How to close a sale when someone reaches out to you via FB Messenger or Email

Chad Thibodeaux walks through his method for turning Facebook Messenger and email inquiries into paying clients. Move conversations to Zoom calls fast, ask open-ended questions to find their pain points, and assume the sale when you pitch pricing.
Hey, the topic on hand today I want to talk with you about is how can you close a deal when someone reaches out to you via Facebook messenger, LinkedIn, you know, Instagram, you know, or email, you know, somebody reaches out to you to talk with you about possibly working with them, how can you close that deal? Now, I want to just give you a little preference here that almost all of my clientele work comes via Facebook Manager.
Okay?
It typically comes after a Facebook Live like I'm doing right now. Chances are 8 out of 10 times when I come on here and do this, I'll have at least one, if not two, sometimes three people reach out to me and want to inquire about working with me. Okay? Okay. Almost every time I do it. Today's not going to be any exception to that. I am really short, but there is an art between talking with someone on Facebook messenger and then moving them from just an acquaintance on messenger to actually a paying customer, actually a paying client. And I'm wondering how many of you, you can comment in the chat room. If you're watching this live, if you're on demand, let me know here in the chat or via email. I wonder how many of you can relate with the idea that perhaps you're in a public group or whatever and you make some kind of comment to help people. They reach out to you in order to solicit some help or to see if you can help them. And I wonder how many of you have that happen to you, but you just don't know how to move them from that conversation to closing the deal. I wonder how many of you can relate to that. Because when I first started doing this, that happened to me often. It wasn't unheard of for people to reach out to me, but I couldn't close the deal. And then what I learned was. And that was a big problem for me because the problem that I was having was, man, I need cash, right? I need money. I can really help these people. But I have dilemmas, right? The dilemma is how much do I charge them? How does my pricing compare to other people that they're reaching out? How do I know whether they're just a tire kicker trying to get some information on who I am and what I charge? And how can I separate the, you know, the clients, the potential clients from just, you know, people who just are wanting to get me to do something for free? And that was always a huge deal. And I discovered a little system, a little pattern that I've been able to use that helps me close somewhere between 7 out of 10 to 8 out of 10 people, you're talking to 70 to 80% close rate that I have when somebody reaches out to me in Facebook Messenger, I typically can close somewhere between 70 and 80%. So here's what I want to do. I want to do a brief teaching, and I'm saying brief today. Normally these are somewhere between an hour and a half in 90 minutes. But I have a client, her and I think her boyfriend, her husband, Michelle. She's been one of my students at the Design Academy. They are flying in from out of town and they're going to be here and they're coming down to the studio in about 15 minutes and we're going to go to lunch today and talk about their business. And so I'm going to keep this abbreviated today, but I wanted to bring this. So grab a pencil and a piece of paper. Let's jump into this. And I'm going to try to give you this information as quickly and succinctly as going on. Okay? First thing is, if somebody reaches out to you via Facebook messenger, you want to reply to them immediately. I don't care if you're in a meeting, if you're in a phone call, I don't care. You reply to them immediately. Now what I like to and do not have, Listen to me. Do not have an autoresponder. Nothing says move on to the next person more than having an autoresponder on your Facebook Messenger. Don't do that. It's ridiculous, it's stupid, it's impersonal. Don't do it. I can't tell you how many times I'll reach out to somebody and talk with them and I'll say, hey, I got a question about such and such. And immediately it spits back an Autobot with some random crap on it that is absolutely useless. And what I say is like, dude, I don't want to talk with your robot. I want to talk with you. And if I can't talk with you, then I'm going to move on to someone else that I can talk with. So what I like to do is when I monitor my phone all the time and I, if I'm in a meeting, unless it's a high profile meeting, I will tell them, hey, listen, there's only two reasons. Well, I'll text today. One is if my kids text me, I always reply. And the second is, is if somebody needs me asap, I'll just send them a cordial message via messenger. It takes five seconds. And so please excuse Me. So I typically always preface that if I'm in some kind of meeting, I will let them know that. That's the only two reasons why I will interfere. The reason is, is because I believe a personal contact is the utmost of importance, okay? Of the utmost importance. So first and foremost, you reply