Mental Health Matters - The AH in Spa!

In this live‑stream, the host opens with a stark reminder that two‑thirds of gun‑related deaths are suicides, framing mental health as a life‑saving priority. She invites the audience to define what “spa” means to them, emphasizing that a spa is any personal ritual that promotes relaxation, presence, and joy—whether it’s a candle‑filled bath, the roar of a V8, a duck blind, or a motorcycle ride. Throughout the hour she weaves personal anecdotes (duck hunting with her dad, aromatherapy training, motorcycle and car “spas,” family moments, and scent memories) with practical self‑care tools: mindful breathing, gratitude, laughter, and the importance of sleep. She highlights the power of scent and aromatherapy, shares her upcoming aromatherapy class, and discusses how candles can embody different emotional themes. Community interaction is a core thread; she names chat participants, acknowledges their struggles (e.g., Matt’s back surgeries), celebrates their joys (gun shooting, grandchildren, pets), and points to external resources such as a veteran PTSD channel. The host repeatedly stresses that self‑care is essential for being effective in other roles (teacher, parent, spouse) and urges viewers to prioritize sleep, mindfulness, and personalized “spa” activities to bolster mental health.

All right. I wasn't quite sure how that was going to work out. Hello everyone. It is Saturday night, 9:00 PM Eastern on a Saturday. I'm like, yeah, I'm not even— it's the 20th. Y'all, when you're watching the replay, you can decide it's the 20th of whatever month you happen to be in. For those of you here live and in person, y'all know what month it is. So welcome to Mental Health Matters. Every Saturday night since 2018, I hop on here for 10 and 20, and now GT3's got me up to about 30 minutes, um, to bring to people's attention that mental health matters. Because what is it? Y'all say it in the chat, go ahead. I don't know if I go that way if you see it, or if you go that way, it depends, Facebook, YouTube. Because 2 out of every 3 gun deaths that we hear about in the news, when they talk about all the gun deaths, 2 out of every 3 are suicides. And what is suicide? Suicide is the breakdown of our mental health. Because why do people commit suicide? They've lost all hope. They don't feel that there's any way they can get out of their situation other than to take their own lives. So mental health is one of the things we must talk about so that we can actually save lives, because the person who's committing suicide is the only person who can prevent that suicide. What you and I can do is A, make sure we got enough tools in our toolbox so we are not that person, 'cause anyone can commit suicide. I've been to plenty of funerals where people talk about, oh, but they had this and they had this and they had this, and why would they commit suicide? So suicide can hit anybody. Mental health matters for everybody because we all have a brain, we all have emotions, and we all have different ways of dealing with stuff. We have other problems, epidemics, for example, of drug addiction, alcohol addiction, and lots of other crazy stuff that most people don't even talk about, especially not in polite society. So welcome in everyone. And thanks for joining us yet again on Saturday night. I swear I sent DJ the correct link, but I don't have a DJ in here yet, so I don't know what I did wrong. Um, but for tonight we're going to talk about the ah in spa. So, um, fear not, it's not going to be all girly and everything else. It's just going to be, hey, let's talk about how you can take care of your mental health. So, Relax, Recharge, Revive: Exploring Spa's Impact on Mental Health. If you happen to check the notes, uh, in the announcement for this show, we're talking about the ah in spa. So you're gonna bear with me because I'm gonna see if I can make this work properly. So what do you think? Candles and bubble baths? Massage and warm towels? The sound of a throaty V8, or sitting in a blind waiting for that whitetail. So I'm going to leave this up. Y'all can vote for what you think of when you think of spa, and chances are for you, whoever you are, um, it could be none of those. Obviously this is a very short, very limited list, and for those of you who are on your phone trying to read this, I apologize. So I'm just going to say it one more time. Candles and bubble bath, massage and warm towels, the sound of a throaty V8, or sitting in a blind waiting for that whitetail. Now if you're in a duck blind or just walking through— oh, I see. Oh, that's funny right there. As