EP0011 Top Of Funnel Fuel (part 3)

In this final episode of the "Top of Funnel Fuel" series, Cauveé Inspiration Engineer discusses how creators can systematize their businesses using AI agents and automation. He frames AI as a neutral tool—capable of both beneficial and harmful uses—emphasizing that creators who ignore it are disadvantaging themselves. Cauveé shares a personal story about building a $32 million prompt for a client, illustrating AI’s capacity to replace extensive human labor and calculate cost‑benefit analyses. He recounts a live demonstration where a colleague used an AI‑driven agent to duplicate dozens of Asana tasks while multitasking, sparking his curiosity about the breadth of tasks agents can handle. He contrasts the creative (right‑brain) tendencies of most creators with the analytical (left‑brain) nature of systems, arguing that teaching agents to execute systematic processes can dramatically amplify productivity. The episode also touches on ethical concerns surrounding deep‑fake cloning and the protection of personal likenesses, expressing mistrust of third‑party cloning services. Looking forward, Cauveé promises future episodes that will dive deeper into specific agent tools, workflows, and a curated list of over 1,000 AI utilities to help creators stay ahead of the market. He encourages listeners to review the earlier Media Machine episodes for foundational go‑to‑market strategies and to adopt AI‑enabled systems to scale their personal brands.

Let me know what resonates and what is, is hitting when it comes to our message today. We are in our last episode of the series called Top of Funnel Fuel. I apologize for the lighting, we had a situation on our last episode. I'm still recording, so I'm a little bit it's a little darker in this area of the room and our lighting lamps. I'm traveling and doing my thing throughout the world, so I don't have all the things that I normally would have in the studio. So you're just gonna have to bear with me today. Apologies for that, but thank you for your understanding, uh, and your, and your willingness to continue to move forward. And for those of you that are not watching the video, you ain't got to worry about that anyway. But we are talking about Top of Funnel Fuel Part 3. All right, and if you haven't watched Media Machine or listen to Media Machine, um, and the other two episodes, I highly encourage you doing so because they lay the foundation and the context for what we're talking about today. Because today we are talking about systemizing with agents and using AI. All right, and for those of you that haven't gotten involved with AI and agents I understand, right? It's like the more we run, the more we, we learn, the more there is to do, and it's just the more, the more, the more. And I bring this up because the reason why I really wanted to talk about this is I consider myself a very tech-savvy person. I consider myself to be on top of a lot of technologies. Like, I already know of a company that's coming out with holograms. A lot of people are not aware that the hologram market is is going to hit real soon. Like, we're already maybe 5 to 7 years in the future with what I already know is in the market. But when it comes to the topic of what we're talking about today, systemizing using Agentek workflows, your boy Cauveé is a beginner and a novice. Majority of people and podcasters or experts or coaches, consultants, fill in the blank, they normally teach at the expert level I'm going to teach it out of where I'm at today because I'm talking to you real and I'm not afraid to say I don't know it, right? So what we're going to talk about though is we're going to talk about again the principle and the philosophy of why this is important. I'm going to tell you a story as to what I saw with my own eyes and I said, whoa, what was that? Like, I don't even know what that was. All right, now let's lay some foundational work here. AI is a tool where I understand there's a lot of people that feel different about it, right? Some people see it as good, some people see it as bad. No matter how you see it, it's here, okay? And I first and foremost love this saying that I heard. I was in Austin, Texas, I was listening to the radio and this guy said, he said Money. He said money can be used to do philanthropy. It can be used like Enron, which was a company that got caught in a massive scandal and a scam and a whole bunch of craziness. But yeah, he said water, you can wash your body. He said you can drown a baby. He said, fire, you can use it at the campfire, you can burn a house down. He said, the tool is the tool. There's no power in the tool. How is the tool being used? And I'm saying that to say, AI and agents and humanoids and robots and holograms will be the same. They're tools. Will they be used for evil things? Yes. Are they used for evil things today? Yes. Are they also used for things of beauty and abundance? Yes. Okay, but if you're not using them, you're only doing a disservice to yourself. All right, and with AI Your boy Cauveé Inspiration Engineer is on beast mode with AI, and I still keep adding to my collection of tools with AI. I built for my client a $32 million prompt. I did the math, I did the math, how many analysts of research and development in a department would need to be done or used, utilized in order to serve her business. And I built it because I didn't have enough time to really help her, so I needed it. I was like, I don't have enough time to help you the way I need to help you. Let me get AI to help you. They build it and I can help her within seconds. And then I asked the AI, how many humans would it take to do what you just did? It told me. Then I was like, what's the salary structure for like below average, average, and then exceeds average. Then it told me, oh, I could do the math. Oh, that's a $32 million problem. Oh shit, right? That experience was one of the first things that really got me to understand how powerful AI was. Yeah, I had heard all the things, it's taking jobs and all this fear-mongering, which I'm not saying that it's not doing those things, All I'm getting at is a lot of that is fear-mongering, right? And there is truth to it. I'm not saying there's no truth, but media machines out there, they love to get people to be afraid. And so a lot of people are afraid of it. So you can, you can be the one that uses it to your advantage, or you can be the one that's afraid and the world's going to keep moving without you. Like, these are your options. I didn't write the rules of the game, I just know how to play. Here's the game that I want to learn how to play that I don't know how to play. So, L.A., uh, Laren— some of you guys know Laren, some of you guys don't— but me and him, we're on a call, and I needed him to do something for me because my laptop was not able to be used. And it was a super simple task. I needed him to go inside of Asana, click on this task— that was the task— and then duplicate it. And I needed it done 40 to 100 times. Okay, while that was so simple, this software does not have— on the mobile, you can't duplicate a task from mobile. Don't know why. But anyway, super simple task. We're on a call, he is doing it, or so I thought. I'm watching the tasks get duplicated. Then