Why Your Clarity is Hiding Behind Doubt: Healing Childhood Blocks and Finding Purpose
4 Aug 2025 · 38 min
Spiritual healer Sophie Froboda explains how childhood wounds and doubt block clarity. She uses the Akashic Records through 20 years of meditation practice and describes healers as Sherpas guiding clients up their soul's mountain. True transformation requires shifting from "I can't" to "I can" at the root level, not surface affirmations.

I'm a very avid, you know, consistent meditator. I've been meditating for 20 years, and that's where I go on inner journeys to connect with my heart, my higher self, and my soul's wisdom. And that's where we can go to the Akashic Records and get information. We can. There's a lot of things you can do. Typically, if I'm going to get past life information, it's going to be through an Akashic record portal, but I can go there instantly, right? So when I say I go within, I'm in the Akashic Records and I ask for information, clarity on what? Why is this thing coming into my life? Like, this is a present day, real thing on my phone, Instagram, I'm looking at Mount Everest, right? And I'm like, I'm so fascinated, but it doesn't make sense because it's not something I want to do. So tell me what's happening here. Show me the deeper meaning and the. The unseeable information.

Doing great. A lot of energy today.
Yes, yes. Lighting it up. Feeling lit up. So good. So I know right before we introduce the show, we were talking about how there has been shedding. There's been a little bit of challenges coming up in the last six months, and now there's something with Mount Everest. Everest coming up. And just let. Let's talk about Mount Everest. I'm here for it.
So it's crazy in my algorithm, you know how Instagram will just start showing you things that you are engaging with. Well, all of a sudden, my algorithm started filling up with people summiting Mount Everest. Like these tracks, this, like, walking with their ice shoes, going from Camp 2 to Camp 4. I learned summer so much about Everest in this past week. I have no. I'm, like, fascinated by it. And the more I engage with It. The more it shows me, right? And so I watched this whole documentary called Finding Michael that I saw because of Instagram. Anyways, I'm. I have no desire to go to Mount Everest. Let's just start there. I watch this from my house and I'm like, I give you guys so much credit, guys and women, for doing this, but I have no desire to do this. Why am I so fascinated with this? What is this? So as I'm going deeper down the algorithm, I'm starting to learn about these Sherpas and these Sherpas that guide these groups up the mountain, where basically, I mean, Camp 4 is so high in altitude that it's not a condition for humans. Typically, you need oxygen. Now, there are hikers and mountaineers that do hike this without oxygen, but they're like, panting. But it is like the next level challenge. I've learned all this stuff. So anyways, I'm like, what is this? Why am I getting so drawn into this world that I have no desire to experience? Like, I would get it if it was like, oh, I want to do Mount Everest. Let's go. It's not like that. And so I go into my meditation and I'm like, why am I so fascinated with this? What is this about? And Spirit showed me the first layer. There's definitely some past life stuff that I am going to be revealed in the next couple months that I have not been revealed yet. So that was the first reveal.
Okay, wait, what. Tell me more about that. What does that even mean? So for people who aren't necessarily in the spiritual world, what is. What does that mean to be revealed?
So I do a lot of inner work and one of my. My goals is to teach people how to go within to get their answers, not look to others or chatbots for their answers.
Right.
So this is like a new thing I have to add in now because that is becoming such a hub and a place where people are seeking really intimate, interpersonal soul information, which can't come from a robot. But I digress. So when I go within to digress.
Because I just want to, like, stick on that point for a minute because. So I did an ayahuasca journey in Costa Rica and we do these, like, monthly calls. And this one girl, same thing, was like, oh, chat. GPT is my therapist and like, it, like, knows me so well and all this stuff. And then I started kind of coaching her on this, like, group meeting call. And people were like, and that's why you need humans, because it. It. They can't it can't get there. Okay, just quick digression. I wanted to just touch on that point how. Yeah, ChatGPT is not your therapist, right? It's like. Yeah, it doesn't.
