Mental Health Matters - Let's Celebrate!!!

In this live‑stream hosted by Brooke Cheney, the community gathers to discuss the importance of celebrating small wins as a tool for mental‑health resilience and suicide prevention. Brooke opens with a reminder that Suicide Prevention Saturday occurs every Saturday at 9 PM ET, noting that two‑thirds of gun‑related deaths are suicides, positioning mental‑health awareness as a preventative measure. The conversation then shifts to personal and communal celebrations: Brooke cites Tony Robbins’ “Unleash the Power Within” as inspiration, shares her own milestone of a wedding day, and invites guests to name their favorite celebrations. Guests—including American Hillbilly, DJ, Gun Websites, and Guns & Barbecue—share a range of celebrations such as grandchildren’s achievements, YouTube subscriber milestones, religious holidays (Yom Kippur, high‑holidays), a friend’s recovery from wrist surgery, and the simple joy of jumping in a muddy puddle. The dialogue emphasizes that celebrating even modest moments builds momentum, counters the negativity often found on social media, and fosters a supportive community. The stream concludes with a roll‑call of participants, a brief mention of a virtual Tony Robbins board‑breaking kit, and a reminder to return next Saturday for more mental‑health conversation.

All right, we are live, but I forgot to tell DJ. I forgot to turn the thing back on. Hi everybody, welcome to Mental Health Matters. I was expecting my 10 or 15 seconds of stuff, but yeah, I messed up because yesterday morning, Thursday morning, Thursday morning, I did a live and I unchecked all the things that play the things before we start. So DJ, I'll tell you now, I remember on the outro it's not going to automatically play either. So there is that. All right, happy Saturday night everyone, or hello to all the replay viewers. Have a lovely whatever day, time, etc. that it is. Tonight, uh, we are talking about celebration. And why are we here? Well, let's see, to remind ourselves that we can do anything but we cannot do everything. So let me start with our love— all of those things. Um, so why are we here? Suicide Prevention Saturday happens every Saturday night, 9 PM Eastern. Why? Because 2 out of every 3 gun deaths that you hear about are suicides. And if we actually want to prevent violence and suicides and death, then mental health is kind of the key here. So, um, want to say hello to everybody. Thanks for, uh, popping on. Uh, let's see, who was it? G23, uh, got to be number 1 in the room at 8:30, so a full-on half an hour ago. Chasing Ghost is number 2, and then followed up by DJ, which is number 3. So those are my top 3 this evening, and I have folks in the green room. Oh, it's surprise, surprise, surprise. But you know, my pink hand waving is out there as well. Hi, Crabby Turtle. Now, will Mr. DJ do his roll call? Of course he will. But because GT3 got here so early, I just had to, you know, give my top 3 of who got here first because I think y'all are way earlier than normal. But anyway, I know, I know I saw Gun Websites in here as well tonight. Let's talk about Celebration. Because goodness knows we get smacked about anytime we pop on to any form of social media, because people really like to cry and whine and complain. And that's not actually really good for our mental health. Venting, acknowledging certain things suck, getting through that, because we don't get over stuff, we get through it, and then getting to the part where we get to celebrate. Now, who is somebody who taught me how to celebrate? That would be Mr. Tony Robbins. There he is. There's the man, the TR himself. The path to success is to take massive determined actions. So here's a little surprise for y'all. On— shucks, I forget the dates. I think it's March 13th and 14th, all day long. I have a pass to the Tony Robbins Unleash the Power Within virtual event. So just like you're sitting here right now, you could be sitting there and chatting and learning all about stuff that I already know, but I should go anyway. But with Tony Robbins, if you want to try to do this, I really should have the dates for real, but I'm pretty sure it's the 13th and 14th of March from God knows what time in the morning till God knows what time it ends because it's super a lot. All right, celebrating. Why do we need to celebrate? Well, let's see, life is hard. Are we celebrating that? Probably not. But here's the deal, if we didn't have the hard parts where we have to push through and that are challenging and we have those moments of, oh my gosh, are you kidding me right now? Which I may have had one of those earlier tonight. I did, in case you— yeah, I had one of those moments. And we need to train ourselves to think about the things that we love to celebrate, the things that right now when I say, what can you celebrate? And you might say, oh, nothing, everything sucks. Okay, well, we don't talk like that here. So just to be clear on that one. However, if you did know what to celebrate, if you could think of one thing that makes a little smile come to your face, What could that be? And remember to ask ourselves questions like this. So tonight I did ask people, I sent out a couple emails to like 2 or 3 people, and I got at least one in the back room right here, and he's gonna come up and I'm gonna— we're gonna talk about what he likes to celebrate. But I have to make sure that he's here. So if you're still here and listening, unmute your mic and I'll bring you up. He is. He did unmute his mic. He is paying attention. Are you guys ready? Are you guys ready? Because I'm very excited to bring up my very special guest, the American Hillbilly.
