Why Your Manifestations Keep Failing The Lost Method To Fix It

Brian Scott argues that failed manifestations stem from weak attention. He outlines an eight-step method to train sustained focus, from observing your scattered mind to visualizing vivid inner scenes, and claims mastery yields reliable manifestation and deeper creativity.

A vague mental smudge becomes vivid. The manifestation work that had been failing across years of attempts begins to function. Outcomes begin to arrive that the personal self has been struggling to produce through ordinary effect. Conditions begin to organize themselves in the practitioner's outer life that no amount of conscious planning had been able to arrange. Welcome to the Reality Revolution. I'm your host, Brian Scott. Today we're talking about why your manifestation keeps failing and the lost method that can develop a hidden faculty that will fix this. Somewhere in this moment, in a city in North America, a woman sits cross-legged on the floor of her bedroom. The lamp on her nightstand has been dimmed. The door is closed. The dog has been let out and brought back in. The phone has been turned off, down on the dresser. She has set a timer for 10 minutes. She's decided, after years of reading books about meditation and watching videos about manifestation and downloading applications that promise to teach her how to focus, that tonight she will finally do it. She will sit. She will close her eyes. She will become the calm, focused, present version of herself that every spiritual teacher she has ever encountered has been promising her exists somewhere underneath the surface of her ordinary mind. She closes her eyes. Within 90 seconds, she has lost the thread. The mind has begun to produce material at a volume that she had failed to anticipate. Let's A song lyric from a decade ago, a reminder of an unsent email, a grievance from a conversation she had 2 days ago that has refused to release her, a judgment about her own posture, a judgment about the quality of the meditation that she's attempting to perform. She tries to return to the breath. The return holds for 8 seconds. The mind begins again. When the timer ends, she opens her eyes and concludes, as she has concluded 100 times before, that meditation has failed to work for her. There must be something different about her brain. At the same hour in a different city, a man sits at his desk attempting to write a single paragraph of an important email. He's been at his desk for 45 minutes. The paragraph remains unfinished. His phone has interrupted him 11 times across the 45 minutes. Each interruption has been initiated by him— the small involuntary impulse to check, to refresh, to scroll, to release the discomfort of the held attention by allowing the attention to be pulled outward. He has lost track of what the paragraph was supposed to say. He's lost track of why the email mattered. He stands up, walks to the kitchen, and returns to the desk. The paragraph is still unfinished. He concludes that he's overworked. He concludes he needs a vacation, that the email can wait until tomorrow. In a third city at the same hour, A woman is performing what every manifestation teacher she has ever followed has instructed her to do. She's visualizing, constructing the scene of her achieved outcome. The scene involves a specific apartment she's been wanting to live in, a specific relationship she has been wanting to occupy, a creative project she has been wanting to complete. She's been at the construction for 30 seconds. The image has already dissolved into a vague Mental smudge. She begins again. The smudge holds for 15 seconds, then dissolves again. The teacher she's been studying with has assured her that vivid, sustained visualization is the central mechanism of conscious creation. She's read the books, paid for courses, done the journaling. Her image refuses to hold, and she concludes, as she has concluded after every prior attempt, that manifestation must work for other people But somehow refuses to work for her. All 3 of these people are operating with the same instrument. They're all working with the same human nervous system, the same biological hardware, the same fundamental capacity for attention and focus and inner construction. None of them are broken. None of them have defective brains. None of them are exceptions to a rule that works for everyone else. All 3 are missing the same thing. The thing they are missing is a faculty inside the human nervous system that almost nobody in the modern world has ever been told exists as a developable capacity. The faculty has been documented across every major spiritual tradition for 3,000 years. The faculty was the central training of every serious mystical school of the ancient world, the medieval world, and the early modern world. The faculty was assembled in the early 20th century into a precise operational method by a small number of teachers whose work shaped the entire field of conscious creation, manifestation, and depth psychology that would follow. And then the training was forgotten. The faculty disappeared from public awareness. The teaching materials went out of print. The method is handed down to a small, isolated group of practitioners who continue the work privately. The broader culture moved on to faster, easier, more marketable substitutions, none of which actually produce the result the original training was designed to produce. The result is the condition you're living inside this very moment. Maybe you've tried meditation and the meditation failed. Maybe you've tried visualization and it dissolved, or tried to manifest and the manifestation produced unreliable results. You've tried focus apps and breathwork and cold plunges and journaling and gratitude practices and affirmations. Each of these has helped in small ways. None of them may have delivered the central transformation that you were promised. The central transformation requires the trained faculty. The trained faculty is rare. The trained faculty is also accessible to anyone willing to undertake the work the older traditions assemble. What follows is the description of the faculty, why almost nobody develops it, what becomes available to those who do, and how you can begin the training yourself before this episode ends. Promises are large and accurate. The training has been producing the promised results in those who undertake it for over 3,000 years. The training works in your nervous system the same way it works in any other. To begin with a definition, the faculty is the trained, voluntary, sustained attention, the capacity to direct your own awareness with the precision of a focused beam, to hold the beam upon a chosen point against the natural drift of the untrained mind, and to remain the conscious operator of the holding rather than becoming lost in the object of attention. 