What to do When you just dont know what to do

Chad Thibodeaux walks through what to do when you're stuck on your next move. He shares personal stories and gives practical exercises to figure out your skills and values, then takes questions from viewers about career transitions.
Hey, good morning, everybody. How are you? Chan Thibodeau here with another edition of the Monday Morning Mentor. So glad that you are tuning in today. I want to tackle an incredibly difficult topic and one that as a coach, I run into more often than not. Let's see if you can understand the scenario. Okay, you have been in a career the majority of your life, and then something happened. You had a necessary ending. Either you quit or you were fired or you were laid off or something happened. And now you're no longer in that career and you're not necessarily sure that you want to go back into that particular career. So now you're stuck. You read.com secrets or you read Expert Secrets or you see everybody having some kind of entrepreneurial skill and you're like, boy, that's what I want to do. But you're just not necessarily sure what. So what I want to answer today. Excuse me. And I'm willing to take your questions on this and see if I can help you work it out here online, if you're watching this live online today. But I want to answer the question, what to do when you just don't know what to do? How many of you can relate to that? How many of you are in a position right now where you just simply don't know what to do? You just aren't content with your present circumstances. Give me some likes or some hearts or some tears or whatever it is you want to give me. Give me that so I can know who I'm speaking with today. Okay, so how many of you are doing something right now where you just don't know what to do? Now, while you're letting me know that I'm going to open up my CF Design Academy, I want to welcome everybody watching this today on my personal page, on my professional page, CF Design Academy, Launch Fuel, Online Coaching Academy, and recently LinkedIn. So here's the thing, though. With this little device that I have, I can't always see the comments from my Design Academy. So I'm going to try to come in here and see if I can find my video so I can find. Excuse me. So I can find myself on here. And actually, I'm not even seeing myself live in here. But we'll. We'll figure it out. So we'll take as many questions as possible. If you're watching this in the Design Academy room or in the launch room, go ahead and go to my personal page so I can see your comments.
Okay.
All right, let's jump in. Lee says, yeah, that's me. Okay, Lee, this is a big deal, okay? Sylvie says, that was me five years ago, laid off after 24 years. Ali says I have no idea what to do, and I have too many things running through my mind. Ali, that is a very common thing.
Okay?
So here's what happens. A few years ago, I say, a few years ago. Dang, it's been almost 20 years ago now. I was here in Phoenix, Arizona, and I'm a pretty talented guy. So in other words, back then, I was working in the church world. I love to speak, you know, So I was speaking with my local youth group. I was being paid to travel the country with a company called Youth Specialties, and I was speaking on big stages at their big events literally all around the country. I was also doing music at my church. I played piano. I was also playing at a little bar in downtown Phoenix called Little Ditties. It was a dueling piano bar. You know, I was doing that. I also love to teach and I love to preach. You know, I love to lead choirs and orchestras. So I had, like, 20 things that I like to do, right? And what I found myself was I was just splintered, and I was so spread thin that I literally was broke because I really wasn't making a whole lot of money from any of those situations. And I went. Went to breakfast with my mentor at the time, a guy by the name of Dr. Les Parrott, and he made me a comment, a quote, excuse me, that I'll never forget and that I want to pass on to you today. What he said was, chad, you can do almost anything, but if you're not careful, you'll end up doing nothing. You can do almost anything that if you're not careful, you'll end up doing nothing. And I wondered if you can relate to that today. So what do you do when you just don't know what to do? A lot of my clients and a lot of my students, what they do is they'll try their hand at many things. They'll see somebody making money with Facebook ads. So all of a sudden they want to do Facebook ads. They'll see somebody making money with copywriting. So all of a sudden they want to do copywriting. They'll see somebody having an online course. So now they want to go create an online course. They'll see somebody doing group coaching. So they want to go do group coaching. They will go see somebody do one on one coaching, and they'll do one on one coaching. And what happens is, if you're not care when you're in this particular state of mind, you're going to go chasing the money as opposed to significance. And what we know is when you go chasing the money as opposed to significance, you may make a little bit of money, but burnout is just right around the corner. Why? Because you're putting your time, energy, effort, resources into something that you don't love. So what I want to do is I want to get you out of the security mode and move you to the significant mode, because that is where you're going to be able to last the longest. But full disclosure on this particular thing, sometimes you have to do something to make money to free you to be able to do something that you love to do long term. Like, let me give you an example. So back this past summer, I was literally broke, okay? I mean, I'm talking broke. I'm talking on August 11th, I had $11 in my banking account. Eleven bucks, okay. And I had a situation where. But my. We own a home in South Carolina, a nice like 4800 square foot home, beautiful like mini mansion there in South Carolina. And we got renters in it and they weren't paying the ren. And so we were behind like three or four months on the mortgage. I didn't have any money to pay my rent here at my house. I was already a couple months behind on my rent here. And I was literally broke. I was at the bottom. And I had to tell my daughter no to some things that were very, very, very special to her. And it broke my heart. And it was at that moment that I said I had to have a change in my mindset. I had to begin doing something incredibly different because I knew that I had all the talent in the world. I knew I had to give things in the world, But I wasn't doing something that I loved. And because I wasn't doing something that not only was I burnt out, but I was also broke. And when you're broke and burnt out, that's a terrible place to be, I can tell you that, because that's where I was. I mean, if you're burnt out, but you got 100 grand in the bank, okay, take a vacation, right? But when you're burnt out and you don't have the money to pay the bills, that's a really bad place to be. But that's where I found myself. So what I had to do. And I keep this little emblem in my car. Just as a great reminder. Back in this past summer, I literally had to make a decision. I either needed to go get a job, a job and give up on my dream and on my what I thought was gonna be my significant career or I had to work a double career where I was doing what I love to do in the daytime and do something else at night. So I literally had my car, I went and got it approved and I drove Lyft. L, Y F T. Yeah, you're right, baby. You're talking Uber. I drove Lyft from 6pm to 2am every single night. Why? Because I had to put food on the table. But I didn't want to go get a 9 to 5 job because then it was going to derail me from what I love to do. And I did that. And it's embarrassing, but hey, I did that. And I tell all my clients that Lyft could be your saving grace because Lyft could put food on the table while you're building your dream and your career. But here's the thing. If you've got a dream and you have a vision and you want to go do something, then find something to supplement that income because you've got to pay the bills. And what you don't want it to do is you don't want the pressure of income or lack of income derailing your dreams and hopes. So you've got to do something. You know? So you may need to have five to nine in order to support your nine to five.
Okay?
So just, just FYI. But. So here's what I want you to do when you don't know what to do, okay? Ali says I'm doing this training, doing the ClickFunnels affiliate bootcamp and also course and creating online courses all the same time with more than a full time job on top of it.
Okay?
Lee says I missed that. I'm definitely doing too much. Ali says I'm doing funnels. E Commerce lead generation. Danny says you're a talented guy. Thank you, Danny. I really appreciate that. Ali says I have no idea what to do, so we're going to talk through that. So here's what I want you to do right now. If you don't know what to do. What I want you to do is I want you to stop reading books. Stop it. Don't read another book if you don't know what to do. I don't want you to buy. Not even one online course. Nothing. Stop. Why? Why don't I want you to read a book? And why don't I want you to take an online course? The reason is when you read books, they give you ideas and when you get an Online course. It gives you ideas. And the last thing you need right now is an idea if you don't know what the heck you want to do. Why? Because you're going to be splintered, and you're going to be going in 288 different directions. So here's what I want you to do. Here's the exercise that I want you to do. I want you to grab a piece of paper, like a notepad, just sort of like this, okay? And if you were to come to my masterminds, I'll teach you how to do this. And what I want you to do is on the left side of the piece of paper, I literally want you to write down your resume.
Okay?
I want you to write down your resume. Now, what is a resume? I want you to bullet point every job you've had since the beginning of time in order, okay? So for me, it would be paper route, and then from paper route, it would be from starting my own landscaping company. From my landscaping company, it would be being a janitor at my college, why I played college basketball, because it's the only job I could do is still be eligible. From a janitor, it would be admissions rep. And from admissions rep, it would be director of admissions. From director of admissions, it would be youth pastor. From youth pastor, it would be executive director of a kid sports organization. From that, it would be the owner of a kid sports organization. From that, it would be a senior pastor, or would be a pastor, like a youth pastor, music pastor. From there, it would be senior pastor. From there, it would be church consultant. And from there, it would be what I'm doing right now, which is owning a digital marketing agency.
Okay?
So I'd write my resume down on the left. Okay. Now then what I'm going to do is. In the middle. In the middle. Okay? So I'm going to literally write down. And I want you to do this practice. I'm literally going to write down all the jobs that I had from beginning to end right here in the middle. What I want you to do is I want you. And this could be laborious, so please know that you're going to have to spend an hour on this. But that's okay. In the middle, what I want you to do is I want you to write down the task.
Okay.
In your job, what are the tasks that you did? Like, literally write them down. Now, why do I want you to be that laborious? And I'll tell you why in a minute. So, like. Like, for me, like, when I was, you know, you Know, when I was a paper boy, I rolled papers, okay? I collected money. You know, I did customer service, okay. At my landscaping company, you know, so I mowed grass, I edged, I weeded, then I created flyers, I sent out invoices, I collected money, I managed the team.
Okay?
And then you can go on. Am I, you know, youth pastor Bishop. And I spoke, okay? I played piano, I counseled, I. Whatever. I visited kids at school, I created clubs. I would literally write down, like, literally, I've got like 250 things. I literally will write down all the tasks.
Okay?
Now the third thing that I want you to do is when you write down literally every task that you've done, literally, I want you to go back to those tasks and I want you to put what I call your top five. Your top five, okay? Your top five. Literally what I mean by top five is if you have 200 tasks in the middle, you can only move five over to the top five. What are the five things that you've done that you have just simply loved the most?