Hey, Brooke, DJ, everybody! How y'all doing?
Yeah, and I don't know how to bring up just you and me, so DJ, if you want to, you can, you can stay, DJ. You don't have to hide in the background. He's like, oh yeah, I'm going. He's just watching chat for me, so if there's stuff I needed to go— so really, I can celebrate the fact you showed up tonight. So thank you for that.
Well, I appreciate you asking me. I, I was excited. You betcha.
Awesome.
So always fun to spend time with you and DJ and all these awesome folks out in the side chat.
I know, the side chats are at 8:30 tonight. That's what I think. That might be a record, at least that I'm aware of. I'm like, 8:30, that's a long time. So when you think of stuff, because one of your things, right, anyone who's seen your show— and if you haven't out there and you have not yet seen the show, shame on you, it comes on right after this one, you have no excuses. Um, but Hillbilly Always says, make someone's day better. Oh wait, you can't see my little sticker. There it is. Make someone's day better. Um, so So with that, what do you think one of your favorite celebration things, or things like if you're having a bad day, or even if you're having a good day? Because here's the thing, if we focus on the things we want to celebrate more often, we'll have more good days. So yeah, I'll stop talking and you get to know. Go ahead.
Well, there's so much stuff, uh, that, you know, we can look around every day and, uh you know, celebrate, uh, when we put some— a smile on somebody's face, if we can make them laugh, I mean, that is, you know, that's just like joy right there. But when you're talking about celebrating, um, you know, stuff, uh, I'll probably start out this, uh, man, kids, like little kids And, you know, like my grandkids, you know, I got several of them. And, uh, you know, just celebrating, you know, having fun with them and, you know, being able to, you know, watch their goals and achievements, you know, and your kids, uh, that's always great. And, you know, celebrating and with friends, you know, not only family but also friends, you know, it's on YouTube or just here in my community and stuff. I think it's so cool to celebrate somebody's accomplishment, you know, if it's, um, you know, whatever the case might be, you know.
Um, I remember last celebration you had that I was at— your 1,000 subs. Oh yeah, so that's always fun.
You betcha. Yeah, and you know, there's so many, you know, just— I'll just use YouTube for instance, you know. Uh, there's so many great people on here, and you know, as they hit a milestone or, you know, whatever the case might be, um, you know, or maybe it's just something that they have planned out, you know, they got like a something set and they're like, yeah, I want to reach this or do this, and you know, to be able to celebrate with them and, you know, and cheer them on, and you know, that's just, uh It's just amazing. But as I got thinking about this after you sent me an email, you know, and you know about a few different things, and one of the things that like I can think back, you know, besides all this other stuff, is, uh, seeing someone, um, accepting, you know, Jesus Christ, being saved, you know, that's like an awesome celebration and You know, and I can look back in my life and see, like, even from, you know, younger age or whatever, uh, you know, somebody doing that and just, you know, uh, really happy, you know, for them and stuff. And so there's so much that we can celebrate.
Absolutely, without a doubt. I was just thinking, it's like, um, yeah, there is something depending on what denomination, because like I was watching last night, uh, Jamie's and you guys talk about scripture and all that good stuff. And it's just like, there's something about being dunked in a tank. And for those of you who are not Baptists and don't go full underwater and just get sprinkle sprinkle on your head, you know, it's the same idea. But I don't know, when I got dunked in a tank, I felt different.
Around here we get dunked in the creek.
