Questions this video answers
Three decades (approximately 30 years).
So what have you learned inside the Therapist to Coach accelerator? Maybe now in hindsight too, like, wow, this is what we were missing and doing wrong. What. What has been some key points and learning factors for you in this process?
Well, for me, it has been a separation of being a therapist to a coach. That transition has really been difficult, especially since I've been a therapist now for three decades. And so thinking in that frame of mind, I had to constantly remember and remind myself, that's not what we're doing. That's not what we're providing. And so it was exciting for me to learn something new at this stage of development in my life. And so the information to me was just like a breath of fresh air. It was a whole new road to travel. And so I was just breathing in the new information, being able to see how far I could push myself. And so when you were giving allotting us the opportunities for training, I was just, like, soaking it all in. And so, like I said, just to be able to know now how to actually plan and do it appropriately and have the, you know, complete format, it's just that I'm excited. I'm. I'm telling everybody. So people look at me like, you what? It's like, yes, I'm there. And so I'm just, you know, and I'm really, really excited to be amongst these women because they bring such a fresh perspective every time we're together. And so I'm just grateful. I'm grateful.
