In this informal vlog, the speaker recounts a chance encounter at Earth Cafe on Melrose where they believe they saw actor Alec Baldwin. While waiting for a friend, the speaker engages in a brief, humorous exchange with Baldwin, who asks about the speaker's sport, compliments them as a "champion," and inquires if they are a trainer. The speaker, amused, adopts the titles of "champion" and "champion trainer" as a playful life purpose, ending with a call for audience feedback. The narrative includes casual asides, mentions of a chai tea latte, and self‑deprecating humor.

So today I was at Earth Cafe on Melrose. I love that place, Earth Cafe. Great tea. My favorite part is when they put like a little bit of a design in your foam. So cute. Anyway, I'm there and I'm waiting. I was supposed to meet someone at 4:30. They're late, which happens, but everything happens for a reason. So when I arrived, I saw that Alec Baldwin was there. Well, I didn't really see, he walked in and I was like, "Dude, that guy looks like Alan Baldwin." Alan Baldwin? Let's go with Alec. So anyway, I'm like, "That guy looks like Alec Baldwin." So anyway, he goes back out and I'm like, "Okay." So I get up in the line finally, 'cause I'm like, my friends should be here any minute, so let me get in this long line to get the tea so that by the time he gets here, you know, we'll be closer to the front. So Alec Baldwin walks in, And he goes, "What sport do you play?" And I'm like, "Oh, I ran track." Which, I'm gonna do a little aside here, hello Bryn, you ran track like 10 years ago, why would you say that? You ran a marathon last year, that might be what you wanna mention. So anyway, and I go, "Oh yeah, and then I also run marathons." Yeah. Anyway, so I ran, so he goes, "Well, whatever you do." You look like a champion. So I only really did this video to say I'm a champion because Alec Baldwin says it's true, so therefore it's true because frickin' Jack Donaghy said I'm a champion, and he's like awesome. So that's it. Oh, and in case you were wondering, because I know you were, I had a chai tea latte. And that's it. Oh, he did come back in and he asked my friend, he said, "So, is she your trainer?" And he goes, "Yeah," which I'm not a trainer. Maybe I should be a personal trainer, but I'm not. So, and he goes, "You're a genius." So Alec Baldwin thinks that I'm a champion and I'm a trainer. So I feel an obligation to be a champion trainer. So watch out, coming at you champion trainers, because Alec Baldwin told me, and I think that's my life purpose. So I'm going to do it. What do you think? What do you think? Let me know. Ah, you, me, champion trainer.