Okay?
And so when I did this back in August, when I had a huge career change, not career change, but just business shift, back in August, when I was broke and burnt out, okay? And I had a huge shift, I began to write down, what are the five things that I love to do the most? And what I figured out was I love to do public speaking.
Okay?
My first. My number one second thing I love to do is I love to be able to make. Take complex things and make them incredibly simple. Third thing that I love to do is I love to be able to do big time business strategy, okay. Where I could help you take an idea and turn it into a business. I love that. I love the ideation part of that. Fourth thing that I like to do is I love to do consulting, okay? Coaching and consulting. I love doing that with, you know, with my. With my people. And the fifth thing that I love to do is to. Is to write, okay? Now, I'm not talking about, like formal writing, but I love to come up with speeches and outlines and do comedy. And so I love that. So what I decided to do, everything that I've done, I decided that I'm going to do those five things, okay? And so that's what I do right now. That's why I created my business. But it was until I got crystal clear on what my top five were that I found that I could create a business doing what I love. So the first thing I want you to do is I want you to write down your resume, write down every task you've ever done, and then highlight your top five.
Okay?
Highlight your top five. And then we're just going to let that marinate. Second thing that you're going to do Second thing that you're going to do then is you're going to ask yourself, am I a doer? Okay, so figure out, am I a doer? Okay, so am I an implementer? Like, do I like to do a task, do I like to lead people? Or do I just simply like to tell people what to do? Okay, so think about that. So do I like to do a task, do I like to lead people, or do I simply like to tell people what to do? Okay, let me break those three things down. Okay? Those are the three categories. Those are the three big categories. So if you're a doer, okay, so you may say like, boy, I love to write copy or I love to play the piano, or I love to create flyers, or I love to cut the grass, or I love to babysit, or I love to cook, or I love to whatever. I'm an implementer, I'm a doer. I love to do a task. That's what gets me going. Okay, I want to do a task, I need to give me a recipe and I'll follow that recipe to a T regardless of what it is. But I'm a doer. So answer the question. Are you a doer or are you a leader? A leader. A leader is where you work with people and you help extrapolate the potential from those people. Okay, so like you like to lead a team, you like to build a team, okay, but you like to be part of a team, but you want to be the leader of that team. Okay, so doers, leaders. And then the third part is, is do you like to tell people what to do? So in other words, are you, are you a 30,000 foot person where you like to just basically create a strategy, tell people what to do, get the heck out of there and let them do it? Okay, so what's one, are you. I'd like to know if you guys could comment in the, in the stream here. Which one are you? Excuse me? Which one are you? Are you a doer, a leader, or what I'm going to call a consultant? Which one are you? A doer, a leader or a consultant? Simply says, I'm getting old, don't know if I can remember that far back. So you'll, you'll do some stuff. Danny says lead is that bad. Haha. Sabrina says, when I have Been made redundant when I have been made redundant. A few years back, I created a master resume. Collated all my jobs and tasks, which I used to create customized resumes. I guess it's the first. It's the same first exercise. Yeah, absolutely. Eli says I'm in between. Mitch says I'm a leader. David says I'm a leader. Jaron says I'm a strategist leader. Sylvie says I'm a doer and a leader. Okay, we'll talk a little bit about that. Diacre says I'm definitely a consultant.
Okay.
Lee says I like to help others design business development. Charles says I'm a doer. I love that.
Okay.
I thrive in group brainstorming sessions. Okay, so. Okay, so, Mitch, if you thrive in group brainstorming sessions, what's your role after the brainstorming session? Do you like to go do the work? Do you want to lead a team to make sure the work that you just brainstormed on gets done, or do you want to tell them what to do in the brainstorming session and move on to the next client? Figure that out. Danny says I'm a lead and a consultant. Marissa says I'm totally a leader. But I also love to do. Lee says all three. Lee, it's when you. When you're all three, that's when it can be dangerous.
Okay.
But I'm also going to show you how you can actually make a significant amount of money if you are all three. I'm all three. Okay. And I'm going to show you what I love to do with all three.
Okay.
Ali says I would say I'm somewhere between a leader and a consultant. Ali, what I want you to do is I want you to make a decision today. Which one are you?
Okay.
And I'm going to push you as your coach today. I'm going to just be that mean coach today, and I'm just going to push you to make a decision because I can't help you if you don't make a decision. So make a decision. Which one are you? Are you a leader? Are you a consultant?
Okay.
You can still do both, but which one do you prefer? Sabrina says, I'm a leader, living by example. Mitch says, lead and take my own part as well, not just on the sidelines. I like that. Lee says agreed. Okay. So when you understand I'm a doer, I'm a leader, or I'm a coach, the next thing you need to figure out is what do you value more? Now, this is incredibly important. This is incredibly important. What do you value more? Do you value money? Do you value morale? Okay, listen to me. What do you value more? Money, morale, momentum. Think about this. Do you value money, morale, momentum? Here's the big one. Money, morale, momentum, or do you value feelings? Which one do you value more? Money, morale, momentum, or feelings? Think about that. What do I value more? Money, morale, momentum, or feelings? Let me. Let me put this in perspective for you, okay? So if you value money, okay, and that's what you value more, you're going to sort of probably be cutthroat and you're just going to do what you got to do to get the job done so you can make money, okay? So you know you're going to sell whatever the hell you got to sell. You know you're going to do whatever you got to do because you just want your bottom to go up. There's nothing wrong with that. There are millions of people on this planet to do that, okay? Some of you value morale. So in other words, you want to go in and you want to. This would be sort of that leader position. You want to go in and lead people. You want to build people up, you want to lift people out, but you want to make sure that you have solid morale on your team because morale produces productivity for you, okay? So morale is a big deal. You don't want to. You're not going to do a lot of conflict engagement. You want good morale. The third thing is momentum. You're like, dude, I don't care what we do as long as our company is going in an upper projection, upward way. I just. I want. I value momentum. And some of you are like, no, I value feelings. So in other words, I don't care if we have money, okay? I don't necessarily care if we have great morale on the team. I don't necessarily care if we have a lot of momentum. What I really care about is my feeling. Do I feel like I'm doing something significant? That's what I want to know. I just. I just value. I value. And so that feelings probably should be significant. I just want to. I just. I just value feelings. I just want to know when I wake up in the day that I'm aligned with who I am and that. That's really all I care about. I don't care if I make money. I don't care if morale of the team is good. I don't care if we got momentum. I just want to be significant at the end of the day. And so you see a lot of these people, like, you Know who will go and they'll work for these nonprofits, okay? And they don't make any money whatsoever. But at the end of the day, their significance is way up. I think of Mother Teresa, okay. I think of Gandhi, okay? Those are people who did that. I think of people who don't mind being broke their entire life as long as they're making a positive difference in the world. So what's one do you value? So let me know. Do you value money? Do you value morale? Do you value momentum? Or do you value significance? What's one of those? Let me know. Ali says, I need a mean coach. I can be a mean coach. Ali. I get myself tangled up when I take on all three roles. Joanne says, yeah, Ulysses. What does that mean? Okay, Ulysses. Be a little more specific with what that means. Okay. I don't know what that is. Okay, Danny says I value momentum. Marissa says I value momentum. David says I value morale. Durant says I value money. All they go so much hand in hand. Well, make a decision for me, Mitch. Which one you got? You got. You've got to put them in order.
Okay.
Dustin says, I like to build websites and funnels, just not the greatest at it yet. Well, we'll talk about talent. We haven't got the talent yet. We'll get to that in a minute. Lee says all three again. Lee will talk a little bit about that. Mitch says feelings lead to morale, to momentum, to money, to synergy. I love that. Okay, Sabrina says morale and feelings. Diacri says momentum for me. Danny says momentum so I can have significance. I love that. You. Lee says momentum with some morale.
Okay.
Zanna says momentum. I want momentum. Dustin says momentum. Lee says, is that bad? No, Lee, it's not bad. I'm going to show you how you can make a lot of money with that. But what is bad is when. When they're all equal. If they're all equal, that's bad. The reason is you can do anything and you'll end up doing nothing. So what you have to do is you have to make a decision in your life, and you have to make one a priority. Which one is a priority? And I'll tell you about the one in a minute that I chose to make for me. This is a tough one. Sylvie says a bit of all of them. Is that possible? Yes, it is. Marissa says, this is decision. They. Absolutely. Marissa, it's decision day. Because it wasn't until I made a decision back in August, literally, to stop working with 9, 8, 11 people that I was working with because I was chasing a dollar as opposed to chasing what I really love to do. It wasn't until I made that decision, I said, I'm going to be broke, but I'm going to drive Lyft if I have to because I'm going to do what I love to do, not what I have to do. And it's when I made that decision that everything changed for me.
Me, okay?