Yeah, well. And I think it's really going to be important. It's a big part of something that I am going to start gradually talking about more and more publicly on how important it is to really know the difference between soul information and documented data. Information like faith is not fact. They're different. Spirituality is not science. They're not the same. The second that we have science and we have facts, we don't have faith and we don't have spirit, they don't. They're not the same. So we can't use facts and then say it's faith. We have to choose Elaine. So the second that science catches up to spirituality, I know I need to go further, I need to go ahead to where there's only faith zone, where it hasn't been proven yet. And what's happening now is science is starting to prove a lot of the spiritual healing work that, that we've been doing for the past couple decades. Like there's. Oh yeah, things do move in the brain and in the cells when you start to. And we can use equipment to monitor this and we can prov now. And so I'm like, oh, it's time for me to move because I can't be in fact zone. I have to be before that in the faith zone. But anyways, going back to going within, yes, I go into my meditations and I go in within. I, eyes closed, get very still. I'm, I'm a very avid, you know, consistent meditator. I've been meditating for 20 years and that's where I go on inner journeys to connect with my heart, my higher self and my soul's wisdom. And that's where we can go to the Akashic Records and get information. We can. There's a lot of things you can do. Typically, if I'm going to get past life information, it's going to be through an Akashic record portal. But I can go there instantly, right? So when I say I go within, I'm in the Akashic Records and I ask for information, clarity on what. Why is this thing coming into my life? Like this is a present day real thing on my phone, Instagram, I'm looking at Mount Everest, right? And I'm like, I'm so fascinated. But it doesn't make sense because it's not something I want to Do. So tell me what's happening here. Show me the. The deeper meaning and the. The unseeable information. And so I. What I was shown at that point, it's kind of like. And this has happened before, if. If you're not necessarily ready for the whole story, they'll just tell you there is a story to let you, like, like settle with the fact that there is a story that we're going to tell you and we're going to give you pieces in. In the way that you can handle it. So that's what I was told.
Oh, sorry. It's almost like a nervous system, like, expansion of being able to. Okay, where can we hold in our nervous system? What can we handle? And so this reveal is kind of like these little bite size. Is it like a puzzle where you're like, oh, I need to put all this together?
Yeah. I mean, I think that that's kind of how you can kind of conceptualize it. But I also know from being. Going through this experience so much, I don't rush it because you can get pieces of information that unlock a sequence of a lot of pain that you have to go through. And those feel like avalanches in the soul. So I don't. I don't rush those. I'm like, I trust you. Give it to me. Don't give it to me, because I don't need it. Like, if I don't have to go through that, let's, you know, I don't need to. So I don't rush it. But anyways, the next reveal. So I'm. I'm within. And I said, okay, well, I know I'm going to be getting more information on that. And the next thing that came through, I'm clairaudient, which means I hear spiritual information. I heard you are a Sherpa.
What?
So spirit was then showing me that what I do for people in the spiritual healing world is what Sherpas are doing for people climbing Mount Everest. Wow. I have the equipment, the tools, the knowledge, and the ability to really take people on very impossible missions of their soul. And that's piece of why I'm so fascinated with this. And I was like, well, thank you. That, that's so touching and beautiful. And I appreciate that, that visual. And it gave me, you know, just this certainty and this clarity and this gratitude of being able to get so clear on my mission. Like, it just solidified my mission even more on what the work I'm doing right now is really like. I'm a spiritual healing Sherpa.
That's Incredible. And congratulations, Sherpa. I'm here for it. That's amazing. And I love the clarity that you were getting from this and trusting the process of seeing Mount Empress and seeing these Sherpas and being able to get the message that you needed to hear for it all to make sense. And my question for you is, okay, if. What if there's somebody listening here that is really looking for clarity? And I love what you were talking about before is, like, their science and their spirituality and they. They're different and. And it's. How can we really be in faith into getting the clarity that we really, truly need? And. And trusting it's there. And just in. In getting quiet, maybe meditating. But what are some tools that you might have to really help with some clarity on, like what your mission is or who you're here to serve or how to grow whatever feels alive for you to just kind of help get some clarity for some people.
So the first thing I would. I would encourage someone to identify is what's blocking the clarity? When you try to ask yourself, like.
Is this the path for me or.