3 words inside the definition deserve particular weight. Trained. The faculty is developable through a specific group of exercises performed in specific sequences across a specific duration of time. The faculty is no more available to the untrained nervous system than the capacity to run a marathon is available to the untrained body. The training is the path, and it has been documented and produces reliable results in any practitioner who undertakes it. Voluntary. The faculty is directed by the conscious will rather than by the automatic mechanism of the brain. The untrained attention is involuntary, swept along by whatever stimulus presents itself, attached to whatever signal arrives with the greatest emotional charge. The trained attention is the opposite. The practitioner selects the object, directs the beam And controls the holding. And then they're sustained. The faculty operates across extended durations. The untrained attention holds for seconds. The trained attention holds for minutes, then for hours, then for as long as the practitioner chooses to hold it. The trained beam, where it has been directed until the practitioner decides to redirect it— this faculty produces effects no untrained mind has access to. The trained practitioner can hold a single thought across a sustained duration with sufficient intensity to impress the subconscious mind with the design the conscious mind has selected. This is the mechanism underneath every successful manifestation that has ever occurred. The image was held. The image was saturated with sustained attention. The image was delivered to the deeper layers of the consciousness. With enough clarity for the deeper layers to begin producing the corresponding outer condition. This is what Neville Goddard taught, Joseph Murphy taught, and Charles Haanel, William Walker Atkinson, and so many others. The trained practitioner can hold a complex problem across a sustained duration with sufficient steadiness to allow solutions to arise from levels of cognition The surface mind has no path to reach. This is the mechanism underneath every creative breakthrough that has ever occurred in the history of human thought. The composer who hears the symphony in his head, the scientist who sees the equation as a single perception, the engineer who solves the impossible structural problem during a long walk— all of them have access to the same faculty, the trained attention reaches into the deeper layers and brings back what those layers had been waiting to deliver. The trained practitioner can hold their awareness upon their awareness across a sustained duration with sufficient depth to enter the recognition every contemplative tradition has been pointing toward for 3,000 years. This is the mechanism underneath every authentic mystical experience that has ever been documented by any human being. The faculty is the gateway to all of these. The faculty is what almost nobody in the modern world has developed. The faculty is what you're about to begin developing in the next few minutes. If you're listening to this and willing to participate, perform the following with me now. Select a single sound present in your environment. The hum of an appliance or computer, the movement of air through a vent, a distant vehicle, any single steady sound that you can identify. Direct your attention to that sound. Hold the attention on that sound for the next 60 seconds. Just 60 seconds went by. 60 seconds. The first beam has been directed. What you just performed in compressed form is the foundational exercise of most contemplative traditions that have ever existed. The trained yogi performs a version of this for hours. The trained mystic performs a version of this until the boundary between him and the object of attention dissolves entirely. You just performed 60 seconds of it. The capacity is now established as accessible. The faculty has been demonstrated to operate inside of you. The training across the months and years of sustained practice deepens the capacity until the 60 seconds becomes hours, until the hours become a permanent location from which the rest of life is conducted. Understand now what your mind has been doing. Before the training, the ordinary human mind operates in a condition the ancient traditions describe with unusual precision. The Hindu tradition compared it to a monkey. The monkey is restless by nature, jumping from branch to branch, perpetually in motion. Someone has made the monkey drink wine, so the monkey is drunk. A scorpion has stung the monkey, so the monkey leaps about in agitation. A demon has entered the monkey, so the monkey has become possessed. The image is accurate. The mind you've been living with for the entirety of your life has been jumping between objects, intoxicated by the desires the surrounding culture has cultivated in you, agitated by the perpetually low-grade anxieties the modern condition produces, possessed by patterns of identification. You have failed to ever directly examine. Most of what you experience as your own thought is monkey. The complaint about the slow line at the coffee shop, the internal commentary on what someone said 3 days ago, the replay of the embarrassing moment from years past, the anticipation of the awkward conversation tomorrow, the constant low-grade evaluation of your own performance, your own appearance, Your own worth. All of this is the monkey. None of it is you. You is the one who has been watching the monkey perform. You are the awareness behind the