Passive Income for Therapists Without More 1:1 Clients

In this Thriving Therapreneur podcast episode, host Carly Hill interviews licensed therapist and coach Jenna Schaefer about how she transformed a rapidly growing Instagram presence into a dual‑business model that combines a Florida‑based private practice with a faith‑based coaching brand, Christian Millennial Marriages. Jenna recounts the viral Instagram reel that sparked a surge to 100k followers, the limits of one‑on‑one therapy, and the decision to launch a separate coaching LLC, online courses, and the Christian Marriage Academy. She explains the practical systems she put in place—work‑hour boundaries, a husband‑run VA operation, automated funnels, and a messaging document—to keep both businesses sustainable while maintaining a “passive” income focus. The conversation dives into her Heart Marriage Method, a four‑step framework for couples rooted in Christian principles, and the mindset traits (grit, consistency, openness) that helped her persist through launch setbacks. Jenna also contrasts a previous mentorship program that felt impersonal with Carly’s Coach Intensive, highlighting the value of personalized support, market‑research questions, and iterative funnel tweaks (shorter webinar, free‑bie incentives, email cadence). The episode ends with practical next steps for listeners: follow Jenna on Instagram @ChristianMillennialMarriages, visit her website, join the free webinar, and explore the new Done in Love podcast.

Welcome back to the Thriving Therapreneur podcast. I have a wonderful guest with me today. Jenna is a therapist, she is a coach, she is a client, and what she's building is so inspirational. You are a powerhouse, Jenna. I know you know this. I can't explain to everyone what you're building, the opportunities that you've had, and I just think that you can do it best. So I wanted to bring you on. You can shine your light and just tell everyone who you are, who you serve, and what you're building right now.
Absolutely. Thank you for having me. My name is Jenna Schaefer. I am a licensed mental health counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, and a coach. I work with millennial couples from a faith-based perspective, particularly a Christian perspective, and I have a private practice, a coaching business, and online courses, digital resources, and that's what I'm building and that's what I'm working with you on.
Yes. How long have you had your private practice and then when did you add coaching?
I started my private practice in November of 2020 and I added coaching in 2023. So my husband and I started an Instagram account. Well, actually that's not true. I guess I started an Instagram account for my therapy private practice and A couple weeks in, my husband and I made a reel together about marriage advice on our anniversary, and it went viral. It was our first viral post. We kept making marriage content and it kept blowing up, and our account grew very quickly. We grew to 10,000 followers, I think maybe within 2 months, and we had— that was in April, and we had 100,000 followers by the end of the year. And so that's why I added coaching, because I was getting followers from all over the country, all over the world. I was getting. An influx of inquiries of people wanting to work with me, and I couldn't accommodate them all being restricted by my license to the state of Florida. So in, I guess in 2024 officially, I opened my coaching business LLC, got a separate LLC, separate insurance, separate websites. I did all of the things right to keep my two businesses separate. So now I have a private practice for clients in Florida. And a coaching business that allows me to work with people, not just one-on-one outside of Florida, but also to provide them with the coaching programs and online courses that I've been creating over the past few years.
Amazing. This is so funny. So it's not like— I feel like coaching found you instead of you saying— it just fell into your lap. Like, it was like, come on, Jenna, this is the next step. You're supposed to serve thousands and millions more people. This is how you're going to do it. You didn't have this, and correct me if I'm wrong, this epiphany moment of I'm capped, I'm trading dollars for hours, I want to outgrow the office, I have this itch for more, or maybe you did and then this happened. Can you kind of walk us through the, the process on a more granular level of you adding coaching?