immediately. Second thing that you want to do is, as quickly as possible, you want to get them off of Facebook messenger and onto a Zoom call or a Skype call where you can see them face to face, okay? And the reason why you want to do that is because it's a lot more personal to talk with somebody face to face than it is via text. Let's go. Let me give you an example from the online dating world, okay? And in the online dating world, when, when you are on an app or whatever and you're texting people text, text, text, text, text, text, text, you're not really getting to know somebody, okay? And you don't really get to know somebody in that world until you get face to face with them, either on a Skype or over coffee or whatever. And when you do that, it escalates the relationship to a certain level where now you can make a decision whether you want to, quote, unquote, do business with that person or not. The same is true if in online sales like you and I are doing, okay, you want to move them to something like, like I am on asap because you want to escalate that personal touch. Second thing is, is you want to be able to record it, okay? Because you're going to forget things and no matter how good at note taking you are, you're going to be having a lot of these conversations and you want to be able to record it so you can go back to your reference. And also if there's ever a miscommunication between what was said, you can go back and watch it and clarify it.
Okay?
And so, so that's what I like to do. So the first thing is, it's reply to the text message immediately. The second thing is, is move them to a Skype or to a Zoom, okay? So move them to a Skype or Zoom and don't forget to record. That is super, super, super important. Now you have to ask for permission to record or it seems a little fishy. So ask the permission and record it now. Now that you have them on a phone call, here's what you do. Are you ready? Okay. I like to ask a series of questions that are really, really open ended and I want them to do the majority of the talking because what I've learned is, is if I can get them to do the majority of the talking, then what happens is they actually close themselves, they actually sell themselves. And all I have to do is sit back and sign them up and get them onto my, onto my order form where I can take their money. So what I do, the first question I ask is, I ask a simple open end question and hey, what do you have going on? Pretty simple, hey, what's going on? Tell me about it. Tell me about what's going on. And I just listen, okay? And I may ask some clarifying questions in there, but I just listen and what they do is they go on to tell me exactly what issue they are having.
Okay?
Now then my next question is, is, what's your biggest frustration with that? Okay, so like, let's say that somebody wants a, you know, so what's going on? And they're like, hey, you know, I've got this, you know, I've got a brand new coaching product program that I'm trying to launch. I just don't know how to do it. Chad, I know that you've done coaching for a long time and I could really use some help. Okay, so what I asked them then is I don't go in and help them. I say, tell me about your biggest frustration with like, like, what's your biggest struggle?
Okay?
And that question, like, what's your biggest struggle? Okay, that begins for them to tell me the pain that they are going through, the pain that they are experiencing. They're beginning to tell me the pain. But at first they only tell you the problem. They'll say, oh, I don't know where to start. You know, I don't really know what to do. I've talked with, you know, this person and that person, etc. And they don't really know what to do. So then I'll ask a follow up question after they tell me, so what's going on? What's your biggest frustration with that? And then what I'll do is I will ask a couple of questions to clarify, to agitate the problem.
Okay?
For instance, so if somebody says, hey, my biggest frustration is I, I just don't know what to start. I'll ask a question like, well, what do you know about funnels? What do you know about funnels? Well, they're coming to me asking me about funnels. So I know they know very little about funnels. So I'll ask them the question, well, what do you know about funnels? Or what do you know about Facebook? Ads. What kind of success have you had? Okay. And what I'm trying to do is I'm trying to put the knife in a little bit and agitate that problem and make it a pain point. Because if it's a pain point, I know I can help. And if it's just a problem, I know they're going to be a pain in my butt because they can probably do this on their own. They don't really need my help. And when I tell them how expensive I am or I tell them what I'm doing, all they're going to do is complain at me and gripe at me. And if they actually do pay me the money, if it's not really a pain point for them, then they're going to just be a pain in my butt. So I try to get the clarification right here. So what's your biggest. So what do you have going on? What's your biggest frustration with that? And ask one or two questions of clarification to agitate the problem. Then my next question is, is who have you gone to for help?
