In this informal on‑site video from the Girl & A Gun National Conference in Texas, host Brooke Cheney interviews a participant (Speaker B) who is about to board a helicopter for a live‑fire shooting run. The dialogue covers the novelty of flying in a helicopter, a brief safety briefing from the range officer (Speaker C) describing the steel target layout (red and white targets), and the participants’ reactions after the run. Speaker B gives a shout‑out to his students at Great Start Shooting School, expressing excitement about the unique experience. The segment ends with participants confirming they hit the targets and sharing enthusiastic, thumbs‑up reactions.

So Brooke, what are we doing here today?
All right, so today I get to go jump in a helicopter, go fly around with a nice rifle and shoot a bunch of targets.
Have you been in a helicopter before?
I have. This is actually my third time around.
A third time doing this?
Third time doing this.
Oh, well, you're a pro.
Only helicopter I've ever been in.
Well, that's the only way to fly, right?
That's what Jeremy says at the beginning of this, without a doubt.
Uh, anybody want to give a shout out to?
I want to tell my students from Great Start Shooting School that if you hang out with me, these are the kind of fun things we will do. Nice. I will drag you to Texas with me so we can do this as a team.
All right, well, good luck and have a good flight.
All right, thanks so much.
Alright, good afternoon, shooters. 7 targets on the range today. First target is red, last target is red. The 5 targets in between are white. All are steel. There are no other targets on the range, so if you see something that looks like a target and it's not red or white, it's not a target. You're going to keep that weapon on safe until I clear you hot. Once you are cleared hot, you are cleared hot for that run. All right, sure. Your first target again is a large red steel target. You can see him sitting there by the pond, kind of in a mocking slash menacing point of view, and you are cleared hot. Light him up. There you go. Good hit. All right, 2 targets remaining on this run. Good job, Shear, good job. Okay, tail gunner, helicopter, RTB. All right, everybody look up and say cheese. Well, I'm glad you guys had fun. So how was it?
It was fun. Let's see, I did not shoot the cow that I saw.
Awesome.
Did you hit the targets?
Uh, they said I did.
I think I heard one ding out of all of them, but it was good.
I was— it's, it's the death grip on the rifle that I cannot drop this. There's not a strap around me.