Absolutely. So when we made the account, it was April 2023. We were on vacation actually for my birthday the next month in May. When we hit the 10,000 followers and I woke up on vacation to just probably like 30 or 40 inquiries on my website to become clients. And I kind of woke up like in a little bit of a panic of what am I gonna do with these people? And so I literally spent that day on vacation, like in this hotel room, like responding to all these inquiries that I didn't really know what to do or how to handle it. But I did know that it was breaking my heart to either refer people to other therapists, tell them I didn't have enough space, or put them on a waiting list. I didn't wanna do that. And so I really knew right away, like, I wanted to create something that could put what I do, how I help people, how I specifically help couples into their hands from anywhere at any time, whether or not I was available. So my prayer has always been, how can I help more people and how can I help more people at one time? So what you said just now really resonated with me because it wasn't like, oh, you know, how can I quote grow my business? It was more like, what am I actually going to do with these real life people that are in my inbox right now? That I want to help, but I feel limited in helping them because of limited time, limited resources, license restrictions. And that was really the inspiration. So that's when I started creating courses. That's when we started creating the, the coaching LLC. So maybe it was 2020, 2023 that we did that, but I can't remember the exact date that we added, but it was pretty quick because it was growing quickly and I needed to keep up with it.
I love it. It's beautiful. I mean, coaching, course creation, digital products— it came knocking at your door and it was like, Jenna, this is, this is your answer prayer. This is how you're going to impact more lives. And it's true, and it's what you're doing. And a lot of therapists have this conception where it's, it's really just this myth, as I call it, that you can't do both. You can't have a private practice and run a coaching business and it's a lot of work to create these digital products and courses and market it and coach. Did you ever believe that you couldn't do both? It seemed like it was a non-negotiable for you and you were gonna find a way to make it work. And of course I know your story now of how we're making it work, right? But walk us through that process of maybe any fears that came up when you first considered adding coaching. Did you ever worry about what was gonna happen to your therapy practice and what was your end goal and intention when adding coaching? Some people want to get rid of their therapy practice. Some people just wanna reduce their clinical hours. Some people end up selling their practice. It's really your prerogative, whatever you wanna do. And I've seen all of the above happen. So what was your story?
It didn't really occur to me to replace my private practice or get rid of it. It was doing really well. It was thriving. So for me, coaching was really an addition. I definitely think I had a fear of, uh, just being able to manage and balance it all. I am very lucky in that my husband kind of does this with me. I think that was another element that made the coaching business really important because obviously my husband is not a licensed therapist. So for my husband to be able to also help people, he is like an employee under my coaching business. Uh, so that was important to me is how can I incorporate my husband as we're helping couples. He's a big part of the Instagram content and he honestly does everything behind the scenes for me. So he's my VA. Um, I could never do this without help though. So if you don't have a husband VA, I do encourage you to get a real VA because it is a lot of work. There is a lot to do behind the scenes, but he does everything behind the scenes in terms of like deadline funnels and emails and all of the technical stuff, the analytics. So I'm definitely really thankful to have him helping me, but, uh, I definitely would recommend, you know, you need support, you need a community. And I think that's one of the things that's so great about your program is that you have people helping you. You have people supporting you, encouraging you, uh, teaching you, uh, if you have questions about the technical, the behind the scenes, the analytical, you have resources to go to. Uh, and really this thing grew, I guess it grew so big beyond us really that that's how we landed here was we didn't really know, um, yeah, let me back up a little bit. So we did work with a different business coach, uh, back in 2024. That coach helped us create our signature online program called Christian Marriage Academy, helped us launch it. The, we had a successful launch and then the program ended and we didn't know what to do with it. So it felt like we had poured our heart and souls for months. I mean, it's a lot of work if you've created an online course, a digital resource. We poured our heart and souls into this thing that felt like it was sitting on a shelf, and it kind of has been sitting on the shelf for the past year and a half, honestly. And we ended up in a place of like, okay, am I just gonna focus on seeing one-to-one clients again, or are we going to dive back into the social media space, the digital resource space, the coaching space, the, the course space? Uh, and we wanted to go for it because we knew that there was more to do. We knew that there was more people to help. We knew that there was more potential. Potential for our business, but we didn't know what to do. And that's when we stumbled upon your book. Uh, we read your book on a cruise actually in December. I read it, handed it to my husband, said, you have to read this. He read it and he was like, let's do it, let's go for it. And so we signed up for your program at the start of the year.