Okay.
Who have you gone to for help? I want to know, have they worked with any of my colleagues? Okay. With any of my colleagues now in my circle? Typically, I get the same answers, okay? I get the same answers, okay? Number one is I've gone to fiverr or upwork, okay? That's my number one answer that people tell me, where have you gone to get some help? The they'll tell me I've gone to fiverr or I've gone to upwork, okay? They've done that. And chances are they've spent a little bit of money. They didn't get what they wanted. Their crap. Their stuff looks like crap. Or the second is they'll go to the extreme and they'll have worked with like a, you know, a Julie Stolen or an Akbar Sheikh or Dan Henry, okay? And they're going to be somewhere in that particular level, okay? So they're either going to be at upwork or they're going to be a someone at that particular. That's typically where they are.
Okay?
And so what I know, depending on what answer they give me, whether they've gone and paid a lot of money or they've tried to pay a little bit of money, is that chances are they were disappointed somewhere, you know, they probably went to Akbar, and Akbar is going to be the king of coaching, right? So he's going to help them with coaching. He's going to get in their mind, he's going to help them because he's an incredible coach. Right? But probably what that tells me is they probably need a little bit more hand holding than what a guy like an Akbar or a gal like Julie or a guy like Dan can give them. So what they need is they really need a done for you service. They don't really need coaching. They don't really need somebody to tell them what to do. They probably need somebody, they need, they need a handholding. So depending on what they tell me, I now know how to formulate my answer. But I don't tell them, okay, the next question that I ask is, have you gone for help? I asked them, can I give you a little bit of coaching?
Okay.
Can I give you a little bit of coaching?
Okay.
And typically what I do is, is I will, in my coaching, I will begin setting them up for the sale.
Okay?
So for instance, so in the coaching, I give you a little bit of coaching, they'll say, yes, let's say they went to upwork. And what I'll say is, well, what I want to tell you with upwork is one of the biggest struggles you're going to have with upwork is the people on upwork need you to delineate for them step by step exactly what you want them to do. Because they're just simply, you know, they're just simply rule followers. And so you have to explicitly tell them, everybody, everything that you want to do. But the problem you're going to run into is, is you're not necessary, you don't necessarily need to tell them what to do because you don't necessarily know what to do. So what you need is you need somebody who can coach you through the process to be able to outline the entire strategy for you. And now watch what I do in this cell, okay? Watch what I do. When I tell them there, I begin answering some of their pain points, I begin telling them the solutions to their problem and to their pain. So I'll say, you know, really what you need is you need somebody who can, who can give you a 35,000 foot view. You know, we're going to lay out the entire funnel can show you what kind of squeeze pages you need and what kind of order forms you need and what kind of upsells you need and, and what's the psychology behind each and every them, each and every one of them. You need somebody who's understand your demographic, who understands the problems and the pain points that they're going through. And so what I'll do is in my little coaching That I do is I'll begin solving their problem for the what, not the how. I'll be telling them exactly what they need to do, depending on what, which level they came. So if they came from a high level coach, I'll tell them, hey, you know, really what you need is you don't necessarily need a high level coach, okay? Now what you need is you need somebody to be able to implement. You need an implementer. And I'll give them my little. There's a difference between a coach and a consultant, you know, a mentor and accountability. You know, I'll give them that whole little spiel and then I'll begin agitating that pain in my coaching. And then here's what I do. And this is the kicker, okay? This is the kicker after I give them a little bit of coaching, okay? And this, this can be good in any industry.
Okay?
So let's say that you're a, I don't know, whatever, a house cleaner, okay? And somebody reached out to you to get prices, right? The first thing that they want to know is how much do you charge? Right? How much do you charge? How much do you charge? Well, don't just answer how much you charge. Go back and follow my formula.