soon as I said duck blind, Wood says blind but duck blind. So yes, when I was, um, younger, my dad would take me down to we would go down to Maryland and we would go duck hunting every Thanksgiving. And that was the thing. So there's a picture of me at maybe 12, 14, somewhere in there sleeping in a duck blind. So that's my experience with duck blinds. Miss Abigail says a bubble bath and massage would be great right now. Yes, it is. And ooh, the aromatherapy that one can do with bubble bath And see, this is where the ah in spa is so different for everybody. In the description— words are hard at the end of the day of teaching all day— one of the things I said, or the smell of your grandma baking bread, or the smell of gunpowder first thing in the morning. There is something that is ah about driving to a match at, oh my God, it's early AM and watching the sunrise as you're going to the match. So there's so many different things. I love Surya Van's Zen Garden music, cats and plushy snuggles and lavender sage scents. And ooh, we could do a whole Mental Health Matters on the smells. Ooh, and here's something fun and exciting. I'm looking at my calendar. Next month I am actually going to spend an entire weekend doing an aromatherapy training, and I'm super excited about this. DJ has already seen my, um, my oil collection of essential oils, and he's like, what are you, from the '70s? And the answer is yes, yes I am. Um, but, uh, just the smells, right? Lavender, sage, um Oh, I know what it was. When I looked at Abigail's before, I thought it said bubble bath and sage, but I was reading ahead to Saria Fans 1. So the amount of things that our nose connects to our brain that connects to our emotions is like, for sure, it's like smells are so, so very powerful. Um, where is it? There it is. I'm like, I, I, as you guys are going, I'm listing the first step along the way to the top. The AC/DC plays at my next Metallica show. Okay, very nice. Um, sorry it took me a second. So Fiona, if you don't already know, because I know this so I take it for granted, but she's a Metallica groupie. She is. And, um Along the Way to the Top by AC/DC. I did not know that that's what they would open with, so that's why I'm like, huh, what? Okay. Um, and yes, my aroma weekend will be smelly, so smelly, and it will be so relaxing. And so this is my spa, is I'm taking time to go get training for myself to help my health. So with that, now we've talked about, uh, candles, about that Candles, the smell of them. Oh my goodness. Oh wait, huh, wait, there's more. Hold on. Candles and bubble bath, ready? I have— oh, you're not going to be able to read that in the light, but it says Strength and Energy. And this was a candle I got for my birthday last month that a girlfriend sent to me. Then candles. I got another one here that I bought for myself, and it's called Bridgerton. And for those who haven't seen the show, I'm sorry, but I did like the show when I watch it. And it says, a unique blend of gossip, lies, deceit, and scandal. You won't be able to look away. So that's what this candle is for. And then I have my third candle around me, and this was a, uh, what is it called, a fundraiser candle. So this represents me supporting my kids' volleyball team. So candles can do all sorts of things. They can bring light to you, they can bring smells to you, they can bring memories to you, all of those things. So yeah, sorry, when I saw candles and bubble bath, I had to give you the whole, the whole thing with the candles. Now massages, some people, they're like, oh heck no, you're not going to let somebody else touch me. But that's okay. Um, so anyway, we all have our different things of what we think of as awe. So, link between spa and mental health. When you think of a spa, regardless of whether you're a dude or a girl, hopefully you think and realize it is time just for you. Like we just talked about, if you're sitting in a blind, whether it's a duck blind, a deer blind, or you're even walking the dogs through the the fields and the woods for just general, uh, fowl hunting. Um, it is time that you put aside just for you. And in today's crazy world, we need time just for you. And then things that make you happy and slow down. Now, spas— the idea is you walk in, you relax, and you let someone else take care of you. And you get to slow down and just wait until they call you in, and then you do whatever you're going to do, whether it's a massage, a facial, a pedicure, um, I don't know, um, there are lots of things. And then other things that may bring you to the present moment. So here's the deal, you guys know when