Amazing. So practically speaking, how you have structured your two businesses, your private practice and your coaching business so that you can do both. You can divide your time. You're not burnt out. You still have the freedom that you're striving for while simultaneously impacting lives. Walk us through that. What boundaries have you put in place? What systems have helped? Obviously having your husband, VA, to do the backend and automations and some of the techie stuff has helped. But one thing I would love to highlight is The unique approach that we have taken where you came to me and you're like, I don't really wanna do coaching, live coaching. I love to do the one-to-one work inside my private practice, but I'd love for this to be more of a quote unquote passive. And I say passive with air quotes, right? Because it's more about leveraged income. Obviously there's still work that we're doing on the front end to have sales come in 24/7. But this more passive approach where you're not live coaching, live launching, having a Facebook group, a lot of honestly the big objections that I hear from people all the time, and there's a way to make it work. And you came to me and you said that. I said, no problem, let's shift, let's do this, let's do this. And so walk us through what this has looked like for you running both a successful private practice and a successful coaching business in the way that you want to do it on your own terms.
Absolutely. Um, one big change I made when I signed up for your program at the start of the year was changing my work hours. So I did put some boundaries around that to work. I do Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 to 6, Fridays 6 to 11. I think there's like 26 or something open slots, uh, for clients a week, uh, so that I can still maintain my, my private practice and see my one-to-one clients. But I wanted to devote Mondays and Wednesdays and Friday afternoons to completing your program, doing the assignments in Slack and, and watching the videos. So that is one really tangible thing. And I actually signed up for your program with the intention of creating the big group coaching thing, the live group coaching thing. That was what the book had said. I signed up for it and as it got a little closer and closer, I was like, I wanna maintain what I'm doing with my one-on-one clients. I love working with people one-on-one. I just love like just the personal touch of it, the personal stories. But I think also unique for me working with couples, I didn't wanna lose that dynamic between the spouses and the couple. I, I know when you're working with clients one-on-one, maybe for anxiety or depression or this, but when you're working with a couple, there's like a third party in the room. There's like a third guest in the room, right? That is the dynamic between the two. And I was worried about losing that. with like the live group coaching program. And I, so my way of preserving that was, hey, I still wanna be able to see my people one-on-one and I wanna do things more passively. If I'm being really honest, it was getting overwhelming to me to think about like, oh gosh, Facebook, I run a Facebook group. I gotta post in there too. I struggle to post just in general on Instagram. So posting somewhere else was getting overwhelming to me. The live, you know, lessons, like going live and all those things and, and calls. Like I knew again, working with couples, that calls were probably gonna have to be at like 8:00 PM at night. After kids go to bed, I'm in bed by 8 PM at night. I don't want to be on a call at 8 PM at night. Um, and so I was nervous to reach out to you honestly initially at first to be like, hey, I kind of want to like backpedal on this thing we're building. I have an online course. I have funnels in place. What can we do to make this work? And I was so reassured by your message when you, when you responded back to me and said, we can, we can make anything work. What works for you? And what do you want to do? And one, that was just so nice and reassuring, but two, it was such like a, it felt so personal, you know, it felt like a personal touch. I didn't have to fit into your box of, well, this is what Carly does and this is what Carly teaches, so I have to conform into that. It felt very opposite. It felt, wow, like Carly's gonna take the time to conform to me and put a personal touch on what I want to build and what I'm trying to do. So I love that there are options that I can build something passive, and that is a huge piece of why I'm able to maintain. Both. I mean, three really, more than both. I have private practice, coaching business, and yes, as an extension of the coaching business, right, like the, the passive income streams, the funnels and the courses. So it's a juggling act over here, but you've really made it possible, doable, and made me just believe I can do it. On top of that, there's been a huge mindset shift, which is probably a whole nother question.
