Hello, Ida. How are you doing?
I'm good, thank you. How are you?
Great, thank you. So we treated your veins a little while ago.
Yes.
You had some varicose veins. How'd that go?
Oh, wonderfully. How are your legs feeling now? The staff is great. I mean, they helped me through it. My legs are feeling much better. They're looking better. A little painful, but, you know, to be expected.
Yeah.
And.
No downtime with that procedure? No. And then we talked about your weight because you were having some pre diabetes, and we put you on our meal plan. Yes. It's kind of easy. Tell us what happened when you followed that meal plan.
Well, it was a little difficult to be honest, to begin with, but now I'm getting used to it because I was used to eating the wrong types of food for my body. And I'm actually losing weight. I think I lost about £10.
Fantastic. I like.

Half. Isn't that amazing? Just changing the way you're eating. Sometimes that's what happens. You need some expert advice to tell you what foods are not right for your body type.
Exactly.
And it didn't kill you. You go starve yourself. You drop 10 pounds.
Just.
By chewing. I like.
That little day off. That is awesome. Because you can have a little bit of bread, maybe a little bit of something else that you really crave. It's helping a lot.
You're going to keep it up? Oh, yes. All right. Good luck.