Am I supposed to go to this or that? What happens? Because that's. That's the. The block. Is it doubt? Is it insecurity? Like, what is coming through in that moment? That's the first step is to identify the block. So I wanna. I wanna get salad or an ice cream. Like, what comes up inside of you? Is it judgment? Is it all the shoulds? Like, what is that energy? Because the big thing that is important for me to share is we don't do spiritual bypassing. In my work, it's all about recognizing the root. And that takes work. That takes work to peel back the layers and really find the truth underneath what is bubbling up. It's very easy to slap an affirmation or do a journaling session and say, I'm healed. But we know that you're just healed for this moment. It's not a true transmutation. And that's what I'm interested in, is teaching people the transmutation. So when. When we don't have clarity, we do have something else. And we need to figure out what that other thing that we have is. Doubt, judgment, insecurity. And then we need to heal on the root level. Wherever that is, is stagnant and rotting in the system. And that typically goes back to childhood.
So, yeah, no, yeah, we do. We do very similar work. And it's. It's like, how do we heal it at the root versus. Okay, yep, let's slap an affirmation on it and conceptually say we're okay, but our bodies are subconscious. And it's like if our body is not matching our mind right, then we're misaligned. And I also believe that everything is, is, is unconscious programming or some sort of childhood. We gotta do younger self work to, to not only heal but also accept those parts of us because it's like we're. We're pushing them away and we're trying to avoid them because we don't like that part of you. So I love, I love the kind of work that you're doing. Where we have, there is no spiritual bypass. It's like, nope, we're getting to the root. We're going there. It's uncomfortable af. Right. And it like. But you're still here and you made it through. I like, I like the analogy of an ice bath. It's like, just go like, stop. Think right. Like, like as we know in our world, like, less thinking, more doing. Right. And being able to go there so that we can heal and then accept. Does that resonate?
Yeah, I think that it's ultimately like. To bring it back to your question, if somebody needs looking for clarity, what do they do? It's like, well, finish this sentence. I don't have clarity because. Because clarity, it's not something you gain. It's really just removing the blocks. It's. You already have it. It's already there. It's alignment. It's like the natural body is the state of health, right? It's like you don't have to work at growing a baby in your stomach if you're pregnant. It just is the natural sequence of how it develops and emerges and grows. And so that's true for all the higher frequencies. They're already here. It's just that they're. They're stuck and calloused by our wounding, our experiences, our trauma, our shadows, our ego compensation. All of these different things becomes calloused and it's hard to reach, reach inside. So we start to chip away at the call, at all the shadows, at all the wounds. And we get to the truth and then we get to shine the truth once we're in that authentic state.
And it's like we get free. It's like, oh, I didn't know what freedom was until now. It's like, I am free and now I can fly. Right? Oh my gosh, this is such powerful work. I absolutely love it. Okay, I want to ask you, and this is really just for me, is so I Know you do a lot of this type of work with your daughter. And I started following you because I have a son around the same age as your daughter. And a lot of the teachings that you were doing was so inspiring for, like, inspiring to me that I was, like, trying to soak up all of your content and just, like, dump it on my child, who's like, whoa, this is too much. I don't know. So I'm here, and I know you are here to break any kind of generational cycles that do not serve. And what are some ways as a parent where we can start getting our children right?
If.
If I knew the stuff that I knew now when I was 7, I would be a completely different person. My programming, my world would be so different. And so for me, it's like shaping my son to be this resilient, amazing human. Know you're. You're parenting an amazing human. She is just so special. I'm, like, obsessed with her. Not in a creepy way, I swear, but just what are some ways that parents can start really incorporating this type of work in a slow, not overwhelming way that. Where they're like, mom, you're cray. Yeah.