But I mean, just so proud of you for even deciding that this is what I want and sticking up for yourself and sending that message in the first place. Because the cool thing about your coaching business is you make the rules and it has to fit into your life, right? The whole reason we're doing this is to impact more lives, have more freedom, have more flexibility and security. We can't sacrifice those things and Although yes, there's always maybe some weekends or, you know, you just spent re-recording your webinar or some later nights or whatever the case is. You know, I'm not trying to sugarcoat that this isn't work up front. So there will always be a little bit of sacrifice, but the long-term sustainability of your business, it needs to fit into your lifestyle. It needs to make sense for you. And so kudos. For, you know, bringing that to me in the first place. And just goes to show to everybody listening, you can do this a million different ways. I'm not the cookie cutter coach who is like, do it my way and this what's worked for me and copy and paste my systems into yours. If you wanna do that, cool. I give you everything to copy and paste, right? But also we can customize this into, like I said, what feels good for you. The mindset is totally another question that I would love to just I wanna just dive into for a second because this isn't rainbows and butterflies and you have spent a lot of time and energy and effort building both your private practice and this coaching business. If you could give anybody listening a piece of advice, I know that's a super loaded question, but what would that be just from a mindset perspective of what it takes to be successful in this space?
I think it takes grit. And I think you, you have to stick with it. You have to be consistent, which is also something I struggle with. But I definitely, after we launched the course the first time in 2024, like I said, we had a great launch, but then after that, not much was happening. And I'm sure a lot of people listening to your podcast are also therapists, but I also got stuck into that. I got stuck in that belief cycle of like, this doesn't work and this isn't working. And then the more I believed that, the less I really tried to make it work and the less confidence I had in even talking about my product, posting about my product. And so I was really stuck in this vicious cycle of like believing my course isn't working, passive income isn't working, funnels aren't working, which made me not do the things that would make those things work, which then only reinforced forced my belief, right? And I'd say like, oh, see, it doesn't work. See, this doesn't work. See, that doesn't work. Um, and so I really came into your program with just a renewed spirit and energy, uh, that there's more than one way to, to make this work, right? And that there's a million tweaks you can make, there's changes you can make all over the place, and there's not just one path to the end goal. And you just spoke to it, like, you get that and you see that. And so you take a unique approach with each of your clients to help them on their unique path to their end goal. And, and that's what you're helping, helping me do. Uh, so yeah, my, my advice would be like grit and being open-minded, uh, that there's probably a different way that we can try. And it's not just like, well, this A, B, and C didn't work, so we're gonna not do, you know, X, Y, and Z. Um, we can always look at it. So be open-minded and be determined.
Roll up your sleeves. Grit. I love it. It's so true, and it is what it takes. And it's so funny hearing the things that you struggle with, such as even posting on social media, or you said something else that you were struggling with, and I'm sitting here thinking my head—
consistency.
Consistency. I'm like, what, you struggle with that? Because every single Wednesday you're like, it's Wednesday, I'm in I'm in your Slack at 6:00 AM. Let's go, let's do some coaching.
I was—
Jenna's freaking consistent. She posts on social media. I mean, I can rely on you to be consistent. So this also goes to show the mindset of maybe being a lot harder on yourself and being your own worst critic and your own worst enemy. And you may think it's not working, or you may not think that you're as consistent as you could be because you have these higher expectations, or it's not working as well as you want it to yet, but it is. And there's evidence that it is working. And we were just talking even off the recording of basically the gold mine that you're sitting on, and then how this is just gonna blow up, and the minor tweaks that we're making in live time and that we've already made. I think we can speak to some of these minor tweaks because everybody is probably curious. I'll name a few and then you piggyback off of that and name a few. I think immediate tweaks that we've made are to your copy, your messaging on your webinar funnel. For example, I audited the whole entire funnel, change this, move this, let's create a more, you know, sexy, compelling headline. Uh, let's just even adjust some of the formatting. Email marketing, I would say, is a huge one. And just moving the clients along in the client journey, even auditing the cadence of how many emails that we're sending, follow-up and DM messages. I mean, you're popular, Jenna. You get a lot of messages. And how many leads are slipping through the cracks, right? And so having a system in place to have more conversations, which will then equal conversions. These are just a few high-level areas. Is there anything else that you would want to add to that? I almost can't even think of all the tweaks that we've made because we've made so many different tweaks and you've been busy, busy, busy over there.