And I'm not a big. I don't like to put all my results out there for everybody to see because I don't want to be a douchebag, you know? But here's what I'll tell you is I will tell you that last week I had the greatest week of my life. And we made more money in nine days than I did the last 13 months combined, okay? And that only happened why? It only happened because I made a decision. And when you what to do when you don't know what to do, you have to make a decision. We're going to talk a little bit about that. Shane says I'd be a leader with morale as the main value, with feelings, running close off. Awesome. Charles says momentum, Momentum increases success. Moral money. Good. So what I'm getting is a few of you are saying feelings, some of you are saying morale, some of you are saying momentum. I've only had one person say money. I've only had one person say money. My question then is, then the next thing you have to say, the next thing that you have to ask yourself, the question is, if money is not a driving factor for me, can I find my morale? Can I find momentum? Can I find my significance in something that I don't do for a living? Or is it important that I make a living doing what I love to do? Is that important? Because if it's not important, then what you can do is you can go get a 9 to 5 job and then you can volunteer somewhere to get your morale, your momentum and your significance. I know people who did that all the time. When I was a youth pastor, I used to lead these big gigantic teams of volunteers who would come and work with our students, right? And they would be in a 9 to 5 job that they hated, but it paid the bills. But boy, they showed up to everything that I did with my youth ministry. Why? Because they loved working with kids. I could put them on buses and go take them on trips and they could do Bible studies together, small groups together. They could mentor kids, they could go to their school, they could bring them pizza, they could lead clubs, they could do everything that they wanted to do that, fulfilled that, filled all of their buckets except for finances. So they got to do something else. So the next decision you have to make, okay, is do I want to do this for a living or can I just volunteer to make it happen? So make that. That's the next decision.
Okay.
So I want just to living or volunteer. That's the next decision you're going to make. Living or volunteer? Okay, let's make that one.
Okay.
So do you see how we're going from the top and bringing it down? We're going to have you in a career here before too long.
Okay.
Lee says, amazing chat. Thank you, buddy. Rose says, take action. Passion, purpose, money is very important, but I don't want to be my driving factor. We'll talk a little bit about that, Ally.
Okay.
Passion plus purpose equals my mission. I need to make a living. Roxanna says I want to make living. Sabrina says I want a living. Money and altruism are my top. Living, living, living, living, living. If it's living right, why? Because what we know is, is for the majority of us, if we can make a living doing what we love, we'll never work another day in our life. And that's what we want to do. We want to make a living doing what we love, so we never work another day in our life. Those three things wrapped around itself is ultimately what brings us the most amount of significance in our life. And we feel like we're making a positive difference in the world when we're doing that. We're never burnt out when we're making a living doing what we love. I apologize. I have a cold today. We make a living doing what we love, okay? We're never burnt out. We don't need vacations when we're doing that. We don't need a break. We don't need a timeout. We're not getting aggravated or stressed when we make a living doing what we love. When you can make a living doing what you love, then all you need is a strategy and a system to make that happen and you're golden. But what most of us don't know is what is it that we love? We know that we want to make a living, but most of us don't know what we love. So it's decision time. Okay, so let's move on to the next one. Okay, here's another decision you have to make in order to do what you love to do, you have to learn a skill that's not native to you, okay? In order to do what you love to do. You have to learn to learn a skill that's not native to you. For instance, okay, some of you guys are in my click funnel design academy, and you're going to go learn how to build landing pages and opt in forms and order forms and downsells and upsells and all that. And it's probably not native to you, but you may feel like it's necessary for you to do what you love to do. So do you feel as if you have to learn a skill that's not native to you? Okay, so let's, let's, let's move on there.
Okay.
Do you have to learn a skill that's not native to you? So in other words, do you feel like you have to learn copyright writing? Do you feel like you have to learn accounting? Do you feel like you have to learn funnels? Do you feel like you have to learn marketing? Do you feel like you have to, you know, learn Facebook ads? Do you feel as if you have to learn something that's not native to you in order for you to do what you love to do? And there's an or we're going to get to in a minute, but let's go there.
Okay.
And this is, this is going to be the key that's going to unlock a lot of things for you right here. For me, the money is the avenue for fulfillment. Living is the course to go. I love that. Shane, good point. Absolutely. So help me. Dustin says yes. I feel like I have to learn copywriting. Okay, Diacri, let me know which one you've got. You think you got to learn Diachri, which one you got to learn? David? Sabrina says yes. And you learn writing and design. Duran says yes. Lee says no.
Okay, good.
Liam, thank you for that. So, Lee, you feel like you have everything that you need right now, right? There are things that I have to learn, but there are many things I can farm out, too. Do what you know. Lee says yes. Okay, so here's where I want. Here's where I want to go with that. If you feel like you have to learn a skill that's not native to you, the next question is, is that learning keeping you from making a living? And will you ever be able to learn it good enough in order to be an expert at it? Okay, so I run into a lot of people who feel like they have to learn clickfunnels.
Right?
They feel like they have to be a funnel hacker. Okay. The reason why they feel like they have to learn clickfunnels is because they read.com secrets, they're paying 97 or 297amonth for the program, and everybody else is doing it, so they feel like they have to do it. But here's what happens, okay? And I'm just gonna hit you in the face today. What happens is, is chances are when you went to bed last night, you sucked at being a funnel designer. You may have purchased click funnels, but when you wake up tomorrow, guess what? You're probably still gonna suck at being a designer. But you feel like you have to have that task or skill to be able to elevate you so you don't have to pay for it. And what I would tell you is if you have to learn a skill that's not native to you, then you're probably not ever gonna do something that you love.
Okay?
If you are a good designer, forget clickfunnels. All clickfunnels is. Is a tool that you can use to showcase your design skills, okay? But if you're not a good copywriter, then you go take all the copywriting classes in the world. But when you went to bed at night, you weren't a good copywriter. When you woke up tomorrow, you're still not a good copywriter. You're just a thousand bucks broke because you bought a course that you believe is going to help you. And you may be able to take one or two things out of that course that's going to get you to the next level, but it's not really going to get you to the next level. Why? Because you can get great at anything with hours of practice. I can't remember who said this, but they said you need 10,000 hours of doing something before you become an expert at something. So, yeah, you can go spend 10,000 hours learning copy and you eventually can become a great copywriter, but you're only going to be mediocre or good. You're never going to be great unless that skill is native to you. Unless you've learned it over a series of time, you're never going to be great. So what you're going to have to do is you're going to have to. In my opinion, you're going to have to forfeit the ability to learn something that you're not great at so you can go do something that you are great at.
Okay?
So you don't need to go learn click Funnels. If you suck at click Funnels. In order to make a living at click Funnels, what you need to do is you need to partner with Somebody who's great at click funnels so they can do what they love to do, and you need to be free to go do what you love to do. Does that make sense? So some of you need to break the mindset that says, I have to learn a skill that's not native to me in order for me to make a living. Some of you need to break that mindset, and you need to be able to delegate that task out, and you need to be able to delegate that skill out. So what you do then is you say, yeah, but I don't have money to. I don't have money to go buy a copywriter. I don't earn to hire a copyright. I don't have money to hire somebody to go build a funnel. I don't have money. I don't have this. I don't have that. I get it. I understand it. So what you got to do is you got to go get a resource, because you're going to spend way too much collateral trying to learn a skill that you're never going to be good at. You're going to spend way too much time and way too much energy and way too much collateral doing that, when literally, for a few hundred bucks, you could delegate that task out.
Okay?
So what you got to do is you got to figure out what it is you're great at, what it is that you want to do and what it is that you love to do.
Okay?
And then you need to delegate the rest. Okay, now let's move on to the next one. And these aren't necessarily in any particular order. I'm just taking you through a progression of what I do with my coaching clients to figure out what they love to do. Okay, you need to answer this question. How much money do I want to make? Even if I don't know what I want to do, how much money do I want to make? Okay, so everybody's going to answer this one. Okay, I got a lot of comments in here. Charles says, I need to learn how to charge for my services. I know I could charge more, but it's always difficult to decide what to charge. Charles, you and I tackle that in about 10 minutes.
Okay?
So bring that back up to me. Don't let me forget it. Diakri says, yes, I have to learn design and copywriting. Diacri, why do you have to learn design and copywriting? What are you going to do with design and copywriting? So make sure we understand these buckets. Okay, let me make sure we understand the buckets. What are the Buckets. The buckets are a doer, a leader, or a coach. Those are the three buckets.
Okay?
If you have to learn the ocra, if you have to learn design and copywriting, it's telling me that you're going to work in the doer bucket.
It.
Right. You feel like you got to do it. Okay, so talk to me. Is that what you want to do? Do you want to do design and copywriting, or do you want to make money from design and copywriting? Do you have to do it, or do you want to make money? And I want to talk with you about that, because you can delegate that task to somebody who already does it, who already is great at it. You can charge your client a little bit more money than what. What the doer is going to charge you. And that margin in there is where your profit comes in. You can actually make money off of somebody else's work doing what you love to do and allowing them to do what they love to do. Unless. Unless that's just what you want to do. Unless you want to be a professional designer, professional copywriter, I would tell you, go find people who already do that and let me teach you a business plan and business strategy on how to make money on the margin. Okay, we'll come back to that. Santa says, yes, yes, yes. That's my anxiety. Will I ever learn it well enough to support my goals? Well, Santa, we're getting. You're beginning to hash all this down. What I'm telling you is there's a lot of clutter, and there's a lot of crap between you and your goal. And somewhere along the line, we bought into this clutter and crap that we got to learn all this stuff in order to get to our goal. And what I'm telling is, you don't need that. And I'm gonna. I'm gonna help you figure that out here in just a minute. John Maxwell spoke a lot about focusing on going from 7 to 9 or 10 versus trying to go from 3 or 4 to 5 or 6. Absolutely, Mitch. Absolutely. Rose says, I don't do anything I don't like anymore. By doing something I do not like, it's because I'm currently unable to outsource. We'll talk a little bit about that. I like that Shane says, Bruce Lee says, I fear not the man that practices a thousand kicks. I fear the man that practiced one kick a thousand times. Very well said. Ali says, I'm a great writer and a good designer, but I'm terrible at ads and all that. Stuff. Great, Ali. So what we want to do is we want to let you do what you love to do and surround yourself with somebody who's great at what you're not wanting to do. Then what you're going to see is you're going to see both elevate Elise's two comma clubs. Okay, here we go. How much money you want to make? Ali says short term goal is 5,000amonth. Long range goal is as much as possible. Alec. Okay, so be brutally honest with me here. How much money do you currently make doing what you want to do? Okay, so if your goal is to make 5,000amonth doing what you want to do, how much money do you currently make doing what you want to do? Be brutally honest with you. Rose says I want to make 20,000 monthly. That's a quarter million dollars a year. Three kids are expensive and we want to buy a house. Okay, Rose, I know plenty of people who have three kids who make 40 grand a year, who own their own home. So let's talk about that. How much money do you currently make a month doing what you love to do? If you want to make 20 grand a month, so be honest with me, okay? Santa says my end goal is 10k a month by end of 2018. Xana, how much money do you currently make? Okay, we need, we need the extremes. We need. We need to know what you want to make and what you currently want to and what you currently make. The offer says, I want to make money without doing it. Okay, that's, that's. That falls in the leadership for all. Sylvie says first goal is 5,000amonth. Consistently further down, enough to be able to cover all of our needs, plus extra blah, blah, blah. Okay, Lee says 5 to 20k. That's a huge range. Lee. Okay, how much money do you make now? And then how much money do you want to make?