So I talk about this a lot because I feel like there is a very genuine, honest path to child spirituality, if you want to call it that. And it's very much. It's mirroring. There's no force. I've never even invited, like, Claire to come join me. I've just started doing my practices. So when she was 2, and I have a video on my stories, I think it's still up. She was two with her sass. I was in my office playing a sound bowl. Just. I was in my. She hears the sound. She, like, comes in. This is before she could really speak, but she could walk. And she had her sass. And she was chewing some gum, and she was. She was like, mom, give me the. The mallet. And I said, okay. Gentle, gentle. We do gentle. I always teach animals and children gentle because I feel like if they know it and they need to practice it. Right? So gentle. And so then she wanted to make the sound that I was making. So for me, it started pre verbal with sound and smell. So essential oils. Also I had a box of essential oils that were all empty bottles. There was, like, no essential oil left in them because I used to not throw them away, but you could still smell them. So she could play with the oils. She couldn't really get the caps off. I had them on really tight, and they were empty, but she could take Them and smell them and they all smelled very different. So that was like our first beginning. She would see me using the oils and then be like, well, I want to try what? So it was just a mirroring. And then, you know, when she went to school when she was 4, we were kind of in a, an off grid situation and I got to teach the classroom meditation. And so I was like, oh my gosh, how am I going to teach a group of 13 kids ranging from three and a half to eight how to sit still and do a meditation? And I mean, I was, that's not where I was. I'm strong with adults. I was not strong. So I just opened up and I asked spirit, okay, I'm doing this meditation once a week, what do I do today? And so then that's where, you know, it was more of a training scenario. But she was with her peers, right? So every week we sat down and we started doing these different techniques. It was only like three to five minutes, but by the end of two years, I had this group of kids be able to do an entire journey of doing rainbow breaths, seven breaths through the body. And then we would go out into a field and find the rainbow and slide down a slide and pick an orange off a tree and slowly walk back to the front door without moving our body or opening our eyes and staying still for just a couple more moments. No wiggles, no moving, take another breath without moving your body. And now we can open our eyes, right? And getting these kids to be able to maintain that type of stillness through inner journeying, eyes, closed, body still. So she, she learned along with this group of kids that those fundamentals. And then we would come home and I have all these spiritual tools and bowls and oils and chimes and different crystals everywhere and we build grids and it was just fun. It was just play. And then she would ask, you know, what does this mean? Or you know, if we would talk. If she has a stomachache, I would say, oh, that's third chakra. You know what third chakra is about? So I always just braided it in and it was always very organic and natural. And so I really encourage people, don't try to teach your kids, do it yourself. Let them watch and let them invite themselves in because then you have a captive audience.
Captive, Yeah, I agree a thousand percent. And even with my son, you know, it's funny because it's like you. I wanted him to meditate and he was like kind of in the rebellious, like, you're not going to tell me what to do even at like three. And then like, what you were saying is I just started doing it. And now when we go to bed, he's like, can we do our breathing? Can we do a meditation? And now I invite him to lead a meditation where he gets to just create his own journey for us. And it. It's so empowering to watch. Like, and I love kids resilience because it's. It's like they don't. There's no. They're not judging themselves yet. Right. And it's. I don't know. I. I'm just so fascinated by being able to mirror for your children. But you have to do the work yourself. So I'm really curious. So where. I'm sure you've had multiple if. Or at least one spiritual awakening. What got you there? Like, what was the turning point for you where you're like, I'm gonna dive into this work?
Well, I think my. I've had several awakenings. I think that ultimately you have your original awakening and then you start walking the ascension path. And the ascension path is going to be very filled with a lot of shedding of the old self in order to prime your frequency to be able to. To really stabilize in fifth dimension and higher. Higher energy stable though, not dipping all the time. Right. So, you know, I think the catalyst for me was really back in like 2014, when I went back and got my master's degree in transpersonal psychology. I wanted higher education, but I really did not want to study anything clinical that was just going to study neuroses and breakdown. And so I started looking, and there's a lot of different areas of psychology that were fascinating to me. And so I found transpersonal psychology, which basically is the study of human potential. Like what happens to humans after they heal and they actually are in their full potential. What are they capable of and how far can they soar? And so it doesn't negate healing. It just takes it further than healing and takes you into that realm of potentiality.
So I.
In this program, I felt like I was cracked open. I was just cra. Everything I believed, everything I had footing in, I cracked open. And I had what you could probably describe as the dark night of the soul. However, it was more. It was more like a metamorphosis. It was like ooey and guky. And I had to face fears that I had run from. I had this huge fear of the dark. And that was right in my face. And by the dark, I mean, like, you know, lights off, like the dark. I Had this. Every time it was dark, I would go into almost like a little mini panic that I just kind of maintained, keeping myself out of. And this program just put it smack in my face. And I had to face my darkness, and I had to face spiritual gifts I had run from, because I have a lot of spiritual gifts that I didn't understand when I was young. And so I put them away. And then I felt kind of tormented by some dimensions. And so I had to face those dimensions and I had to pull my power back and I had to learn. Learn who is really in control. And I also got in tune with much higher frequency and was able to use my light to overcome all of that fear and truly proclaim my power. And so now I don't. I don't have a fear of the dark. I don't have that kind of humming in the background thing that used to torment me for decades. It's. It's gone. But it wasn't. It didn't just evaporate, you know, I had to face it. I had to face these. That. These deep, hidden, dark, scary, tormenting fears that were just kind of locked away inside of my soul.