Yes, though, I, the ones you named and a few more, this was something really important to us when we decided to quote relaunch this thing. I really wanted an expert to come in and just look at what we had, pinpoint what was working and not working. And that's exactly what you did and what we, what we needed you to do. And so, and you looked at the data too. You didn't just like assume or throw spaghetti at a wall. You had us send you all of our, you know, webinar click rates and email open rates and all these things. And, and you pinpointed the holes. So yes, we, we re-recorded our webinar. Uh, something we learned was the average watch time was like 27 minutes. The pitch to our program wasn't even occurring until 40, so most people weren't even getting to the pitch. So we re-recorded the webinar to make it shorter and get to the pitch at the 27-minute mark, the previous average watch time. Another one I, that you, that you didn't mention was you had us add like a freebie for people who watch the whole webinar. And I haven't even really got to share this with you yet, but since we've done that, like almost every person who registers, watch, who watches, watches the whole thing.
There we go.
Uh, which that. Yeah, huge. Um, my husband, the, the analyst, was, uh, telling me that yesterday. Uh, so that was a big tweak. And, and really it sounds so simple, but this is something I think your listeners can even do immediately, was sending follow-ups to people who were subscribing to our email list, particularly our challenges. So we have 3 free challenges, a connection challenge, communication challenge, and a habits challenge. And people would sign up, go through the challenge, and yes, directing them to the webinar or a course was sort of threaded in there. Uh, but you had suggested, hey, what happens when they're done with the challenge? And I was kind of like, nothing. And you were like, let's send them an email, like, hey, you finished the challenge. Like, explicitly say, here's what you need to do next, and send them to the next step. And so that was again a simple change, but I think one that's already having and will continue to have a huge impact. We also changed the name of, uh, the bonus, like the fast action bonus that comes with my course, to make it Uh, just it was Christianity Meets Psychology. Now it's the Emotional Health Toolkit. And again, that goes back to the messaging. And maybe I'm on a rabbit trail here, but that messaging doc, I will, I will sing its praises till the end of time because that messaging doc alone was a game changer for me. Alone was worth the investment into your program because it helped me nail down my messaging, which was kind of all over the place before. Like, yes, I had niched down to couples, but there's so much you can talk about with couples. I mean, and I was, I was talking about anything and everything. And you provided us also with market research questions. And again, for your listeners, maybe they can steal this strategy. I put it on my stories. I, I made a slide for each one of the market research questions with a question box so that people could type their answers in the question box. The very first slide I said, I'll be doing a $30 Venmo giveaway to one person who answers all of the questions. And I had 60 people answer all of the questions and we got We got so much great information that you and I, Carly, were able to use to pinpoint the messaging and really, really narrow down helping couples communicate, connect, and, uh, build godly habits. And so, yeah, and then that's where the freebies come from, right? Communicate, communication, connection habits. Um, so everything just felt like it was a spiderweb knitted together instead of like pieces of spaghetti all over the wall. So, um, thank you, thank you for that messaging talk and market research questions. Yeah.