Okay.
Abra says this is golden advice. Thanks. Thank you, Abdor. Appreciate that. Okay, Joanne says 10, 10,000 pounds a month.
Okay.
By the end of 2018, by the end of May, which is a month from now. Two months from now. So, Joanne, how much money you're making now? Diacri says 10k a month is my goal. Diacri, how much are you making now? Mitch says goal is 30,000 per month by end of year. Mitch, how much are you making now? Okay, Durant says I got four kids. I got three of them, big guy. I got three kids and two dogs. I get it. Rose says I'm currently making seven. So, Rose, you wanted to make 20 and you're making seven. So that means you want a 3x your income.
Okay?
David says I want to make 20, I make four. So David, you want a 5 extra income.
Okay.
Dustin says I make zero dollars doing what I love, but you want to make 10k, so. Okay, so you want to, I mean, you got to make a little bit of money because you can't 10, you can't 10x0 because 10x is 0 is still 0, right? So I want to get you in the mindset of where we want to go. Okay? What I would tell you, Dustin, your first goal is, is not to make 10k per month. Your first goal is to make your first sales, okay? Because if you can make your first sale, if you have a thousand dollar product, give you 10x that thousand dollar product every month. Now you're making 10k, but you can't 10x0. So we got to figure out how to get you at least $1. So I can show you how to 10x that.
Okay?
Mitch says currently averaging about 7. Okay, Mitch, you want to make 30, so Mitch, you want to, you want a 5x, you want, you want a 4.5x your income? I'm going to talk a little bit about that. Sabrina says enough money to pay my bills first 3k per month, then we can scale up. Nothing at the moment. Lee says I currently make 100 to 1500 per month. So I want my current. Okay, so good, we're getting, we're getting to where we want to go. What I want you to see is you have to understand how much money do I want to make and how much money do I make. Then you need a game plan to get you from point A to point B.
Okay?
But most people's point B is completely unrealistic, okay? When you tell me that you want to make 50k a month and you're not making any money right now, that's completely unrealistic, okay? The reason why that's unrealistic is because you probably need to invest about 40k a month in order to make 50k a month. Month. And chances are you don't have 40k a month to invest. So you're gonna have to get really realistic on your goals right now, okay? And so let's, let's get realistic, okay? You're trying to figure out what to do when you just don't know what to do, okay? And right now you want to make 10 grand, 20 grand, 30 grand, 50 grand a month doing something that you don't even know what you want to do. So here's where I. Here's where I want your mind to go. I want you to screw and just forget your long term goal for a moment. And what My goal for you for the remainder of this call is to get you to make your first dollar online. If you already are making money online, you're making a thousand, two thousand, three thousand, four thousand. Then what I want you to do is I want you to figure out how to take this formula I'm getting ready to give you and I want you to two exit, okay? I want you to double it. I want you to create a game plan to double it. If you make zero money right now, I'm only trying to get you to your first thousand dollars. If you already make a thousand dollars or $2,000 or $3,000 a month, I want you to take this formula and I want you to 2 exit, okay? That's, that's your goal. We're not trying to 10 exit. We're not trying to 20 exit. We're not trying to 50 exit. We're trying to double it. If you're already making money, okay? If you're not making any money, we're just trying to get you to the point where you make money. Because if you can make money, I can show you how to scale it. But if you're not making money, I can't scale z.
Okay?
You can multiply 0 times 100,000 and it's still zero. So we got to get you someplace.
Okay?
So here we go. So let's talk about what to do when you just don't know what to do. And then how can you scale this?
Okay.
And I really apologize about my very dry throat. Let me take a little sip of my coffee. Okay.
Okay.
First thing, when you take your resume, you take your task and you take your top five. When you write those top five, what I want you to begin learning and what I want you to begin doing with your top five is can you volunteer? So in other words, can you offer any of those top five services to somebody for free to see if it's what you love to do? Okay, so let me see some more of these comments. There's a million comments. Okay.
Okay.
I haven't started yet. You Lisa, $0 for now, but launching soon. First goal, 10k per month by the end of the year. Yield is. My first goal for you is to make your first thousand dollars. I got to get you into the 1 comma club. My job is to get you into the 1 comma Club. If I can get you in 1 comma club. I can give you a game plan to get to 2 comma club, okay? But you got to get to the one comma club. Then you got to get to the five figure club. Then you got to get six figure club. Then you get two comma club, okay, but you got to get to the one common club first. Most people can't figure out how to get from 0 to to the 1 comma club. That's the hardest step you're gonna make. Making your first dollar online is the most difficult step that you're ever gonna make.
Okay?
The second largest hurdle that you're ever gonna make is getting from 1,000 to 10,000. That's the most. That's the second hardest. Once you get to 10,000, you can scale that bad boy easy. But most people can't get from $0 to one $1,000. The reason is because we're trying to borrow everybody else's skills and everybody else's talents as opposed to relying on the skills and talents that we already have.
Okay?
So understand that. That's where we're going with this.
Okay?
I got to get you to that point. Really appreciate all you guys who are just tuning in. We're talking today about what to do when you just don't know what to do. And I really recommend that you go back and watch the beginning of this tape because I gave you some very significant questions that you got to ask and some things that you got to do in order to do what you love to do. They're big buckets, okay? But the bucket that we're going to rest on for the remainder of our teaching today is, am I a doer, Am I a leader, or am I a coach? So in other words, if I'm a doer, this is the easiest and quickest way to make money. If I'm a doer, okay? If I'm a doer, I can just simply take one of my top five tasks that we've got over here in this column right here. I can simply take one of these top five, and then I can offer my services, okay? For free, okay? With the contingency, okay? So this is what I call for it. Free with string attached, okay? So write that down. Down, okay? Free. I'm gonna put it here. Free with string attached, okay? This is the first way that you can make money. What is free with string attachment? Excuse me. Let's say that you can write copy, okay? Actually, let's just take a real life example. Somebody tell me what they Love to do what? They're very gifted and talented. And I'll give you a business plan based on that. So first one to tell me what they love to do, I'm going to create a business plan for you here online. So just show me what you love to do. To do. Okay, so the first thing we're going to do is if you're in the doer category, we're going to do what's called free with string attached. Somebody just tell me what you. What you're good at. Dustin's. I'm going to write my resume as soon as you're done. Yeah, you should, Dustin, because I'm telling you, you can go back and create what you want to do.
Okay.
Anybody good at something? I'm not sending any comments here. Okay. Design. Okay, Lee, let's take your design. Okay, Lee, do you do graphic design or funnel design?
Lane?
Graphic design or funnel design? I know there's a little bit of delay, so I apologize about this. Ali says I do writing, research, changes design.
Okay.
What kind of design are we doing? Are we doing graphic design or funnel design? Okay. There's probably too much of a delay for me to keep looking at that. So we're going to just take funnel design just for the moment. Okay, so let's say that you do a funnel design. So Miranda says I'm multi talent and multi interest, if that is the problem. Multi. Miranda, it's decision day.
Okay?
That's what we're talking about. You should go back and watch the beginning of the video. Okay, so what we're going to do is you're going to take your resume, you're going to take your resume and you're going to write down everything you every job you've ever had from the beginning of time. Then you're going to spend an hour and you're going to write down every task that you've ever done at a job where you got paid for it. Okay. In the middle. Then once you get a very exhaustive list, probably two to 300 there, you can only move five over to this category. What are the five things that you just love to do?
Okay.
That you got paid for. And in this top five is probably where your living resides.
Okay. Okay.
So out of those top five, what you're going to do is you're going to become a doer. Okay. And you're going to do something free with a string attached. So, Lee, Shane, what you're going to do is if you're doing funnel design, you're going to find Somebody in the click funnel room who needs a funnel design, a funnel design bill. And what you're going to do is you're going to say, hey, I will. I'm going to give you my talent for free with a string attached. Here's the string, number one. I'm going to do it for you absolutely free, okay? And if you. And you don't have to pay me, but if you love it, if you love it at the end of the day and you want to use it, I'm going to ask for two things. I'm going to ask for a very small amount of money. So I normally would charge $2,500 for the funnel. I'm going to ask for 10% of that. You're going to pay me $250 and you're gonna give me a video testimony, okay? So that's called free with a string attached. Now, you could do the work and they may hate it, okay? And you'll end up with no testimony and no money at the end of the day. But if you're good or you can figure out how to be good, then you can do free with string attached, okay? I normally would charge 2500. I'm gonna ask for a video testimony and 10% of that, okay? So you can get a little bit of money so you can set you. Then you can say that you got paid to do something that $250 is going to move you. $250 is probably what you used to make in a day or two days at your job, okay? So it'll take you a day or two days to do this. You're at least going to get the income back that you used to make, okay? And you're going to get a video testimonial that is way more important than cash. So first thing you're going to do is you're going to do free with string attached, okay? Are you with me? Free with string attached. How many of you believe that you have something that you could do for free with a string attached right now? Okay, this is the doer bucket. Remember, we got three buckets. We got the doer, we got the leader, we got the coach.