Okay?
You know, well, what do you have going on? Tell me a little bit about your house. Okay, well, what's been, what's been your biggest frustrate? What's your biggest frustration with your house right now? They'll tell you, okay? And then ask one or two questions of clear of clarifications. Are your kids messy? Do you struggle with the laundry? Do the dishes get backed up? Do you have pets that give fur everywhere and you're going to agitate that problem? And then you ask, well, who have you gone to for help? So what other services have you used? Have you, because you want to know, have they used a professional service? Have they used a mom who's come over to help? Or have they just tried to do it themselves? You want, want to know that? And then you say, well, hey, can I give you a little bit of advice? Okay? One thing that I recommend is when you clean this for pet fur, then you do this, this and this. You do this for bathrooms, you do this, this and this. I got a little system that I can teach you on how to whatever. So you give them a little bit of coaching and then you, then you put the ball back in their court and you say, how can I help? And then you shut up. How can I help? And then you shut up, okay? And the reason why you want to shut up at this particular moment is they are literally going to close themselves for you, okay? When I. When. When I talk with somebody about coaching or I talk with somebody about funnels, and. And I get to this point and I say, how can I help? Okay, the first thing that they do is they look at me like I'm stupid, right? Like, well, obviously, I need a funnel, Chad. I need a funnel or I need some coaching, Chad. Okay, now, what has that done? When. When I go and I give them that. That question, how can I help? And I. And I shut up. What I've done is I've given them the ball in their court for them to serve me a softball. What they're saying is, chad, well, obviously, I need you to build me a funnel. Or, obviously, Chad, I need you. You to coach me, okay? And then as soon as they serve that, I knock that dang thing out of the park. And I'm like, man, yeah, you do. You really do need me to build a funnel for you. And then what I like to do right here is I don't want to get into price. I don't want to get into anything. What I. What I do is I just assume the sale. And that's the biggest thing right here, is you have to assume the sale. Just assume the sale before you give them a price. Assume the sale before anything. You just assume it. And then what I like to do is I like to pull up my pen because I'm on Zoom with them. I like to pull out my pen and my notepad. I'm like, okay, well, let's just start building this. Or what I like to do is if I'm on Zoom, I'll open up my little whiteboard on zoom, and I'll start drawing out their funnel.
Okay?
And then I'll just. I'll just assume the sale. So tell me about it.
Okay.
When do you need this done by? Okay, awesome.
Okay.
And I haven't even given a price yet. And then what I'll say right then and there is, okay, well, I think I can get this done in 7 to 14 days. Here's what's happening. Here's what will happen. And then I'll tell them. I'm going to send you a link for the full invoice here in just a minute. You're going to pay 50%. As soon as you pay that 50%, it'll get me started. And then you'll pay 50%. Upon. Upon the close. And we're ready to go. And what's the number one question they ask. Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a second, Chad. Well, how much, how much you charge? Like, because I just assumed a sale and a lot of times I'll just go on and they won't even ask a price. But most, many times they want to know, well, how much are you, Chad? And then here's what I like to do now. This is me. You don't have to do this. If you're not at this level in your business, don't do this, it'll hurt you. But I'm at this level in my business, so I can do this. What I like to do is I like to start them really high. So my fee for a funnel is $12,500. Okay? If you were to go on my website, Launchiton Online Coaching, you can, you'll see that I charge $12,000. And what I'll do is I'll say, well, let me break down your funnel for you again. Okay? So you need, you get, you need seven pages of funnels, you need five emails, you need automation, you need technology. And I'll just go through, blah, blah, blah. And then I'll go through and I'll say, well, typically I'll charge this for funnel and this for emails and this for automation. And it's roughly about 20, $22,000.
Okay.