I talk about breathing, that one little thing. Ready? Everyone's gonna do it with me. I know you're out there, you're gonna do it, right? Just say yes. Okay, so shoulders back, head up, take that breath in that expands your chest, and let that breath out. Do it again. Ready? Just that moment where you're paying attention to how you're breathing, you're feeling your breath come in, you're letting your chest expand, that's you being present. Didn't have to go to a master class in meditation for that. Nope, you did not. But that was time just for you. So we can have little spa moments throughout the day, or we can take a day. And if that's walking around the woods, whether it's for hunting or just to enjoy nature barefoot so you feel the the mud squish through your toes, or however you like to take that time for you, things that make you happy. So bringing yourself to the present moment can be as simple and small as that breath, because here's the deal, you've been breathing all day, right? Yeah, most of us have. If you're not, then you're very special. Now, Matt is out there somewhere. I know I saw him comment earlier, poor Matt was holding his breath for part of today because Matt has had not one but two back surgeries in the past month, or I don't know, are we almost a month out, Matt? Barely, right? Since the last one, I think the last one was on the 26th of last month. So anyway, Matt was holding his breath today because he was in so much pain and he had to go to the ER and it was not a spectacular fun thing. However, He's breathing now, he's out of the ER now, so those are good things. But sometimes, even when we're in that extreme pain, we have to find that little breath, whatever it happens to be. So back to my lovely little presentation. So present moment can be so many things. Like, have you ever been out in public and all of a sudden you hear this laughter of a small child? I know often in the grocery store it's usually screaming, but hey, Gizzard Gary, I'm thinking Gizzard Gary wants to play a game. Yo, yo, yo, let's go. Here's the thing. Who here has a yo-yo, right? It takes some attention to play with a yo-yo. So I know Gizzard Gary is not like, yo, what's up? However, playing with toys Oh my goodness, I put a thing if you're over on Facebook side on my thing about if you're having a bad day, go blow some bubbles. As adults, we forget to play. So playing with a yo-yo would be a way to bring yourself to the present moment. All right, how do we reduce our stress and anxiety in this crazy world? Joy and laughter, breath and gratitude. That breath we just took, that nice big breath in, that moment of, hey, we're paying attention to this. And then joy and laughter. How about this? Did I make you smile just a tiny bit? I'm not trying to go cray-cray here, but just a tiny bit on when I said yo, yo, yo and brought it to a toy. Did that bring you a little bit of laughter? Do you think I'm just being ridiculous? That's totally okay. If the sides of this face just went a little bit like this, a little bit, the joy, the laughter, the simplicity of happiness. I am so stinking serious 90% of the time for lots of reasons. I can just, you know, what is that word when I make it up as to why it's okay to do it? Rationalize. There we go. The rationalization for why I'm so serious all the time, because, you know, I'm dealing with guns here and guns are very serious and safety is very serious, so I must be very serious all the time. But that joy and laughter, that is the spice of life. That little kid laughing, we need to make that little kid inside here laugh a lot more than they currently do because life is hard. And that's why mental health can be hard. And that's why we need these little reminders on Saturday nights, how to come back to that joy and laughter. And then to have some happiness for all of that, to have that gratitude for— guess what? You get to take that breath. You get to pay attention to what you're doing. And I think I saw someone— oh yes, there it is. Uh, Mark Thomas: my motorcycle is a spa. It is absolutely, uh, for those of us don't have motorcycles, the car can also be a spa, um, hopping on the road. Now there are two spas. There's the spa where you're all by yourself, you get to choose whatever tunes, you get to choose whatever route, and you get to go, and you're just in the zone getting to pay attention to all of the things around you and just go. You're maybe listening to tunes, maybe not, um, driving through the hills, driving through the desert, uh, wherever you happen to be. And so yeah, motorcycle, absolutely. I would tell you right now, my 