noise. You are what has remained constant while the monkey has been producing 30,000 distinct items of mental content per day across the entirety of your life so far. Most people walk through Their entire existence, having never made this distinction, they identify with the monkey. They believe the monkey is them. They follow its preferences, defend its opinions, suffer its anxieties, pursue its desires. They live their lives at the mercy of an instrument they have failed to recognize as separate from themselves. The first major shift the training produces is this distinction. The you behind the eyes is one thing. The monkey generating the noise is another thing. The training develops the capacity to remain established in the you while observing the monkey operate from a distance. When this distinction becomes stable, your entire relationship with your own mental life transforms. The anxieties stop carrying the weight they previously carried. The judgments stop functioning as authoritative reports about reality. The internal commentary becomes recognizable as background noise rather than as the central content of your experience. The you that has always been there occupies the foreground of awareness, and the noise occupies the background where it belongs. The shift is the entry point. Every deeper recognition the training produces builds upon this initial distinction. Perform this with me now. Close your eyes if your situation permits. Locate the one who is hearing my voice behind your eyes, present, aware. The one who has been receiving these words, find that one now. Allow your mind to do whatever your mind wishes to do. Make no effort to control it. Make no effort to suppress it. The monkey jumps. Let the monkey jump. Remain established in the one behind the eyes. I want you to sit for 90 seconds. Watch the monkey from the position of the watcher. Refuse to engage. When you notice you've been carried away by a thought, return to the watcher position. The return is the entire exercise. 90 seconds begin now. What you have just discovered in compressed form is the volume of mental noise your nervous system system has been generating continuously beneath the threshold of your conscious awareness. The volume is far greater than you had supposed. The monkey has been busy across the entirety of your life. You've been identifying with its output and calling the identification your personality. The training across the weeks of sustained practice slowly quiets the monkey. The decrease has nothing to do with Suppression. The monkey, deprived of the energy you supply by engaging with its content, gradually slows. The space between thought widens. The watcher begins to occupy the foreground of awareness as a sustained default. 8 operations comprise the actual method. Each operation builds on the prior one. The sequence is precise. The skipping of any operation will compromise the operations that follow. The first operation is the establishment of the watcher. This was performed in the prior movement— the capacity to locate the awareness behind the eyes and remain established in it across the operations that follow. The second operation is the observation of the monkey. This too was performed in the prior movement. The capacity to allow the mental content to occur while refusing to engage with it, watching from the watcher position while the noise plays out. The 3rd operation is the release of the body. The body holds chronic muscular tension the practitioner has lived with for so long that the tension has become invisible to them. The shoulders have been hunched since adolescence, the jaw has been clenched Since the first major disappointment, the lower back has been carrying the structural residue of every unresolved emotional pattern accumulated across decades. Before deeper inner work becomes possible, this armor has to be released. So you go through each body part and release it. In the Master Key, they would recommend you simply go through each of the body parts and then with intention release them. The 4th operation is the training of the breath. The breath occupies a unique position inside the human organism. It operates automatically when ignored. It submits to conscious direction when attended to. The breath is the bridge between the involuntary processes of the body and the volitional capacities of the conscious mind. The training of the breath synchronizes the nervous system with a deliberate rhythm and gathers the life force the ancient traditions called prana or chi into the field of conscious direction. The 5th operation is the withdrawal of the senses. The senses ordinarily drag attention outward through every channel available. The eyes report what they see and attention follows. The ears report sound and attention follows. The skin Reports sensations and attention follows. The trained practitioner reverses this. The senses become servants of the directed will rather than the drivers of the dispersed attention. The 6th operation is the concentration of attention upon a single point. This was begun in the first movement of this episode with the sound exercise. The capacity to direct the beam and hold it, the capacity to sustain the holding against the natural drift of the untrained mind— this operation is the gateway through which every higher result becomes accessible. The 7th operation is the construction of the inhabited scene. Having developed the capacity to sustain attention upon a single external point The practitioner now applies the trained capacity to the construction of internal imagery the external world has yet to produce. The scene is built, inhabited, sustained with sufficient saturation that the deeper layers of the consciousness receive the impression and begin producing the corresponding outer condition. The 8th operation is the cultivation of the will. The will is the central faculty that directs every other operation. The untrained will is sporadic, scattered, vulnerable to mood. The trained will operates with the steadiness of a physical law and produces in the practitioner a quality the older literature called personal magnetism. The cultivated will makes the entire architecture function. The cultivated will is what carries the practitioner through the duration of this work. So try this with me now. Sit upright wherever you are. Place both feet on the floor. Rest your hands on your thighs. Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Bring your attention to the crown of your head. The scalp carries tension you have held continuously since childhood. Command the scalp to release. The release happens through the application of attention combined with the directed will. Now move down. The forehead releases. The muscles around the eyes release. The jaw releases. The neck and the throat release. The shoulders, which have been holding the weight of a lifetime of responsibilities, release. The arms release. The hands release. Continue. The chest releases. The diaphragm releases. The belly releases. The lower back releases. The hips, thighs, and calves release. The feet release. I'm going to give you 90 seconds to do this full sweep again, releasing every part of your body. By the time you reach the soles of your feet, the body you are inhabiting will be a different instrument than the one you were inhabiting just a few minutes ago. Try this now. What you just performed across 90 seconds removes the steady stream of low-grade discomfort, the chronic tension generates and stops competing with the field of awareness that you've been training. The body's been prepared. The watcher occupies a clearer field. The deeper operations become accessible because the body has stopped pulling the attention back to itself through perpetual signals of distress. Across the months of sustained practice, the trained faculty produces results no untrained mind has access to. Each result deserves a specific naming. The first result is the result of the manifestation problem. The visualization that has been refusing to hold begins to hold. The image that has been dissolving begins to remain stable. The scene that has been a vague mental smudge becomes vivid, detailed, sustained inner construction, the deeper layers of consciousness can actually receive and begin producing. The manifestation work that had been failing across years of attempts begins to function. Outcomes begin to arrive that the personal self has been struggling to produce through ordinary effect. Conditions begin to organize themselves in the practitioner's outer life. that no amount of conscious planning had been able to arrange. The mechanism behind every successful manifestation has always been the trained inner construction sustained with sufficient saturation. This connects you to new realities. This connects you to your future self. All of it requires some level of sustained attention. The trained faculty supplies the saturation. The second result Is the cultivation of the magnetic presence. The trained will expressed through the body, the eyes, the carriage, and the voice, the rhythm of decision-making, produces a quality the older literature called personal magnetism. People respond to the magnetic practitioner differently than they respond to the same practitioner before the training. I'm telling you from personal experience, once you start this, you will become magnetic. Conversations will carry different weight. Decisions get made differently. Opportunities appear in your life that had previously bypassed you. The world responds to the trained will the way the deeper subconscious responds to the trained image. The magnetism is real. The third result is access to deeper levels of cognition. Problems the surface mind had been failing to solve begin to resolve themselves through the processes the practitioner has no conscious involvement in. Solutions arise during long walks. Insights arrive in the moments between sleep and waking. Creative breakthroughs occur during meditation that the surface mind had been struggling to produce through deliberate effort. The trained faculty has opened a channel to layers of cognition the untrained mind has no path to reach. The 4th result is the recognition the deepest contemplative traditions have been pointing toward for 3,000 years. This is the largest of the promises. This deserves its own movement. Before reaching the 4th result, sit briefly with the magnitude of the first 3. The manifestation problem your entire life has been failing to solve becomes a problem your trained faculty resolves through mechanism rather than hope. The hesitant visualization that has been dissolving across years of attempts becomes a sustained inner construction. Outcomes that the personal self had been struggling to produce begin to organize themselves with suspicious ease. The income increases, relationships arrive, the creative project completes itself, your health conditions improve. The decision you've been struggling with suddenly becomes clear. The shift is the direct consequence of training your faculties. The shift is entirely repeatable, and it produces the same results in everyone that tries it. The magnetic presence operates through a different channel and produces results no surface effort could replicate. Strangers will respond to the trained practitioner differently. Business meetings take a different shape. Romantic encounters carry a different weight. Authority figures soften, subordinates straighten. You'll walk into a room and the energy of the room recognizes itself around the steady center the cultivated will produces. The access to a deeper cognition transforms you with your own intelligence. Problems become solvable through processes your surface mind had no awareness of. You'll notice across the months of consistent practice that you begin to know things you had no clear path to having learned. The right approach to a complex situation arrives without analysis. The accurate read on another person's intentions becomes available before the other person has spoken. Your intuition, that may have been sporadic and unreliable before, becomes steady, accurate, and trustable. This is what is called the awakened mind. Their cognition continues to operate through the surface intellect But a deeper layer has come online and begun feeding the surface with content the surface mind had no path to generate. Perform