However, I have a special going on right now. You can go to my. If you went to my website, you can see it, it's $12,000. Now, I know in my head whether that's a $12,000 funnel or not. If I believe that I can knock that workout in a day or two, then I'm not going to charge them $12,000. I'm going to come down to maybe 7,200, and I've even gone as low as 3,000, depending on the scope of the work. Somebody reached out to me a couple days ago and their work was really simple. I wasn't going to charge them 12,000 for something like that. Not because I didn't believe it was worth 12,000, but. But because I knew that I can knock it out in just a matter of two hours. And so as much as I love making $6,000 an hour, I didn't think that that was necessarily fair to the client. And so I know in my mind what my rate, what my rates are. And this is where so many of you get stuck. Be honest, raise your hand and tell me. Chad. One of my biggest issues when I close people online is I have no idea how much to sell them, how much to Charge them. Excuse me, I have no idea how much to charge them. How many of you would be honest and say, that's one of your biggest issues when you get on the phone with the client, you have no idea how much to charge them. And what you have to do right then is you make a critical mistake. You say, well, let me go put it a proposal together and I'll get it back to you, okay? You have just violated online sales 101. Because when you got to. When you got a cut and you got a break with them and you don't give them an invoice right then and there, you've missed your number one opportunity to close them.
Okay?
I was. To me, everything goes back and forth on relationships, right? And so if you can build a relationship with them in a zoom call like this, then there's no reason why you can't close them on the zoom call like this. And when you take a break and say, well, I have to send you a proposal, what you've done now is you've now opened the door for them to go shop around. You've opened the door to. Excuse me, you've closed the door on impulse buying, which is really what you want. You want them to fall in love with you and buy from you right there. So you've opened the door on your competitor and you've closed the door on you. Well, that's a dumb thing to do. So don't do that, okay? Don't do that. So at this particular moment, well, after you assume the sale, if. When they say, well, how much does it cost? You need to give them a price. You have to know in advance how much you charge for your services, okay? And if you don't know how much you charge for your services, that is not their fault. That is your fault, okay? Because when you. When you show up at Cheesecake Factory and you order chicken piccata and a piece of cheesecake, they could tell you how much money that cost. The waiter doesn't go and say, well, you know, let me go check with the manager and let me get back with you. No, no, no, because that's ludicrous. They're stupid. You need to have a menu for your services. So. And if you're expensive, then be expensive, okay? But you need to have a menu. So know how much you charge. I like to start high and bring them down to where I want them as opposed to starting where I want them, because they're already going to whatever number you give them first. They're already going to Think it's high. So I like to start high and then bring them down to where I want them. Okay, you don't have to do that. If you can't charge a lot of money, then please don't do that. Okay, but you have to know how much you charge in advance. You have to give them the price, and then once again, you reassume the sale. Now, I'll recap all this in just a minute, but you reassume the sale. Now, on the phone, what I like to do is I will pull up if I have a. If what I'm selling them is in my click funnels, then I will go right then and there and I'll grab my click funnels order form and I'll put the link right in the chat room right there. If it's not there, that I will go to PayPal with them on the call. I will go to PayPal and I will generate an invoice and I'll send them the link to the invoice right on the call, and I'll ask him, did you get that? Did you get that? I want to make sure you got that. Okay, great. Hey, as soon as you get that first part paid, and then I'll explain it to them. Well, if it's PayPal now, you're gonna see the invoice for the entire thing. But I've given you partial payment and that partial. And I always, I always select partial payment and tip. Okay, I've given you partial payment. So all you have to do is you have to pay half of it. And then I'll put the minimum amount of money that I'll take as 50% of the overall cost. I put that in there, and I make sure they get the link to my invoice before I get off the phone call with them.
Okay?
That's incredibly important. So how do you close? How do you move somebody from, you know, Facebook messenger or email or social media inquiry? How do you move that to a close? So let me recap for those of you who just are joining, okay? This is the number one way that I sell my online products, okay? Because just like I'm doing, doing right now, I always, I love to do these Monday morning trainings, these Monday morning coaches coachings. And when I come in and I do these trainings and I do these coachings, more times than not, people will reach out, okay? People reach out to me. They want to know, you know, can I work with them? And so I've got to have a method methodology on how to Move people from that messenger and into my bank account. Right. I want to, if I can really help them, I want to take the money out of their pocket and put it in my pocket.