Yeah. And. And so how do you get your power back? Is it just little by little, or was there something where it's like. Like, okay, I get it now. And it just kind of clicked for you.
I think there's a lot of those moments where you proclaim, you pull back, you get it. It's very much like walking up a mountain. Right. It's like there's going to be different altitudes that you achieve. And then you have a base camp and you stabilize at a new altitude, and then you go to the next step, and eventually you get to the top of the mountain. But the second that you get to the top of mountain, what's the next step? You got to come back down. You don't live up there. You don't stay up there. So.
Yeah, yeah. And it sounds like you keep going to the top. Are you. Are you at the top yet or are we still going?
I mean, I'm a Sherpa, so I'm just go. I'm just mountaineering. I'm just leading groups and then bringing them back safely. You know, it's. It like the. The interesting thing if you don't know about the Sherpa culture, especially in Nepal, I mean, we are talking about some of the most outstanding human beings I've ever. I've ever been able to witness. People that will turn their back on their mission of taking A group up a mountain because somebody is dying, Strap them to their back, walk them on their back in those icy, windy conditions six hours to save their life, Abandoning their mission for somebody else's life. I mean, they. The. The. The heart that these sherpas have is. Is something that I aspire to. I have so much respect for their strength and their ability to navigate very impossible environments. Physically, emotionally, mentally. And they do it with grace, and they make it look easy. I know it's not easy, but they make it look easy. I. I just. I have. Have the utmost respect for these sherpas that are doing this is mountaineering work with these expedition groups, you know?
So. Yeah, and what I. What I love is when we find somebody that inspires us or we want to be like, it's always life's a mirror. And it's like, okay, that trait that I absolutely love about this person or this group of people, it. It's like, let's mirror it back to ourselves. And I think sometimes we get so caught up in the positive projections that we forget that. Wait a minute. The very thing that I love about the sherpas and the heart and their soul and their consistency and not giving up is just a reflection of you. So take that in. You know, take. Let. Let there be that reminder that, oh, wait, this person who I think is so great and I aspire to be that person is already within you.
Yeah.
And I know that for a fact, without a shadow of a doubt, that you have all of these traits, because the moment you came into my world, I'm like, who is this? Like, I like her. Like, she. She's different. She's. She lights a fire in me about wanting to be different for my kid. And. And then we met in a mastermind, and it was like. I was like, oh, my God. Like, and I started to do the positive projections, and I'm like, oh, my God. I'm in the room with all these amazing women, and then it's like, wait, let's put the mirror on. And it's just such a sweet reminder, even for our children, that, wait. The very thing that I aspire to be that they have is like, wait, we already have that inside our souls. And, yes, you. You. I know you have the biggest heart. I could feel it the second we connected. And I just wanted to share that with you. So just know your sherpa energy is fire. I feel it. Take me up Mount Ever with you in the spiritual realm of it. I am here for all of it. It is incredible. So I really, really love that. I love this, this reveal. It is. It is inspirational. And I hope that other people listening are like, okay, like, start listening and trusting and surrendering to what is here now and what is available to you. And you'll. You'll be able to be an expansion versus contraction. And I just love, like, you just kept trusting the Mount Everest and you're like, okay, there's something here. There's an answer. There's wisdom in it. And just trusting and simultaneously kind of surrendering, like, okay, like, whatever's going to come in is going to come in. And I'm completely open for anything that's being shared. And I think it's so beautiful. So just congratulations, Sherpa here for that. And so what is something that, if you're new to. If you're new or like, seasoned into spirituality, what is something that somebody can do in the next 24 hours to just kind of move the needle, to kind of go up that mountain that you can help them, like, take that first step?
I think the biggest thing. This is going to be so simple, people are going to want to throw it away. Okay? It's so freaking simple. But it's something that is in the mind that most people don't realize they're doing because it's not overt. It might be overt, and you might catch it sometimes, but there is a couple little words that, like, to live, like, right behind our consciousness. And they come from wounds, they come from bruises, they come from childhood, they come from just how your community has censored you or conditioned you or whatever it is. And if you can start to catch these two words or this phrase, two things, I'm going to give two things. Get that pen. If you can catch this, you don't even need to write it down. It's so simple, right?
