I love feeling supported, and I know it can be daunting to people sometimes. Like, I don't want to grow that big, Carly. Like, I don't want to have that big of a team. And you don't have to. One of my clients, she's making 30k months. It's literally her and her assistant. So you can be a solo preneur as long as you want to be, and you just hire as it makes sense for you. You don't have to have this massive team. But I love having a team. I love delegating. It's one of my favorite things to do. There's no better feeling than giving someone else a task while I go to the gym or somebody else or like, a whole team of people is working on something for me while I'm on vacation. I mean, this is how I quantum leap. I'm delegating so that I can continue rising.