Okay.
I want to take my expertise and my problem solving ability and I want to solve their problem. I want to give them what they need to be successful, but I want to do it then and there. So how do I do that? First and foremost, I'll just recap. First and foremost, I reply to them immediately. Okay. If I can, I try to reply to them immediately. Where I get grief is when I get bogged down and I can't reply to somebody immediately, I get a hell of a lot of for that. Okay? So I try to, if I can reply to them immediately, I don't do an autoresponder second. I move them to Skype or Zoom as soon as possible so I can have a face to face relationship with them.
Okay.
Just like an online dating, you want to be able to get to know somebody face to face. Just like in the online world like you and I are in, we want to get to know somebody face to face. And I try to record that call for record, for reference and to remind my forget before brain what the hell we're doing.
Okay?
So I want to do that. Then when I'm on the call with them, I ask a question. So what do you have going on? Hey, tell me what's going on. And I try to say it very casually and I then I'm quiet and they tell me what's going on.
Okay.
As they tell me what's going on, once they tell me their story, then I'll jump in and I'll end once again. I'm listening, I'm listening for question, follow up questions that I can come back to them in a little bit. But as soon as they tell me what's going on, then my first question out of my mouth is, hey, what's your biggest frustration with that? So, hey, Chad, I need a funnel. Well, what's your biggest frustration with that? And then they'll tell me they're going to tell me their pain points. And so I've taken good notes, I know what pain points are. And then I ask one or two questions of clarification that will agitate the problem and move the problem from a problem to a pain point. Okay, that's so important.
Okay.
So important. After they've explained, okay, then I'll ask them, who have you gone to for help?
Okay.
I want to know who they reached out to other than Me, okay? I want to know. I want to know who they gone to help, who's helped them before, who they looking at. And they will. Typically what they'll do is they'll show their hand right there and let you know, are you one of many that they're shopping or are you the first person they went to because they believe that you're the expert that can help them?
Okay.
And just a little side note, when people reach out to you, they reach out to you for two reasons.
Okay.
You need to figure out which one of these categories you're in. The first reason is they A, actually believe that you are an expert at what you do and believe that you can help them, or B, they just believe you're a little better than the last guy they reached out to, but you don't cost a lot of money, so they're willing to take a risk on you. That's really the two categories that they're falling in. Okay, and so which one are you? So after I ask them who I've gone to for help, I figure out which category they are and then I jump in and say, can I give you a little bit of coaching? And then I will just. I will sort of solve a little bit of their problems telling them what to do.
Okay?
But I won't tell them how to do it. Then when I'm done with it, I ask the big question, how can I help?
Okay?
And then they will tell you, chad, I need you to build me a funnel. Chad, I need you to do coaching. Chad, I need this. Chad, I need that.
Okay?
And I'll ask them help. And then, then the next part is I will assume the sale.
Okay?
And then what I'll. What I like to do is I like to grab my notepad and I like to start drawing out their funnel, or I like to start drawing out their email sequence, or I like to start building out their Facebook ad right with them on the phone right there so they can get an idea that I know what the heck I'm talking about.
Okay?
And then after that, and then when I say is okay, this will take approximately X amount of days to do. And the way I work is you pay 50% upfront and 50% when I deliver, I'm go ahead and put the link. Just like I'm going to create this invoice, I'm going to go ahead and put the link in the. In the chat room, and they're going to be like, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a second, Chad, how much does this cost? Notice I Didn't start with price.
Okay?
I didn't start with price. The only way I would ever start with price is, is if price was their biggest pain point.
Okay?