It's such a good way to describe it. And it's so true. We don't have to guess. Why are we guessing? Let's just ask our people. And market research never ends as well. That core messaging doc is the foundation of your brand, your content pillars. I mean, that's going to take you to millions and multiple millions, that one doc. It is the foundation of your business. So thank you for even recognizing the importance in that spending the time because it is going to make or break, you know, the success. When people skip past their messaging, when other business mentors tell them it's, it's good enough, let's move on. And don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of the 80/20 rule where it is good enough, it's not perfect, and we move on. But niching, core messaging, it's not something that we can just just take a hop and a skip over. It really needs to be looked at with a fine-tooth comb. I'd love to actually talk about other mentorship because you mentioned this earlier on in our conversation. A few years ago, you were in a different mentorship program, and you've highlighted some of the success and the work that we've been able to do together. But do you want to expand on how this experience has been different being in other mentorship programs or possibly even DIYing it before or after those mentorship programs. And then also now being inside the Coach Intensive. And then you have the Carly in your pocket as well. So that's why I'm in your Slack channel 24/7. And when it's Wednesday, you're like, here we go, Carly, I'm on, I'm ready. And we're bantering back and forth in live time. Really getting stuff done.
Yeah, so I guess I did do a different, uh, coach mentorship program 2 years ago, so like around the same time of the year, but in 2024. And this coach was helpful in helping me, uh, create our signature course, launch it, set up the deadline funnels. But I think what was missing really— I mean, probably a couple things— the personal touch, absolutely. Uh, this was set up a little bit differently, so it was kind of like a cohort situation where we'd be group calls, like the 10 of us moved through this cohort together. And so that was a little bit different. Um, but I honestly, like, if I'm just gonna be really honest right now, I did not feel very celebrated or supported in that program. Did I get the technical answers to my questions? Yes. But was I supported? Were my achievements celebrated? No, um, I had a very successful launch during that program. Um, this coach also has a podcast that I was never invited to be on or talk about, and I believe that was because of my religious identity, like being a Christian, and because what I spoke about. And that's okay, like this person doesn't share that with me, and that's okay, and maybe they didn't want that on their platform, but it did make me feel like I was excluded. And with you, Carly, I don't, I don't even know if you share my religious beliefs or not, and I don't, I don't need to know, but it doesn't matter with you. And I feel that, like, whether or not you agree with things I teach or share or say, like, you still want to celebrate me, support me. You want to understand how I can best help my clients, and you understand the population that I help, even if it's not your population. And so thank you. Even just having me here, like, I really can't tell you, when I was invited to be on the podcast, like, I really almost cried because I was just like, wow, like this person actually sees me, like sees me as an individual, doesn't just see like maybe the numbers or my follower count or my sales or any of that, but this person sees like what I'm doing behind the scenes and they appreciate it, you know, because I worked really, really hard in that cohort too. And I don't know that that was noticed, seen, or appreciated either, but you're always very appreciative of the things that I do. And when you recommend that I do them and you, you celebrate every little win I have, small or big. And again, even just having me here to even just speak about something like Christianity, even though I know the podcast isn't about that, is just really cool. So I love that you're just, just open-minded to work with a bunch of different people.
Yeah. And you deserve to be celebrated. I, you're absolutely killing it and you, I invited you to celebrate in the client group as well and share on a more, you know, micro level what's really working for you day in, day out, because I do see you as a leader in this space. And I think this is a unique, you know, conversation that we're having right now in mentorship differentiation, because you could go in and you could get exactly what you paid for, but if the energy isn't there it will make a difference. And I, I noticed all of the wins that you were sharing when you came inside of mentorship, and how you said so many times that you've never felt more aligned. I would like to think that that was because the energy, the hype— you were being celebrated, you were being seen. Like, you were quite literally an energetic match for all of these wins that were coming into your life and the opportunities that were coming into your life, because this energetic exchange with me and the other coaches in the program and the other clients and being celebrated. It just was all there, right? And I think this is a beautiful segue to just— let's share and riff what you do. And you do such amazing work, and you've been doing it for so long. Your husband is involved. Can you just tell us more about your work?