Okay?
How many of you believe that you have something that you could do right now that. That you could do it for free with a string attached? How many of you can do that? So Lee says, I could. I could do digital, I could do a funnel. Shane says I could do graphics. Dustin says I'm good at building websites, just not good enough to sell. Well, why Not Dustin. Let's figure that out. How many? If I ask you to build me a website for free, okay? And if I loved it, I'd pay you 250 bucks and give you a video testimony, would that be enough incentive for you to go bust your tail to make sure it looks rock solid, or are you in the category where you're gonna have to learn a skill? Remember, you got to learn a skill that's not native to you, and should you delegate that task as opposed to doing that task? These are the questions you have to ask, okay? Shane says they had to learn click funnel design.
Okay.
Charles says, I'm the guru at custom programming and building funnels to match what people bring to me to replicate. Absolutely. Charles, I know your skill set. You. You're very gifted at what you do, okay? And so you're in another category, which I'm going to talk about at the end of this, where you need to double or if not triple or even quadruple your rates. And I'm going to talk. I'll talk with you about that at the very end, okay? So Shane says, excellent. I like it. Shane says, add me. Amazing. Chad Durant says, sales. Okay, Durant, let's take you, big guy. You want to do sales? Okay. Do you think that you could do free with a string attached? So could you find somebody, could you find Shane, or could you find Dustin, or could you find Lee, or could you find Charles and say, listen, I'm gonna go sell your product and your service to somebody, but you're not going to pay me until I get you a client. I'm gonna give it to you free with a string attached, okay? And then in exchange, I'm gonna charge you just a very low commission, and you're gonna give me a little bit of money, and you're gonna give me a video testimony. Do you think you can do that? Can you that do that? What are we trying to do? I'm trying to get you to the 1 comma club. You got to make your first amount of money online, okay? You're not a fraud if you make money online, if you're trying to go selling yourself as you're this big, huge guru, and you're not making any money online, that's what we call a fraud. So I got to get you to the point where you're getting money and getting a testimony, okay? So can you do that? So talk to me here. Diacri says, this is amazing. I can already see myself in the one comic book. Heck, yeah. Diacri we're going to get you there. In fact, here's the thing. I'm. You know how they give these two comma club awards on stage at Funnel Hacker Live? I'm actually creating the 1 comma club. And when you get from 0 to 1000 in my coaching program, I'm going to present you with the one comma club that I'm getting, the Five figure club and I'm getting the six figure club. I'm getting those three awards made and I'm going to put those bad boys on your wall when you join my coaching.
Okay?
Because I want to, I want to get you there. Okay, you can, you can. Shane says I have enough understanding of learning on the fly to pull one up. Of course, Shane. So here's what we got to do. We got to get your. You want. So how do you get your first client? Okay, what I want you to do is I want you to find somebody in this thread and I want you guys to raise your hand if you're willing to participate. Okay? If you need a website done. If you need a funnel built but you don't know how to build it, I want you to say, I want to funnel build and I'm willing to pay $250 and give a video testimony if you build me a funnel that I like. But if I don't like it, you agree that I'm just going to tell you I don't like it and you get to keep the funnel and you get to keep your own 250 bucks and get to keep your video testimony. I'm not going to give you any of those. Just tell me if you would raise your hand and say, yeah, I'd be willing to pay $250 for a funnel and a video testimonial if somebody could create me a funnel that I love with the understanding that if I don't love it, I can just say, no, I don't want it and there's not gonna be any hurt feelings. How many of you would say, yeah, raise my. I'm raising my hand. I'd volunteer to pay somebody 250 bucks to build me a full blown funnel and give them a video testimony if I love it, it. And if I don't love it, no hard feelings, okay? How many of you would do that? Durant says, probably today's not the day for. Probably today's either the day for yes or no.
Okay?
I'm on my high horse today and it's decision today. Okay? One of the big things that I'm noticing with a lot of my clients, you guys are spinning your wheels over and over and over because you can't make a decision. And you have to make a decision. Okay? I want to push you to make a decision for your life. Why? Because you only live once. You only live once. For two years, I was in this decisive mode. It is indecisive mode. And I was just doing this and doing that, trying to chase money and what? I found myself. I found myself agitated. I found myself depressed. I found myself being a terrible dad, a terrible friend. I was awful, okay? Doing all of these things. And I actually, if I was honest with myself, I found myself so depressed I probably was on the brink of suicide. Why? Because I couldn't make a dang decision. And so when I come to you coaching and say, no, today, Today's decision day. I'm not telling you that because I'm mean or I want to be rude or I want to be expressive online. I'm telling you that because I freaking love you and I don't want you to waste even one more day. You got to make a decision. If you make a decision and you take action, you can get to the end of it and say, ah, that sucked, and you can move on. But at least, you know, you got to either put it in something that you're going to do or put it in the trash bin, but you got to take the option off the table.
Okay?
You got to put the option on table or take it off. And right now you guys are in between. So I got to have you make a decision today. So I need a yes or no. Yes, I can do that or no, I can't do that. If it's probably throw the dang thing in the trash can and then move on to something else. Okay, you're with me. Sabrina says yes, I believe it. I just did it for my video creation. Just missed the money part, but we see the testimonial. Okay? So, Sabrina, next time you do it, okay, you tell people, hey, I'll do video creation for you. I normally would charge $1,000. I'm willing to do it for 10% of what my typical fee is. So $100. In exchange for you get the video, I get the hundred dollars, and I get the video testimony.
Okay.
What would that do for you? You now have a paid client.
Okay?
So you can be authentic when you tell people that. People pay me to do this. When somebody pays you to do something that you do, your morale goes way up, okay? It goes way up.
Okay.
And so if you, if you validate money, you validate morale, you validate momentum, you've just now gotten all three of those by doing the free with the string attacks bucket. Does that make sense? Shane says, I like the guru comment. Kevin says, imagery is powerful. When you see it, the mind believes it. Absolutely. So, yeah, Elise is saying that, hey, I want, so I can take somebody to build a funnel for me for 200 bucks with no strings attached. So if you are in the funnel business and you want to build her you, Lisa funnel, I would be sending her a direct mail message right the second. I wouldn't wait till the end of this training. I'd send her a direct message right the second and I would begin bidding it out. And then your lease. What you got to do is you got to make sure you know exactly what to tell them and they can start building it for you. Understanding that at the end of the day, if you use it, that you're going to pay them 250 bucks and you're going to give a video testimony. So don't tell them that if you don't have 250 bucks, okay? Because they're going to be able to do that for you.
Okay?
So David says, yes, I would. Lisa's, Everyone would. I'm not sure what we're meaning by yes, I would. Okay, so let me know. Be a little more specific. I wrote probably because I don't know the level of their competency yet. Okay, well, what about. I see what you're saying. Okay, well let's, let's. I see. Lee says, yep, and they're not. Chad Xana says, I want to answer the question, but I don't know what the heck I would sell online. Or maybe I have an idea, but I'm not sure it's worth selling. That's part of my spinning wealth. Okay, so Zanna, what you're going to do is you're going to do this exercise. You're going to write, you're going to write your resume, write everything that you've ever done, and write the five things that you really love to do. And you're going to be the doer with a string attached on one of those five. So just pick one. Okay, so pick one. If your, your favorite thing to do is project manage, then what you're going to do is you're going to find an entrepreneur and say, hey, I want to, I want to project manage a task for you.
Okay?
I'm not going to charge you any money for it unless you love it. But if you love it, here's what I typically would charge. I'll give you. I'll bill you only 10% of that. Okay. And then you got to give me a video testimony. Okay. So it's called. That's called free with a string attached. Okay? So that's the doer bucket. Are you with me? Yes. I can sell it. I love it. Shane says something you said do something today that will allow you to tomorrow what you cannot do today. Absolutely, Shane. That's exactly what we're doing. By doing the. By doing the free with a string of tax, you may not be great at design today, so you may not be able to charge five grand or ten grand or twelve grand or twenty five grand to build a funnel. So do something today that you can do that will propel you to do something tomorrow that you can't do today. Okay, but so you can build a $250 funnel. Why? Because with 250 bucks, the expectations are way low.
Okay?
And then you can go in there and you can work it. You can perfect it. You can get better at your sketch, your trade. Okay, so you can do that. David says, yes, I would pay.
Okay.
So I would be hitting up David.
Okay.
I would be hitting up David. So are you guys with me? So the first bucket is the free with a string attached. Okay? So everybody of us, if we're a doer, we can do free with the string attached. Second bucket is the leader. Okay? The second bucket is a leader. What you're going to do if you're a leader, okay? And you're going to write down your top five tasks, okay. Right here. Okay. What you're going to do is you're going to find something on your top five tasks, and then you're going to recruit a team of people who are willing to be free with a string attached. You're going to recruit three or four or five people to be on your team. They're going to work free with a string attached. And what you're going to do is you're going to go out and you're going to sell. You're going to sell your agency, okay? And understand that people know what you're doing. And you're going to sell the free with a string attached for the. For the technicians that you now have on your new team.
Okay.
On your new team. And what you're going to do, though, is you're going to raise the rate, not 10%, but you're going to raise the rate to 15%. You're going to pay the doers on your team, 10%. And you're going to keep 5. And you're going to lead them, and you're going to manage them. Are you with me? You're going to lead them, and you're going to manage them, because you may not know clickfunnels, you may not know Facebook ads, you may not know copywriting, but you know how to lead. How do you know how to lead? Because somewhere along the line, somebody paid you 20,000, 30,000, 40,000, $50,000 in order to lead, but you haven't figured out how to make money online doing that.
