A sleep coach shows how to use a visual bedtime chart with your toddler. Point to each step, celebrate when they finish it, and repeat the same routine every night. Kids fall asleep faster and stay asleep when they know what comes next.

I've been working with my clients Alex and Geoff on bedtimes as they'd been having a nightmare getting their toddler to go to sleep alone and stay asleep. Amongst many new approaches that I helped them with, I thought I'd share one here. They've been using my specially designed task trackers, but you can make your own. Decide first on the exact bedtime routine you want and do simple drawings of each stage of the process. Then get your child to point to what happens next on the chart and give them lots of validation each time they do what's required. "Hey, your PJs are on! So what's next?" Following the same routine each night gives children security. Try it out, but if you'd like my personal help with your situation, drop yes below or send me a DM.