1999 911 is the car spa that we currently have, and I did took a like 2-hour ride in that the other day, and it's just like, yeah, I just— so when it's a spa, for me, it's got to be at least 2 hours, if not longer. Um, um, so that is, that is that for getting back to the if it's a spa or not. Anywhere you are can be your spa. Like I showed you at the very beginning of this, if you just joined in and you don't know, I got 3 candles here and they all represent something different for me. And 3 is a magical number, but I can't explain that right now. So, all right, where are we? I see this. I don't have my DJ, so I got to keep myself on track. All right, next one. What do they have? Ooh, boosting mood and emotional health. We get to fill in the blanks again. Really think about what brings you joy. Now, Mark Thomas again. My Jeep is a spa too. I'm gonna go with YJ was supposed to be MY. I gotta look at my, yeah, whatever that's called, my keyboard for that one. So fill in the blanks. How do we boost our mood and emotional health? Here's the deal. What brings you joy? You can think on that for a second and really think on that, right? Is depending on who you are, depending on where you are, depending on you and your life's experience, you're going to have different things that bring you joy. I'm picking on Matt again. So Matt got to come and shoot his very first gun for the very first time. That was Wednesday. And that brought him joy and he was happy and he was ignoring the pain that he was currently in to be able to do that. And that is what fills our hearts. He, uh, got a lot of video. He's got lots of memories from that. And that was only a couple of days ago. So there's something that I can fairly certainly tell you that he is super happy about, right? Joy. Oh, come on now. I know there's some of you that might not agree with this, but the laughter of small children is usually one of those things that makes us happy. I don't care if you're an old grumpy curmudgeon, chances are little children's laughter, baby laughter, is just one of those things that can make your heart go pitter-patter. I haven't been able to follow the side chat completely, and I don't think I see Jamie out there, but Jamie's one of those guys where I know in my heart of hearts that when someone gets saved by Jesus, that makes his, his heart filled with joy even further. So, oh, Saria fan reunited, reunited with the cat. Cat, let's be real, petting our pets. Brings us happiness and joy. Cleaning a litter box, not as much. But, um, there is always— oh yeah, sorry, I'm like, I could do this a little bit. Uh, holding a 9-month-old granddaughter, seeing her smile and laugh, instant therapy, right? This is why family is so important. So just like in the comments— or sorry, in the description of this, right, is I always go back to Grandma Bacon Bread. Did my grandma ever bake bread? No, she did not. My mom, however, had friends who we would go to their house and they baked bread. So that bread baking is super like one of those things that it just makes you feel homey and happy. And oh, speaking of smells that bring back memories, I had a German grandfather, and we lived with my grandparents, my mom's mom and dad. And my grandfather would go to the butcher. He's friends with butcher, and we would get awesome, amazing food. Uh, fresh, fresh meat, best burger in town, best steaks. Well, did we have steak? Yeah, best burger in town. We'd have steak tartare from time to time. But the other thing he would get from the butcher for our 15 cats, 12 cats, somewhere in there, double-digit cats in our house. He would get chicken livers. And you know what he would do to chicken livers? He would boil them. And so that is not a lovely smell if you've never boiled meat, and especially chicken livers, because you have to cook them before you feed them to cats. So But who knows? Someone out there might think the smell of boiling chicken livers is their thing. So this is why when you're filling in the blank, you're filling it in for you, not for anybody else. So if you love chicken livers and the smell of them boiling, I apologize. But that is kind of that. What is it that brings you joy? And if you don't know, the thing Tony Robbins always says, well, if you don't know, what could it be? Decide, um, what you think could bring you joy, and it doesn't have to be anything. All right, you're awe-inspired when you are rested and you have sleep. You have help. You need to make it a priority. Now, I know some of you crazy folks out there— oh, sorry, speaking of crazy folks out there, G23 has just joined us and he is ready for