The Energetics of Sales: How To Create Wealth and Real Impact with Cynthia Stant
7 Jul 2025 · 61 min
In this interview, Cynthia Stant shares how she transforms sales into a service‑oriented, energetic practice. She begins with a childhood story about turning chores into a game, illustrating how gamification creates focus, fun, and momentum. She then recounts a pool‑side flash sale where she sent 100 direct messages in 45 minutes and generated $18,000, showing how aligning with a high‑vibration mindset and knowing her audience can produce rapid revenue. Cynthia critiques the common sales approach of listing multiple price tiers and transactional language, arguing that sales should be about serving the client’s best result, not about money. She explains how to handle “no” statements, the importance of saying no to unfit prospects, and how boundaries attract ideal clients. The conversation moves to shifting from scarcity to abundance, using daily personal connections to uncover real needs, and translating intuitive insights into scalable systems and offers. Cynthia emphasizes embodied confidence, clear communication, and the power of vibration in pitching. The episode closes with practical advice: start each day by talking to people, listen for common pain points, and instantly create service offers. Listeners are directed to Cynthia’s Facebook, Instagram, and her podcast “Inner Feminine Beasts” for further resources.

Needy. Needy is not sexy. It's just like dating, right? Like, when you're, like, hungry and thirsty and chasing someone, it repels them. It's about owning who you are and understanding that. It's not performing or pressure. It's just your presence. In order to earn money, you have to earn trust. And earning trust is done in different ways, but it's come being yourself, being authentic, and serving others and being real. But when you are willing to do what other people aren't willing to do, you get to live the life that other people don't get to live. Pain is actually, when you're going through it, the shittiest thing ever. But almost every time that you move beyond it, you realize it's the most beautiful gift. Sales is not about the money. It's about being of service. Don't think about numbers and pitching and all the different things and how do you sound? It's like, literally, just think, what's the best way I can serve this person?
Welcome to Rise, Shine, and Redefine, the podcast where entrepreneurship meets purpose. I'm Karen Meininger, and I'll help you create an authentic and powerful business. Let's dive in.
Hi.
Welcome back to the Rise, Shine, and Redefine podcast. I'm Karen Meininger, and I am here with the beautiful Cynthia Stant. I am so excited to have you on my show. She is my mentor, she is my muse. She just creates magic in my life every single day. And I'm just so happy to have you on the show. Thank you for being here. Thank you. Why don't you share with us?
I am pumped to be here. I'm so proud of you. We thought of this, we dreamt this podcast, and here it is in fruition, and I'm on the show, so I'm just so honored. Thank you for having me. Yeah. So what do I do? I live, breathe, be all about sales. I'm a woman who's obsessed with sales. And if you're someone who's like, nope, go into the next episode. Hear me out, Sales.
Just listen for five minutes.
Okay, Give me a second. Really and truly, whether you are somebody who owns a business or you are in sales, no matter what, even if you're not, you're selling. If you work with people, you're selling. Why are you chosen to have that promotion? How do you find your partner in life? You're selling. And so I really just believe sales is so important because for a lot of us who are business owners, we have these gifts that we want to share with the world. Like so many of my clients are the best coaches, the best mentors, the best consultants out there, service based businesses. But if you don't have clients to actually coach or to serve, well, then that's an issue. So I love teaching sales because it's really how I live my life purpose. But I'm here to get you paid. And so what I do is I'm a sales consultant, I'm a business coach and I help women to achieve six seven year businesses through social media, social selling, podcasting and hosting events. And I also train corporate teams and that's men and women when I go visit them. So.
Yeah, and not only do you do all of that, you help your clients like me get out of their own way. Yeah, right. And it's like, go do the thing. It's less thinking, more doing. Like, let's not like harp on all the things and let's get yourself out there. And because of you, I. I've had networking events. I've created five figure sales.
Yeah, you did. Right here. Hell yeah. I mean, and how did you do it?
No sales call, no sales in a dm. Cynthia is magical in the dm. She is a magical unicorn and teaches her clients all the ways and it is so beautiful. So besides just actual like scripts and sales and like, okay, here's what you say. Don't, don't get me wrong, we all need those because I do too. But it's like who you are or who you be when you're selling. How are you showing up in your life? How are you showing up with your client? Are you focusing on pain points? Are you like, I believe in you, I have the dream. I see what you're capable of. What's some way that energetically we can tap into being that best version of ourselves so that we can create the sale as service and not as like salesy scam.
Yeah, yeah. How long do you have today? I mean, yeah, no, you know, it's funny just to talk really quick about the first thing that you said and then we'll get into the energetics of sales. But you're saying like, because working with Cynthia now I'm hosting the events now I'm actually in the DMS now I'm doing all these things. I started the podcast. I have learned early on and actually one of the top questions I get asked on podcasts is like, Cynthia, what do you feel is like the number one important trait for any CEO, CEO entrepreneur to be really successful. And I always say it's one imperfect action and two, being able to pivot. It's all about motion, because what goes in motion stays in motion. And so what's really cool is, you know, I created a multiple six figure company in less than six months, starting my business within year two, it was seven figures. I've done over $5 million just in the DMs. I host events where women come from all over the world. As far as Germany, we have seven eight figure women coming. And it's such an honor. And each one of these, you know, I do completely on my own. I like doing. I don't need a big team. I keep things really simple and I really just enjoy doing what feels aligned for me. But people ask, like, how do you do this? How does this happen? And honestly, although I went to school for business, degree in marketing, minor in advertising, I started sales when I was 22 years old as the youngest woman in the world. As an executive, you know, and working for Jim Beam and managing a team of 85 people, what I realized is it's not just what we do. I can give you all the strategies, like you said. Sure. If you like scripts. Is that your thing? Sure. If you want to launch, great. If you want to have the podcast that converts, awesome. But what it's really about, it's not what you do, it's who you are. And so I think what really shift and what helps me to be as successful as I am in sales and what helps my clients is the fact that I went to the College of Metaphysical Studies as well. So I invest a lot into mentorship. I hope my husband's not listening right now, but hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands and people always are like, who's your business coach? Honestly, I don't know what it is. We all have our gifts. I've never actually really had a business coach because business is just what I get. People always ask me, how'd you come up with that? I'm like, I don't know. It's kind of like my zone genius. But who do I hire? I hire mentors for spirituality, metaphysics, mindsets, energetics. Because when you are growing at the rate that I am in the way, the rate that I want to, you need somebody who can support you. And especially when you are a leader for other people. Like, you need someone to lean on yourself because holding the weight of so many clients and their dreams and their investments and honestly, their purposes, it takes a lot on you. So I am constantly learning in metaphysics and energy and understanding universal laws and concepts. And just because you can't see something, doesn't mean it's not there. And so what we need to realize is when it comes to sales, and you've even said this yourself with me, which is really cool. So when Karen and I met, she came to one of my in person events and we met for 24 hours. She kind of saw me do my big presentation, we broke bread together, we did a photo shoot together and. And by the end of it, you were all in painful. Wanting to invest as one of my private clients. 24 hours is all it took to do a multiple five multiple, multiple, multiple, five figure investment.
