A short interview trailer featuring NFL player Ty Montgomery in conversation with host Chad Silverstein. Montgomery emphasizes purpose-driven play ("I'm never chasing glory"), a training-oriented mindset ("You're either trained or untrained"), and explains he sometimes stops setting goals due to insecurity or fear of failure; Silverstein prompts candid reflection about goal-setting and accountability.

I'm never chasing glory. That's not why I do what I do. I do what I do to accomplish a goal. And regardless of what happens, that goal is not the glory. The goal is to give the offense good starting field positions. There's no such thing as tough. You're either trained or untrained. You either know how to get it done or you don't.
My brand's called authentic authority. So I gotta ask you a tough question. Why stop? Is it out of laziness? Why stop setting goals?
I want to be, and this is me. I'm always fully transparent and fully vulnerable. The times that I've stopped have come from insecurity, fear of failure or tired of feeling like a failure. If I don't write it down, then I don't have to worry about whether or not I accomplished it.
But when about you think.