Yeah, absolutely. So my work is inspired really by our personal story. Uh, my husband and I were married in 2015. The first 4 to 5 years of our marriage were really rough. Just, you know, my husband struggled with anger, addiction, some other things. Um, I had my own issues with anxiety and depression, and neither one of us really knew how to be married. Neither one of us had great models of marriage growing up. Um, we didn't really know how to repair from conflict. We did not communicate well. We felt, um, just kind of distant from each other. We had different priorities, especially spiritually. I was like the spiritual leader of our home. Um, I was kind of like dragging him to church and dragging him to small groups and things like that. And eventually after like 4 or 5 years of that, I just grew exhausted and kind of joined him on like the, mm, why try sort of train. And then of course, with neither of us trying, things really unraveled. I'm being very vulnerable here, but it's all on my stories, everybody can know I eventually had an affair. And that was really the rock bottom of our marriage. So it was like, okay, we're either gonna both go into this all in, or we're going to get divorced. And so we went all in. And we we did all the things. We went to therapy, but a big piece, piece of that was going back to church, um, and spirituality. Jesus— I mean, we have to give glory to God for like the miracle he really did in our marriage. And that's why it's so important to me to incorporate Christianity into marriage work and to pray for couples and to just help them see how living by God's design for marriage just makes life and marriage so much better. And that was really my passion and inspiration to create my private practice called Christian millennial marriages. And that's what we do. So we basically take our story, our testimony, and God has just really used that to bring hope to other couples. And not just hope, but also give them a framework for how they can make their marriage better. So with Carly's help, I have now coined that the Heart Marriage Method, uh, which is really the 4 steps. Basically, my— everybody would ask me and my husband, but how did you actually do it? What did you actually do? How did you turn your marriage around? How did you guys save marriage? And it was such like a broad answer, it would be so hard to answer. But we boiled it down, we really looked back and said, what did you and I actually do to turn our marriage around? And we put it into these 4 steps that is now called the Heart Marriage Method. So we teach the Heart Marriage Method inside of our online course, Christian Marriage Academy. And basically, it helps couples, they helps them heal as individuals, align spiritually, so they understand the responsibilities of a godly husband, godly wife, the role of prayer, Repair relationally, that's where I teach them communication skills, connection skills. That's where all of my work as a therapist really comes into play. And then transform daily, which is where they learn the daily habits. So we equip couples with 4 steps to restore communication and connection. And it's the same 4 steps that we used to repair our marriage. And our marriage is in the bottom of the pit. So I always say like, if him and I could use these 4 steps to save our mess of a marriage, you know, I do truly believe that they can and will work for everyone because doing marriage God's way way never ends in divorce.
I love this, and you can hear how passionate you are in explaining this because it is so close to your heart and this is your lived experience. And I would say 90% of us are our own ideal clients. We had to walk ourselves through something, and now in hindsight, that all happened for a reason, and it led you to where you are today and all of the lives that you're impacting. It's just It's kind of a beautiful mess of a story, and it just all makes sense, right? You have a podcast as well. You're absolutely gonna write a book on this Heart Marriage Method as well. We're putting that into existence.
Yes.
So where can everybody find you? You're most active on Instagram, right? And I'll include all of this in the show notes, but anybody who wants to connect with you, whether that be for therapy or coaching, or they just wanna lurk how awesome you are in your content and what you've created, where's the best place?
Yeah, so on Instagram we are Christian Millennial Marriages. Our website is also christianmillennialmarriages.com. We have a webinar on there where you can learn the Heart Marriage Method for free. We do have a brand new YouTube and podcast we're starting. It's called Done in Love. Um, that's inspired by the Bible, let all that you do be done in love. And it's kind of a little bit of a play on words cuz it's like, yes, let all that you do be done in love. But hey, like rather than like done in love, like I'm done in love, done with my marriage, done with whatever, like, hey, there's another way to do things. And so we teach you how to do all things in love.