I mean, it was really less. I was in like after an hour.
Yeah, right. Because like. And what you said to me is priceless. Because I want your audience to hear this, Cynthia. Like, it wasn't anything of what you said. And what you said was great. But when I plugged into your power, I saw my potential. I saw someone living a life that I want to live. I saw somebody who wasn't just talking the talk, but truly walking the walk. And I wanted more. And I knew that you would help me. Hyperspeed. It is true. When you plug in, I always say money is the energy of commitment. When you invest, you are showing that you're committed. And that's why it's important to charge what you're worth. Because if not, people aren't going to commit. And if people don't commit, then they don't, you know, get results. And if people don't get results, what happens? Well, we don't get testimonials. And testimonials create validation. Validation creates demand. But also the whole reason you're doing it is to get results because that's why you want to. This is like literally your purpose. And so just like that, you said it wasn't what you had to say, it was who you are. So what I'm really big on, and we can talk about all the different ways, is that when it comes to sales, one, it's truly about being of service. It's taking the money out of it and thinking about how can I get my person the best result. Two, it's really about understanding who you are. So you're not here to convince people. Needy. Needy is not sexy. It's just like dating, right? Like when you're like hungry and thirsty and chasing someone, it repels them. It's about owning who you are and understanding that it's not performing or pressure, it's just your presence. When you know who you are and you're Confident the you are and what you offer and how you serve people. And you're really intentional about that. What happens is other people witness it too. It creates curiosity, it creates magnetism and lets other people lean in. And so that's what I'm all about, is I can teach you the strategy. And that's what happens. All my clients come to me. You're the sales queen. Teach me the sales. I'm like, first, yeah, we gotta dive into embodiment, energetics, mindset, the spiritual aspects of it. Because if we don't do that, everything is all for not. Because if you're not the woman who can actually attract, hold, and maintain the amount of wealth and the amount of people you want to serve, it's not going to work. Not going to screw you over like that. Because your success is my reputation. So we got to make sure it works. Yeah.
And I think when you. When you're investing it, you have skin in the game. And it's like, okay, I'm ready. Like, you're. You're showing the universe. Okay, I'm ready to trust myself and believe enough in myself to make this commitment with this kind of investment. And you start moving the needle a lot differently when you have a bigger investment. And another question that I started asking myself, and I'm going to ask you this too. Who are you without your business? Right. What would you be doing if you weren't selling? So for me, it's like, if I take away the podcast, I can't do the podcast. I can't coach. I can't read personal growth books. I don't know. I would do that with or without any money. Right. Like, for me, it's like, it doesn't. Yes, getting paid is really important because you need to live. But it's also like, are you doing what you love? Are you. Would you do it for free? And I feel like when I ask myself that question, and I'm like, I would do this for free all day, every day. It's like, you know, you're living in alignment with who you are.
Yeah.
So I ask you, if we take away your business, what are you doing?
It's true, right? It's like the old cliche saying, if you do what you love every day, it doesn't feel like work. And I truly feel like I created a life that I love to live, and that's why it's so successful. What I do. Like, I. Like I would be living a life. I did something else. And anything that's a lie is an illusion. It's going to crumble and fall. Like, I'm literally think I'm born to do this. And I get emotional when I like.
Look, we're all about ability, crime.
I don't apologize. I don't apologize for my crying, but do you see? I can literally cry talking about sales. I can cry talking about sales because sales truly saved my life. I found out when I discovered what sales really was. And it helps me to show the potential, like everything I have in my life. And I'm not just talking about Maseratis and vacation homes and, you know, like Disney World passes and all of this. That's great. But really, it's my identity, it's the gift. I have put millions into the hands of women all over the world. I remember I have a client who literally was going through a terrible divorce. Three children under the age of five who had the only $5,000 that she had to invest. That was my first VIP day. That's what they were back then, 5,000. And on that VIP day, we came up with her entire plan and in two months made a hundred thousand dollars in cash and then in one year hit a million. Her second year, too. The fact that she was so scared and so worried to the point where she called me a few months in and said, hey, guess what? Divorce is fine. I took care of everything, by the way. I paid for all my children's college and my house is paid off. I'm like, your kids are in kindergarten. She's like, I know it's done. Like, I. The fact that I've been able to be part of that. And of course she did the work, but it's through my strategies, is through the things that I've channeled from God. It's the fact that I have that much impact on this world because I didn't just help her, I helped her children, who's going to help their families in the future, but all of her clients that paid her are being supported by her services. It's literally like this giant ripple effect. And I do. I get emotional about it because it's like, it's so fucking cool. We're literally like from little boxes that fit in our back pockets, we can reach people all over the world. And that's why I love social media. This is gonna sound crazy. Cause I'll be honest, I'm actually not a huge fan of social media. There's aspects of love of it. I don't like posting every day, so I don't. I don't like being on all the different platforms. So I don't. But what I do love about it is that I actually make social media social people forget. It's called a direct message, which stands for, like, you know, they say DM all the time, but it's direct message. I love going directly to people and having conversations and what's really important for everyone here, if you're tuning in, listening. The one thing you have to know about sales and the energetics of it is you can stay busy. I know you're not. Not doing the things you can say, oh, but I, you know, I post all this time, Cynthia, and I go to all these networking events and I send these many messages or I write this many blogs and I do all these podcasts and do all these things. I really honestly don't care about you being busy. I want to make sure that you're making money because again, that's, that's you serving when you're getting paid. And so people always ask, well, then what should I do? What's the most profit producing thing? The most profit producing thing really is energetics as well. It's. It's connecting to people. Where does money come from?
People.
People, right? And there's always the asshole. It's like trees. I'm like, okay, but then it turns into. By like people, right? Yeah, but, but I'm like, come on now. It's true. It's people. And so the thing is, when you're connecting with people, people, I mean, we all, some of you. When I think of the. They say the word sales. What's the first word that comes to your mind? I don't know why, but it's always S words, right? Some people like spammy, scammy, sleazy. And again, it's that service, guys. It's like, it's the same in the background. It said trees is like. And don't forget slimy. And I'm like, come on now.