Okay, well, up here was too cold in January. I think it was 2001, maybe. But yeah, so yeah, cricks are good too. But yeah, so it is amazing to see things that make people happy and better. Like you said, it's like— and I know I started at the beginning, I'm like, it's hard. You hop on any social media, you see people bashing things and saying how horrible at everything and yelling at each other. And I'm like, yeah, but then there's the folks that you follow that are doing a Weight Watchers journey. Or they're going to the gym every day, or there's something inspirational that they're working on. Like you said, watching other people grow and get a chance to celebrate those things. My favorite thing that I can truly celebrate is, like, my wedding day. Like, the feeling I had in my heart as I stood at the top of the aisle and I walked towards my husband, I was just like, oh my gosh, if I'm really feeling not so great, that is the day. That is my my thing that I pick up. So, oh yeah, those of you out there in the chat, uh, what is your thing? Like something that makes you smile. Now Hillbilly gave up his grandkids. I mean, not— he didn't give them up, but you know, thinking about the kids. And then I just thought about, do you remember? I'm really hoping you're one of those kids that at some point in your life you were outside barefoot. And if you're outside barefoot, Did you ever jump in a puddle?
Oh, no doubt.
Okay, so I don't know if it's just us country bumpkin types, but, uh, there is just so much joy in like the simplest things of seeing the world with new eyes. You talked about your grandkids. I'm like, oh, children, they're so much fun. They're like, oh, they are. It's a worm. So, but anywho, All right, so DJ, I don't know why— can you star something for me? And I just say star anything because— oh, there it is. Oh gosh. All right, so yeah, just because it wasn't showing up and I thought maybe it didn't exist. So longtime viewer, longtime friend, Mike Ballinger. I can't— I don't remember the dates on this, but he had wrist surgery And he's been in the ER 2 or 3 times. So yeah, so since his surgery, because it was swelling and edema and all of that, and his fingers are working. That is absolutely worthwhile to celebrate without a doubt. And all right, so with that, I got— I don't know, it's 12 minutes in. I've been going on DJ. You know that means, right? It's your turn to welcome everybody in, and then you too can share something that you celebrate when you get to the end. How about that?
Right on. Well, that sounds great tonight. Like to welcome, uh, G23. Chasing Ghost is out there. Crabby Turtle is in the room. So it's got websites. Uh, Mike Ballinger is out there. Sorry, 93. Good to see you. Hillbilly Up on the panel and in the chat. Got J586 out there. And a recent addition, let's see, well, Michael Dunn is the most recent addition to the room, but I thought that you might like to see on the screen itself that yes, Guns and Barbecue did appear. He said kapow to announce his presence.
Very good, very good. No squirrels yet. Don't worry, I'm sure they'll go.
So it's as if you just summoned them.
Yes, I know, it's like, what? Um, all right, so now that you've given everybody the roll call and said hi to everybody, thank you all for coming, because sometimes I remember to say that, sometimes I don't. I know DJ is very good at remembering you at the end, but I want to thank you myself as well. So Mr. DJ, what is something that you can relatively easily think to celebrate of any portion of your life? Because for me, jumping in a muddy puddle with bare feet, as long as there's no sharp rocks when you jump, because that is the downside of that one. But for the most part, that's one of my favorites as well. What do you got?
Well, I want to say, got a comment just came into the room, and I have a reminder many times a year of some holidays to celebrate. And it comes from my mom, but they're not family holidays other than the tradition that she started after I had a role in the play, the musical Fiddler on the Roof. And so she kind of calls me Tevye sometimes during the year and reminds me of all the Jewish holidays. And I've had Jewish friends where I've been able to celebrate some of the high holidays with them. But my favorite one to celebrate as, as somebody kind of gloms on to the tradition is Yom Kippur because it's a day of asceticism and it's a day of reflection on the year and your goals. And, you know, it comes in the fall. Again, I get these reminders from my mother instead of a calendar kind of thing. But to me, it's always beat New Year's because it gives you the opportunity three-fourths of the way through the year to be just like, okay, I'm gonna take a chill day, I'm gonna think about things, and I'm gonna think about what it is that I've done this year, what it is, what those goals were that I upset for myself or expectations I had, whether or not I met them sort of thing. And then there's some extra resolve for the months leading through the rest of the winter and into the new year when then a more secular celebration is at around January 1st. So I kind of like thinking about things in those terms rather than New Year's resolutions, because really resolutions come every day and reminding ourselves of them on occasions that aren't just the high holidays themselves I think it's valuable. It's useful.
Awesome. All right, guess what? We got more people sneaking in here because I did give more than one person.
Well, I want to say something real quick. I thought DJ, one, one of his was going to be scoring some awesome seats to a concert. You know, that's definitely celebrating.