this with me now. Close your eyes. Run the body release from the prior movement. Just take a moment to release your body from the crown, the face, the neck, the shoulders, the body, releasing any tension that you might have had. Now I want you to select an outcome you wish to bring into your life. The outcome should be specific. The outcome should be emotionally resonant. It should be a defined condition rather than an abstract goal. Now construct the outcome in mental imagery. Place yourself inside the achieved version of it. You are inhabiting the day in which the outcome has already arrived. See the room you are in. See the people who are present. Hear the conversations. Feel the texture of the day. Notice the satisfaction the outcome produces in the version of yourself who already inhabits the result. Hold this inhabited scene for the next 90 seconds, beginning now. Now, as you experience, the mind may have attempted to step outside the scene and observe from the position of the present. Each time this occurs in the future, just return inside the scene and resume inhabiting. What you just delivered in compressed form is a first impression upon the deeper layers of the consciousness. The trained version of this exercise, performed daily across weeks, builds the impression with sufficient density that the deeper layers begin the work of producing an outcome in your outer life. The construction you just performed is the actual mechanism of manifestation. Almost no one performs it correctly because no one has developed the faculty required to sustain the construction over a prolonged period of time. You just attempted this for the last 90 seconds. It's okay, don't be hard on yourself. Once you train this faculty, you will master it. The largest promise of this entire training is the 5th movement, the recognition. Every authentic tradition that has ever existed on this planet has pointed toward the same final destination. The destination has been given different names across the cultures and the centuries. The Hindu tradition calls it the Atman, the self, the recognition of the I as the underlying field. The Buddhist tradition calls it Nirvana, the dissolution of the false self into the wider awareness. The Christian mystics knew it as the soul resting in God. The Sufis called it the secret behind the secret. The Taoist tradition calls it the Tao, the underlying flow of which all individual lives are temporary expressions. Modern teachers have used different vocabulary. Carl Jung called it the encounter with the self, distinguishing the self from the personal ego. Eckhart Tolle calls it presence, the recognition of awareness prior to thought. Ramana Maharshi called it self-inquiry, the direct investigation of the I Am that underlies every experience. All of these are pointing at the same recognition. The recognition is Real, accessible, and is the structural destination of the trained faculty. What the recognition reveals is this: the watcher behind the eyes, which the training has been developing the capacity to occupy as a stable location, turns out to be vastly larger than the personal self had been supposing. It will blow you away. The watcher has no edges, extends as far as awareness extends. The watcher is the entire field within which everything else is occurring. The body is in the field. The thoughts are in the field. The history is in the field. The future is in the field. The conditions of life that the personal self has been struggling with are in the field. The field contains all of it without being limited by any of it. The recognition is the direct experience of this. The recognition arrives in those who have undertaken the training. As a sudden expansion of the watcher beyond its accustomed location behind the eyes. The watcher becomes everything within range of awareness, and then the boundary between the watcher and the awareness dissolves entirely. What remains is the recognition that you have always been the field. The personal self was a temporary configuration within the field. The struggle to manifest, the effort to control, the anxiety about outcomes— all of it was field appearing to itself in the localized form of a personal self that had forgotten who and what it was. This is the territory the manifestation traditions have been pointing toward when they speak of the I Am. The I Am is the field. The I Am is what you actually are. The I Am has been you the entire time. The manifestation work performed from the recognition of the I Am operates differently from the manifestation work performed from the position of the personal self struggling to produce an outcome. The field knows the outcome. The field is already producing the outcome. The recognition removes the obstacles the personal self has been placing in the way of what the field had been doing all along. How the recognition arises in those who experienced it defies The ordinary descriptive vocabulary. The reports converge across cultures and centuries. The sudden expansion of awareness beyond its accustomed location. The sensation that the boundary between self and the world has thinned to transparency. A profound stillness underneath all activity. A recognition that the seeking, the struggling, the effort to become something other Then what you are has been unnecessary the entire time. The thing that was being sought turns out to be what was doing the seeking. The destination is the starting point, recognized for what it always has been. Those who have made contact describe a transformation that continues operating across the remainder of their lives. The personal self continues to function, activities continue The struggles and losses, the joys, the projects all continue. What has changed is the underlying location from which these continue. The personal self has been recognized as a temporary configuration within the wider field, and the field remains accessible. The contact once made refuses to fully close. The practitioner returns to the recognition with progressively greater ease across The years of continued practice. Do this with me now. Close your eyes. Take 3 full breaths. Allow the body to settle through the brief release.