Right?
It's. It's not just that. It's. It really is. It's. It's service. It's. It's sexy, it's spiritual. It's. To me, it's the start of my client's success. But the thing when it comes to that is it's because we have to remember a lot of people do have discernment. A lot of people. And you probably have too. I know, I've experienced it when somebody was spammy to you, scammy to you. And so we have to realize in order to sell, it's about building relationships. Because in order to Earn money. You have to earn trust. And earning trust is done in different ways, but it's come from being yourself, being authentic and serving others and just being real. That's a big thing I'm into. And I remember one of my first mentors, she. She said this and when she said it, I was like, what the fuck does she mean? Like, right? She said, cynthia, your brand is a promise experience. I remember being like, huh? I went for a run that day and the whole time like, what is promise experience? I was in the shower and I was like, promise? Like, what is she saying? Like, I don't know why that was so important to me. I was like, I need to figure this out. And. And then I thought about what my favorite brand is. And you know what one of my favorite brands are other than Swarovski. Swarovski. Little shout out. I'm here if you ever want to connect. I love Disney, right? You've been to my events where I hosted at Disney World. I had ladies in a penthouse and we were brainstorming and all the things and masterminding and going out for dinner. It was great. But I think about, why do I love Disney so much? I go and I spend the passes and Disney with breakfast with Mickey and always got to stay at the Grand Floridian. Why am I willing to do that? And I thought about that, why? Because every time I go there, my son, he'll say, mommy, look at this landscaping. It's like world renowned. I'm like, you're damn right, kid. It's just awesome, right? And then every time you go, there's a different experience, like something new exhibit or a new show or some kind of featured something, you know, food and wine festival. And every time I'm like, okay, I want to go back. I want to go back. And why am I willing to invest so much? Because every single time I go, there's a happy smiling face with somebody wearing the most awkward outfit. I feel so bad for the employees there. I'm like, what do they feel like when they pump gas, right? Like, oh my God. But every time there's somebody smiling and they wave to you and what do they always say? They say, have a magical day. Have a magical day, Dammit. I do. Never once has somebody sat there and said to me, have a mediocre day, right? Because I don't. I come back again and again and again and again and invest a ton. Because it is, it's an investment. It builds my happiness, it builds memories. I love it. And it's because it's magical. And so I thought about that. Like, when it comes to my brand and my brand is called Inner Feminine Beast, it sounds cute, but it's not. Why I say came really from my clients saying, cynthia, I love how woo you are and how intuitive you are and how much you care about me, support me and nurture me and love me and want me to rise, but at the same time, you will kick my ass and you'll shake me with love and you'll make me do the work. So it's that feminine with that beast. It's the feminine with the masculinity. But what I thought about is my brand Intervene and Beasts. Although it sounds cute, it's not because it's who I am. I am right here on the show with you and your listeners. Who I am with you behind the scenes or who I am with my husband or who I am with my kids. And because I myself, I really know that that's a big part of my success as well. Because in order to earn money, you have to earn trust. But how do you earn trust if you're not being authentic? How do you earn trust if you're not being real and transparent?
Yeah. And I want to talk a little bit about authenticity because something that I've been learning is, right, I've in the past been in the, I don't want to call it the mindset, but where I felt comparisonitis. And it's like, okay, I'm seeing like where people are and I'm like, oh, I'm not there yet. And then seeing this beautiful branded photos brand, like this beautiful life, right? It's like, okay, we're selling this dream online, but it's like, are you that same person when you're offline and there are people that have come into my, that have come into my world where I perceive them. We were talking about this on the way here, actually, like perception, where I perceive them a certain way. And then like behind, like off camera, they're a completely different person. And it's like your brain is like, wait, what? And so when you're coming from a place of authenticity and who are you online and offline, are they aligned and are you showing up the same way? I believe truly in my heart that is what sells is like being your authentic self, knowing who you are, realizing, right, there's something called the gap and the gain, where it's like, if you're always in the gap, which is, oh, I'm not where I want to be. I'm in comparisonitis. And all the blocks start coming out. The perfectionism, the self doubt, the I'm not good enough, the procrastination, right? All these things start getting in our way because we're comparing ourselves to somebody else who is probably most likely a hot mess behind the scenes also, versus being in the gain of like, well, look how far I've come. Because even for me, even working with you, it's like sometimes I'm like, oh, but I really want to be at this, like, figure, right? This money, money, figure. And then it's like, wait a minute, look at all the things that I've done. And then you start building the momentum, right? Because momentum builds momentum. And then when you start leaning into the things that you're afraid of, right? That's how we become courageous and that's how we build confidence. And so with sales, it's not just, okay, here's my script, right?
Like, literally ditch the script. Like, people don't want that. I just don't want to say based off what you said. You know, one thing, this is kind of wild, but your listeners will understand this. We're all energetic bodies before we are physical bodies. And if you don't understand that when you don't address your energetic body, you wash your face every day, you brush your teeth every day. If you're not cleansing your energy, well, things can become suppressed. And if you're not being honest with yourself and you are living a lie, it can show up what starts your energetic into your physical. This is a weird fact, but I have worked with many, many celebrity coaches and consultants, and we're talking about eight figure women whose podcast you probably listen to. And I have noticed with a lot of them, the ones that will be one way on the show or on screen or with their people and completely different behind the scenes, there's this commonality where a lot of them have throat issues. They all have, like, throat therapists and they say, oh, I just talk so much because I'm on the podcast. I have. My podcast is number one for women in sales. I have over 300 episodes. I talk a lot. And then I coach all the private clients and do lives all the time and host events. I don't have a throat issue. They can say it's oh because they talk so much. But the truth is, is that they're not speaking their truth. And your throat chakra is associated with your truth, you being able to speak that clearly. And if you're not, you know, it has issues. And so I've noticed that. And it's It's a real thing. So what happens is if you can't hide from it. And also, too, every single person here is a spiritual being having a human experience, whether they are really knowledgeable and aware of their spiritual gifts. You can still smell fishy. Like people. You ever just like, watch somebody and she seems so perfect and seems so right, but it's just like something's off. It's because it is. Don't doubt that.
Vibes don't lie.
Vibes don't lie, girl. Vibes don't lie. Exactly.
Yeah.
And the other thing too is when it comes to other people, and I mean, social media guys, like, everybody's filtered and sitting with duck lips on a Ferrari, you know, like, it's like, mine.
Was a Lego Lamborghini or. No, it was a Ferrari, a Legoland. I was like, oh, here's my Ferrari.