our 1-hour show tonight. However, G23, I must tell you, we are almost done with the slideshow, so probably not. However, I'm pretty sure we'll probably get to a solid half hour, maybe 35 minutes But we will have to wait and see because sleep is my number one health resource and I do make it a priority. And that's why once in a while I will hop on Hillbilly's channel, which will be up at the top of this hour. Um, well, we'll be the next thing y'all should go check out at the top of this hour. And, uh, um, I'm going to bed because I gotta get up early because I gotta teach in the morning. And yes, G23, that's what replays are for. You get to start over when we end. So that's how that works. Get here earlier. I haven't seen you a while, dude. Nice to see you though. Oh, and just so you know, Mark Thomas, I did send him— I agree with you is what I was trying to say. Mark Thomas, best leather holster maker in YouTube. And yes, of course it's your humble opinion. All right, back to improving sleep and restfulness. You're number one health resource, make it a priority. Everybody talks about exercise, everybody talks about eating, however, what they really, really, really have shown, that sleep thing, that laying your head down on the pillow and actually resting, that is your body's opportunity to rebuild itself from the inside out. That is your brain's option to actually take all the stuff that came into you that day, and then it resorts it and puts it all together and puts it in a filing cabinet. And that's why— I'm sorry, I'm trying not to look at them quite yet. So this is one of the reasons why your sleep is so important. Your body rejuvenates itself, your brain gets to resort itself, actually What happens at night in a very basic sort of way is your brain takes everything for the day and it files it into the filing cabinet. So you have a filing cabinet right here. Your brain needs to have time to put the stuff in the filing cabinet. So in the morning when you wake up, number one, everything is reset. Number two, everything should be in its place. And if you don't do that over and over and over and over again, it's really, really hard. This is why sleep deprivation is actually a form of torture, because it really messes you up. So making your sleep a priority, finding a way to have that beautiful little sleep ritual that you have every single night, because the more we have good habits— often we'll call it hygiene— we have good sleep hygiene, which are sleep habits such as at Like, I usually go to bed at 9 o'clock. I stay up for you all. So G2-3, here's the deal I'll make with you. Someday I shall start this at like 8:30, and then we can go to 9:30 because then I'm not stepping on Hillbilly Show. But I gotta talk to G-Webs about that because I gotta make sure I don't step on him and, and him and Tony and, and their thing that they do before this. So, um, yeah, we'll do an hour, and who knows, maybe it'll be soon. I'll do a, uh, I'll be doing some interviews because I got some Saturdays I'm not going to be here. So making priority asleep. What? Making priority asleep. Yeah, those things. I didn't really sleep last night. Making sleep your priority to make sure your health is your priority. And we are talking about mental health tonight, so letting your brain have the time that it needs to reset everything in that you learned that day or that you did that day or you have to process that day, that happens in your brain while you're sleeping. Doing an all-nighter does not help you. Enhancing mindfulness and mental clarity. Mindfulness is simply being present in the moment. We started with that mindfulness thing of just taking a breath. All right, G2-3, ready for this? Big breath in, big breath out. That is an example of mindfulness that we started with. So that was back to the beginning. The mental clarity is having that aha moment. So that breath that hopefully y'all just took is that moment of mental clarity where you have that moment, and I explained that you're paying attention right here and now because you've taken a breath lots and lots of times today. I have no idea how many times, uh, how many times you have to breathe throughout the day, and I should know that sort of, but I don't. But someone out there, I'm sure, in YouTube world will say, or on Facebook side, but however many breaths you take, but those breaths that we just took where you're paying attention, that is your clarity. And there is Ghost. We talked about Motorcycles Without You today, Ghost, but nice to see you, ma'am. All right, onwards. Oh, all right. Integration of spa into mental health care. Your