In this informal vlog, the speaker (SPEAKER A) and their daughter film a road trip to the IDPA Live Free or Die (LFOD) shooting match. They explain they will be volunteering at the competition over the weekend, describe the drive through Connecticut, and share typical road‑trip stops for gas, junk food, and sparkling water, giving a shout‑out to Charlie Cook for introducing them to bubbly. The speaker invites viewers to ask questions about what competition is like and signs off with a light‑hearted comment about hitting the camera twice.

The— is the, the timer thing working? Are we sure? I don't know. I'm sure now. All right, so, um, hey everyone, we are on the way to the IDPA Live Free or Die match. Myself and my daughter who's holding the camera, um, is, uh, we are, we are volunteering at the match tomorrow and Saturday and Sunday. So we're driving up through our lovely foliage and all of the traffic that is here. It's been like this since Connecticut. And you know, people want to know, what is it like to go to competition? Well, this is it. It's a road trip. We just stopped, we filled up with gas, we filled up with junk food because, you know, oh yeah, baby, all the essentials. No road trip is good. Oh wait, some sparkling water. Yeah, so shout out to Charlie Cook because if it weren't for him, I would know nothing about bubbly. So, yeah, so that was a pit stop last trip or so. All right, try not to give them the Blair Witch problem. All right, I got nothing else. Got anything else? Got any questions about what competition's like? Let us know. Bye. You gotta hit it twice, by the way.