I love that. Well, here what is. What I know is, like, it's really true. I look at life like it's a highway. And you know what pisses me off? I. I live down here in Florida, right? We're neighbors, which I love. And I'm originally from Delaware. So those of you who don't know, that's like outside of Philly, right? It's the first state. But people are like, where's Delaware? So it's like a 13 hour drive. And I've done that drive so many times. But I just hate when you're on i95 and you're stuck in traffic for three hours and you realize the reason why is because somebody has a flat tire. Literally, not on the highway you're on, but on the other side. And what's everybody doing? Just breaking their neck. And they're looking, slowing us down. That shit pisses me off. And what happens is. That's really like an analogy. What happens is when you are driving, you have to stay in your lane. And. And every time that you look at somebody else, you literally are just doing yourself a disservice and slowing yourself down. Like, let them do their thing. You don't know what's going on. At the same time, a big issue is people constantly look at the past. They're like, you know, when I started my company, it took off really, really fast. And I remember there was people that I love, people who are really, really close to me. My success so quickly triggered them because maybe that wasn't their story. But I remember they would ask me all the time, like, why do you deserve this? Like, why are you qualified? Why are you qualified? What are Your credentials. And I'd always be like, fuck credentials. I get people results. That's all that matters. Sure, I went to college. Nobody is literally, my degree is still in the paper. Like, okay, if you're a doctor, obviously you need a degree, right? The thing is, like, I went to school for marketing and advertising. I had a flip phone in college. My whole company is run on social media now. It doesn't do anything. People don't care about that. A lot of times we look at our past and you have to realize the past doesn't exist anymore. And right now, all the things you did in the past, the way that you thought, the way that you feel, the way that you act, got you to where you're at right now. Right now is all you have literally the present, right? It's a gift. You have to do things differently. And so a lot of times going back to driving, you know, if you look at other people's lanes, you're gonna crash or slow down, or if you look in the rearview mirror while you're going on 95, you're gonna crash as well. You really just got to stay focused and know that every day counts and every day matters and just keep your eye on the prize. Like, if you hit the little bump, you can throw your hands up and panic. You're going to land in a ditch. You have to just refocus and get back to where you're going. And really, it's all energetics.
Yeah. I love this quote by Byron Katie, and she says, if you argue with reality, you will lose 100% of the time. And so what happens, right, like speaking of staying in your lane and driving, and it's like we start creating stories about our past, right? But the reality is, that's the reality. And you get to choose the story that you create about that past to get you to where you are. You can let the past stop you, right, and hold you back, or you can let it propel you forward. And being like, okay, this was a reality. What is the story that I'm telling myself about this reality in a way that can now be like, okay, I'm going to shift my mindset. I'm going to shift my story on this happening for me versus to me, right, Tony Robbins. And it's like, oh, okay, like, let me stay in my lane. Let me not. Like, actually one of another. One of my mentors, she. I was having this issue with comparisonitis. And it's the same thing with stay in your lane. And I love this analogy. She goes, think of like a horse, like a horse race, and they have those, like, little, like, goggle things on. So it's like the people in front of you or the horses in front of you are there to propel you forward, but you're still staying in your lane while not getting distracted by all the noise and all the things outside of you. It's kind of the same thing. It's like, just stay in that lane and continue to propel forward. Don't let the past hold you back and stay focused.
That's what I'm really big on, is focus. So I think a big misconception that a lot of people believe. And again, a belief is just a thought that you think. And there's a lot of beliefs that we have that are bullshit lies. They're just stories we tell ourselves.
And it's like, it's not the. The thought that hurts us. It's believing the thought that can hurt us or propel us. Right?
But like, there's this whole idea with balance, and people think in order to be really happy and successful that you should have balance and say, bullshit. Right? Like, right. So I need to have the dream body, and I have the perfect relationship, and I need to have a thriving business, and I need to have, you know, be the best parent ever, and I need to go vacation all the time, and I need to have, you know, the perfect work scenario. And okay, sure, I'd love that for you. And to be honest, it's possible you can create it. I feel like I've done pretty well at this, but it wasn't from doing it all at once. That's like me giving you 10 pins to go juggle. I say pins because I think of, like, bowling pins. I guess I can say balls. Have a ball. So, like, give me 10 balls to juggle. And if I gave you 10, you're gonna be like, what the. I hate this. You're gonna drop them and you're going to burn out. You're gon to hate this. If you do a little bit of this and a little bit of this and a little bit of this and a little bit this, you get nothing done.
That's right.
So I really believe. Pick one thing and focus on it. That's like, people ask me, how did you create a top podcast? And I'm like, it's the one thing I did. I didn't show up on YouTube and post all the time here and do all the events at the time. I really just focused on the one thing. And then once you get it, to where you want, then you can add something else. So even if I was going to teach you to juggle, which, again, this is an analogy, I don't actually know how to juggle, but you get the idea. I wouldn't give you two balls. I would start with one. Cynthia, that's so easy. Let me just. I don't want you just to really focus. I want you to be able to look away and be able to toss it back and forth and do all these different things before we add the second ball and then the third, and then work it up to 10. So that's what I really help my clients do, is every one of my clients that come to me, we create a monthly vision board. And I know it sounds a little woo, but come on now, this is how things work. I'm here to help you get paid, and I want you to make money. But you have to understand, money is just a means. Money by itself does nothing for you. In fact, what's crazy is, like, our money is all digital. We don't even see it. When I work online, people aren't handing me cash or sending me checks. It's literally digital. So money is just a means. It's energy. So what do you want to do with the money? I always remind my clients to not add a million things. This is not a year vision board. This is a monthly vision board. And what goes in the middle is your why. For me, that's my sons and my husband, my boys. Why do you put your why there? Because shit's gonna get hard when you get a bunch of no's. What makes you want to keep going? And just so you know, there's a reason why in corporate salespeople get paid the most. It's because they go through the most shit. They get more no's than anybody. They have to be super persistent. You feel like you fail again and again and again and again. But when you are willing to do what other people aren't willing to do, you get to live the life that other people don't get to live. So your why goes in the middle? Because it just reminds you like, you're doing this for a purpose and a reason. So whenever you know it gets hard, what makes you keep going? And then around that is three things that once we get the sale. Because money is a currency. Money loves to play. Money likes to move. Money wants a purpose. So when you are understanding where your money's gonna go, you actually create the circuit of being more open to receive it, which makes sales easier. So when you are focusing on serving and giving, you give to receive. Money actually comes to you quicker when it knows that it can play. It wants to be with people who likes to play. It doesn't like to be stuck. Nobody wants that. You know what Deepak Chopra said this one time, he gave the example, and I love this example. If you filled a bathtub with water and you didn't drain it, you just let it sit, what happens? Gets stale, it gets nasty, it gets toxic. It gets that like pink ring and then the black on top. You have to drain it and then fill it, drain it and then fill it. And I'm not saying to drain your bank account, but I'm saying you want to move money for it to come back in. If you keep holding it, holding it, it becomes toxic. It's just like anything you need to move, your energy, money needs to move. It's the same thing. And so what I do is I have them pick the things that they, when they get the sale that they're going to go and celebrate with. And in the beginning it could be materialistic, right? Like get the car, get the watch, get the vacation, do the thing nice the day. It could be something small, like start getting your nails done. It's wild how many women come to me, I'm like kind of known for my long nails. Come to me with, you know, thinking that's, that's too over the top. I don't need that. To all having the most beautiful nails. By the end of working with me, it's because I realized like I can get this whenever I want. That's the story I was telling myself.