Okay?
So you take this approach. Free, with a string attached. Get four or five people on your free with a string attached team, okay? And then you go out there and you begin selling it. Now, why do you want to do this? Because if you can go from 0 to $1,000 online, I can show you how to scale that 100 times. But if you can't get at least your first product sold, then you. You have no business being in this game. So we got to get you to that point. Why? Because you value money, you value morale, you value momentum, and you value significance. And when you start making money online, all four of those buckets begin to get filled. And when those buckets begin to get filled, baby, you start launching and growing, okay? And that's where we want to get you. So we want you to get. So what do you do when you don't know what to do? You just do, okay, you do this exercise. You write it down, your resume. What is it I've ever done in my life? Every job that I've ever had? What task? Literally 200, 300, 400 of them. Write down every freaking task you've ever done in your life. Study that task, examine that task, and say, okay, if I was to make a living doing four or five of those, which one would they be? Which one did I love? Put them right here. Take one of those. Then you're going to take one of the top five, and you're going to do it with a free, with a string attached, graphics copy, project manager, accounting book, whatever. Whatever it is, whatever those things are. You're going to take one of those and you're going to go to a room like click Funnels. You're going to go to a room like the design Academy, going to go to room like launch Fuel. You're going to go to your friends and family on Facebook, okay? And you're going to say, hey, guys, I'm doing this new thing. I'M curious to know who needs a project manager. I normally would charge $1,000 to do the tax.
Okay.
I'm willing to charge you 10%.
Okay?
But you're only gonna pay me if you love it. And in exchange, when you pay me the hundred dollar, you're also gonna give me a video testimony. How many of you can do that? Right? So that's the leader bucket. Now let's talk about the coach or consultant. This is the third bucket.
Okay?
This is the third bucket. And then I'm gonna get to the point where you can make a lot of money. So just hang on with me. Davis says, I'm digging what Chad is saying. Thanks, David. I really appreciate you, bud. Samuel says, do you have a course? Samuel? Who are you? Are you talking about me? If you're talking to me, yeah, I do have a course. But remember, I don't want you to get a course today, okay? I don't want you to read one more book, and I don't want you to get a course today. The reason is because all you're going to do is learn more information that's just going to keep you from actually doing okay. You already know everything that you need to know in order to make money online. And I'm going to prove it to you today, okay? And this is, this is the point of this task is I'm just trying to get you from zero to a thousand bucks, okay? If I can get you from zero to a thousand bucks, I get you from a thousand to ten thousand. Ten thousand. And when I get you ten thousand, I can get you from ten thousand to one hundred thousand. And when you get a hundred thousand, I can get you from a hundred thousand to a million, okay? So if. Because I can scale it, okay? But I can't. I can't scale zero, but I can't scale a thousand. So that's my job today, is getting you to do something right. And when you start getting paid. I remember when I started getting paid to do work online, it changed the game for me. It changed the game, okay? And then I began resting in what I love to do. Because money wasn't an issue. Now for me, I had to go drive Lyft, okay? I had to drive Lyft for a while because I didn't want to go get a 9 to 5 job. And so I did what I love to do from nine to five. Or if I was honest, from five to five. And I drove lift from six to two, okay? Because Lyft paid for my bills while I was building a skill set that I can monetize later. So that's what I had to do. And maybe you have to do it, okay? But what I can tell you is here I am, I'm standing with you on the 2nd of April, okay? And I can tell you that the last nine days, I've made more money in the last nine days than I did the previous 13 months combined.
Okay?
Why is that okay to brag? No, I'm not trying to brag. What I'm trying to tell you is you had to start somewhere, but some of you aren't starting. You're just spinning your wills. And so when I did this exercise for me, okay, And I figured out what it was that I love to do, then I said that my authenticity lies with coaching and with consulting and with writing and with design, okay? Once I understood that, that I could go create a career doing what it was that I love to do, and then when I realized there's really only three buckets, I can either be a doer, a leader, or a coach. Once I figured out there really were only three buckets, then I could choose what bucket I wanted to do.
Okay?
Now just two seconds here. I'm going to show you how to make a lot of money. If you're good at all three buckets, I'm going to show you how to make a lot of money, okay? But let's take the third. The third bucket is coach, okay? So doer is this is where you're going to, you know, if you're not making any money, you're going to do a job. You're going to do it free with a string attached, a leader. You're going to recruit. Your only job today is. Your job is to get. Is to recruit. And you're going to find at least one, if not two or three or four or five people that can be on your team for your new makeshift marketing agency, okay? And the people that you're going to recruit are not people you're going to have to pay a lot of money to, but you're going to recruit people who are in the free with the string attached category, okay? That's a leader. Now, let's say you're a coach, okay? Or a consultant. Let's say that the majority of your life you have been leading teams and leading people, and you know how to make money for people, okay? You know how to do that. Then you're going to move to the coach or consultant level. And what you're going to do is you're Going to now find leaders who want to scale their business. And what you're going to do is you're going to coach them by creating a game plan for them to get from where they are to where they want to go.
Okay?
And once again, you're going to charge a lot of money, but you're only going to charge 10% of that in exchange for 10% of the income and a video testimonial. Why? Because you need money so you can say that you're a paid coach or a paid consultant. Two, you want to make it irresistible for somebody who really needs your help to get to the next level. Three, you need to figure out your processes in your system. And there's no better way to figure out your processes and system than when you're actually working with the cat.
Okay?
And for you need that video testimonial because without it, you don't have a business.
Okay?
People will take. Will take a chance on you when it's free with a string attached. That will never take a chance on you by you just building them 10 grand. And you don't have any proof that says you're any good. Are you with me? Okay, so your coach, you're gonna find a leader then that wants to scale his business or her business from 0 to 100k, you're gonna find them. You're gonna use your knowledge that's on this list right here. So if in your top five, okay, consulting or coaching or scaling or systems or any of that, if it's right here, you can then become a coach or a consultant, and you can help a client scale their business. Why? Because you've done it the majority of your career, or at least it was something that you've been paid for in the past, and you can be authentic with what you do. Does that make sense? Here's what a lot of you are going to do. Okay, let me see what else you guys are saying.
Saying.
Lee says maybe tomorrow. I don't know what you mean by that, Lee. Brett says, great material. Brett, I see your phone call, big guy. Just obviously on a live call today, Miranda says makeup and film writing and direction. Being a mom and teaching, I love that. So, Miranda, if you like makeup and film writing and direction, you have an incredible career in the online business. Because there are people like me who do this for a living, where I'm on live for a living, where you can teach me how to create the production for my Monday morning coaching or my Thursday podcast or for my online courses or for my little three or four minute snapshots. Or you can teach me how to do video, hair and makeup on Instagram. You can have an incredible living doing exactly what you love to do by being a mom and teaching. Well, I could show you how to take that business and make him make $100,000 a year on it by doing what you love, love to do. Okay, so what? But what do you need? First? You got to be a doer. You got to be in that bucket. You need to take a guy like me or somebody else in this room and you need to say, hey, I'm going to do it for you for pennies on the dollar. Teach me how to create the production for my Monday morning coaching or my 10% of what I normally would charge. In exchange, if you love it, and only if you love it, you're going to pay me Thursday podcast or for my online courses or for my little three or four minute snapshots. Or you can teach me how to do video, hair and makeup on Instagram. You can have an incredible living doing exactly what you love to do by being a mom and teaching. Well, I could show you how to take that bit. Give me a video testimony. If you don't love what I do, I'll take my work and go elsewhere. But if you love what I do, I'm going to give it to you free with a string attached. Miranda, you can make a ton of money. Sam says yes, I understand. Got a few clients few days ago to do web design project for them. Awesome, Sam. So jump in board. Jump in there and do it. Now let's talk about how you can scale this.
Okay?
So, Charles, the bearded guru, by the way, buddy, I'm proud of you, man. You're looking good. I'm noticing you're losing a ton of weight. And buddy, it's awesome. Super proud of your business and make $100,000 a year on it by doing what you love to do.
Okay?
Charles is an incredibly gifted designer. Encoder. So what? But what do you need? First, you got to be a doer. You got to be in that bucket. You need to take a guy like me or somebody else in this room, room. And you need to say, hey, I'm going to do it for you for pennies on the $10% of what I normally would charge. In exchange, if you love it, and only if you love it, you're going to pay me. Charles makes click funnels. Sing and dance.
Okay.
Charles does things with click funnels that you and I didn't even know existed.
Okay?
He's a very gifted guy. And if you were to go visit his stuff, the bearded guru, you can see that this guy can make some stuff happen. Okay, now what I want to work with you, Charles. And those of you who are you would consider yourself an expert on something. I'm going to show you how you can put all three of these buckets together and you can scale your business drastically. Okay, here we go. So number one, there is a lot of money. Give me a video testimony. If you don't love what I do, I'll take my work and go elsewhere. But if you love what I do, I'm going to get what we call done for you. Okay? Done for you. D F Y. There was a lot of money with done for you you, the question that you have to ask this is going to give it to you free with a string attached. Miranda, you can make a ton of money. Sam says yes, I understand. Got a few clients a few days ago to do web design project for them. Awesome, Sam. So jump in board, Jump in there and do it. Now let's talk about how you can scale this.
Okay?
So Charles, the bearded guru, by the way, buddy, determine how much money you are going to charge or not is what type of clients are you working with. The type of clients you're working with, do they value time or do they value money?
Okay.