And I thought that I could solve that. Okay? That would be the only way. But other than that, I'm not going to start with price. I'm going to assume the sale, and then I'll. Then I'll start with price. Now, I do this because I charge a lot of money and I believe I'm worth it. If you're a newbie and you can't charge a lot of money yet, don't do this. But I like to start super high. So if I'm going to charge them, if I'm ultimately going to charge them $12,000 for a funnel, I may start at the 25, $30,000 level. Okay? And I, and I'll make a case for that 25,000. 30, 25 to $30,000 level. And I will let myself come down, okay? And I'm not saying come down. If they talk me down. I'm saying, I'm saying, what's 25? This, you know, but you know, we have a deal going on. Here's what it is. If you go to my website, here's what it is. But. But I think I can do the whole thing and delivered in X amount of days for X amount of dollars. Okay? So I'm gonna go ahead and send you. And I don't ask them for clarification. Is that okay? Can you afford it? Nah, just. I just give them the price to say, okay, hey, I'm gonna go ahead and shoot you this link over and they'll jump in and say, oh, wow, Chad, well, that's a little too rich for my blood. Or they'll say, oh, wow, Chad, I was only hoping to pay X amount of dollars. And then you can make the decision whether you want to do that or not.
Okay?
But the. One of the biggest struggles, as I said earlier, so many of you guys are going to have in this space, is you don't know how much money you charge in advance. And so you end up having to tell them, well, let me send you a proposal. But don't send them a proposal. Don't ever send them a proposal. Do not send them a proposal. You tell them everything they need to know right then and there, and you try to get the sale right there. The reason is, is because when you send them a proposal, you've done two things. Number one, you've opened the door to the competitors for them, for them, to go shop more people. And second is you've closed the door on them impulse buying. You, you don't want to do that. Don't want to do that. So give them a give, send them the link and try to close the deal right then and there.
Okay?
If they try to get out, give them a perk to purchase right then and there. So, hey, listen, I know you want to go think about this, but hey, I'm beginning to get really full. I really like you. I want to, I want you as a customer. You have the price. Here's my deal. I tell you what. If you, if you, if you will buy. If you'll buy today. If you'll buy today. I know that I told you we can knock this out in 30 days. I will, I will put you to the front of the line and we'll knock this out in the next 14 days, but you got to purchase today. Okay? So sweeten the deal. Do something. Do something. Anita wants to know, do you have to have a contract? Yeah, Nina, you do. And so you can put that right in your invoice link. Okay? You can put it right in your invoice link. Like I like to put all my terms of services right into PayPal and everything like that. So you can, you can do that. You can also use DocuSign.
Okay.
Like if you're going to charge them a recurring revenue ongoing, I like to use DocuSign. So you can send them Docusign if you want to, but you can do that, but they can still pay you. They can still pay the first half of it right then and there.
Okay.
And you can take care of the semantics later.
Okay?
So that's what I got, guys. This is what these, these are always my favorite trainings to do, and I hope that you guys enjoy them. And you know, once again, I'm. I don't know how many countries we're in right now, holy smokes. But we're in a lot. I think we're over 40 countries now in my Design Academy. We just broke a thousand students in my design Academy, which is super exciting. So I think we got 300 and something students in my launch Fuel Academy, over a thousand students now in my Click Funnel Academy. We have nearly 5,000 of you on my professional page, 5,000 of you on my personal page. So we're beginning to make a huge impact in our world. And I'm so thankful and grateful. I never take these moments for granted, and I hope that they really, really benefit you. Hey, do me a favor. If you enjoyed the teaching today on how to sell when somebody messages you on Facebook. Will you do me a favor? Will you go ahead and just share this button right now for me? Just go ahead and share the teaching for me and let the people in your tribe get some of this great teaching as well. I promise you, I'll take great care of them. I never try to sell them on anything, and I just want to help them and make a difference in the world. And I believe that biblical principle is true, that when you give, it'll be given unto you, pressed down, shaken together and running over. And so I want to give to you freely today because I know I'm going to be. I'm going to be taken care of. God bless you guys. Have an awesome day today. Looking forward to looking forward to seeing you very soon.
