So it brings me on to our second point, why kids wake in the night and how we can help to stop it. Causes of waking that I see is craving attention from their parents. You know, it's not to say that we don't give them lots of attention in the daytime or the evening. It's just we're all working really hard and we're always on our phones. Of one-on-one time without phones and TVs, like really on the floor playing, you know, a bit of kind of rough and tumble if that's what they're into, or coloring, whatever they enjoy. But eye contact, touching, you know, you are your child's world, and that is just so meaningful for them to kind of have all that attention.