time for you is important. You can only shine when you feed the fire. That is your well-being. And that is pretty self-explanatory, right? Most of us care about our family and friends. We will do anything for each other. This channel, the folks that are here in the chat, you are all kind, giving— well, maybe not Barbecue, but most everyone else here is kind and giving. I suppose Barbecue is sometimes. Anyway, it's always fun to roast you from time to time when you're not putting squirrels in the chat. Anyway, so for real, Barbecue is also a very nice guy. For those of you who have not been here, if it's your first time, I'm not really roasting Barbecue. So, um, making time for you. All of us here in this community, in our gun community, in the mental health arena, we are here to help each other. And if Mark Thomas needs something, if DJ needs something, if Chasing Ghosts, if Matt needed something, if G23, 2 Live Moo, anyone here who's in the chat needed something, we would throw down and help out. I know Hillbilly was here earlier. I'm just talking about the people that are here. Most of us, if we haven't done a fundraiser, we've been part of a fundraiser. Most of us, if you needed us to show up, if we could, we will, because that is the heart that this channel has, and that's the kind of people that are attracted here. And this is the gun community that I know. Are there jerks and idiots in the gun community? Of course there are. However, for the most part, we would do stuff for anyone else, even if we don't already know you. So, um, oh well, dude, obviously you didn't send me the memo if I was supposed to show up on Thursday to roast you. But it was probably after my bedtime. That was your trick, wasn't it? It was after my bedtime. So anyway, here's the deal. When it comes to me taking care of myself, I must remind myself time for me is important. And I can only shine when I feed the fire that is my well-being. So by all means, when you read this, read, realize time for me is important. I can only shine when I feed the fire that is my well-being. So for example, this coming month, October, I have not one but two weekends a Great Start Tutoring school is going to be closed. One is the first weekend in October, because I have the fair. And last year at the fair is when I committed to this year at the fair. So I've had that plan for 12 months. Then this summer, that's aromatherapy class I'm gonna take was also put on my calendar. And did I look at the weekend before? No. So I'm closed for 2 weekends. So as a business person and a person who loves to serve my clients, knowing that my time is growing short I'm going to be out for 2 months with my knee. I considered canceling that class because, well, I can go and learn for 2 and a half days because it starts Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday, or I can— and make money and serve my students, or I can keep it on the, on the thing, on my calendar, and be closed. I had to decide that me taking care of me helps me be a better instructor for my students, it helps me be a better mom for my kids, it helps me be a better wife for my husband. Notice where he lives in my priorities, right? First my students, then my kids, then my husband. No, it's not always like that, but right now, um, sometimes So anyway, this is the thing we have to remind those of us who take care of others that your time is important. Your mental health is what you need to take care of, and you are the most important thing. So with all of that, good night, sleep well. Rest is your best recovery. GT3, I'm just warning you now, this is the final slide. But, and look, it's over a whole 30 minutes. See, it's a full half hour and then some. So without my DJ in here with me, because perhaps I gave him the wrong thing and I apologize, I'm gonna try to do the roll call as quickly as I can. So for any of you who made posts that I missed or that I should have, I apologize. Um, all right, so we got Guns and Barbecue, we got Chasing— I know we don't, we have DJ Play Nice. Like, I'm reading what he says. Saria Fam— wow, I'm just gonna, I'm gonna stop clicking and I'm just gonna read, and I'm probably gonna say everybody's name twice, possibly. G23, Chasing Ghost, um, oh, that's what Barbecue was talking about. Sorry, that's what— yeah. So Barbecue even did a fundraiser after my accident and I am forever grateful. Yes, that's the heart of the group that is here in this room that are chatting on the chat places on YouTube. Um, yeah, like I said, pretty much everyone here, um, 2 Live Moo, uh, Mark Thomas, I said, I know, oh, Matt There you go. I'm