If you work with people who value. Proud of you, man. You're looking good. I'm noticing you're losing a ton of weight. And buddy, it's awesome. Super proud of you. Their their money then you can't charge them a ton of money. Charles is an incredibly gifted designer. Encoder for click. The reason why you can't charge them a ton of money is they're going to nickel and dime you to death until you get all the way to down. They're going to shop 10, 12, 14, 16 people and they're going to go with the lowest bidder. Funnels. Charles makes click funnels. Sing and dance.
Okay.
Charles does things with click funnels that you and I didn't even know existed.
Okay.
He's a very gifted guy. And if you were to go visit a stuff the bearded goo. Excuse me. They're going to probably micromanage the entire process and drive you crazy and at the end of the day, you're going to have done a heck of a job for them.
Okay.
And they're not, they're going to, you know, not want to pay you or get a charge back or they're going to gonna grab a mo why? Because they value money, okay? And when they. People who value money, they pay a little bit of money. So you can't charge them a ton of money. They're not your client. They're for people who are least experienced, people who value money, okay? They. They want to go for people who are. You can see that this guy can make some stuff happen.
Okay?
Now, now what? I want to work with you, Charles. And those of you who are. Who are you would consider yourself an expert on something. I'm gonna show you who are lower priced. So what you want to do is you want to find somebody who values time, okay? They don't want to go do click funnels. They don't want to even know what a funnel is. They don't want to. What they want to do is they just want to pay you money, and at the end of the day, they want to show up in jobs done. Those are the people that you can scale with. So you can put all three of these buckets together and you can scale your business drastically. Okay, here we go. So, number one, there is a lot of money. The first thing, in order to 2x or 5x or 10x your business, you have to understand there are two categories where your potential clients live. People who value time and people who value money. The people who value time will pay you a lot of money because they don't value money. Money is just a commodity for them. It'll come and go, but they understand that time they can't get back. And what we call done for you. Okay, Done for you. You D f y. There is a lot of money with done for you, the question that you have to ask this is going to. So they want to pay you a lot of money to save them time. So, Charles, you're the bearded guru. What you can do is you can begin doubling your rates. Determine how much money you are going to charge or not is what type of clients are you working with? The type of clients you're working with, do they value, if not tripling your rates or even quadrupling your rates, and they will all of a sudden eliminate the people who value their money. Does that make sense? You want to eliminate those people. If you're trying to 10x your business and you only want to work with people who value their time, or do they value money? Okay, if you work with people who value their money, then you can't charge them a ton of money. The reason why you can't charge them a ton of money is they're going to nickel and dime you to death until you get all the way down. They're gonna shop 10, 12, 14, 16 people, and they're gonna go with the lowest bidder, okay? There's no such thing as somebody who values both time and money unless they're broke, okay? Does that make sense? When you're broke, you value both time and money because that's all you got, right? But when you, when you made it in this world, when you got money in your bank account, you value one.
Or the other, okay?
Excuse me. They're gonna probably micromanage the entire process and drive you crazy. And at the end of the day, you're gonna have done a heck of a job for them, okay? And they're not. They're gonna, you know, not want to pay you or get a charge back. You value one or the other, okay? And so what you want is if you're gonna 4x or 5 extra prices crack, are they gonna to grab a moan? Why? Because they value money, okay? And when they. People who value money, they pay a little bit of money, so you can't charge them a ton of money. They're not your client. They're for people who are least experienced, people who value money, okay? They, they want to go for people who, who are lower priced. So what you want to do is you want to find somebody who values time, okay? They don't want to go do click funnels. They don't want to even know what a funnel is. They don't want to. What they want to do is they just want to pay you money, and at the end of the day, they want to show up in the jobs done. Those are the people that you can scale with. So the first thing, in order to 2x or 5x or 10x your business, you have to understand there are two categories where your potential clients live. People who value time and people who value money. The people who value time will pay you a lot of money because they don't value money. Money is just a commodity for them. It'll come and go, but they understand that time they can't get back, so they want to pay you a lot of money to save them time. So, so Charles, you're the bearded guru. What you can do is you can begin doubling your rates, if not tripling your rates or even quadrupling your rates, and they will all of a sudden eliminate the people who value their money. Does that make sense? You want to eliminate those people? If you're trying to 10x your business, and you only want to work with people who value Their time, okay? There's no such thing as somebody who values both time and money unless they're broke, okay? Does that make sense? When you're broke, you value both time and money because that's all you got, right? But when you've made it in this world, when you got money in your bank account, you value one or the other, okay? You value one or the other, okay? And so what you want is if you're going to 4 extra, 5 extra prices, you got to find the people that value their time. You got to charge them a heck of a lot of money. And what that does is that puts you in rarefied air. It puts you in rarefied air. When I started, like taking my one on one coaching and I moved it from 3,000 to 6,000 and then from 6,000 to 10,000 and from 10,000 to 25,000, here's what I found. It was a lot easier for me to sell a $25,000 one on one coaching package than it ever was selling a $3,000 coaching package. Why? Because the people that I was tracking, I was starting to attract people who value their time. Whereas when I was only charging three grand, I was attracting people who valued their money. And let me be honest with you, some of those people, not everybody actually got a lot of those clients that I still love to this day. But a few of those people actually were pain in my neck, okay? Why? Because they micromanaged the process. They wanted me to be their employee, okay? They actually wanted me to do the work. They weren't interested in a coach. What they were looking for is they were looking for an employee implementer. But once I raise that rate way up, now what I'm finding is the people that I'm working with at that, at that higher level, they value me as an expert in my industry. They could actually get there without me. And all I am is I'm the conduit that gets in there faster.
Okay?
So, Charles, you start selling your services to people who value their time, who want a nice looking website and want a nice looking funnel. They don't want an amateur one. They want a nice. They want a nice looking one. They're willing to pay you a lot of money to get them to where they want to go, okay? Now at first you may have to do the whole, you know, free with a string attached. You may have to say, listen, I normally charge $25,000 for this, but I'm looking for three or four people, that's your caliber to give me video testimonials. So, hey, I'll do it for half that in exchange for a video testimony. And what you'll find is even people who value their time still like a good deal, okay? So a lot of times they'll jump on board. So if you can do the doer, leader, coach, what you can do is you can do high end and only do high end done for you don't find yourself in the lower end, then you can move to the leader role. And then you can put an agency or a team of people who are gifted enough to produce a pretty good product, but they work low end. And then what you can do is you can charge a premium for their services and you make money off the middle.
Okay?
So you're only going to work with the people who are paying you 15 to 25 grand. That's the only people that Charles is going to work with, people who want to pay you seven to ten grand. You're going to find people who are willing to work for two to four grand, okay? And you're going to sell the seven to ten grand, but you're going to lead a team of people who work for a little less money and you're going to make money off the margin.
Okay?
And then the third level is what I call the coach consultant. When you can do all three, then what you're going to do is you're going to sell coaching consulting services with done for you funnels and with done for you ads and with done for you face or done for you copy and with done for you everything else. You're going to charge a heck of a lot of money for that. You're going to coach them to the best of your ability and then you're going to lead a team of people to implement what it is you coach. And that's when you can get to the 30, 35, $40,000 range on selling these big high ticket items.
Okay?
When you can do all three, okay, most of you can't do all three. I'm pretty blessed right now. I can do all three.
Okay?
I can do it for you. I can lead a team of people and I can coach them get sold. But most of you aren't there. So most of you need to need to pick what bucket am I, am I a doer, am I a leader or am I a coach? And do those three desires, do they line up with what's on my top five? And if they line up with what's on my top five, I'm going to pull one of those off and I'm going to live in that bucket until I start getting money and revenue built up. And I will tell you that testimonials are way more important than revenue. Why? Because testimonies will bring you a ton of revenue. But if you have money without any revenue, yeah, you're ultimately going to end up broke. But if you have testimonies without any revenue, the testimonies will generate revenue for you. So I hope this. Hope this is making sense to you. Okay, let's see what you guys are saying. Charles says yes. Makes sense. Understood. Yes. Most of my clients are definitely worried about money more than time, for sure. Yeah. So what happens, Charles, is when you clients are worried about money more than time, then you're going to. You're going to be stuck in that door category, and you're going to be doing work for what you know is less than adequate money. So what you can do, if they're worried about money, then what you got to do is you need to bring on an apprentice, somebody that you can teach to be about 70 to 80% as good of you. Good as you, but will be willing to work for about 30% of the money as you. And you need to give those jobs to them. And what you need to do is you just need to go be a leader and you go sell the heck out of your stuff. Stuff and let your team fulfill it.
Okay?
And then what you'll find is before too long, the margin that you're making between what you used to do and what they're doing now, that'll 10x your income quickly.
Okay.
That'll 10x your income quickly. So I hope this makes sense to you guys. Sam says, I love this. Spinning my wheels. I hope not. But if you need some direction, let me know. I'd be more than happy to. More than happy to help you. What questions can I answer for you guys? Sam says to give free trial in exchange for tax. Testimonial. Yeah. So, Sam, I do recommend that you do that at least three times.
Okay.
Get at least three testimonials. Chad, you're providing mahusive value. I love that. Thanks, Durant. Really appreciate that, big guy. That's what we try to do. We want to give you as much free value as we can.
Okay.
Because ultimately, when you need a coach or consultant or whatever, you're going to come to me, right? And so we know that. So we want to. We want to be able to bombard you with free value. Right to that, brother. Thank you for the information. No problem, man. All right, so let me Recap. Okay.
Okay.
What do you do when you just don't know what to do? The first exercise you're going to do is you're going to grab a notepad like this, you're going to write three columns, and on this column right here, you're going to write your resume. Okay, what is it that you've ever done? Literally write every job you've ever had in your entire life. Don't skip one. Just bullet point all the jobs.
