's, there's something going on. Or at least they, they have more respect. But yeah, it has been difficult, but I just kept going. And as soon as I stopped caring what they thought or stopped trying to prove my worth and just focused on me, then my energy became magnetic and they're like, oh, well, she must actually be onto something. Look how, look how happy or how, how good she's doing. So there, there's something to this. And people started treating me differently. So just keep going, even if you have people who try and tell you you can't do that or try to give you crap. Just literally just keep going and focus on yourself. And you'll attract people who are in alignment with that.
