Briar Harvey describes how the Neurodiversity Media Network co-creates masterclass series with partners, recording livestreams twice a month and repurposing them into video, audio, transcripts, blog posts, and social clips. Creators get extensive reusable content and exposure; the network monetizes through ads and sponsorships while building its library.

Hello, I am Briar Harvey, and this is the Neurodiversity Media Network. And today I wanted to talk a little bit about collaborative media, what it is, what we're building here, and how it works. So the Neurodiversity Media Network is unlike any anything else I have ever seen. Truly, I know of no other network that is building things in this way. We work with our collaborators to create unique and original programming, and some of this is topical, some of this is really in-depth work around a particular business or enterprise or skill. And so our collaborators get to talk about whatever they want to talk about, and we facilitate the space. What we're building here is an opportunity for everyone to reach a network that already exists, that already has people in it who are ready to hear and listen about this thing that we are co-creating together. And the way that works for our collaborators is if it's a masterclass, we are creating a bunch of resources. We obviously do this as a livestream, and then we take that video and that audio and turn it into both short-form and long-form content. So you get the entire video, you get all of the audio, you get transcripts, you get blog posts. We can even help you optimize the content specifically for SEO. Additionally, you get a bunch of short-form content in the form of snippets. For both written text for captions and short-form video. And we give you all of this material because we want you to succeed. We want people to know about the thing that you are building. And I want to be clear, we benefit too. That's how it's collaborative media. Every time you share a video of yourself from a podcast that we have created, there's my little icon right in the corner there, and people learn about the Neurodiversity Media Network and what we're creating. We make our money through both advertisements in the form of short ads at the beginning and end of topical episodes, and as a collaborator sponsoring a whole show. Now, these shows are between 4 and 10 episodes long. We really want you to build out the masterclass of your dreams, and that's going to be entirely dependent on your content and what it is you teach. And then we record twice a month, every other week at the same time. It becomes an appointment for you and all you have to do is show up and talk. I'm going to ask you questions or our paid facilitators will ask you questions and we'll pull all of this information out of you in a way that you didn't even know it was there. Truly, I believe that everyone has a masterclass in them. There's something you know that no one else knows. There's something that you have learned that other people should learn. And by building this media together, we both grow. It's a rising tide that lifts all boats. And it truly does do that. Your boat gets higher, every time you share a piece of content that we've already created. And we'll record once, once every other week, which gives you about an hour's worth of content for endless posts and videos that you can use not just in the next 2 weeks, but for as long as you're selling this thing that you're talking about. In the end, we're building something new together. So if you have ideas, if there's something that you'd like to create that I haven't specifically mentioned here, I'd really love to hear about it. I'd love to know how you are making new things. Once we've recorded all of your masterclass, whether that's 4 episodes or 10, We're going to compile an actual listing of all of our recordings, plus some additional resources. So you'll get a workbook and recommended readings, further studies, lots for people to dig into. And that's the goal. We believe that people are starved for a depth of content that is not currently available out there in the world. That what people are missing is the ability to have true conversations. And we want to help you create the content that allows you to have that conversation with your audience. And we win because you're sharing all of that information with our audience too. Collaborative media. It's the future, and I would absolutely love it if you were to join us here at the Neurodiversity Media Network. Thanks.