Okay.
That you've ever done. Then what you're going to do is you're going to go back to those, you're going to grab your memory, and in the middle you're literally going to write down every task that you've ever done. I'm talking minute tasks. Write every one of them down. It could be 200, 300, 400 tasks. It may take you one to two or three hours to do that. But listen, this is going to make you a lot of money in the long run. So do that. Then what you're going to do is you're going to look at those tasks and you're going to pull only five over to this category right here and you're going to list. What were the top five? What was the top five things that you've ever done that you made a list living in? Okay, what are those? You're going to write them down and then what you're going to do is you're going to move them to the bucket of doer, leader or coach. And if you reside in the doer bucket that says, hey, I like to do. Okay, I'm a hands on person. I like to write, I like to do ads, I like to design, I like to do copy, I like to cook, I like to whatever. If you're a doer, then take one of the top five and you're going to do that for a client. Free with a string attached. Free with the string attached.
Okay.
Hey, I normally would charge 2,000 bucks for this, but I'm willing to do it for free. If you love it and you want my services, at the end of the day, you'll pay me 10% of what I normally charge and give me a video testimony deal. And you shake hands and you make it happen. What do you get? You get a client that's relatively easy to close. You get a video testimony, it's gonna bring you more revenue and you got paid to do a job, you're Gonna go from 0 to the 1 comma club before you know it. Okay, if I can get you from 0 to 1 comma, club, club. And the next step is to get you from one common club to five figures, from five figures to six figures, from six figures to a million, okay? And then after a million, I'm going to send you to somebody else, okay? But I've been able to take people to that route. And so that's what I would say that I'm good at. And I'll be able to help you do that if you're a leader, okay? If you're, if your ability resides in leading teams, then what you're going to do is you're going to find a doer who's willing to do the free plus string attached and you're going to find two, three, four of those to be on your team and you're going to come up with a makeshift marketing agency. They're going to work for you. You're now going to go out and find clients for your doers. You're going to give them the job, you're going to give them the task and manage them, you're going to oversee them. And what you're going to do is Instead of charging 10%, you're going to charge 15 or 20% and then you're going to live on the 10% or 5 or 10% and they're going to get the 10% that they normally would get. And you're going to live off that margin until you get to where you want to to go. The third one is if you're a coach or consultant, then what you're going to do is you're going to find a leader, okay, who's trying to double or triple their income, okay? And you're going to be able to give them a strategy, not a system, but a strategy, a high level strategy. You're going to create a value ladder for them, a lead magnet, tripwire, core product, upsell high ticket item. And you're going to be able to help them implement that until they begin to make money once again for pennies on the dollar in exchange for, for a video testimony. And when you do that, you can 10x your life. So what do you do when you just don't know what to do? You start, you take action, you do exactly what I told you. And what you find out about it is somewhere along the line in this process, you will find both significance and security. I hope that helps. See what you guys say before we get out of here. Zanna says, I want to answer the question, but I don't know what the heck I would sell online or maybe have an idea, but I'm sure worth selling. That's part of my spinning the wheels. I think we talked about that. Let me move on yet. We did. David says, what services would we be selling? So, David, what you're going to do, the services you're going to be selling is one of the services on this top five, okay? Whatever the top five is that you love doing based on what you used to make a living on, that's what you're going to start.
Sell, okay?
So don't sell if you suck at something, don't sell that. Only sell what you're good at.
Okay?
And so once again, we said, do I have to learn a skill that's not native to me in order to make a living? And if your answer is yes, and that's the wrong answer, okay. Because it's going to take you a thousand hours to be able to get good enough to be able to make money on that. So what you want to do is you want to find somebody to be on your team that's already good at it, and you can go sell them, okay. Until you learn it and get caught up.
Okay.
How much money do I want to make? So what we said is right now you're trying to get from zero to a thousand thousand, ten thousand, ten thousand to fifty thousand, fifty thousand, A hundred thousand million. Okay, so how much money do I want to make? Don't set your goal too high right this moment, because what's going to happen is you're going to win, and you're not going to know you're going to win. And you need to get momentum, because remember, what we said is there's four things that we value. We value money. We value morale. We value momentum. We value significance.
Okay?
And so you got to get some money.
Okay?
Then what that's going to. Is going to build your morale. It's going to help you build momentum. And when you have momentum, when you're making money with what you're doing, then your significance will follow.
Okay?
Durant says, can I get people to the gym and work out for me? That would be great, wouldn't it? That would be awesome.
Okay.
If we could do that. Yeah, you can actually, Durant, you can do that. You can do that by offloading the things that are keeping you from the gym. Because if you're not going to the gym, that's because you don't have time to go to the gym or your. You don't have the driver determination to the gym. So offload other things to be able to give you the margin, your schedule to get to the gym.
Okay.
And so do that. Chad lighting the fire. Thank you. I think finding clients is the scariest part. Yeah. So, Ali, what? Here's what you do, then. You find somebody where finding clients is their skill set, is their strength, and you delegate that job. I got a guy in the room right now, a guy by the name of Brett Figueroa. He'll find you all the clients that you want. Brett Figueroa used to be the number one salesperson for Tony Robbins. Reach out to him. Trending. Okay? Say, hey, I need to pay you to be able to go find clients for me. He'll go find all the clients in the world. He'll sell them, and he'll sell high ticket for you.
Okay?
He'll probably even double your rates to get you to where you want to go. He'll find the clients for you. So you do the job. Let somebody else who's good at selling clients, let them do it.
Okay?
So in other words, don't. Don't learn a skill that's not native to you in order to make money. Find somebody with that skill sets already native to partner with them, give them a percentage of what you want to do, and you both succeed, okay? Because it takes the quip, it takes the fear option off the table for you, Ali. You now get to do what you love to do. You can be in that doer bucket, and then you can lead them to be able to do what they're good at. And so now you've got two buckets full so you can make more money the more buckets you can fill. Doer, leader, client, or coach. When you can fill all three of those buckets, you can 10x your income. When you only fill one of those buckets, then you've got to charge high ticket in order to 10x your income.
Income.
But if you can fill two of those buckets, yeah, you only got to double your rates. Now both of you get paid.
Okay?
And so I hope that helps. Jack Ray says, this is great. I'm going to start right now. Awesome. Durant says, great answer, Chad. Awesome. Well, guys, hey, I hope this was beneficial to you. We do this every single Monday. We do the Monday morning mentor right here on Facebook Live. And so I'd love to be able to help you get your business to the next level. If you're looking for coach, don't forget it is April, and my group coaching program is now open. If you're looking for a Coach, there's two ways that you can hire me. If you want to hire me, you don't have to hire me. You can just get all the free stuff. And that's fine because we try to give you a bunch of good material in here. But if you want to hire me, there's two ways to do it. Number one, you can be part of my brand new launch fuel group, Mastermind. That was just valued at Funnel Hacker Live. It was just valued and appraised by two coaches at 25,000 bucks. And we're all the way down. We said, no, we don't want to do that because I want to work with people who are just starting. They may be broke right now, but they don't have a broke mindset. So they just may be broken their pocketbook. And I want to be able to help them get finances out of the way so we can go do what they love to do. We actually have that down to $3,600 for the entire year.
Okay.
And then I'll even finance that for you interest free at 12, payments at 297. So you actually end up saving 36 bucks in the process.
Okay.
So I'll finance it for you. 297. Here's where you, you get what we say is there are six things that you need. Number one is you need a product.
Okay?
You got to sell something. So we'll get you crystal clear on what your product is. Second is you need a process on how you can implement that product. Okay, we'll get you clear on that. Third thing is I'm going to give you coaching and information. Fourth is you're going to get access to me. I'm going to teach every week in a group coaching format. So you're going to get up to 15,50 coaching calls a year, plus you're going to have access to me in a Facebook group and you can pay a little bit more money. I'll even give you my personal mobile phone and you can text me anytime that you want to. Okay. 24 7, 365. I'll only answer during business hours, but you can have access to me. Fifth thing that you need is you need tools and resources. I'm going to take my entire Launch fuel program that I've been teaching now for the last seven months. I've got literally hundreds of resources in there, from contracts to terms of service to email sequence to funnels to, you know, to teaching and coaching and interviews. And anything you need, I put that on a thumb drive. You're going to have tools and resources. You're gonna be able to get that. And then finally, you're gonna be part of a networking community. We're gonna put you in a private Facebook group where you can rub shoulders with people that you love. So if you want that, it's 12 payments at 297. All you gotta do is send me a direct message. I'll send you invoice and we can get started next week.
Okay.
Or if you want to hire me one on one, you say, Chad, I really want to 10x my business this coming year. Send me a direct message and I'll talk to you about how you and I can work together one on one. It's a lot more expensive than the group coaching, but you get a lot more access to me.
Okay?
And I'll help you get your business to where to where you want to go. So if you want that, just send me a direct message and I'll be happy to help you. But guys really appreciated the coaching. I love this. This is so much fun for me. Yeah, Kevin, Brett Figueroa is the guy's name.
Okay.
You can reach out to him. He's on my Facebook. He's a friend of mine on Facebook. Or he's. You can just find him. He lives in Colorado. And you can reach out to him and tell him that chat sent you and he will work with you and he'll send the heck out of your program. I promise you. He did it for Tony Robbins. Number one sales guy for Tony Robbins. So if he can do it for Tony Robbins, he can do it for you. You know, Charles, if you're looking to double or triple or quadruple your rates, why don't you hire a guy like Brett to be able to go sell that for you? The guy can sell the heck out of some stuff.
Okay?
So. Alright, guys, love you. Appreciate you. Have an awesome day today. If you need anything, just please feel free to reach out. Have a great day.