Absolutely. Yeah, I know for DJ, I'm like music, guitars, uh, awesome shows, that sort of stuff. For sure, I could totally see that. Now, Hillbilly, I, I did a thing in the chat there, but I know you have to go to get ready for your, your thing. So do you want to go now? Do you got— what do you got for time? Because I don't know what it takes to set up your show.
Uh, yeah, I'll probably get heading out here, but I just want to thank you all so much. And, uh, I'll still be on the side chat. Um, I just got some stuff to set up over there and all that. But man, thanks for having me, Brooke. Your show's always fun. You and DJ, I mean You guys rock. I can't say it like DJ does, but it's always a great show and always making somebody's day better when you guys do this. And so I personally appreciate it, and thank you all very much. And that's worth celebrating right there, just seeing what you guys do, what you do. So thank you so much. Love you all.
Love to you too. See ya. And, uh, just like that, G-Webs, it's you and me, my friend. You and me, just like that. But you know, no puppies, no puppies.
Oh, his spot is all full of stuff right now.
Oh, all right, all right. Well, welcome to the show. Thanks for coming.
Sure, thanks for the invite.
Sure, no problem. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you, so there is that. All right, sir. So tell me, when you think of things that you can celebrate, what easily comes to your mind? Because often we have to like dust off corners and think about it sometimes, sort of depends on the day. You know, just like barbecue or sorry, barbecue, not barbecue. Just like Hillbilly was saying about DJ, you just sort of like, hmm, I think it's going to be guitars or concerts or something. With you, I imagine it has something to do with your puppies. But you know, that's being very—
oh well, I guess, yeah, I mean personally, I guess, yeah. But I think— I don't know if it was what she had in mind, but whenever I read the email, the first thing I think I was thinking of was just the times we live in and the technology that we've got and the ability that we've got to communicate with people. I think, uh, I'm old enough that— I think most of the people in here are probably old enough, um, to have lived like a little bit of our adult lives before the internet, and we definitely understood what the world was like before the internet. And that was a massive change, right? Like, the world got a lot— I'm gonna say smaller, bigger, whatever you want to say. Like, we were able to— it became more transparent. It became, you know, just a different world. And I really appreciate being alive when I got— we got to see what it was like before and then see it kind of happen and now really get to it. I mean, who knows what it's going to be, but whatever we've got now is just amazing compared to what we had when we were all really young and what our generations before us had to be satisfied with. And I cherish—
you had to pick up a phone and not know who was on the other end. That's how old we are.
And well, I mean, imagine having some area of interest, you know, whatever it might be. Like, I like grilled cheese sandwiches, and I wish I knew all the different kinds of grilled cheese sandwich recipes, but everyone around you is like, toasts intolerant in your town, you're not going to get much satisfaction with your grilled cheese sandwiches, right? Nowadays you can find the 13 people in 13 different countries that share your passion, and you can all, you know, just explore that to a length that no one's ever been able to do before. And I think that's going to be beneficial for everybody in the long run. But, uh, you know, we get to live in the beginnings of that and the awakenings of that. And, you know, everybody's just not really paying attention to it right now, but we're living in the beginning of AI and what computers being just much more present and capable, or, you know, part of our lives. Again, like the way the internet changed everything and we're real comfortable with it now. We're just, you know, we happen to be alive. I really appreciate that. There's like our grandparents got to live in a time when, when they grew up flying around was witchcraft and sorcery, and when they died, we had been to the moon. I mean, in one lifetime, right? And if they're dead— I mean, I don't want to do it. That was an interesting generation, and there's been other generations that got to span some neat stuff. But I think that we live in a cool time. So I don't know if that's really what you had in mind, but I often think, like, you know, we could have lived in a much worse time for anybody, you know. No matter who you are, you could have lived in a much worse time than now.
Yeah. Black Plague time would probably suck pretty bad. So, but yeah, so celebration, it could be all of the things you guys have said, like DJ talked about specific holidays. And my thing is just for us to pay attention to, you know, pay attention to what goes on in here so that we can actually pay attention that there is stuff to celebrate no matter what we're going through. So Guy in the Comments, one of the guilty joys of being irresponsible instead of being always dependable. Um, this is totally near and dear to my heart because I am currently relatively dependable, depending on who you are. Um, and then Saria Fan shared with us that they were third in high school graduating class first autistic person to successfully go through their school and, uh, went to college prep high school. So that is awesome. And Michael Dunn's good job, Saria. So, um, but yeah, so it is awesome to have our little, um, what the heck are they called? I want to say, um, like our milestones or the things that we have in our life. There you go. Thank you, sir. I do need help with words this late at night. I have had the joy of getting to teach people all day long. So I've been doing a lot of chatting and that sort of thing. But we got somebody else in the back room. I'm going to add them to the stage because welcome to Guns and Barbecue.