I mean, now I have pork pearls.
You have pearls on yours, right? I love it. No, but it's. Money likes to move. And so it's really understanding that one thing at a time, take care of. So we don't fill the board with like a hundred, we fill with three. But also that's how you, I think how you do one thing is almost always how you do something else. Same thing in your business, don't do all the things because you're gonna burn out, you're not gonna be able to do it. So focus on what's the most important. Depends on what it is. But when you work with me, my job's to get you paid. So we look at the most profit producing activity and the one that's going to make you the happiest, serve the most. And if you're doing both of those, you're gonna get paid the most. And that's how we focus on that. So that's what I mean about understanding the energetics. Not just doing shit to throw something at a wall. It's strategy, but it's backed up with who you are, what you do, and the energetics behind it. Yeah.
And also just taking it even a little bit deeper.
Right.
So money, it's not. It's not the money. It's. We think we want the money, but what it. What we want is the feeling that money gives us, Right? And a lot of times, especially with my clients, it's like, okay, yes, look, I'm on my way to a seven figure business. Like, I want the money. I'm not. And I want it because I want it. And I'm allowed to want it because I want it. I tell my clients, there's no rules. No, you can have a March 32nd. If they are.
I'm already breaking them.
Yeah, if there's a march. If you want a March 32, like, why the fuck not? Like, Right, Whatever. I don't care. Like, we break the rules, we break glass ceilings. It's here. But what is a feeling that you want when you have the million dollar business or $10 million in your bank account, whatever it is for you, right? Everyone's definition of success is very different. But it's like, okay, when I have $10 million in my bank, then I'm going to feel safe, right? And it's always reminding clients or whoever, like, what is the feeling that you want to have, right? It's. It's because money for me is freedom, right? It's like, oh, yeah, I'm free. But it's like, what if I started to feel free now, right? Talking about, like, being the version of you now, because your body's like your subconscious mind, right? So it's like, if we're starting to feel the feeling that the money is going to give us, we're going to collapse the timeline of our reality. So it's like, oh, I feel free. I feel safe in my body. Now your subconscious, which is 95% of your brain, right, Is now projecting this new reality. Like, it's going to collapse faster. Like, that bridge is going to be shorter and we're going to be able to create the dream life or have the $10 million business or whatever the the it is for you, right? It's like, let's insource it into our body first. Because when you're coming from a place of already having it, you're going to show up a lot differently. And sales with Your relationships, like all facets of your life, it's not just gonna be like, oh, I don't.
Yeah, yeah.
It's like, let me be the 10 million dollar business owner now. How am I showing up? What am I doing? And start living your life in that way versus the scarcity mindset. Like, I love the, the bathwater analogy. I actually use it with my clients. It's so good. Like, constantly moving, like, move the money, right? Holding on to it becomes toxic. And how is your relationship with money? Because the way you relate with money is how you're going to relate with your clients, with your husbands or partners, your children, all of it.
So much to say there. So I remember you said a great quote. And my favorite quote, because it served me for so long and it still does, is by Michael Bernard Beckwith. And it says, pain pushes until vision pools. And so what's wild for people is like, you know, we make stories up when we see people like, oh, she must have had to hand it to her. Or, oh, she's so lucky. Or, oh, like, it's because she looks this way or talks like, okay, right. Well, what I always think is like, I care. It's wild because I remember this, but I just don't identify with anymore. It's like, it's like a fake reality that once exists. But I used to be a woman that was bankrupt and I was on food stamps. I had two kids and had 200 in my pocket. And honestly, let's do that. That was seven years ago, which is why it seems it's getting further and further now. But it used to be like three years ago, five years ago, and people just said like, okay, so then what's the deal? How did this happen? It sounds cliche, but it's an absolute truth. One day you just wake up and you decide, that's right. You just choose. And I think what happens is if you pay attention to, like, a lot of really successful people, almost all of them have the story of, like, being at the very bottom or losing it all. And it's because you get so uncomfortable. And it's like pain pushes until vision pulls. Pain is actually, when you're going through it, the shittiest thing ever. But almost every time that you move beyond it, you realize it's the most beautiful gift. Because pain, if you're experiencing pain in your life, whether it's in your business, in your financials, if it's in your relationships, if it's in your health and fitness, if you're experiencing pain, it's Literally telling you, get up and fucking do something. And I ask myself every day, and I ask my clients, who are you? Who do you want to be, and what's the difference? Most importantly, what the fuck are you going to do about it? Like, it's up to you. You just. It's a choice, it's a decision. And when you make a decision, it can't be like, well, I'm gonna try. Like, you know, I. Like, I have. I can't even say the word. Try is like, oh, do or do not. There is no try, right? I suck at Yoda, but that's that. But it's like when you commit and you decide it's jumping out of an airplane. When you jump out of airplane, you can't be like, I changed my mind, right? Like, you're all in, and that's what you have to do. And a lot of us don't go all in because we're enabled, because we have an easy out, because, well, why would I go all in when I'm pretty comfortable here? You can continue being pretty comfortable, but don't say you want this thing and think you're gonna get it. So I think when people say, cynthia, how did you create seven figure business in less than two years of getting fired from your corporate position? I left that part out. But that's what happened, right? Literally, no testimonials, no clients, no experience as an entrepreneur. How did it take off so quickly? It's because I understand metaphysics, and I showed up as a multiple woman. That's right before I even started. I talked like her, I walked like her, I thought like her, I felt like her. I act like her. I created my business model as if, though it was already at seven figures, I started my podcast and going up to celebrity guests like, I was the shit before the show even started. I went up. I had three $50,000 cash days my first year in business because I knew I could serve elite women in business. And so I didn't want to dabble and try and come up with a story about how I need to grow it. I'm like, I'm already her. And so I think what really helped me, like, how'd you go from bankrupt and on food stamps to this person? I swear, I remember I was walking in Barnes and Noble one day and literally had, like, no money, and it was legit, like Harry Potter. This book, like, fell off the bookshelf, like, onto my feet. I was like, am I being punked right now? Like, what's going on? I picked up this book and it was the most like, lame looking cover. It was just tan and it said the Power of Awareness by Neville Goddard. And you know this book because I teach all my clients this book. So if you're listening, congrats, you can literally go look it up as a PDF for free. He's been gone for a long time, but one of the greatest metaphysicians. It's interesting now that I've gone so far into it, it's almost like kind of elementary now. But that book changed my life. Because what he really talks about in the Power Awareness is the law of assumption. And the law of assumption is you assume that you already have what it is now. And it's hard, but this is how this works. You