Parents are telling me that they are feeling absolutely broken because the holidays seem like they've gone on and on and on, and they just are desperate for their kids to start school. I get it. If this is you, I suspect that you'll be doing things like shouting at them, threatening them, plonking them in front of the television and then feeling guilty, just, you know, not knowing what to do to keep them occupied. Comment below and tell me how you're feeling. I really, really get it, and here's one thing that you can do to help. It sounds so obvious, but it's so simple: breathe. Literally, if you are feeling like the stress is building up, take 5 deep breaths in, hold it for 5, and then let it out for 10. It can just help get you over the edge and stop you losing it with your kids. And don't forget to comment and share below.