Okay.
There are so many times that we respond with the energy to a request saying, I can't. That's where it starts, right? That's the beginning of resistance. That's the beginning of your insecurity revealing itself to you. That's the beginning of you seeing that you have doubt in yourself. That's the beginning of showing yourself that you are not truly believing in yourself. If you can start to catch that and just shift it internally and say, I can. What would it look like if I could? Or if I just shift that energy? I can. Now what happens in your body? Now what happens in your mind now what happens in your emotions? Just shifting that internal frequency like, kind of like where you're pointing Your light. So that's the first phrase. The second phrase that this will grow into. And this, I feel like is on the rise for most people right now with what's happening in the energetics of our universe and just the whole thing that's going on. Hello, 2025. Is this next phrase. When something happens, inwardly, we have an internal response that says, I can't handle this. This is very common with children too. You're overstimulated, you're hungry, your kid is screaming, or dropped Legos all over the fl. You step on them.
To my life.
Yeah. And you spill a cup of hot water at the same time and it breaks everywhere. And that. That fire rises up into a phrase. I can't handle this. And what if you were to catch that and say, yes, I can. I can handle even this.
And even I am handling it too. Right. It's like I am. It's so. I love this. I. I do this a lot with my son, where he's like. Where I'm always like, you can handle it. So it. It's this new programming of, yes, you can. Yes, you can. You can handle it, or you're handling it. And it. It's so simple, like you said, but so insanely powerful at the same time that I feel like. Like I know your daughter for sure. But my son's nervous system can. Outside of losing Uno, he has a big problem with that. But outside of losing a game, he can. His nervous system can handle almost anything. He was at the park the other day, and this kid, he was like, on this statue thing, and I'm totally digressing, but I think it's valuable. He was on, like, this statue and some kid came up to him and was like, get off. It's my turn. Or something like that. Like something really rude, and he's like, and. And I wasn't there. My. My. My friend. My friend was there with her kid, and my son goes to. This kid goes, I was here first. And the kid goes, well, if you don't get off, I'm gonna grab your arm. And my son goes, okay, grab my arm. And nothing. He was like, not afraid of this kid grabbing his arm. And my. And it's this work of just, like, being true and like, letting them feel into their worthiness now instead of when we're now at our age, and it's like all this worth work that we have to do and go deep and heal these things at the root, and we get to start it at this young age and him to be able to handle like I would say a bully at that point. And it not even phase him. There is so much power and just the resilience and in the, in this work that my friend was like, how did you teach him that? And I was like, we've been doing like conscious discipline work since he was 2. So it's just in his nature, right? Like he, he just outside of losing a game, like he is unfazed. It is, it's unbelievable because that's where the worth work is. It's like, okay, this doesn't mean anything about you. This, this person is. And it's hard to teach a seven year old about projections, right? Like somebody's projecting on you, but he already gets it. And so just being the mirror for your children or if you're a teacher, like mirroring like what you want these kids to actually do and tell and giving them the autonomy and the choice of like you said, you gave your daughter the choice to come sit with you and to come do this work with you without any kind of force, without it you have to do this. It's like no, they get to. It's like this power. I'm totally digressing. But just as power and choosing I feel is also just a sense of like letting your, your, your children channel their own inner wisdom. And that is like so spiritual in such a beautiful, unique way. I love it. I just wanted to share that story because I just, I love your work and I just, I'm just such a huge fan of yours and, and supporting you. So just thank you so much for being here and being on my show and you are just so, such a gift to this world and I just want you to keep shining. And so with that, where do you hang out most? Where can people find you? How do they connect with you? What are the best ways?
I am mostly on Instagram. However, we are on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and P. Pinterest. All as Awaken with Sophie. But Instagram is my jam and I, you know, I create all of my content so we. I don't have anyone that touches that now. I can't. All our content is repurposed on all those other platforms. That's why I say just come to the hub where it's happening, which is Instagram. Awaken with Sophie. But anything. Awaken with sophie. Awaken with sophie.com. if you put in Awaken with Sophie anywhere you'll, you'll find me. Because that, that is where I am, what I am everywhere.
LinkedIn, everything amazing. I'm so I'm just so grateful that you're here and you took the time to be here, and I just. So much love for you. Thank you so much.
Yeah. Well, thank you for having me.
Of course.