1, 2, 3.
Now locate the watcher behind the eyes, present, aware, the one who has been hearing my voice across the duration of this episode. Find the watcher. Now ask yourself a simple question: where does the watcher end? Look for the boundary. The body has a boundary, the personality has a boundary, the thoughts have a boundary. Look for The boundary of the watcher. Notice that the watcher has no boundary that you can locate. Allow your awareness to expand outward from the watcher position. The watcher extends to the inner surface of the skull, beyond the skull, beyond the body, beyond the chair, beyond the room. The watcher is coextensive with the entire field of your awareness. Now say this slowly inside your mind or out loud. I am. I am. I am. Don't add anything to the phrase. You are not something or someone. Refuse, I am a person. I am a person. with a history, just simply say, I am. Now what I want you to do is hold this I am awareness for 2 minutes. The I am is the watcher. The watcher is the field. The field is what you actually are. If the recognition arrives, sustain it. If the recognition is approaching, allow it to approach. If the recognition feels distant and you don't feel it, continue the I am and trust the process.
this.
Simply say the I Am and be in the I Am presence for the next 2 minutes. Begin now.
I Am.
What you just attempted is the central recognition every contemplative tradition has been pointing toward for thousands of years. The brief version performed during this episode will fail to deliver the full recognition for most of you. The trained version performed across months and years of this work will eventually deliver the contact in unmistakable form. The contact, once made, never fully closes. The recognition continues to operate beneath the surface of the personal self for the remainder of your life. Over the course of this episode, you've learned a faculty exists inside the human nervous system that nobody in the modern world has developed, or that is faltering and weakening because of the world around us. The faculty can be trained. It is trained voluntary sustained attention. It will produce results the untrained mind has no access to. And if you truly want to manifest your dreams, if you want to shift into your reality and you are struggling with it, then a sustained trained attention will change everything for you. The trained faculty resolves your manifestation problem that has been failing in your life. It cultivates your magnetic presence. It opens access to deeper layers of cognition, and it delivers the recognition of the I Am as the underlying field, the structural destination of every authentic tradition. The 8 operations performed in sequence daily across a sustained duration produce the trained faculty. The operations are simple to describe and demanding to perform. The simplicity is what has caused most students to dismiss it as too elementary or simple. We want something that is provocative, different, unusual, sexy, but we dismiss the simple techniques that start this process. It's the reason almost nobody develops this faculty It takes time. It takes effort. It's not a struggle. Remove that word from your comprehension. It's not a struggle. But you can develop this, and you've already begun. The 4 exercises you performed across this have placed you a measurable distance further along the path than you were just a few minutes ago. Concentrating on the sound, observing the monkey, the inhabited scene, first contact with the I Am— each of these have demonstrated in a compressed form, just a few minutes, that the faculty operates inside your nervous system the same way it operates inside any other. And so the work continues from here. The path is simple. It requires only the willingness to perform these over prolonged periods of time. So start tomorrow morning. Select a chair in a quiet room and take 10 minutes. Sit in stillness. Observe the monkey without engagement. Release the body. Hold the breath in a square rhythm. Withdraw the senses. Concentrate on a single point. Construct the inhabited scene. Cultivate the will across the choices of the coming day. Do this every day for 30 days. The shift will occur within you in the first few weeks. The shift will deepen across the months that follow. The recognition the longer traditions describe as the destination will begin to become available to you within the first year of practice. And I am promising you that you will achieve incredible things. You have everything you need. The faculty is inside you. We've provided the training. The path is open. It's not difficult. The hidden faculty that has been waiting for you the entire time is waiting on the other side of the discipline. Manifestation, magnetism, the deeper cognition, all of it is waiting on the other side of this work. These are simple exercises, and it may be the reason your manifestation is failing. If you can develop your sustained attention, everything begins to change. And all of my meditations, exercises, and activations become deeper and more effective. This would be the first step. If you come to me and you're my apprentice, the first thing I want you to do are these exercises to train your attention. From there, everything else becomes possible. So I want to invite you to join my school community where we actually have some specific trainings to develop your hidden faculties in this way.