Cheney Meister, Meister Cheney, how are you, sir? I'm here.
You are here live and in person on the internet. Uh-huh. All right. So you know the drill. You've heard me talk to G-Webs. You've heard me talk to Hillbilly and DJ. So You know what's coming. What in your life can you think of that just automatically brings a smile to your face, that makes you happy to celebrate? And anything is game. Anything is game. Um, and just so we're clear, uh, whoops, DJ did it before I did. Hold on, DJ, don't, don't— time to celebrate the start of concert season. Fiona, for those of you who don't know out there, is a significant Metallica fan. And when I say significant, I mean she travels everywhere they go. Well, not everywhere, but if she could afford to, she totally would. Um, but yeah, so, oh, fun Valentine's, uh, story from last week is we did get AC/DC tickets. Um, that's what was my present to my husband. But sorry, Fiona helped me with that, so that made me think of it. All right, Mr. Barbecue, have I given enough time to think now?
So you came up—
you did.
Okay, then I've done my job. Your turn.
Um, I, I'm really struggling here.
Wait, then why do you tell me that I did it? Oh, what?
I mean, You gave me enough time to think, it's just that I didn't think of anything.
Oh, okay.
Like, I don't know, there's just not any—
let's see, getting time with your children, possibly when they actually go to bed on time and listen to you. There's that.
Yeah, but it doesn't just like bring an instant smile to my face, just like, oh, thank God.
Oh, what about winning a wrestling match or something along those—
oh no, that's definitely an, oh, thank God I didn't have a heart attack. It's just a lot of, uh, huffing, puffing. Oh God, I'm so out of shape. What the heck was I thinking? Um, 35 years old, I'm not supposed to do this anymore.
Um, I meant the kids you coach. I didn't mean you.
Oh, that's, um, let's say this year, uh, was a pretty fun year. Um, let's say looking back, uh, I, I was keeping track of all the kids that got pins and whatnot, and we were handing out pins for all the novice kids. And, um, each time that they had gotten a pin, and I had gotten these really large 5-inch, 5-inch safety pins, uh, to give to them for their first pin, um which we gave out quite a few of those. That was pretty sweet. But, uh, there were a few kids that, um, yeah, it was pretty exciting when they would pick up their first pin. And honestly, I think the very last one of the season was probably the most exciting, uh, because both of her brothers had gotten pins this season um, and she was the last one in the family that hadn't gotten one yet. And, uh, it was the last tournament, and I think she did it in her last match even. So, uh, that was very exciting. So I guess you could say, uh, those little moments like that, uh, would, uh, put a smile on my face.
There you go. Well, like Hillbilly said, celebrating other people's accomplishments. I mean, and that's what y'all do here in YouTube. As far as I can tell, it's like when someone reaches 500, when someone reaches 1,000, 10,000, all those things, it's like, I never knew about those things before you guys. So Jamie's got, I think we should break up our long range goals into shorter, easier to reach goals and celebrate each of those achievements. It builds momentum, which is very true, which is one of the things Tony Robbins here, the man. Talks about. And yeah, the whole way that we do stuff is accomplishing one step at a time. I'm guessing you guys pretty much know that saying of the journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. So the celebration though, that is the whole point of tonight, is to remember to celebrate those achievements. Every night— well, not every night, sorry, Friday night on Jamie's show, he has scripture. And I don't know, getting reminded about what the Bible says and talking about with other like-minded people, it's, it's like Hillbilly was talking about, it's finding your faith and being, being glad in it. Sorry, I just have him stuck in my head, and that's how that all works. So, um, I have not much else in my brain to continue on this thing. Oh, I did wanna bring this up real quick. In our world of overwhelm, sometimes you have to remember that you can do anything but not everything. And sometimes we can remember to celebrate, but maybe not all of the time. So this is one of my favorite quotes because anything that your heart desires, you can try it. And if it works out, great. If it doesn't, at least you were able to try. But then to remind ourselves not to beat ourselves up when we can't accomplish everything we think we should have. And for those of you who remember or were around for some of my Tony Robbins stuff in November, um, no shitting all over yourself. Actually, that was December. That's right, that was December. So anyway, Mr. DJ, would you like to come up and say hi to everyone one more time before we go? Because I really don't have anything more.