have to realize everything in front of you right now in the physical isn't even real. It's made out of atoms, right? We all know this. Everything's in constant motion. It's not even solid. Our eyes perceive it that way. But your eyes perceive a lot of things that aren't what they are. And so just because it's in front of you, it doesn't mean it's necessarily real. And again, everything that you did in the past got you here. So what you do right now is going to influence despite what's in front of you. And so what he really has you do is how would I talk, how would I feel, how would I be if it was already here? Because now you go into the law of attraction, like attracts like. What people don't know is Law of Attraction so popular, but law of attraction is just a subset law of the universal law of the law of vibration. And basically everything is in constant motion. So everything's constantly changing. Which means if you want something to change, well, you have to be the change you wish to see. And so right here, right now, you can make a choice to commit and to decide and to literally let the old version of you die. And you can create this new version. Because, you know, Picasso always says, if you can imagine it, it's real. Of course you can. Of course it's real. How else are you experiencing it? Disney always says, if you can dream it, you can do it. Bob Proctor said, if you can see in your mind, you can hold in your hand like, guys, do you not realize the greatest minds are onto something? When something comes to the physical, it's the last phase of manifestation. It starts in the spiritual, comes into the mental. What happens though, is when we get an idea and we come up with a thought, we get a Dream. We have an inspiration. We get so lit by it, we're like, oh, my God, I am so pumped. I can do this. It'd be great. You feel your whole body light up. Everybody here has experienced that feeling. But then what happens next? Oh, but how. But where would the money come from? Who would buy this? Am I pretty enough? Am I skinny enough?
It gets really loud, really fast.
But the thing is, you said to yourself, oh, my God, I created this amazing idea. No, you didn't. Nothing's created, nothing's destroyed. If something comes into your mind, you're actually in the second phase of manifesting. It came from the spiritual realm, where the spiritual realm is like a sea of possibilities. It's an ocean of potentiality. Everything exists. Like your beautiful brain, as smart as you are, can't even fathom what happens up there, because it's everything. So if you're somebody who knows how to tap into the spiritual, and this is what I teach my clients through meditation. When you meditate, what you're doing is really the art of nothing. It's learning how to control your thoughts. So your thoughts don't control you. Just getting quiet. You're asking, asking, asking, but are you quiet enough to receive the answers? How you do that is through meditating. And you raise your frequency to go past the physical, past the mental, and play, literally frolic in the spiritual. But then what happens is you start getting ideas, and then they come more and more and more and more. But instead of feeding it to the doubt, you have to protect it. It's really like planting a seed. You have to put up a fence so pests don't get in. Whether that's haters or whether that's yourself in the doubt, you have to water it. You have to nurture it. When a woman becomes pregnant, the baby doesn't come like this. It takes nine months, and it's in a safe womb, a sacred space. You have to create space for it.
And just. I want to say something to just believing in miracles, too, right? Because think about it like we have boys. We grew penises in our body. Like, what?
Yeah. And you didn't think when you did it, right? We're not like, you're like, grow baby.
Penis or, how am I going to grow?
By doing a good job. That's the other thing, right? So every time you're like, is it working? Is it working? Is it working? You dig up the seed, what happens? You kill it. You hurt it. It's like having an oven that you're baking, right? Like Baking in the oven. If you keep opening it, the heat goes out.
Yeah, yeah.
As an, as a woman, we literally give life. Like souls come through our body. We bring things from the non physical to the physical and we do without thinking. But for some reason, when you're creating and giving birth to your dreams, you think it has to be really hard. And you're like, how? How? But every time you do it, you're killing it. So you just have to understand it's already done. When my clients say, I'm trying, I'm like, no, the fuck you're not. They're like, okay, well I will. I'm like, no. If you say you will be, you always will be. Just will being. It's done, it's done in my mind. I can see it and I see it as done. I protect it, I hold it, and I show up every day as a woman who's already has it done. So even if there's things you have to do, you do in the energy of. But of course, that's like, I love to say this, and this is kind of like what we say in the interfemes community, but when somebody gets a big win the very first time they come in, right away they get a big 15k sale. You know, after 5 months of not having any sales, like, it was wild. It was crazy. It was like amazing. It came out of nowhere and we all sit there and giggle. We say, but of course, like, this is our normal. Because when you understand, like. But I've been doing all strategies forever. Why is it working now? It's because now you're being the woman who actually has it.
Can hold it.
Yes. Like, it's all energetics. So I'll teach you the sales strategies. And the thing is too, I think the big issue is a lot of companies or coaches, they have a system that worked for them and then they teach it to have other people replicate and they teach a system. There's an issue with that because if 50% of your clients are getting results, that's a problem. My, again, my clients results are my reputation. Their success is my success. So I, after working with so many different people, realized that was their client's results. I'm like, well, what works? What doesn't? What am I going to do differently? I'm going to create a program, a company where everybody can get results because there's not one way. So if you want to make money through podcasting, I got you. If you want to be in the DMs, I got you. Maybe you're somebody. I don't mean a poo poo. Sales calls. I haven't had one in three years. But if you love your sales call calls, like, let me help you. I've had thousands of them. If you want to do in person events, I got you. If you're somebody who wants to post on social media, I literally have made 10k sales in my sleep, through my stories with no calls, no DMs. I got you. But I'm not going to teach you all the things. It's like a chef, like, what recipe do you want to make? Right. I always think of Cosmopolitan when I was young. It's like, what is your favorite color nail polish for the fall? And it's like, how do you find out? You go down the tree. Do you like walks on the beach or do you like to go kayaking? The things. And at the bottom you get your own result. That's how I built my business, is because I care about every single client's result. And so you have to do what feels good for you. And every time, actually you had a guest on the show. Mokosi. Mokosi is one of my best friends. She was a guest on my podcast. She came to my events. She ended up becoming a VIP client of mine. And then we just really grown. But she's what I refer to as my business bestie because we talk every single, every single fucking day. And she said something to me one time and she's like, I gotta go do this thing. She's like, why? Like, because I should get it done. You should. And I realize I'm shitting on myself. Right? And I honestly know this to be true. This is so important. I don't do anything anymore that I feel like I should now. There are things you have to do that maybe not light you up. But what's most important is if you have to do those things to be in the right energy, it. So for instance, you want to, you know, build your social media on sales. Excuse me? All your sales on social media. Well, then you're gonna have to post. But I don't like posting. You're gonna have to post. But here's the thing.