looking for anybody who happens— oh, Gizzard. We already— we had Gizzard up earlier saying yo yo yo, so go play with the yo-yo because Gary Gizzard said so. All right, did I miss anyone? Did I miss anything? I think it's just at the beginning we had my Krabby Turtle pink hand waving. Oh, Fiona. I did not miss that. I'm glad I'm doing this final roll call a little bit slow. So for those of you on a tiny little phone, can't read that fast. It is, my son told me this week that me, her, yeah, holding his hand makes him happy. He was still fuzzy from general anesthesia and sleep deprived when he said it, but Fiona will take it. So yeah, that's funny right there. But I understand. Yeah. When I have my 18 and 19-year-old who still give me hugs in public, no less, I feel like the luckiest mom ever. And there's Hillbilly. I think I'm finally getting closer to the end of everybody who is here. And if I missed you, I apologize. Doing the best I can. And I'm just gonna go all the way up to Live Moo. Did I say to Live Moo? Um, oh yeah, there— I am sorry you're in the back operation club, dude, but I'm glad it was the best decision ever. Yeah, Matt, I know, I think you guys talked about already, but yeah, Matt's had a couple more than, um, 4 and 5. He's had all of them, just about. I don't know what he's got left that is not— oh, Woods, there you go! There's somebody I hadn't talked to yet or said hi to. What's— and I'm trying to go faster. Uh, oh, G-Webs. Did I say what's— oh, Abigail, silly me. Bubble Bath. Um, we're almost to the top. I think I'm only going up, so if you just joined me, I may apologize for not getting this. And then Pink Hand Waving. I think that's everybody. Gun Websites. Oh yes, by all means, if you have the time, go ahead, click the thing. I don't know which way it looks on your screen, so it might be over here or it might be over there, the little thumbs up thing. That helps. Um, like, uh, DJ always says at the end, go ahead and share. Or after this is over, come back because there's a couple minutes yet before we gotta go see, uh, Hillbilly at the top of the hour. And, um, make a comment if you thought of something new and different that brings you joy. Leave it in the comments below. And with that, I am gonna— oh, are you kidding me? And everybody said hey, uh, to our late arrival, Mr. Mario. I went extra special, and you can thank GT3 for that because he always wants me to go for a full hour, and that is so not happening. But not tonight. When we haven't planned, perhaps. Like I said, if we do it Um, TJ3, uh, full hour. I don't know what I meant, but met— mad— missed, uh, fajitas, margaritas, good company. It's a great night. Is that your spa area, Chasing Ghosts? Like, that's the happiness? Um, and, uh, peace and love. Let's have that in our hearts. Let's keep going. Oh boy. Okay, for real, see, this is why I need DJ to say, okay, just say goodbye now. But I gotta go, DJ. Oh, oh, I see how it is. Uh, D23, 2 hours. Okay, we'll do that someday. Oh, you know, here's the deal. 2028 will be 10 years of me doing this, if I can do that for that. So for sure, I promise you, my last one will be for 2 hours. And we'll do a review of all of the things I've done over 10 years. So that's my plan, Stan. All right. You are so special, Mario, always and forever. For those of you who've never been there, go to Mario's— Mario over there. Where is it? It's so hard to do this backwards. Okay, there it is. Uh, PTSD. If you're a vet, you want to hear someone who will actually talk to you about PTSD and being a vet and all of the things that are hard and sucky about that. Check him out, check out his channel. Um, he's got stuff there that can be helpful because that's the other part of Mental Health Matters on a Saturday night is to give you resources like that. Okay. All right. I gotta go. Love you all. Thank you so much for popping in. Thank you for being part of the chat and I will talk to you all next weekend. Yeah, I'm still here next weekend. I gotta do a pre— interview thing. So yeah, call me, talk to me, we'll talk to you. Uh, DJ is on the, um, who's and what's it, that thing on YouTube side. So sorry. And, uh, DG3 has got Mario's, uh, channel up there as well. Feel free. And yes, dude, I am totally planning on checking my text messages as soon as I sign off. All right, my friends, love to you all. Happy Saturday night. Enjoy the rest of your night, your weekend, whenever you are watching this on replay. Leave a thing down there, click a thing that says good job, and I will see you all in a week. And then I forget, I gotta hit two things before that happens. Goodbye.