Well, I just want to celebrate another day of living. I just want to celebrate another day of life. Uh, Rare Earth came to mind, so, uh, rock and rollers out there, every '70s, know that. Uh, Patreon Dark was the last one in the room tonight. I want to thank everybody for coming in. Uh, next time bring a friend. Saturday, same place, uh, same time, and there's always a good conversation going on. So tonight we're joined by G23. Chasing Ghosts was out there, so was the Crabby Journal Gun websites on the panel and out in the chat. Mike Ballinger is out there. Sorry, Fan 93, Hillbilly Up on the panel before and, uh, out there in the text chat still. Check out his show next. Jamie JH586 Guns Barbecue, see him on the panel, saw him in the chat. Michael Dunn is out there, so is Fiona Rock. Guy in the comments, Garage Guy 879. Hey man. Mark Thomas, Chris Broncato came over from the Facebook side. Vanessa Kitty, Abigail Sorcha Finnegan, and, uh, Patriot— that kind of rounds out the show for this evening.
I was actually thinking about Patriot in the Dark, uh, when I was thinking about this show, uh, simply before— oh, YouTube doesn't like you. I'm sorry, and we have that problem. Um, but you know, blind guys, they make— and barbecue's here, so there's that too. But, um, you know, making fun of those of us, you know, it is words that don't— never mind, forget I said anything. But anyway, Vanessa Kitty, haven't seen you in forever. Nice to have you back. Um, see you all next week as far as I know. And maybe my thought will complete what I— next time I see Patriot in the Dark, so I can remember what I was going to say.
But you'll see him before he sees you.
Oh, there's that. You blind guys all have that same sense of humor. Uh, DJ G-Webs, Guns of Barbecue, thank you for completing my panel this evening. I appreciate you guys taking the time to pop in and celebrate with us another Saturday, successful Saturday night. Um, mental health matters. Yeah, it's gonna take me a little while to get used to that. And, um, thanks everybody. Smash that thumbs up is what, uh, Hillbilly said. And Patreon in the Dark, on the plus side, there's always the rewind or the review or any of that. Oh, what is in the padded envelope? All right, so what is in the padded envelope is, um, a board. One of the things you do in a virtual UPW is break boards, and so that's one of the things that's in there. I believe that, uh, there you go, there's a pen in there or something as well.
But here's a breakable board, or one that just breaks one time and it's broke?
Oh, just one time that you break it, because when you go to the live one, you walk on fire. And when you do the virtual one, which is what this is for, you just have the power to break a board because most people don't realize what they are capable of unless they are told to or how to. So, um, but my— yeah, my hope is to give this to somebody else because I just went in November, and if I can find somebody who's actually got the 13th and 14th of March available to do this, I'm sending this package to them. So that's why I'm not opening it to show you the rest of what's inside, because then I have to use tape. So yes, anybody who'd like to try this, it is a lot of fun. So, G-Webs, was that it? Any other question?
I appreciate it.
Thanks.
It was interesting. I couldn't tell if it was a box or if it was a bag, but that makes sense. If there's a board inside of a box or a bag, it would look like that.
Yeah, and it folds so I can make it smaller, so I could tape it. To make it less. But, um, it is a lot of fun. It is one of the things that I, I've been following Tony since 1992, probably '91, and it is what helps me think the way that I think is from listening to this guy. So, and I bought a ticket and I can't use it, so I gotta find somebody who wants to use it. So with that, and, uh, I remember beware the Ides of March, piece of pie, no sweat. Okay, I will say that we are waiting for our March, um, what is that called, our March blizzard, because that's what we get here in New England. Okay, it's only been 2 minutes since I said good night and DJ did the roll call, so I'm really going to say good night to everybody. So with that, you all have a spectacular week. Hang out at the top of the hour, you can hop on Hillbillies. Show and check them out. I myself, of course, as you know, this is past my bedtime and I'm going to go to sleep because I got to teach all day tomorrow and I can celebrate the opportunity I get to teach folks tomorrow. So good night, everybody. Thanks for coming.