Well, then you're in the wrong business.
Right? No, but I'm saying so. Like, for instance, you know, I've sent so many DMS, and although I love to connect with people in DMs, it can be a little, I'll say, you know, what's the word? Tactical. Kind of not the most fun thing in the world, but I realized after teaching, I'm not kidding, thousands of entrepreneurs how to dm. There are people who come up to me like, yeah. I'm like, what? They're like, I sent a thousand dms the way that you told me, and it's not working. This is so annoying. And I'm like, did you send it like that? Because I guarantee if you send it like that, people are receiving it and they're like, oh, this feels so icky. This person's annoying. Like, they'll feel that what you put out there is what you get back. So every single thing. This is really important. Every single thing I do always is intentional because I'm the cause that creates the effect. I go first and everything responds again. Nothing's happening to me. Just like you said to me. I'm not a damsel in fucking distress. Like, I am divine. I'm a child of God. I live in the creator of my universe. I'm made in the image of the creator I'm meant to create. I own all of this. I claim what I want. And I. And so when I do something, I'm always looking for a return on my time, my energy, and my money.
Yeah.
And so I think, like, if I'm going to do something, you have to be in the right energy. What you put out is what you'll get back.
I think this. I learned this mindset hack about, like, thinking of things. I remember you sharing about social media. One day. It, like, slapped you in the face.
Oh, God, it did.
Oh, yeah. Like, oh, wait. Social media is like this free platform for me to connect to. And I've made $5 million because. Or more whatever from social media. And it's like. It's like this. What are the things that you hate doing? Right? Like, before I met you, I'm like, sales. Oh, my God. No, but it's like, okay, let's turn the thing that we actually hate and just. And how can we love it, right? And when you start shifting it, it's like showing up in the DM from an energy of like, oh, I hate that I'm doing this. Versus, wait, how can I love this? How can I show up and love that I'm in the dm? I get to talk to the stranger because of social media. And you start shifting the energy of how you're looking at it, things are going to start to blossom and manifest in the way that you want it to versus being like. It's like, instead of the. I have to. I get to. Oh, I get to talk to People.
Yeah. I have two things I want to share, so I'm just going to. I'm just going to go there because. So I've learned to fall in love with things I hate.
Yeah.
And, like, because I just realized nothing's good, nothing's bad. It is what I say it is. And so I can change anything I want through my perception. And so I have this story where my sister, she's a lot older than I am. She's like seven years older. And so when I was younger, I just idolized her. I thought she was so cool and so pretty, and she wanted nothing to fucking do with. With me. Right. And I don't know why, but we were such slobs, I guess. Young girls, you know.
Yeah.
My mom would come home every Friday and just be like, damn it, girls like your room. Like, they're so bad. Don't think you're gonna do anything this weekend unless you're gonna, like, clean it. And I remember my sister, it's funny, she has three masters and a doctorate in education. She's like a principal of some school and all this. Like, she's like, always wanted to be a teacher. And so I don't know why, but I guess we had a chalkboard or a whiteboard or something, and she put it in the hallway and in between our rooms. And she said, we're going to make a game out of cleaning our rooms. And so she wrote down from start to end all the things, the steps it would take to clean the room. And just a little hint, just so you know, step one is take every. Make the bed and then put everything on the bed so then, like, you don't have all these things to do. That feels overwhelming. It's very focused, right? And then we would just sit there and blast our NSYNC and our Backstreet Boys voice to men. And we would do the task. And when you finish the first task, you come and you would ring the little bell, ding. In the hallway, and then you would check off that thing, and whoever won that round got a point. And at the end, whoever had the most points would win something like doing somebody else's, like passing off a chore or something. And I loved it. One, I understood how you can create focus and simplify things and make it fun, keep it simple, sexy. Two, turn anything that you think sucks into a fun game. And so when I dm, I make sure, and also in hundreds, that I will sit there. Yes, it is me, by the way. If you get a DM from me, it's me. I'll sit there, and I'll blast my Beyonce. I'll sit there and sit by the pool. I remember on New Year's Eve, I had this idea. I was like, you know what? I want to hit this number. Let me go sell something. And I came up with an idea, and I sat by the pool for 45 minutes while my kids were playing. I have a program called IFB Manifests, and it's all about mindset, meditation, metaphysics, manifestation. I said, let me run a flash sale today. I knew who to message because I know my people, and I know which of my people were interested in those subjects versus sales. So I sent out maybe in 45 minutes, like, 100 dms, and I offered it for, I think, $1,111. Right in 45 minutes. By the. By the end of that day, by midnight, 18 people purchase. So within 45 minutes, I made over $18,000 in cash. But it's because I was sitting by the pool, and I was like, this feels fun. I know. Who wants this? I can serve them. Like, let me just do this real quick. Versus I have to do this. I don't want to. It's like, no. It felt I was inspired in spirit. I thought who I could serve, and I just reached out and directly connected with them, and I just did it in a good vibration. Like, what you put out is what you get back. So if you're like, I'm excited about this. I'm thinking of you. People are like, oh, my God. She's thinking. They would say, this is exactly what I want. I can't believe you thought of me. Thank you for reaching out. Yes. They felt that, but of course they did. But of course, that's everything. Yeah.
I'm being obsessed with your offer. Right. You have to, like your offer.