I hear him in the kitchen, and I hear pots and pans and all kinds of things. I was like, are you cooking? And he was like, yeah, I'm getting dinner ready for me and my baby. Um, how are you duplicating tasks right now? Because I'm watching them in real time get duplicated. And he's doing something else. He said, I walked away from my laptop and my agent is doing what you asked me to do. Your agent is doing what? What do you mean? I am blown away. So then I said, all right, Laren, you got to show me what you did. Like, I need you to share your screen and let me watch you set up what you just did. And this is a simple tasks. This ain't nothing super high level. Click here, click that button, boom, done. Like, right? But the fact that it kept doing it— he then showed me his screen of setting it up. Now I'm like, oh my gosh, what else can these agents do and how in-depth can I get with that? All right, and this is the part where they are talking about robots taking jobs, right? Somebody manually would have had to do that, okay, because there was no other option. Well, now agents can do this, and I'm like, what else can they do? So what I found is a lot of creators, uh, and entrepreneurs for that matter, usually the creatives, we're more on the right side of our brain. We're more like creative, like you know, just design and just all the things that are on the right side. You guys can do some due diligence and learn about like the right side of the brain, left side of the brain. But on the left side of the brain, it's more sequential, you know, it's more analytical, methodical, uh, systems-driven, right? And if you have systems in your business, uh, operations and processes and all those things within your business, now you can really teach agents to do the systems, right? Changes the whole game. I will do a future episode around agents, specifically around agents, as I learned them myself. But the reason why I wanted to share this with you today is because a lot of people are solo creators, solo founders Solo GPs, general partners, solo personal brand builders. And as brand builders, we want to stay ahead of the curve. And I understand it's a very hard thing to do, but it's also very possible. So even though Cauveé Inspiration Engineer Inspiration Engineer is aware that he's behind— I am behind, like, what platforms are the best for agents again, what are their limitations? What can't they do? What can they do? Then getting into setting them up. I will be getting caught up this week— this weekend, matter of fact— which is why I wanted to share this with you today. But a lot of the things that we've talked about within this Top of Funnel Fuel series, we're talking about publishing, distributing, or distributing, syndicating, right? And doing all these things top of funnel and then moving the person into a pixelated— excuse me— into a pixelated, uh, engagement. And now being able to engage with them, okay? One other thing I'll tell you is there are people that are really big on cloning, and I, I have mixed feelings about cloning. I would feel way more comfortable owning the company that does the cloning because I just don't trust humans enough. Where for me, this one is where I see more danger. You know, identity theft is already a thing. So being that that's already a thing, now you're telling me there are companies who you expect me to trust and their subsidiaries and all their partners and all things, that I'm gonna trust their privacy policy, that they're not going to be human and possibly use my face, my likeness, my image, my voice in a way that I didn't sign up for? Yeah, let me pause on that. But does that mean that there's not a company that won't do that ethically? I haven't fully researched it. I'm just telling you where I'm at today. But I say that to say, if I've got AI working for me, a robot, and I've got agents working for me, systems of human tasks, robots. And then if I found a cloning software that I would trust to be able to represent me in the right way, that could be a, a three-head combo, right? Jab, straight with an uppercut, knockout. Because I could see how that could be very powerful, okay? If I could build for me and take our systems and now find something that then could do Cauveé where Cauveé don't physically have to do it, but it would do it in the exact same way that I would do it, we might be on to something. And that's what is really exciting, is that where we're at, it's, it's as exciting as it is scary. And being in that balance between the two and being okay with being in that balance. But at the end of the day, all this stuff is here. So if it's here, you either— my opinion— should either build the way you want, the way you see it should go. And Cauveé might be building its own cloning company because I, I see how powerful that could be. I just don't trust humans. I trust me and the way I train my staff to run it. Right? I don't know if I trust everybody else, but I say that saying I also understand agentic systems. And as long as they're not hacking my processes, as long as they're not, you know, utilizing it in a way that I didn't give you permission to do, and you follow our— this very legal term— but you follow our master agreement as to how you use my likeness, image, and voice and all those things, and everything's— all i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Yeah. I think this could be super powerful because you could have agents do a lot of the work, whereas a starting or an earlier entry-level creator, personal brand, where you've got a team of people, but it's robots. We are in a new age, we are in a new era, and it is exciting. And so I want to encourage you guys out there as we bring this to a close, and I highly encourage you to go listen to the other 3 episodes, Media Machine Part 1 and Part 2, because this is going to get you to start understanding distribution, what investors call go-to-market, your go-to-market strategy. And now we're bringing it home with this last episode because we're talking about the systems in place that can also be done with robots. So stay tuned for a little bit more detail from your boy Cauveé on what that looks like. We're gonna do an episode geared specifically around systems, specifically around the tools. I don't know when, because that's not where we're at as of today, but eventually this is going to happen because it's inevitable. Like, we will become— as we get more human help and as we get more AI and as we get more agents, we get more on all the things we'll have to stay top of the market to know what's coming out ahead of everyone else and/or building it. And so I already know there's gonna come time, and I already have 1,000 AI tools to go through. That's not just a figure of speech. I got 1,000. So just getting caught up on all the nuances that I can give it to you guys and really filter and streamline it to where it's not overwhelming. It's like, here you go, run with it, boom. And then, you know, have tutorials and the trainings and the courses and all the different things for you guys to now implement it. To then build your brand the way you want to do it. So with that said, it's your boy Cauveé. I love you, I appreciate you, and until the next time, you already know what it is.
