I think the first word which comes to mind is safe. Like-minded group of people that is able to open up and basically you can discuss any problem you, you have in your business. There is always someone who knows an advice or he gives you, you know, a suggestion or a solution for, for your part. So I like it because I can be myself. I don't need to pretend. I don't need to hide anything. It's a safe space, you know, with a lot of foundation of knowledge. So I have been a member of CEO Alliance for 3 years.