There's something I really want to share that was a big breakthrough for you. But like so many of my clients and Lily, I hosted a workshop yesterday, and I talked about this, so I'd love to share it with your listeners. But a big thing when it comes to energetics, when it comes to sales, like you said, a lot of times, like, what do you love? I love coaching. I love getting my clients results. I love serving. I love being creative. I love sales. Ooh, I hate sales. Right? This is a big part of that. It's because when you're selling, you're connecting with them, you're learning, you're coaching. Then all of a sudden, they say, I love this. How can I work with you people? Get so awkward all of a sudden. They're like. And I joke around. It's like Ricky Bobby and Talladega Nights, where, like, when he first gets famous and interviewed, he's like, ricky, you can put your hands down. He's like, but I don't know what to do with my hands. It just sounds all awkward and weird. He doesn't know what to do. That's what a lot of people are like. You're, like, doing great. You're rifting. You're, like, flowing. And all of a sudden we talk about sales, and you're like. You get all awkward. So the reason you get awkward is because now you feel like you have to perform. You're like, oh, I gotta remember all the numbers, and I gotta make sure I say correctly, because this is important to me. And I make sure that I pitch. And I need to make sure that I say it right and they see the value. And if they don't buy it, then I'm gonna, like, judge myself and be heavy. Okay, look, how do I say it? What do I need to say? What will they think of me? Will I make this? You're already fucking up with sales is if you're saying, I, I, me, me, you're doing sales wrong. And what people often do is they say, oh, well, here's all the ways to work with me. I got this little offer, I got a medium offer, and I got this one, you can pay me even more, most expensive. When you do that, you all of a sudden made it very transactional. You made it about you. You made it about how you're gonna make money. And also, what you did was you didn't sound confident, and you made it very confusing. When people invest, they are confident to invest. When you're very confident about what it is you offer. And when you get a no. In my world, when I get a no, it means either. Not right now. Because stuff happens in life. It does. They'll be back. Or two. It means I need more clarity to say yes. And when you say all these different offers and all these different options, you made it really confusing. What you want to do is be a consultant. Cynthia, I'm not a consultant. Well, you are. When people are picking you, what they want to do is you need to think of all the options that you have. You should have a qualified person. You should be having conversations. You should know where they're at, where they want to be. And out of all the tools and offers that you have, you need to know which one is going to give them the best result. This is where you have to take money out of it. Sales is not about the money. It's about being of service. And so when you remove the money and you serve that person, you have to think, you know what, now that I spent time with you and I know you want to be, I have a lot of offers, but I know for a fact this is the best offer for you. This is where you're going to. I'm going to teach you XYZ so you can get the results, the tangible results. Not the fluffy, feathery, poetic ones. The tangible results of 1, 2, 3. And they say, wow, you are so confident about that. And wow, you provide me so much clarity that you know who I am and where I want to be. And you're saying, this is the offer. Easy. That's what you do. So don't think about numbers and pitching and all the different things and how do you sound? It's like, literally just think, what's the best way I can serve this person? And then if they say, like, oh, you know, that's not where I'm at, or I can't necessarily afford this at this price point, or I don't know if I need that kind of support, then you whip out another offer that you think would be the best result for them. But if you don't think it's going to get them result, then don't do it. Because if you make things about money and you just sell things for a transaction, you're going to ruin your reputation. Because if your clients aren't getting results, word's gonna spread. Think about it. Every time you buy something on Amazon, there'll be two exact items, right? And it'll be like two different vendors, same price. Which one do you pick? The one with the most reviews. You get reviews through results. So you have to be focusing on what's the best way to get results, what's the best way to serve. Don't make it about money. The money will come. Because when you give, you'll receive. So that's like a big thing. And I just remind everybody, like, don't make it transactional. Just be of service and be a real person. And if somebody says, oh, well, I don't want to work with you for 12 months, Cynthia, by the way, almost everybody works with me for 12 months because we're building empires here. It doesn't happen overnight. I want something that's three months. I'm going to say no, because if I can't get the result in three months, I'm not going to just sell you something for the sake of it. Right. And in the beginning, this is the most important thing. In the beginning. Or maybe you plateaued for a while. You're just like, fuck it, I want the sale. Right. Don't. Because that's where you are reacting, where you're at right now. When you react, you lose your power. But if you were being the woman who already has a $10 million company and acting like her now, would you still do this? If the answer is no, then don't. That's what the assumption comes in.
Yeah. And it's like shifting from scarcity. Right. Like out of the scarcity mindset.
And every time you tell somebody no because you know for a fact that it wasn't the right fit. Almost always immediately after the perfect person comes. But of course, you're making space. Yeah. This is all the things, like, you have to learn so that business becomes easier. It flows.
Yeah.
It's more fun.
Cynthia, thank you so much for today. There were so many magical nuggets. Like, you guys need to listen to this over and over again because the amount of words of wisdom in what you shared today was priceless. So thank you so much. Please share. Where can people find you? Where do you hang out the most? Where. Where can people sign up for your program?
Yeah, so you can find me. I'm actually hanging out on Facebook a lot on Instagram as well. But Facebook is Cynthia Stant at Cynthia Stant. Same thing with Facebook. I'm so proud of you. What an honor it is to be here. So much fun.
So I'm going to leave you with one more question. What is something that somebody can start doing today to be what is on, like, the chill rocket ship, Right. Like. Like selling, but with ease in the next 24 hours that they can start doing right now, today to move the needle in their business. Making sales, but with ease.
I would say connect with people, talk to people, because money comes from people. But also a lot of times people are like, oh, I'm going to build the course. I'm going to build the program. So I'm going to go sit and create the script, and then I'm going to record for hours and hours and hours, and then I'm going to make it all pretty and hire the people to, like, make the. Here's the Thing you can't come up with things that you think people want. In order for it to sell, you need to know what they want. You're not going to know unless you talk to people. So go connect with people. And literally, it doesn't have to be in a box. If you don't offer it right now after talking to people, if you're like, I could help with that, there you go. Boom. There's a new service. There's something you can do right then. Exactly. Just constantly think, how can I help you? How can I help you? What can I do for you? You, you? And you just listen. And then when you do that, boom, it all start coming in. And when you get a lot of those people, what happens is you start finding the common threads and there's people that are gonna be like, wow, you make this so easy. You're like, it is easy. That's like, when people come to me and they're new, always like, I don't know what my thing is. I'm like, you don't, because it's your gift. When people, how do you sell something? I'm like, are you kidding? I just opened my mouth. I didn't realize. If you can take the thing that comes to you so simply and so naturally, but put it into systems and operations and make it very easy for other people to learn, boom, there's your sum for your company. But you're not gonna know what your gift is. You're blown away by. Until people are like, wow, how did you. You have to connect so literally every day? That's what I do. I think, who am I gonna connect with? Whose life am I gonna change?
Yes.
And where's my money at?
Right?
Where's my money at? That's why I always say, say. Because when you give and serve like crazy, which I do always, you're allowed to receive.
So beautiful.
