In this Facebook Live announcement, instructor Brooke Cheney of Great Start Shooting School urges viewers to complete their pistol permit training in July because August is fully booked. She outlines three class formats: a full‑day Sunday class (9 AM‑5 PM, $150, 4 seats, all gear, workbook, and written test included); a split option with an interactive Zoom classroom session on Wednesday evenings (5:30‑9:30 PM) followed by a 1.5‑hour live‑fire session scheduled on Thursday‑Saturday; and a one‑on‑one private 4‑hour class covering classroom material with flexible live‑fire scheduling. She notes seat limits (4 for Sundays, 8 for Wednesdays), the exclusion of the 4th of July Sunday, and the availability of a new checklist for permit applicants. Contact information is provided via email, website, Facebook, and Twitter, and viewers are invited to leave questions in the comments.

Ta-da! All right, so some of you might be waiting for Suicide Prevention Saturday, which this is not. Um, that's at 9 o'clock. It's only like 20 of right now. So why I'm on Facebook Live on a Great Start Shooting School— not even in my Great Start Shooting School hat or our clothes or any of that, but I just keep putting off letting you guys know about this. July. Ready? July. Oh wait, can you see it? Kind of without— I don't know if it's backwards or not. Anyway, July is the day, the month to get your pistol permit done. So for all of you who have friends who keep saying, oh, we're going to do it, we're going to do it, July is the time. Why? Because my August is already totally booked out and I have nothing available in August. So If you're interested in getting your pistol permit done now, because how many times have you said you're gonna, but you haven't? So get it done now in July, because I am offering the most amount of pistol permit classes I've ever offered in a single month before, because there's nothing in August. So do it now on Sundays. Here's what you've got, 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM. There's only 4 seats in each one of those classes, just 4 in my little tiny classroom right here. And it's 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM. You get everything that you need to complete your class. Eye protection, ear protection, the firearms that you need, the ammo that goes with the firearms that you need to pass your test. Uh, you'll get your workbook, you will get your written test, you'll get everything that you need. So everything is included., and that class is $150. Now, if you cannot do a full day on a Sunday, I have another option for you where we break it into two parts. Wednesday night at 5:30 PM until 9:30 PM. What happens is we do a Zoom class. So we're here online and it's interactive Zoom. Do not feel like you're going to be sitting there like this in front of the camera all night long. No, My classes are very interactive. You have to actually do stuff with me while we're online, and we're going to go through the classroom portion of things, and we're going to take your written test, and that is it for the online portion. Once you pass your written test, your next part is you'll get a link that I send to you, and you click on it and schedule when works into your schedule. My hours are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 9 or 10 AM until 7 PM. So you'll come to me live and in person for the live fire portion. So it will be an hour and a half. So the first part is the Zoom part where you have to do classroom stuff, and then it'll just be you and I for the live fire portion. If you're taking the class with a friend, you guys want to combine, come together, that's fine. Just understand that'll be 3 hours versus an hour and a half because it's per person. And let's see, That's kind of it. Every Sunday other than the 4th of July, which happens to be tomorrow, which I don't know when you're watching this, but every Sunday 9 AM till 5 PM, 4 seats. Uh, Wednesday nights 5:30 PM until 9:30 PM, that has 8 seats in it. And then you come back for an hour and a half for your, uh, live fire portion. And if those two options don't work for you, I have a third option, which is the one-on-one private pistol class. And that is a 4-hour class that we go through as much of the classroom portion as we can. And if you need to, we will reschedule for the live fire or to come back and finish the classroom depending on how it goes. And that is also scheduled Thursday, Friday, Saturday as well. So any questions, leave them down below. Let me know, but get your training done in July of this year so you can get your paperwork in. Ooh. And I have a brand new checklist for those of you who are interested in getting your pistol permit. So if you don't even know where to start when it comes to getting your pistol permit, feel free to email me, go to my website, Facebook, Twitter, whatever works for you. And I— give me your email and I will send you that new checklist. All right, I think that's it. Y'all have a great night, and I will talk to you later.
