Hi, this is Bryn of MyLifeGPS.com. I'm actually coming to you from beautiful sunny— what is this? San Carlos, California. I'm in a hotel room. I'm here at Brendon Burchard's Experts Academy, and yesterday was day 1. I did Brendon Burchard's Experts Academy online, and great information, but After the first day of all the information, some of it was review, but, you know, I have to say that Brendon has amazing energy. The information is great. He's presenting it in a new and dynamic way, and he's just constantly exceeding expectations. And that's the big thing with Brendon— always over-deliver. And that seems to be a message that's been a theme in my life. I mean, uh, the previous company I worked for, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, was, you know, always, you know, under-promise, over-deliver. And it's really, really a big deal. And Brendan is constantly exceeding our expectations and making sure that there are surprises along the way. Like, we had paid a deposit to make sure to hold our spot, and it's the little things. Like, we paid $97 and he gave $100, just an example, $3 extra, but It's little things like that that really speak to you. I mean, he chose a hotel where the minute that I came up with my bag, the person's like meeting me out in the parking lot, helping me carry my bag across the parking lot. So just, you know, he really exemplifies customer service. He talks a lot about it and making sure that he's breeding, you know, a generation of entrepreneurs who really get that service be of service. I mean, he expects us to make money at what we do, but not if we're not giving immense value. And so my biggest takeaways from day 1, number 1, my number 1 takeaway was definitely that my story, you know, to use my story to help find my audience, to connect with an audience. Because if I feel that way, or if things happen to me in a certain way, there's other people that probably had the same story or similar. Circumstances, and that will cause me to be able to connect with my people. So I'm looking forward to doing that. Number 2 was really big. He was like, energy is a choice, not a gift. So I really like that one. And just, you know, keeping it simple and taking action. He gave us 60 days to come up with our first product You know, after the first day, he's already doing calls to action, making sure that we're accountable, and he had great exercises, networking. I mean, it's just a great experience overall. I'm really looking forward to it. So after day 1, I definitely feel like it was worth it to come down here. I live in Los Angeles, so I'm glad I came. I'm in San Carlos, California. Like I said, it's about 20 minutes south of San Francisco and 20 minutes north of San Jose, so it's equidistant, but great area. The Sofitel Hotel, fantastic service. He's even provided— oh, here's one thing that really impressed me and blew me away— he's even provided internet for us, complimentary, in the room. And that's huge for me because I love to be connected to the internet. I'm able to possibly implement some of the things that he's teaching me right away. He tells me to go to a website, I can check it out right then on my computer. And that really speaks highly to me about, you know, just the level of service that he's allowing and just the way he presents his material. And I think today or tomorrow, I think we meet Paula Abdul. I saw her yesterday, she was there, and she's going to be speaking to us. And he's got some other great speakers lined up for us, Barbara DeAngelis. So I'll be checking back, but right now I just wanted to check in and tell you how great day 1 was and my biggest takeaway, and I'm looking forward to more. So I'll check back with you guys tomorrow.
